Shark Tale has always been one of my favorite animated films to watch ever since childhood and I still enjoy watching the movie so much, and since I love Shark Tale so much, I decided to do a whole sixteen-part miniseries version of the movie that serves as a whole retelling of the movie which is known as When A Little Fish Tells A Great White Lie that has brand new scenes, brand new characters, brand new locations, different dialogue. Episode 2: Being A Somebody
Chapter 2: Tongue Scrubbing Blues
Later on that day at the Whale Wash of Southside Reef, Sykes has already arrived back at his office where he began working on some paperwork at his desk while his two faithful henchmen Ernie and Bernie are sitting at the nearby couch doing some things together such as reading some magazines that are called Newsreef, the Pisces Magazine, the Coral Digest, the Aquatic Life, the Delphinus Vogue, the Southside Beat, the Crustacean Review, the Ripple Weekly, the Floating Monthly, and the Bubbly Journal, and besides doing his own paperwork, he is about to have a phone call with somebody, and that somebody is Don Edward Lino of the great white shark mafia.
The reason why Sykes is intending to have a phone call with Don Lino of the great white shark mafia is because of how he got fired by him from earlier for making jokes about Lenny being such a gentle and kindhearted shark rather than being a bloodthirsty and vicious shark just like Don Lino kept claiming that he is actually a killer even though it isn't true, and he also intents to have a conversation with him about rehiring him as one of his faithful henchmen of his mafia in order to keep the Whale Wash safe from him and his mafia just like most other citizens in the reef would work for him and his mafia in order to be safe from them no matter what and he hopes that he will be able to get back his old job of being his loyal henchmen in order to keep the Whale Wash safe from his and his mafia's harm somehow.
Suddenly, his telephone on his own desk rang, and he became filled with surprise since he was intending for Don Lino to answer it. He picks up the phone and began answering him, and he began having a conversation with him in order to have him rehired as his henchmen in the sake of the safety of the Whale Wash, but Don Lino refuses to rehire Sykes as his henchmen due to doubting Lenny being able to be a killer just like the other sharks and expects him to accept the fact that he's actually a killer, but Sykes still refused to acknowledge Lenny as a killer and could already tell that Lenny is actually very friendly towards others rather than would do anything to kill anybody just like the other sharks would already do which is what resulted in Don Lino refusing him to rehire him as his henchmen much further and continue to expect him to pay him some protection money for the sake of the safety of the Whale Wash of Southside Reef.
"Hello? Who is this?" asked Don Lino on his telephone.
"This is Sykes. The owner of the Whale Wash of Southside Reef." answered Sykes on his telephone.
"Sykes?! Oh no! It's you!" exclaimed Don Lino in dismay.
"Yes, that's me, and there's something I wanna tell you!" exclaimed Sykes.
"What is it this time?!" asked Don Lino in annoyance.
"Can I please have my old job back?!" asked Sykes in desperation.
"Wait a minute! What did you just say?!" asked Don Lino in exasperation.
"Please! Rehire me back to the great white shark mafia!" begged Sykes.
"No way! That's not gonna happen!" exclaimed Don Lino.
"But I really need that job so much!" exclaimed Sykes.
"Forget about it!" exclaimed Don Lino.
"Don Lino, please rehire me! I would do anything to have my job back!" begged Sykes.
"I already told you! The answer is no!" exclaimed Don Lino.
"Look, I really need to be rehired! Please rehire me!" exclaimed Sykes.
"Sorry, but I can't do that," said Don Lino.
"Why not?" asked Sykes.
"Because when we had that meeting together this morning," said Don Lino.
"You mean when I mentioned about your own progress of being the current Don of the mafia after your father Leonardo has retired?" asked Sykes in surprise.
"What? No! No, I mean what you said about my youngest son Lenny!" exclaimed Don Lino. "You were saying that he wasn't being a killer at all!"
"Actually, Don Lino, it's true. Lenny isn't actually a killer and it turns out that he's nothing but a very gentle person." said Sykes. "I'm really sorry, but that's the way your own son is. He isn't actually bloodthirsty like you keep saying that he is and you really need to understand that."
