A/N : First day of the games. At that time I was starting to get a little bit more confident about my writing style (not THAT much, though)

Anyway, enjoy !

It was finally time. Every Fairy Tail member was sitting in the tribunes, Master Makarov sitting in the front, ready to cheer for our team.

"Welcome, ladies and gentlemen! Today is the first day of our annual Grand Magic Games!" said the announcer, his voice echoing through the massive stadium.

The crowd roared with excitement, and I felt an anticipation rush. The announcer continued, "After a rigorous elimination round last night, only eight teams have advanced to the main event. Let's give a round of applause for all the participants who made it this far!"

The stadium erupted in cheers once more. The large screens around the arena began to display the names of the teams that had advanced. My heart pounded as I waited to see if Fairy Tail had made it.

"On the 8th place, they took the last qualification place, will the fairies repair their wings and fly up in the sky... Please applaud, FAAAAIRY TAAAAAAIL!" the announcer declared.

And our team entered the arena. Natsu, Gray, Lucy, Erza, and Wendy, they were all there, with extremely serious and concentrated looks on their faces.

The Fairy Tail section of the stands exploded with cheers and applause. "GO FAIRY TAIL!" Elfman roared, his voice booming above the crowd.

"You've got this, Natsu!" shouted Cana, waving her drink in the air.

"Show them what you're made of, Erza!" Mirajane added, her eyes shining with pride.

"Lucy! Wendy! We're cheering for you!" Levy called out, her voice filled with excitement.

I found myself standing and shouting as well, my voice joining the chorus of support. "Give it your all, Gray! You've got this, team!"

Makarov stood at the front, his small stature somehow commanding the entire crowd's attention. "Alright, children, let's show them our true power!" he roared, his voice brimming with pride and unyielding determination."

As our team stood in the center of the arena, they looked up at us and smiled, the weight of our support visible in their eyes. Natsu pumped his fist into the air, igniting it with flames as he grinned. "Let's show them what we can do!"

Gray cracked his knuckles, his usual smirk in place. "Time to get serious."

Erza nodded, her eyes blazing with determination. "For Fairy Tail. Let's give them everything we've got!"

Lucy and Wendy exchanged a determined look, both of them ready to give it their all.

They made it. Not that I didn't trust them, but seeing them there, ready to prove themselves, filled me with overwhelming pride. It was time for everyone to see that Fairy Tail wasn't a lost cause.

The rest of the guilds were called: Quatro Cerberus, Lamia Scale, Mermaid Heel, Blue Pegasus, Raven Tail. Only two were left.

"On the second place... Oh my god, what?" said the announcer, sounding astonished. "This is incredible! Please applaud FAAAAIRYTAIL B TEAAAAM!" he roared, his voice echoing through the stadium.

To be honest, I can't even describe everyone's reaction. It's way too hard. But you can imagine the shock and excitement on our faces when Laxus, Mira, Juvia, Gajeel, and Mystogan emerged into the arena.

The entire Fairy Tail section erupted into deafening cheers, our voices blending into one powerful roar of support.

"Is this for real?" Natsu yelled, his eyes wide with surprise and excitement.

"They formed a second team?" Gray added, equally stunned.

"This is going to be amazing!" Lucy exclaimed, her eyes shining with excitement.

I joined in the cheering, my heart pounding with pride and anticipation. "Go, Fairy Tail! Show them what we're made of!"

Makarov's grin was ear to ear, his eyes twinkling with pride. "We've got two teams in the games. Let's show them the true strength of Fairy Tail!"

As the B Team stood there, basking in the cheers and applause, Laxus raised his fist high. "We're not here to play nice. We're here to win," he declared, his voice filled with determination.

Mira, standing beside him, smiled warmly but with a fierce glint in her eyes. "We'll give it everything we've got."

Juvia waved to the crowd, her eyes fixed on Gray, who she knew was watching. "Juvia will fight for Fairy Tail and for her beloved Gray-sama!"

Gajeel crossed his arms, a smirk on his face. "Let's see how these weaklings handle real power."

