After thwarting Miror B's plans in Pyrite Town, Wes and Rui have arrived to Agate Village. It took them a few days, so along the way, Wes had to spend some time with the Shadow Pokemon he snagged and they were opening up and the darkness was weakening, but it still had a hold on them. Wes was awestruck by how beautiful it looked. It looked like a forest. He had no idea that there was something like this existed in Orre.
"Your grandpa lives here?" Wes asked.
"Yeah. Him and my grandma. And his Pikachu, too. They lived here ever since my grandpa retired a long time ago," Rui said.
I never would have guessed. Anyway, I've been meaning to ask you about your ability. How exactly do you see that aura?" Wes asked.
"I had this ability ever since I was little. From what I was told, I inherited it from my mother, and she inherited from her father," Rui said.
"And where are your parents now?" Wes asked. Rui sadly sighed.
"They aren't around anymore. They died when I still very little," Rui said. Wes looked at her and felt sad for her.
"Sorry to hear that," Wes apologized.
"No, don't apologize, Wes. I hardly even remember them anyway. But I have seen pictures of them just so I would know what they looked like and I was told about their time together and their entire lives before," Rui said. Wes felt a bit envious of Rui since she had someone to look after her.
"You know, you're lucky to have such a loving family, Rui," Wes said, almost sounding envious. Rui looked at Wes, puzzled.
"What do you mean?" Rui asked.
"You see, I never really had a family growing up," Wes admitted. Rui was surprised to hear him admit it.
"You mean, you never had a family?" Rui asked, concerned.
"No," Wes said, shaking his head.
"Didn't your mom or dad want you?" Rui asked.
"I don't know, Rui. I don't even remember my own parents. I've been with Team Snatch for as long I can remember. Gonzap was the one who found me and brought me in," Wes said.
"It must have been hard for you, Wes," Rui said.
"Yeah, it was. Growing up in Team Snatch, I didn't have any friends at all. That was until I got two Eevee under my wing. After a short while, we became very close to each other and they eventually evolved into the Espeon and Umbreon you see today," Wes explained.
"Which one evolved first?" Rui asked.
"Espeon was first since it was morning, and Umbreon evolved on the same night. Espeon and Umbreon stayed with me throughout Team Snatch. They often protected me from those guys. Since I was the best battler, Gonzap had me snagging Pokémon from different Trainers. It kept up until I got fed up with the snagging and I split from them. Gonzap wasn't thrilled about me leaving and he tried to stop me, but I was too slippery for him. Not long after that, I went back and took their Snag Machine and planted several bombs around their base before taking off again. And that's when we met shortly after," Wes concluded. Rui placed her hand on Wes's shoulder.
"And I'm glad we met," Rui said. "I don't even wanna think about what would have happened if we hadn't," Rui said. This made Wes smile.
"Honestly, I'm glad you, too. Besides Espeon and Umbreon, you're the first real friend I have ever made," Wes said. This made Rui smile while she blushed.
"You're very sweet, Wes," Rui said while blushing. She wanted to kiss him on the lips for Wes's sweet comment, but she stopped herself when she remembered what they came to Agate Village for. "Oh! That's right! Grandma and grandpa are waiting for us. And it'll be rude if we keep them waiting for too long."
"R-Right," Wes agreed.
"I can introduce you to my grandparents. I know where they're staying, so come with me," Rui said, taking Wes by the hand.
"You sure, Rui? I don't want them to think I'm, well, you know," Wes said. Rui looked at Wes and she saw that he was nervous. It dawned on her that she has never once seen him nervous the whole time she knew him. She found it absolutely adorable.
"Are you worried about the matter about your past?" Rui asked. Wes didn't answer her and he slightly looked away, but she playfully gave him a look. Wes then looked at her and he sighed before she giggled. "You don't need to worry, Wes. They'll going to like you; especially after the way you helped me back in Phenac City. They'll be very grateful for what you did for me." Wes looked at her and saw how sincere she was being, so he had to trust her on that subject and deal with whatever comes his way.
Meanwhile in an disclosed location, a news coverage is live as a newswoman is on TV, giving the report. DiZ is currently watching this on his computer screen. The hooded figure from before walks up behind him.
"We have received breaking news. Miror B, the brutal crime lord of Pyrite Town, has been defeated and driven out of town. Reports have claim that two young people were behind Miror B's downfall. Their identifies and where they came from are unknown. Thanks to their heroic work, Pyrite Town should hopefully return to its peaceful ways. And now, here's Sean with the weather," the newswoman said.