"Oh, I understand, Sykes. I understand that you have got to be kidding about doubting Lenny's capability of being a cold-blooded killer." said Don Lino. "You're the one who needs to understand that he is actually an aggressive shark just like the other sharks and even myself."
"I do understand, but it's just that I'm saying that he is way too friendly to be a killer like you expect him to be." said Sykes.
"Look, my son is capable of being a killer and I honestly don't care what you say about him." said Don Lino.
"You don't care what I say about Lenny?" asked Sykes.
"No, I don't. Not at all, and you should at least accept that my son is a killer, I know that he is a killer." said Don Lino. "I would even attempt to prove that Lenny is a vicious shark just like everybody else who is part of my mafia."
"Alright. But could I at least get my job back? Please?" begged Sykes.
"No, Sykes," said Don Lino.
"Well, I'm your faithful henchman, and I've always had. Even since your three children Lenny, Teresa, and Frankie used to be young shark pups." replied Sykes.
"You were my faithful henchman, but not anymore you won't be 'cause you are out of my mafia." said Don Lino. "You're fired and that's it."
"Lino, please! I really need the job so the Whale Wash wouldn't get harmed by your mafia at all, and I need to keep the Whale Wash safe too!" exclaimed Sykes. "The Whale Wash really means a lot to me, and it means a lot to my own mother who has owned the business way before me when I used to be a young pufferfish. Please, Lino, let me back into the mafia for the sake of the safety of the whole business and I've been working for you for many years already. Please."
Don Lino sighed in complete annoyance. "If you're really that desperate to work for me out of fear again in order to keep your little Whale Wash safe, I would consider rehiring you on one condition."
"Anything! Name it and I'll do it! I really need that job in order to keep the Whale Wash safe!" exclaimed Sykes.
"At least acknowledge Lenny as a killer just like the other sharks are!" exclaimed Don Lino. "That's the only way you'll ever come back to my mafia and work for me just like the many other citizens of Southside Reef who would work for me out of fear for the sake of their own safety and the safety of their own local businesses! So, what do you say?!"
"What? No way, sir! There's no way I'm gonna acknowledge Lenny as a killer and I already know that he's nothing but a friendly shark who wouldn't kill anybody!" exclaimed Sykes.
"Are you sure about what you just said about my youngest son?!" asked Don Lino in shock.
"Yeah, and that's exactly what I mean about him, Lino. You're just gonna have to face the fact that he's just way too kindhearted to be a killer at all." said Sykes.
"Alright. If you won't acknowledge my son that he is able to be a cold-blooded killer, then you can say goodbye to your Whale Wash, Sykes!" exclaimed Don Lino.
"WHAT?!" asked Sykes just as he was on the verge of inflating himself.
"You heard me!" exclaimed Don Lino. "And the Whale Wash will be wrecked by my mafia unless you pay me protection money like the many others who have to pay me protection money for the safety of their own businesses and themselves!"
"But…But…But you can't do that!" said Sykes just as he was about to inflate.
"Oh, yes I can, and there's nothing you can do about it! See ya later!" exclaimed Don Lino.
Don Lino then hangs up on his telephone in complete anger and frustration over Sykes' refusal to acknowledge Lenny as a bloodthirsty killer and how he kept having doubts about him being a killer and is actually being a gentle shark rather than being a killer just like the other sharks, and since Sykes refused to acknowledge Lenny as a killer and kept noticing him being so friendly just as he deflated himself, the still expects him to pay him protection money for the sake of the safety of the Whale Wash from the mafia while he still believed the fact that Lenny could actually be a cold-blooded killer just like the other sharks.
After the phone call with Sykes in order to get his old job back as a henchmen of his great white shark mafia which he has failed to do so due to his unwillingness to acknowledge Don Lino's youngest son Lenny as a killer as he is fully aware of his own kindhearted nature, he ended up inflating himself and became greatly dismayed that he is still the many victims of the mafia who has to pay them protection money for the sake of the safety of themselves and their own local businesses so they wouldn't end up getting wrecked by them just as he continued doing his own paperwork on his desk in a very panic state. Upon noticing Sykes being in a complete panicked state just as they continued reading the many magazines on the couch, Ernie and Bernie noticed him and attempted to comfort him, and Sykes explained everything to them while he attempted to assure them that everything is going to turn out so well.