Mystogan, ever the mysterious figure, simply nodded, his presence commanding respect and attention.

The atmosphere was electric, the excitement palpable. With two teams in the games, Fairy Tail's presence was undeniable. The other guilds watched with a mix of surprise and apprehension, realizing that the competition had just gotten a lot tougher.

The announcer, regaining his composure, continued, "And finally, in first place... Sabertooth!"

"Gramps, when the heck did you plan all that?" we all asked in unison.

Makarov grinned. "I'm full of surprises."

I sweatdropped. "I can see that."

"The first game of today will be Hidden!" said the announcer. "It's very easy. Each team will define one participant. That participant will have to find the others and not be found!" he explained.

Fairy Tail A chose Gray. Fairy Tail B chose Juvia.

The game started. It looked easy but was actually really hard. Adding to that, Raven Tail was constantly looking for Gray. They weren't even touching anyone else; they focused solely on Gray, leaving him with no defense, incapable of scoring a single point. At the end, Fairy Tail A got 0 points, and Fairy Tail B got 1.

After the game, the crowd began humiliating Fairy Tail. "Go back home, stupid fairies!" "You can't do shit here!"

Gray passed in front of his team, mumbling a quick "sorry" before heading inside. After taking his stop, he smashed the wall with his fist, swearing he wouldn't get beaten twice.

Natsu and Erza were the first to follow him. "Gray, it's not your fault," Erza said firmly. "Raven Tail is clearly targeting us for a reason."

Natsu nodded, his fists clenched. "Yeah, we all saw what happened. We'll get them back, and we'll show everyone what Fairy Tail is really made of."

Gray looked up, his eyes filled with determination and anger. "I swear, next time I'll make them pay."

During that time, Makarov was eying me for a simple reason. I was gripping the barrier so hard, it was starting to crack. "Raven Tail..." I mumbled, eyes crackling with electricity as my magic started to flare up.

Makarov placed a calming hand on my shoulder. "Patience, Haru. We'll have our chance."

In the afternoon, it was fight time. Lucy against Flare, from Raven Tail.

"GO LUCY, SHOW THEM!" I yelled from the balcony, my voice blending with the cheers of the rest of the guild.

The arena was filled with tension as the two mages faced off. Flare's sinister grin contrasted sharply with Lucy's determined expression. The crowd's cheers and jeers created a cacophony of noise, but all I could focus on was the battle unfolding below.

"Take her down, Lucy!" Natsu shouted, his fists clenched in anticipation.

"Remember your training!" Erza called out, her voice steady and encouraging.

The match began, and Flare wasted no time in showing her viciousness, using her hair as a weapon to try and ensnare Lucy. But Lucy was quick and resourceful, summoning her celestial spirits to counter Flare's attacks.

"Open, Gate of the Golden Bull! Taurus!" Lucy called, and Taurus charged forward, his massive axe deflecting Flare's hair.

"You're doing great, Lucy!" Wendy cheered, her eyes wide with admiration.

The fight was intense, with both mages giving it their all. Flare's relentless attacks seemed overwhelming at times, but Lucy's resolve never wavered. She fought back with everything she had, summoning spirit after spirit to keep Flare at bay.

At one point, Flare's hair wrapped around Lucy, tightening like a vice. The crowd gasped, and I felt my heart clench in fear for her.

"Don't give up, Lucy!" I shouted, electricity sparking around me in my anxiety.

With a determined cry, Lucy summoned Virgo, who quickly freed her from Flare's grasp. "Thank you, Virgo!" Lucy said, her voice breathless but resolute.

She then summoned Gemini, ready to cast Urano Metria. The twins appeared, mirroring Lucy's determined expression, and began to chant alongside her.

"She's done for," I said, smiling. "Lucy will win this."

However, close to the end of the cast, everything stopped. Lucy's magic simply dissapeared, and although the crowd was confused, every mage around understood what had happened. Someone had cheated, and someone had canceled Lucy's magic, taking all the energy with it.