"So the Shadow Pokémon project has begun to fail," DiZ said.
"It won't be long until the Organization catches wind of this," the hooded figure said.
"I agree. They will never allow this to go on, laying down, and they will send their ghastly underlings to dispose those responsible for this," DiZ said.
"What I don't understand is why would Organization XIII have Pokémon being turned into soulless fighting machines," The hooded figure said.
"As you know, there is darkness in every heart. But there is darkness in not only the hearts of humans, but also in the hearts of animals, and in Pokémon as well. Organization XIII must be planning to turn them into Heartless. If that were to happen, then they would turn against those who have caused them to shut the doors to their hearts," DiZ said.
"Can it be stopped?" The hooded figure asked.
"It can. What is required to purify these Shadow Pokémon is the purifying power of the Relic Stone," DiZ said.
"The Relic Stone?" The hooded figure asked.
"Yes. It is said that the Relic Stone has the power of Celebi. A power that is composed of light," DiZ said.
"If what you're saying is true, then the Organization's tools will try to stop it from happening just so they could succeed and then turn the Pokémon into Heartless," the hooded figure said.
"Their failure is absolutely essential. We must thwart Organization XIII and keep them from accomplishing their goals in every way," DiZ said.
Back in Agate Village, Rui has led Wes to her grandparents' house. It is a house made of a hollowed-out tree.
"Here it is," Rui said. She opened the door and the two of them walked in. Inside, they found an elderly couple sitting at the table, enjoying some lunch. The elderly man has white hair and a matching beard. He wore flowing purple robes. His wife wore a pink dress and a white cap and a white caplet. Rui went up to her grandparents. "Grandpa Eagun! Grandma Beluh! I missed you!"
"Ah, Rui! Welcome, welcome!" Beluh happily exclaimed. "We heard that you were coming, but then you didn't arrive. We were worried about you, dear."
"You've finally arrived. What held you up?" Eagun asked.
"I had this terrible time! On the way here, I was abducted by these creepy people..." Rui paused. "Luckily, I was saved by Wes, who happened to be there by coincidence." Wes didn't want to be seen as rude, he bowed his head in respect.
"It's nice to meet you," Wes said. Eagun and Beluh looked at Wes. Beluh thought maybe Rui had herself a new boyfriend.
"Oh, how frightful. Thank you for saving our granddaughter," Beluh said.
"But why would anyone want to harm Rui?" Eagun asked.
"It's probably because I can see these bizarre Pokémon," Rui said. This strikes a cord with Eagun.
"Can you explain what you mean, dear?" Eagun asked.
"You see, they're Shadow Pokémon. They're Pokémon that have been turned into fighting machines because they tapped into the darkness in their hearts," Rui explained.
"Shadow Pokémon?! What in the world is that?" Eagun asked.
"Well..." Rui paused. Before she could go into detail, a loud voice is heard from outside.
"Help! There's trouble!" The voice shouted. A young man ran in the house and he had a distraught look on his face. "Eagun, it's a serious situation! Some outsiders went into the Relic Forest!" Eagun stood up from his chair, almost knocking it down.
"What?! Who are they?" Eagun asked.
"I... I don't know... They shoved me aside and..." The young man paused as he panted.
"That's enough talk! It can't wait! I'm off!" Eagun said as he ran out the door.
"Outsiders fouling the Relic Forest... That mustn't happen. But I worry for my husband even more so. Rui, dear! Please, go after him!" Beluh said.
"Don't worry, ma'am! Rui and I won't let anything happen to him!" Wes assured. Beluh looked at Wes and she saw that he has a good soul. Wes and Rui ran out the door to assist Rui's grandfather. "Rui, where is the Relic Forest?"
"It's down the hill. We can go in through a cave," Rui said.
Wes and Rui ran down to the cave and entered inside. They saw some Team Shadow peons inside.
"More meddlers!" A female Team Shadow peon said.
"We already gotten beaten by some old man, but we're not gonna blow it again!" The male Team Shadow peon said.
"No, we won't!" The other female Team Shadow peon said. They took out their Pokéballs and threw them. The Pokéballs have let out a Spheal, a Carvanha, a Shroomish, a Cacnea, a Baltoy, a Ralts, and a Kirlia. Wes took out his two Pokéballs and threw them.