"Oh, I can't believe it. I tried to get my old job back as Don Lino's henchmen in his great white shark mafia, but I have failed." said Sykes. "It's all because of I refused to acknowledge his youngest son Lenny as a cold-blooded killer and I already know that Lenny isn't a killer at all 'cause he's nothing but a friendly shark with a friendly heart, and since I'm out of the job in the mafia, the Whale Wash is now at stake unless I pay Lino and his mafia some protection money and if I don't pay up sooner or later, then this whole place is gonna be trashed by them."
"Hey, Boss, is there something wrong?" asked Ernie.
"What's the matter, mon?" asked Bernie.
"Oh, it's nothing. I'm alright." said Sykes.
"Are you sure about that?" asked Bernie.
"You can tell us what it is. What is it anyway?" said Ernie.
"Alright. Well, you two know I work for the notorious crime boss Don Edward Lino, the leader of the great white shark mafia, and he just fired me this morning." said Sykes.
"Really. Oh, that's so sad." said Ernie.
"We're really sorry that you've got fired." said Bernie.
"That's not all of it. When I got fired, Lino now expects me to pay him protection money, and if I don't, then the Whale Wash
"Uh-oh!" exclaimed Bernie.
"That's such bad news, mon!" exclaimed Ernie.
"It is really bad news, Ernie and Bernie! Oh, I need to do something soon or else the Whale Wash is gonna be toasted for sure!" exclaimed Sykes.
"We think you're gonna come up with something sooner or later," said Ernie.
"Yeah, you can think of a really good idea to help out this business," said Bernie.
"I hope so, and the Whale Wash really means a lot to me as much as my own mother does and she's the one who used to own the Whale Wash before she retired." said Sykes. "I'll eventually come up with something in order to make the Whale Wash safe since I'm now a victim of the mafia of owing them protection money after Lino fired me as one of his henchmen who have decided to work for him out of fear."
Just as he continued doing his hard work as the owner of the Whale Wash in a state of panic after he has inflated himself over the fact that he is now a victim of owing the great white shark mafia protection money for the safety of their own businesses, he quickly began noticing something under the paperwork, and he lifts them up and notices that they're actually nothing but IOUs that Oscar owes for his past dues at the Whale Wash lately and it also quickly turns out that he hasn't been paying off his dues lately, especially all of the get-quick-schemes that he has pulled off lately at the Whale Wash. Once he has found out that Oscar has payed off his dues lately mostly because of his own get-rich-quick schemes when he found all of his IOUS right under his own paperwork, he decides to inform Oscar about all about the money he owes him lately and sends his henchmen Ernie and Bernie to retrieve him while he quickly came up with an idea to pay Don Lino the protection money for the safety of the Whale Wash.
"Oh, my gosh!" exclaimed Sykes.
"What?" asked Bernie.
"What is it, mon?" asked Ernie.
"It's Oscar, Ernie and Bernie. He hasn't been paying his dues lately, and I have all of his IOUS that he has been sending me." said Sykes.
"Oscar hasn't been paying up his IOUS?" asked Ernie.
"Are you serious about that?" asked Bernie.
"Yes, and I have all of his IOUS to prove that he hasn't been paying me back at all." said Sykes just as he showed all of Oscar's IOUS to both Ernie and Bernie. "It has been a while since Oscar hasn't paid off his dues and this is the perfect time for him to pay off his debts like he's supposed to."
"So, what are we gonna do about Oscar?" asked Bernie.
"How are we supposed to take good care of him?" asked Ernie.
"I know what we're gonna do about him, you two. Bring him right here so I could explain everything to him." said Sykes. "Oh, and I know how I can pay Don Lino some protection money very quickly too. You two go get Oscar right now and I could have a meeting with him about how he has his own payments of his debts overdue, and how it's 'cause of those get-rich-quick schemes of his."
"Okay, boss," said Ernie.
"If you say so, boss," said Bernie.
