Hi, welcome everyone, welcome to my remake of bro onboard.
For those who didn't know, I got the idea from a dead one piece fanfic story, better called brother on board.
it was made by none other, then J0hnS1lver.
I honestly don't know what made him stop, it seemed great, he most likely gave up on the storyline, or he died, who really knows besides god.
anyway, I'm back because I want to help those the writer left behind. I just want to save them and others like them from boredom.

it's a nice sunny day in dawn island. The sun is shining. The birds are flying high in the sky. The peaceful air blows greatly. Everything is at peace...
until, BANG!, KA-BOOOOM!.
a world Nobel fires at young Sabo's boat, making it explode in seconds. Sending the boat, along with Sabo down to the sea.
seeing this, Dadan was in shock. She was surprised this would happen so fast. The one who shot at Sabo's boat was a world Nobel. Someone who can do anything they wish. And they shot at the young prince of this island's kingdom.
Dadan had to think fast. She yelled to her men to watch the youngsters, because she's going to head into the water and try to save Sabo.
just like that, she jumped into the water and swam as fast as possible. As she did this, young 7 year old monkey D Luffy was crying tears of fear. As for young 10 year old partgas D Ace... he watched and waited for a miracle to happen.
just like that Dadan came back up with Sabo in her arms. As began coughing up water, the others ran to her side.
is he...? Asked Ace in fear. He's alive, but he's out cold. We need a doctor asap said Dadan.
I'll go get one, you take Sabo to your house, I'll be bringing the doctor there said Makino before running to find the island doctor.
just like that, Dadan ran like the wind, running back home with Sabo in her arms.
[later at night]
as the whole group waited for the results, the doctor finally came out of the boys room.
how is he doc? Asked Ace in a worried manner. He has a few broken ribs and a concussion. As well a burnt scar around his left eye. Other than that, he'll live said the doctor. This was good news to the others.
not going to lie, it's a miracle he managed to survive all that. It's as if a higher power decided to save that poor boy. Anyway, I best get going, let me know if there's any change said the doctor.
thank you doctor said Makino as she shows the doctor out.
after that, the bandits started heading to bed for there's nothing else they can do. As they go to sleep. Makino stayed till Luffy was done crying himself to sleep. As for Ace...
he just stood there outside the bedroom, just staring at it with an angry look.
[3 days later]
as the group began having breakfast. The door to the boys bedroom opened, revealing a bandaged up Sabo. His whole torso was covered in bandages, same goes for his left eye.
hey... how's... everyone.. doing...? Asked Sabo trying to speak with what little strength he has so far.
this surprised everyone. They were all in silence from seeing Sabo up and at em.
everything was silent... until,
SABO!!! Screamed Luffy in tears of joy to see his big brother up and alive.
Luffy ran and hugged his brother, making Sabo grit in pain a bit, but it was worth it.
hey... sorry for, taking, this long to, wake up said Sabo smiling happily.
you got a lot of nerve, doing what ya did that day. You could have died! Yelled Ace mad. But i didn't, that counts said Sabo smiling.
we almost lost you to that damn noble!. How could you leave without saying goodbye?! Yelled Ace upset.
I didn't want my former family, to come after my new family. It was my call said Sabo.
will it looks like it worked said Ace. What do you mean? Asked Sabo confused.
after your "death". The whole goal kingdom found out about your boat getting shot at by said noble. Now they think your dead. They even made a statue of you at town hall in the kingdom said Ace.
so, it's over then?... I'm free?, I can live a normal life now? Asked Sabo.
you can live, however you want said Ace. You can even become a pirate like us said Luffy with tears coming out of his eyes.
seeing this, Sabo smiled at Luffy's happy smile.
very well then. I guess it's decided then said Sabo. So, you're still planning to be a pirate like us? Asked Ace.
not like you... but with you said Sabo. So you plan on being a part of my crew then? Asked Ace happy.
actually, I was thinking, with your permission Ace. I'd like to be part of the pirate kings crew said Sabo.
what do you mean? Asked Ace confused. I mean, I'd like to join Luffy's crew said Sabo.
really?? Asked Luffy happily. Yes, I wish for the best for you little brother said Sabo.
are you sure about this?. It's going to take longer before you leave this island ya know said Ace.
it's ok, I need enough time to fully heal. And besides, someone's going to need to keep Luffy out of trouble said Sabo.
if ya say so bro said Ace smiling finally.
after that day, Sabo began healing up fast. As he healed, he started giving gunslinging a try.
found out he was a good shot with firearms. As the days went by, Sabo got a gift from his new grandpa.
a pair of six shooter revolvers. He trained and trained till he got better and better at them.
after Ace turned 17, they said their goodbyes. Ace began his journey into piracy.
three years later, and the two were ready to set sail to form a powerful crew.
[at the docks]
sure is nice out said Luffy. Luffy is wearing a red sleeveless vest. a pair of blue pants. Some sandals, and his treasured straw hat.
it sure is, can't believe it's been three years since Ace left said Sabo. Sabo is wearing a white button up shirt. A black long coat. A pair of black pants. Some black waterproof boots. And a black top hat.
he's got a six shooter revolver in each hip pocket on his belt.
sisisi, yeah, and now it's our turn to leave said Luffy excited. You sure you want to leave in that? Asked Sabo worried.
what do you mean? Asked Luffy confused. I mean, what kind of pirate. Wears sandals? Asked Sabo worried about Luffy's outfit choice.
what's wrong with the way I dress?? Asked Luffy offended. You look like you're just a kid playing dress up. No real pirate wears sandals said Sabo. Ah, shut up, just be happy I'm wearing pants said Luffy.
whatever, let's just go before someone from the kingdom see's me said Sabo.
just like that, the two get into the small boat and start sailing away from their home island.
as they set sail, Sabo could have sworn, he heard something.
something up? Asked Luffy. It's nothing. I just thought I heard something close by said Sabo.
just like that, a giant sea king came out roaring from hunger and into the seeing eyes of the brothers.
OH CRAP!, ITS A SEA KING! Yelled Sabo in shock. So you did return. Good to know said Luffy smiling madly.
Luffy, what are you doing, it's to big said Sabo worried for Luffy. Don't worry, I got this said Luffy getting ready to attack.
[gum gum... pistol!] yelled Luffy as he stretched out his left fist.
just like that Luffy's left fist went straight to the sea king's face, knocking it out cold.
sisisi, that's for Shanks arm, ya dumb fish said Luffy victorious at last.
Sabo was surprised by this. He saw his little brother take down a single sea king, in one punch.
pretty cool right? Asked Luffy to Sabo. As if, that was just one of many of your low key attacks said Sabo.
what?!. For your information, that was a strong punch said Luffy.
sure it was, like that punch can take on more than a single sea king. You need more training Luffy said Sabo.
you best watch yourself, I'm going to get stronger along the way, just you wait said Luffy smiling.
we'll see little bro said Sabo. Just like that they got back to setting sail.
look out world, here we come. I'M GOING TO BE KING OF THE PIRATES! Yelled Luffy to the heavens.
patience Luffy, we need enough people to join first. Only then we head to the grand line said Sabo.
right, sorry said Luffy. Besides... I'M GOING TO DESTROY THE WORLD NOBELS WITH MY BEAR HANDS, AND BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF EVIL RULERS IN THE WORLD!! Yelled Sabo to inform the world he's going after evil rulers and the world nobels.
we're going to need ten people in the crew said Luffy. Not good enough, make it 20-30 people said Sabo.
maybe we'll see how many we can find, ok? Asked Luffy. Whatever you say little brother said Sabo as he sits back down and sail the boat till they find an island.