"Espeon, Umbreon! Go!" Wes called out. Espeon and Umbreon both came out to battle against the opposing Pokémon. Rui took out Plusle's Pokéball and tossed it up.
"Come out, Plusle!" Rui called out. The Pokéball opened and Plusle came out. "Okay, Plusle! Helping Hand!" Plusle does some cheering as static electricity seeps from his body and energized Espeon and Umbreon.
"Carvanha! Use Crunch! Spheal! Use Ice Ball!" The first female Team Shadow peon ordered.
"Cacnea, Shroomish! Bullet Seed!" The male Team Shadow peon ordered.
"Ralts, Kirlia, Baltoy! Dazzling Gleam!"
"Espeon! Psybeam! Umbreon! Dark Pulse!" Wes ordered. Espeon and Umbreon unleashed their combination attacks at the opposing Pokémon, landing a hit on them. They all end up being knocked out thanks to Plusle's Helping Hand. The Team Shadow peons called their Pokémon back, knowing they've failed.
"Crap! We lost again!" The male Team Shadow peon gasped.
"It won't matter. We will win one way or the other. Skrub will handle this," the second Team Shadow peon said. "We won't forget this!" The Team Shadow peons ran out of the cave.
"The Relic Forest is just up ahead, isn't it?" Wes asked.
"Yes. Grandpa should already be there," Rui said.
With that said, Wes and Rui stepped out of the cave and there stands the young man from earlier.
"Oh, Rui! Eagun's in a heap of trouble! What shall we do? What shall we do?!" The young man exclaimed.
"You can calm down," Wes said.
"I'm just nervous. Eagun might be the mythical Trainer, but he's pushing his luck if he thinks he can battle at his age!" The young man said.
"He's right to worry, and so my grandpa. He has an act of overdoing it. It causes my grandma to worry about him," Rui said.
"Then, it's a good thing we're here," Wes said.
They see Eagun standing before a Team Shadow peon, but he is wearing a silver outfit and a blue scarf. Standing with Eagun is an elderly Pikachu.
"You! Who are you?! What are you doing here?!" Eagun demanded.
"Although you may ask why we are here, we simply cannot answer that. I can see that you are a senior citizen, but I cannot allow you to interfere with out affairs," the Team Shadow member said.
"Don't take me for a fool! I'll have you know I was once hailed the most powerful trainer! That isn't all, either. I have a comrade with whom I've been through thick and thin! This is the first PokémonI got, and it's been with me ever since! Okay, Pikachu! We haven't battled this much in a while! Let's keep focused!" Eagun said.
"Pikachu!" The old Pikachu said.
"Alright, old timer. If you won't back away nicely, then I'll have to do it the hard way!" The Team Shadow member said, taking out a Pokéball and threw it. "Hitmontop! You're going in!" The Pokéball opened and a Hitmontop emerged from inside. Wes looked at Hitmontop and she gasped.
"Wes, Hitmontop is a Shadow Pokémon," Rui said.
"Thanks for letting me know," Wes said.
"Pikachu! Use Volt Tackle!" Eagun ordered. Pikachu rushes at the Handstand Pokémon with an electrified tackle.
"Hitmontop! Shadow Break!" The Team Shadow member ordered. Hitmontop came at the old Mouse Pokémon and lands a strong chop, dealing some heavy damage on it.
"Pikachu! Use Thunder!" Eagun ordered. Pikachu unleashed Thunder at Hitmontop.
"Dodge and use Shadow Break again!" The Team Shadow member ordered. Hitmontop avoided Pikachu's attack and lands another Shadow Break, taking out Eagun's Pikachu.
"Oh! Pikachu!" Eagun exclaimed.
"Didn't I already say? An old man shouldn't overdo it," the Team Shadow member taunted.
Eagun glared right at him.
"Could that be the Shadow Pokémon Rui described?" Eagun asked in his thoughts. Wes and Rui ran up to her grandfather.
"Grandpa! Pikachu!" Rui gasped.
"Pi... Pika..." Pikachu said.
"How dare you! You'll never get away with this!" Rui snarled. He looked at Wes and Rui.
"Ah, now here's someone who may show me more of an enjoyable time. Very well. En Garde, because you're up against Skrub!" Skrub said as he took out two of his Pokéballs and threw them. Wynaut, Clamperl! Go!" His Pokéballs opened and his Wynaut and Clamperl emerged from inside.