Both Ernie and Bernie then leave Sykes' office in order to retrieve Oscar and bring him there so Sykes could begin having a conversation with him about how he owes him a lot of money in order to pay off his own dues since he hasn't been paying him back lately mostly due to all of the get-rich-quick schemes he has been pulling off lately, and while Ernie and Bernie left the office in order to retrieve Oscar and bring him there so Sykes could begin having a meeting with him about how he owes him a lot of money due to his overdue IOUS and from all of his get-rich-quick schemes, Sykes began harshly criticizing Oscar about how much he hasn't been paying his own dues at the Whale Wash and how he kept pulling off all of his get-rich-quick schemes while he praises all of his hard work at the Whale Wash lately which would somehow get him a promotion one of these days for all of his hard work.
"Ugh! Even though Oscar is one of the most hard working employees in the Whale Wash, he hasn't been doing anything but failing to pay off what he owes me." said Sykes. "He's supposed to pay off his dues just like his fellow employees does, and he better pay what he owes after I tell him that his IOUS are overdue and I also hope that he will be able to pay Don Lino protection since I'm now a victim of owing him protection money for the safety of the Whale Wash. Everything Oscar pays me and it will be paid to Don Lino. And besides, if he doesn't pay off his debt and for Don Lino for protection, he shall have to face some serious consequences."
Meanwhile, elsewhere at the Whale Wash, Oscar continued carrying out his own job as a tongue scrubber at the tongue scrubbing section of the Whale Wash along with Pontrelli, Knuckles, Dwight, Vivian, Quincy, and Tamika as well as the rest of his co-workers, and he continued using a shovel and some buckets to remove the green slime off of the sperm whale customer while his co-workers also continued using shovels, buckets, cleaning brushes, and vacuums. While they continue doing their own hard work of cleaning the customer's tongue together, Oscar still expressed great disgust over the job and still wishes to become rich and famous sooner in order to make his dream of getting respect from others come true while his co-workers inform him to stop complaining about the job he has and should continue doing his own work just as they still didn't show him that much respect at all and continued to praise him for all of the hard work that he has done at the Whale Wash so far which would somehow get him a promotion one of those days.
"Welcome to Oscar's awesome crib, and it doesn't turn out to be so awesome after all." said Oscar. "It's actually nothing a 60-foot tongue of a sperm whale customer that is covered in nothing but green slime that is very gross and icky, and besides his tongue being covered in such disgusting slime, his own mouth totally reeks, has downright canker sores, most of his teeth have swim-in cavities, and even his own teeth is covered in plankton. This kind of job is really making me…" He continues shoveling the slime off of the customer's tongue in complete disgust. "Ugh! Old school! At least Nel and the rest of the dental squad don't have to clean up this nasty slime since it had been removed before the customers could arrive at the dental section to have their teeth taken good care of."
"Oh, stop your complaining for once, Oscar! Sheesh!" said Pontrelli.
"Yeah, you should just do your work rather than complain about it!" said Knuckles.
"Well, I have a right to complain about having this kind of job 'cause it's nothing but downright disgusting. It really is." said Oscar.
"You're right, this job is really nasty, but it doesn't give you the right to complain about it most of the time." said Dwight.
"All you do is complain about this job sometimes besides the things you would usually do around here," said Vivian.
"Look, I'm just saying, that's all, and I'm just stuck in this kind of job just like you guys, and since I'm stuck in this job, I could end up looking like any of you guys." replied Oscar.
"What you just said is absolutely true, you could end up looking like either of us, but at least neither of us would be so fussy over having this kind of job," said Quincy.
"You actually are still making a huge fuss over it anyway and it's downright exasperating, even during work time." said Tamika.
"Oh, that is so totally false, y'all. Not only would I fuss over it, you guys would make such a fuss over it as well." replied Oscar.
"Yeah, but we don't do it most of the time like you do." said Knuckles.
"But at least while you are still stuck in this kind of job, you still work very hard." said Pontrelli.
"Mmm-hmm, you're one of the most hard working employees in the whole Whale Wash, Oscar." said Vivian.
"And since you have been working so hard, you're really gonna get a promotion for sure," said Dwight.
"Who knows? The promotion will be sooner or later, but it's gonna be someday." said Tamika.
"Also, the promotion you'll get is gonna be some kind of surprise as well," said Quincy.
"Thank you for praising me for all of my hard work, and you're absolutely right, I would be getting a promotion one of these days." said Oscar. "But right now, I am stuck in a job which is dealing with removing all of this nasty slime from the sperm whale customers who come to the Whale Wash to clean up their own act."
"For the last time, quit complaining and just do your work already, Oscar." said Pontrelli.
"Stop being such a complete fussy fish for once too." said Knuckles.
"Well, like I just said, I have a right to complain all about this and you guys can be fussy as much as I am." said Oscar.
"Just shut up," said Tamika.
"Yeah, be quiet," said Quincy.
"And just can it." said Dwight.
"Also, don't goof off at all." said Vivian.
"HEY!" exclaimed Oscar
Pontrelli, Knuckles, Dwight, Vivian, Quincy, Tamika, and the other tongue scrubbers began laughing mockingly at Oscar just as they continued not showing him that much respect for him at all while they all honestly did praised him for all of the hard work that he has done as a tongue scrubber at the Whale Wash, and Oscar and his co-workers continued working together to clean up the customer's tongue while Oscar continued to show great disgust over the job just as he shoveled up some more of the green slime and put it in one of the buckets by using his own shovel and he still intends of becoming rich and famous somehow in order to get the respect that he yearns for since he doesn't get that much respect from the other employees of the Whale Wash, mostly due to the job that he has right now which is being a tongue scrubber.
Also, even though Oscar showed great disgust towards the job of being a tongue scrubber and is very dismayed by how he doesn't get that much respect from his own fellow co-workers due to the job that he has at the Whale Wash, he quickly remembered that he enjoyed having a job at the Whale Wash just like his own father Earl who used to work at the Whale Wash as a tongue scrubber himself until he have sadly passed away due to an old age along with his own mother Regina who used to work as a housewife at the apartment he used to live with them during childhood. Since Oscar has remembered about how much he enjoyed working at the Whale Wash and being a tongue scrubber is something he is very good at much as his late father does, he began remembering the time when he watched his own father doing his own work at the Whale Wash when it was bring your own child to work day just as he began smiling at his own shovel that is filled with slime as well as the bucket full of slime.
Oscar's Flashback
A very long time ago at the Whale Wash, while everybody did their own hard work cleaning up each of the sperm whale customers and helping them out with taking good care of their own personal hygiene while each of the employees had their own young children watching them do their hard work together right in front of the working sections in complete amazement, Oscar's late father Earl was at the tongue scrubbing section of the Whale Wash doing his own hard work of cleaning one of the customer's tongues by using a cleaning brush, and he was really doing a great job removing the green slime off of the customer's tongue while Oscar watches his own hard work in complete amazement and he honestly admired his own job at the Whale Wash as a tongue scrubber very much just as he wished that he could get a job at the Whale Wash someday when he gets older since he has always thought that having a job there is very filled with excitement.
"So, Dad, is this what it's actually what your own job is like at the Whale Wash?" asked young Oscar.
"Yes, Oscar, and my job right here at the Whale Wash is being a tongue scrubber." answered Earl.
"I can see that and it really turns out that removing all of that slime from that sperm whale customer is a lot of hard work." said young Oscar.
"What you just said about the job I have is very true, and the other jobs in this kind of business is a lot of hard work as much as the one that I have." said Earl.
"Well, the job that you have does look very disgusting and it definitely reeks too," said young Oscar.
"You're right, it is disgusting, but I still enjoy doing it so much." said Earl.
"Wait a minute. You really enjoy removing all of that stuff which is really gross?" asked young Oscar in surprise.
Earl nodded his head. "I really don't mind the disgusting slime at all, and even though I am so grossed about it, I enjoy having this job so much and it's something that I am really good at at the Whale Wash."
"That's…That's really amazing to hear about, Dad, It really is." said young Oscar just as he smiled.
"Thanks, and let me tell you something else about having this job, Son, and everything about it is very amazing even though it is very nasty." said Earl just as he also smiled.