"Espeon, Umbreon! You're up!" Wes said. Espeon and Umbreon nodded as they got into position to battle. "Espeon! Psybeam on Clamperl! Umbreon! Use Dark Pulse on Wynaut!" Espeon unleashed a Psybeam at Clamperl while Umbreon unleashed Dark Pulse at Wynaut.
"Clamperl! Iron Defense! Wynaut! Counter!" Skrub ordered. Clamperl has built up some defense while Wynaut prepared to counter Umbreon's attack, but Dark Pulse was too strong for the Bright Pokémon. Wynaut was knocked out, and Clamperl had taken some damage from Espeon's Psybeam. Skrub calls back his Wynaut and took out his next Pokéball and threw it.
"Not bad, but here's Geodude!" Skrub called out. His Pokéball opened and his Geodude emerged from inside. "Geodude! Use Rock Slide! Clamperl! Use Water Gun" Geodude unleashed Rock Slide at its opponents while Clamperl has unleashed Water Gun.
"Espeon! Use Psychic!" Wes ordered. Espeon uses Psychic on the two attacks and sent them back at the opposing Pokémon. Geodude is struck by Clamperl's Water Gun while Clamperl was struck by Rock Slide, knocking the both of them out. Skrub called them both back.
"You're up, Hitmontop!" Skrub called out. Hitmontop emerged from inside, ready to battle.
"Get ready, you two," Wes said.
"My Hitmontop is more than a match for your Espeon and Umbreon, and I'm going to prove it, too! Hitmontop! Shadow Break on Espeon!" Skrub ordered. Hitmontop came at Espeon and lands a Shadow Break on Espeon, dealing some damage.
"Espeon!" Wes exclaimed.
"Shadow Break again, but aim it at Umbreon this time!" Skrub ordered. Hitmontop lands a Shadow Break on Umbreon, dealing some heavy damage. "Now, use Triple Kick!" Hitmontop spins around and deals some heavy kicks on the both of them. "You might as well give it up, because my Hitmontop is too strong for you to handle!"
"I don't know the meaning of 'give up'. I won't let you have your way. My Espeon and Umbreon have taken worse abuse than anything you can dish out," Wes said.
"Is that so? Looks like I'm gonna have to try even harder. Shadow Break once again!" Skrub ordered. Hitmontop came at Espeon and Umbreon again.
"Espeon! Use Swift! Umbreon! Use Feint Attack!" Wes ordered. Umbreon came at Hitmontop with a Feint Attack and lands a hit while Espeon fired a Swift. The stars struck Hitmontop, but he still struck Espeon, dealing some heavy damage with Shadow Break. "Shadow Break again!" Hitmontop was about to use Shadow Break to finish off Espeon.
"Psychic!" Wes ordered. Espeon uses Psychic to stop Hitmontop and lift it up in the air. "Umbreon! Dark Pulse!" Umbreon fired Dark Pulse, hitting Hitmontop, dealing some heavy damage. Espeon slammed Hitmontop hard on the ground. Wes took out a Great Ball, converting it into a Snag Ball. He threw it and Hitmontop flows inside it. The Great Ball wobbles around and around. Stars swirls around the Great Ball to confirm the catch.
"If I knew you were gonna do that, I should have declined!" Skrub exclaimed. Espeon and Umbreon knocked him down and Wes approached him.
"Now, spill it. Why are you here?" Wes asked.
"I was instructed to capture to capture Celebi, then destroy the Relic Stone, but matters have not gone according to plan," Skrub said. "I shall have to immediately inform Dakim, who has gone to Mount Battle!"
"Dakim?" Wes asked.
Skrub didn't answer, so he fled, dropping a file as he ran. The file reads "Celebi's Power". Rui went up to her grandfather.
"Grandpa, are you okay?" Rui asked.
"I'm fine. But my partner!" Eagun said, looking at his injured Pikachu.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"Ah, you're safe! Good, good. You battled with honor. Of your opponent was any ordinary Pokémon, you would have won," Eagun said, picking up his Pikachu. "So, that was a Shadow Pokémon..."
"Yeah. The ones we were telling you about," Wes said.
"Rui and Wes, am I right?" Eagun asked.
"Yes," Wes nodded.
"Thank you for helping us," Eagun said.