"I could see that already, and great job removing all of that icky slime which turns out to be very amazing." replied young Oscar.
"Thank you very much." said Earl.
"Hey, I wish I could work here someday," said young Oscar.
"Really?" asked Earl.
"Yes, and I honestly think that having a job here is so awesome and maybe I could be a tongue scrubber just like you." said young Oscar. "That's my dream and it has always been my dream."
"I am fully aware of how being a tongue scrubber at the Whale Wash has always been your dream, and that's 'cause you've always told me and your mother Regina about it." said Earl.
"I've always admired your own job very much and I hope that I could be a very awesome tongue scrubber just like you if I get the job," said young Oscar.
"You've always hoped that you could get a job at the Whale Wash and I appreciated that you admire my own job here very much." said Earl.
"Dad, do you think I am able to become a tongue scrubber just like you? Do you really think so?" asked young Oscar.
"Well, I'm sure that you're able to be hired as a tongue scrubber and I know you'll be a very awesome one just like I am," said Earl.
"Thanks, Dad. Thanks. And I know that I am able to do it" said young Oscar. "Oh, and by the way, not only you're really good at your job here at the Whale Wash, Mom is really good at taking good care of the apartment when you're out doing your job and when I'm out attending my elementary school."
"True, and I already know that you always would help out your mother around the apartment, even after school and I would do the same thing when I'm off work." said Earl.
"Right, and good luck doing your own job and I'll continue watching you along with everybody else who are watching their own parents doing their own jobs here," said young Oscar.
"Thanks, and it's really taking your child to work day," said Earl.
Young Oscar continued watching his father Earl continue doing his own job as a tongue scrubber at the Whale Wash along with the other children who also watched each of their own parents who work at the Whale Wash along with Earl, and young Oscar was very amazed by his father's job as a tongue scrubber even though it's very disgusting to remove all of the green slime off of the sperm whale customers' tongue and he really wishes to be a tongue scrubber at the Whale Wash just like him since he really admired his own job at the Whale Wash so much and it has always been his dream to have a job at the Whale Wash just like him someday in the far future.
End Oscar's Flashback
Oscar continued smiling at the shovel full of slime which reminded him of how much he enjoyed working at the Whale Wash as a tongue scrubber and was honestly something he's really good at even though he is greatly disgusted by the job so much and how it reminded him his own late father Earl have always enjoyed having the job even though he is disgusted by it as much as he is, and it was honestly his own dream to become a tongue scrubber at the Whale Wash just like his late father was, but he still doesn't get that much respect as a tongue scrubber from his own co-workers at all and even remembers what he has been through during childhood which doesn't get that respect from others either, and he intends on making his lifelong dream of becoming very rich and famous in order to gain the respect that he yearns for.
"Dad, you were absolutely one of the best hard working employees at the Whale Wash ever since I was young, and you still got it until you…until you sadly passed away," said Oscar. "I'm really gonna miss you so much and I'm really gonna miss Mom too, and I have always remembered how you did such a good job being a tongue scrubber besides remembering how much Mom did a really good job taking good care of the home we used to live in together until I got older. Honestly, I've always wished of being a tongue scrubber like you, but I really needed to become rich and famous in order to somehow make it big and finally be respected by others since I didn't get that much respect lately. I hope it could happen somehow one of these days."
Then, Oscar stopped smiling at the shovel full of slime just as he began shedding tears of joy over remembering of how much he enjoyed his own job at the Whale Wash as much as his late father Earl when he used to work at the Whale Wash at the tongue scrubber during Oscar's childhood until his death, and Oscar continued removing the slime off of the customer's tongue along with his fellow employees just as he still intends of making his dream of becoming rich and famous in order to get respect from others. Just as he continued doing his own hard work of removing the slime off the customer's tongue along with the co-workers, he began hearing the customer began rumbling just as he noticed one of the buckets filled with slime began rumbling as well, and he quickly realizes that the customer will might blow up any moment.
"Oh, no! The customer is about to have some kind of indigestion!" exclaimed Oscar. He quickly turned to his fellow co-workers! "EVERYBODY! THE CUSTOMER IS ABOUT TO BLOW! THIS IS NOT A DRILL! TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY!"
"What?!" exclaimed Quincy.
"The customer is gonna blow up?!" exclaimed Tamika.
"Uh-oh!" exclaimed Vivian.
"That's totally bad!" exclaimed Dwight.
"Everybody escape the mouth before it's too late!" exclaimed Pontrelli.
"You heard Oscar! Take cover!" exclaimed Knuckles.
Upon hearing Oscar's warning about the sperm whale customer having an indigestion, Pontrelli, Knuckles, Dwight, Vivian, Quincy, Tamika, and the rest of the tongue scrubbers escape the mouth of the customer before something bad could happen to each of them due to the indigestion of the customer, and Oscar began escaping from the mouth in order to avoid the indigestion along with all of his fellow employees as well, but he, Knuckles, and Quincy quickly noticed one of the employees of the Whale Wash who turns out to be Headphone Guy is still inside of the customer's mouth and is very busy cleaning the uvula of the customer, and Headphone Guy is unable to hear anything at all, even what's going on right now due to listening to some hip hop music on his own headphones.
"Wait a minute! Headphone Guy is still in there!" exclaimed Knuckles.
"Yeah, and he doesn't even notice what's going on either!" exclaimed Quincy.
"Somebody's gotta save him somehow!" exclaimed Knuckles.
"He really needs some help!" exclaimed Quincy.
"I'll go save him, y'all! You two just go to safety!" exclaimed Oscar. Knuckles and Quincy gave Oscar a nod and they went into cover along with everybody else from outside the customer's mouth. "I GOT YOU HEADPHONE GUY! HOLD ON FOR YOUR DEAR LIFE WHILE I HOLD ONTO MY OWN LIFE!"
Oscar quickly swims right towards Headphone Guy just as he grabbed him, and he and Headphone Guy both braced themselves on the sperm whale customer's uvula just as he continued rumbling due to having indigestion and the other tongue scrubbers continue taking for cover from outside of the customer's mouth, and suddenly the sperm whale customer stopped rumbling and unleashed a tiny burp which made everybody relieved in the process and which also caused Oscar to get covered in some green slime from his own tongue in the process just as everybody else laughed at him and Oscar became greatly disgusted by the green slime that he got covered in.
"Awesome work, Oscar!" said Dwight.
"You totally saved the day from the so-called indigestion!" said Tamika.
"You really deserve a gold medal for your good deed!" said Vivian.
"Including when it turned out to be nothing but a false alarm!" said Quincy.
"Well, do you guys honestly think I deserve appreciation for what just happened?" asked Oscar just as he got the slime off of him.
"Actually, you could get more appreciation for it anyway for all of this!" said Knuckles.
"But the worst part is, either of us could end up like you!" said Pontrelli just as he and the rest of the tongue scrubbers continued to laugh at Oscar.
"Y'all funny, but let's see if you could laugh at THIS!" said Oscar.
Then, Oscar threw the slime at Pontrelli in order to pull a prank on him, but he quickly dodged it just as he laughed mockingly at Oscar along with the rest of the tongue scrubbers and the slime quickly hitting on Johnson instead who was really busy operating each of the cleaning machinery of the control tower of the Whale Wash which caused him to stagger around for a moment and accidentally hit a nearby switch which sends some of the soap from the soaper system to hit the sperm whale customer's eye and causes him to scream very loudly in pain. Once the sperm whale customer got hit in the eye with soap which caused him to scream in pain, Johnson attempts to pull the switch in order to get the soap off of his eye, but he is unable to do so and if the soap isn't off the customer's eye, then he'll go crazy for sure. Luckily, Oscar knew exactly what to do in order to make the sperm whale customer calm himself down from the soap in his eye, and he quickly sprung into action.
"SOAP IN THE CUSTOMER'S EYE! SOAP IN THE CUSTOMER'S EYE! HE REALLY NEEDS SOME HELP RIGHT AWAY!" exclaimed Oscar.