"I had to, because you're Rui's grandpa," Wes said. Rui smiled at that. Eagun caught a glimpse of her granddaughter smiling and he knew she's in love with him. After saving her, he does approve of him.
"Thank you for helping us. We should go home for the time being," Eagun said.
"Of course," Rui said. Wes took a glimpse at the file.
"Look," Wes said, picking up the file.
"Another file?" Rui asked.
"Better see what it says," Wes said, opening it up. He reads its contents.
The purification of Shadow Pokémon has several factors. Celebi appears to have the power to boost the purification process. If a Shadow Pokémon encounters a Celebi, it recalls how its heart was before being closed, and reverts to its original form. The Relic Stone of Agate Village also appears to have the power to complete the purification process. These factors must be eliminated if our Shadow Pokémon Plan is to succeed.
After reading the file, Wes, Rui, Eagun, and Pikachu returned to the house. There, Eagun sat on the couch next to his wife.
"You really had me worried. Please don't do anything so rash again," Beluh scolded her husband.
"I'm sorry, dear, but I couldn't very well let them have their way. Those crooks... They said they were out to capture Celebi and destroy the Relic Stone. Hmmm... Why? Might there be a connection between Celebi and Shadow Pokémon?" Eagun asked.
"Oh, no, that's no good. We came here because we thought you would know something, grandpa," Rui said.
"So much for that idea," Wes said.
"Hmm... Sorry to disappoint you. Oh, yes! Dear, didn't we have a stone tablet? It had something about the Relic carved into it," Eagun said. Beluh exclaimed in realization.
"Ah, yes! Yes, we did have such a stone tablet. Now where could I have put it away?" Beluh asked as she thought. "Let me look for it upstairs. It may take time, so please be patient." Beluh went up the stairs
"While she's looking, you might try gathering some more information on Celebi, Rui. Go see an old man named Senilor. He lives near the market down the hill. Senilor is the authority when it comes to Celebi. … That is, if he remembers..."
"Senilor. Got it," Wes said.
"Thanks, grandpa," Rui said.
"Anything to help out," Eagun said.
Wes and Rui stepped out of the house and they went down the hill and they found the house, matching the description perfectly. They knocked on the door. An old man stepped out.
"Yes? May I help you?" The old man asked.
"Hello, Senilor," Rui greeted. The elderly man looked at Rui and he smiled.
"Why if it isn't it Eagun's Rui, or isn't it Rui's Eagun. Um, which one are you again?" Senilor asked.
"He's supposed to know about Celebi?" Wes whispered.
"My grandpa told us that you know about Celebi," Rui said.
"Well, he told you right. I may not remember what I had for breakfast this morning, but I do remember stuff about Celebi. According to ancient lore, the Relic is said to hold the power of time travel for Celebi. That mystical power is said to to revive the most pleasant, most enjoyable memories of Pokémon. If only it worked on me and brought back memories of my youth," Senilor said, chuckling.
"You had some Oran Berry pancakes this morning, dad," Senilor's son said from inside.
"Is there a way to meet Celebi directly?" Wes asked.
"As a matter of fact, there is. To meet Celebi directly, you must use an artifact called the Time Flute. That is all the one needs to bring Celebi to the Relic Forest. Celebi will surely cause the darkness to weaken in the hearts of Pokémon. And that's all I got," Senilor said.
"That's all we needed anyway. And thank you," Rui said.
"You're welcome, dear. Give your grandfolks my best," Senilor said.
Wes and Rui went back to her grandparents' house and right in time as Beluh is holding a stone in her hands.
"Ah, Rui! Welcome home. I've finally found the Small Tablet," Beluh said, showing her granddaughter.
"That is the Small Tablet that has been passed down through our family over many generations. Examine it," Eagun said, Beluh hands it to Wes. He looked at the tablet and he saw that there's some sort of writing on it.
"There's writing on this," Wes said.
"Can you read it?" Rui asked.
"No, I don't think so," Wes said. Rui looked at the stone tablet and she instantly understood what it says.
"I think I can read this," Rui said.
"Good because I have no idea what it says," Wes said.
"It says: 'In Agate's mystic Relic, Celebi's power shelters. A heart overwhelmed by shadows. Its last door shall be opened. By the power within.'"
"By the power within. What does that mean?" Wes asked.
"The Relic must have some effect on Shadow Pokémon. I will leave that for you to determine for yourselves," Eagun suggested.