Oscar quickly swam up to the emergency whale clamping device and pulled the switch, and the panicking sperm whale customer quickly got clamped into the emergency whale clamping device so he could be able to calm himself down from the soap in his eye just as the emergency alarm went off. Once Oscar pulled the switch and catches the customer in the emergency whale clamping device, Oscar quickly swam right towards the customer with a squeegee and a bucket, and he carefully uses the squeegee to remove the soap off the customer's eye just as the customer began calming himself down from the pain from the soap in his own eye and showed his own gratitude towards Oscar for helping him out with the soap in his eye when he needed it while Oscar quickly got finished with
"Look, everything is gonna be alright, kind sir." said Oscar. "We'll get you some nice hot wax and some nice detergent, and we'll give you some coupons for some extra cleaning treatment in order to make you spotless whenever you want to and all of that."
"Thank you very much, Oscar, and I appreciate you for what you did for me." said the sperm whale customer.
"Alright. See ya later and take good care of yourself, including your own personal hygiene." said Oscar.
Oscar then began leaving the scene along with his squeegee and bucket after he successfully removed the soap off of the sperm whale customer's eye so he could continue doing his own job as a tongue scrubber at the Whale Wash, and just as he began leaving in order to do his own hard work, both Ernie and Bernie quickly found him just as Ernie shocked him with his own electric stinger from right behind him just as they began informing that Sykes is expecting him to have a meeting with him about he hasn't been paying off his own IOUS at the Whale Wash, mostly due to all of the get-rich-quick schemes that he has been pulling off lately.
"Look, who it is, Bernie," said Ernie.
"Yeah, it's the fish we've been looking for, Ernie," said Bernie.
"And that fish is known as Oscar himself," said Ernie.
"We've found him at long last," said Bernie.
"The boss Sykes is expecting you, Oscar." said Ernie.
"Mmm-hmm, he wants you in his office right now," said Bernie.
"Yeah, right now," said Ernie.
"Let's go," said Bernie.
"Yo, Ernie and Bernie. My favorite jellyfish brothers." Oscar greeted. "It's really nice to see both of you and how are you doing?"
"We're doing very well," said Bernie.
"Both of us are really alright, mon." said Ernie.
"But you won't be alright unless you come with us to the boss' office," said Bernie.
"Come with us to his office so he could have a meeting with you," said Ernie.
"Oh, Sykes is expecting to have a meeting with me right now? That's really a great idea, y'all. But before I could go, there's something I need to check on first." said Oscar. "Huh? What did you say, Ang and Brina? Oh, okay!" Angie and Sabrina stared at Oscar just as they were having a conversation with Gerald and Myrtle at the receptionist office. "What? Is there something you said, Nel? Alright, I understand that very well!" Nelson stared at Oscar just as he and his co-workers worked together to clean up one of the customer's teeth at the dental section. "Also, Ernie and Bernie, mons, before I could get the whole meeting with Sykes started, I'm just gonna go over here and just…"
Then, Oscar began singing a very horrible remix of the classic song Three Little Birds by the late singer Bob Marley just as he began swimming away from both Ernie and Bernie when he got informed by them that he has a meeting with Sykes, but Ernie and Bernie quickly went behind Oscar again and Ernie quickly shock Oscar in the back with his electric tentacle, and the two jellyfish insists that Oscar should arrive at Sykes' office in order to have the meeting with him like he's supposed to just as they both remind him that how the way he sings the classic song Three Little Birds by Bob Marley.
"That's not the way to sing that song by the legendary reggae singer Bob Marley himself, mon," said Ernie.
"Yeah, and the way you sing that song is very horrible, Oscar. It really is." said Bernie.
"Come with us to Sykes' office already," said Ernie.
"And he's really expecting to have a meeting with you," said Bernie.
"Let's go," said Ernie and Bernie.
Then, both Ernie and Bernie grabbed Oscar and began taking him right towards Sykes' office so he could begin having the meeting Sykes is expecting to have with him, and Oscar is about to learn that the whole reason why Sykes is expecting him to have the meeting is all because of how he hasn't paid off his own dues for his own job at the Whale Wash lately and it's mostly due to all of the get-rich-quick schemes that he has been pulling off lately just as Oscar became filled with surprise upon learning that Sykes really needs to have a meeting with him in his own office just as both Ernie and Bernie carried him there together.