"Well, we might as well try it out. And we got a whole bunch of Shadow Pokémon with us," Wes said.
"You think it can work?" Rui asked.
"We'll never know unless we try, right?" Wes asked.
"That's true," Rui agreed. Wes then received a notification from his PStarDA. He took it out. "What is it?"
"It's an email from Duking. It must be important if he's contacting me now," Wes said. He sees a notification that reads "EMERGENCY!!!" Wes selects it and reads what it says.
Wes, we've got big trouble! I just got word from our people that Mount Battle's under attack by a mysterious group of thugs. Please, can you go help? We think it's the same group as Miror B belonged to. We're counting on you!
"It's those guys again. And this time, it's Mount Battle this time," Wes said.
"What?! Those crooks are loose on Mount Battle now?! That's awful!" Rui said.
"And I think it might be that Dakim guy Skrub mentioned before," Wes said.
"We can't let this go on! Wes, let's go!" Rui said.
"You're right, Rui. We can't let this stand," Wes said. "Where's Mount Battle located?"
"Mount Battle is to the northeast. You can see it in the distance once you leave the village. Hurry, Rui!" Eagun said.
"We'll get there, but first, we got something to tackle," Wes said.
"What?" Rui asked.
"Well, we got to use the Small Tablet at the Relic Stone and see if it really works," Wes said.
"That's right. The Relic Stone. And you snagged every Shadow Pokémon we've come across," Rui said.
"And that's why I think we should head for the Relic Stone first. Espeon and Umbreon are strong Pokémon, but I even I know they won't be able to win every battle they're in. That battle against Hitmontop is proof. We could be dealing with some stronger Shadow Pokémon going forward. I don't know what kind of Shadow Pokémon we could be dealing with next, but it never hurts to have some additional help," Wes said.
"You're right. Let's go," Rui said.
With that said, Wes went to his ride and he took the Pokéballs and Great Ball, containing every Shadow Pokémon he had encountered, except for Hitmontop. He worked with these Shadow Pokémon for days, making them open up, so Wes met up with Rui as she stood outside the cave. Wes and Rui entered the cave and heads for the Relic Forest. They stepped out of the cave and the young man from before is standing before them.
"It's you again. Thanks for protecting the Relic Stone earlier," the young man said.
"We couldn't let them have their way, could we?" Rui asked.
"No, but I'm grateful for what you did," the young man said. "What are you going to do now?"
"We're going to put the Small Tablet on the Relic Stone and see what's gonna happen," Wes said.
"Okay. You do that," the young man said.
Wes had taken out the Pokéballs and Great Ball and he let out the Shadow Pokémon. The Relic Stone reacts with a light green light.
"Hearts, snared by darkness. Now that the doors are opened, it is time to be free from your darkness and free from hatred and anger," a child-like voice spoke. The Shadow Pokémon each became engulfed by light and the darkness around them have vaporated. With that done, the former Shadow Pokémon have regained their old memories and the moves they had before being turned to Shadow Pokémon. And to add, Makuhita, Bayleef, Croconaw, Quilava, Flaaffy, Skiploom, Remoraid, Meditite, and Swablu have begun to evolve.
"It really does work," Wes said.
"Then that could only mean that the legend is true after all. Now our mission is clear. Not only do we have to snag the Shadow Pokémon with the Snag Machine, but we must also purify them," Rui said.
"You're right. I don't know how many Shadow Pokémon are left, but we'll have to snag them all until there aren't any left, and purify them. And we'll get started by heading for Mount Battle," Wes said.
"I'm with you, Wes," Rui said.
And with that said, Wes and Rui headed for Wes's vehicle and started to make their way towards Mount Battle.
Meanwhile, in the World That Never Was, Saïx has come before Xemnas to make his report about the Shadow Pokémon plan.
"Lord Xemnas, I have gotten word that the Shadow Pokémon were purified," Saïx reported.
"Purified? How can that be?" Xemnas asked his second-in-command.
"I am not sure, but all I know is, someone is interfering with our plans with the Shadow Pokémon. And what's more, there is a powerful light coming from him or her. The one responsible for this has not been identified, but I will begin an investigation at once with your permission of course," Saïx requested.
"You may. Return to me immediately once the perpetrator has been identified, and have him disposed of," Xemnas said.
"As you command," Saïx said, acknowledging his leader's orders. He took his leave.