"What the heck just happened?" Natsu shouted, his fists igniting in anger.

"That's impossible," Erza muttered, her eyes scanning the arena for any signs of foul play.

Lucy stumbled, looking bewildered and drained. Flare took the opportunity to strike, her hair whipping out and knocking Lucy to the ground. The crowd's cheers for Flare were deafening, but our section was filled with outrage.

"Cheaters!" Cana yelled, shaking her fist. "We all saw what happened!"

Makarov's face was a mask of fury. "Raven Tail..."

I clenched my fists, electricity crackling around me. "This isn't fair! We need to do something!"

Gray and Natsu were already on their feet, ready to charge down to the arena, but Erza held them back. "No. We can't cause a scene. We'll deal with this another way."

My anger was starting to get the better of me. Macao and Wakaba had to pin me down to avoid me jumping over the balcony. Natsu and Gray were in the same state, barely held back by Elfman and Cana. Flare was literally toying with Lucy, hurting her but not too much so the match wouldn't end.

"Stop it! You bastards!" I shouted, struggling against Macao and Wakaba's grip.

The crowd's reaction was mixed, with some cheering for Flare's ruthless tactics and others booing the obvious unfairness. The tension was unbearable.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the referee ended the match. Lucy lay in the middle of the arena, completely beaten up.

"LUCY!" Natsu yelled, breaking free from Elfman's grasp and rushing to her side.

The rest of us followed, our hearts heavy with anger and concern. Natsu gently lifted Lucy into his arms, his eyes blazing with fury. "They'll pay for this," he growled.

Wendy immediately began healing Lucy, her magic glowing softly. "Hang in there, Lucy," she whispered, tears in her eyes.

Lucy managed a weak smile. "I... I'm sorry, everyone. I couldn't..."

"Don't say that," Erza said, her voice firm but gentle. "You did your best. This isn't your fault."

Makarov stepped forward, his expression softening as he looked at Lucy. "We'll get justice for this. I promise you, Lucy."

The rest of the guild members gathered around, their expressions a mix of anger and solidarity. "We're all behind you, Lucy," Gray said, his voice steady despite his rage.

Juvia knelt beside Lucy, her eyes filled with tears. "Juvia saw everything. They cheated. But Juvia knows Lucy-sama is strong."

Lucy started crying, and everyone eyed Wendy to see how she was doing with the healing. However, Wendy only shook her head slowly, saying, "No." This was too much. They took out Gray this morning, and now they toyed with us, cheated, and beat up one of our friends so badly that she couldn't even participate anymore.

An insane thunderbolt erupted from my body, gusts of wind swirling around me. Everyone turned around, shocked by my reaction.

"Haru, calm down!" Macao shouted.

"They'll pay for this," I said slowly, my eyes filled with anger.

"Haru..." whispered Mira, "I never saw you like that," she added to herself.

After a while, we all went back inside, taking Lucy to the infirmary. The mood was heavy, each of us lost in our thoughts of anger.

As we settled Lucy into a bed, Makarov gathered us around. "We need to keep our heads," he said firmly. "We know they're cheating, and we will find proof. But we can't let them provoke us into losing control."

Natsu, still fuming, nodded reluctantly. "Yeah, we'll play it smart. But they won't get away with this."

Erza placed a reassuring hand on Lucy's shoulder. "Rest now, Lucy. We'll take care of everything."

Lucy managed a weak smile. "Thank you, everyone. I believe in you."

With Lucy settled, we left the infirmary, our resolve hardened. Raven Tail's treachery wouldn't break us; it would only make us stronger. The next event loomed, but as we made our way back to the arena, a shared look between us said it all: Fairy Tail would not back down.

The tension after the first day of the games was palpable. No one spoke, laughed, or even made eye contact. The reality was harsh: nobody supported Fairy Tail. Lucy was in the infirmary, and Gray had been humiliated. Overwhelmed, I didn't return to the guild that night, needing time alone. I wandered the quiet streets of Crocus, lost in thought until exhaustion finally drove me to seek rest.

A/N : Aaaand done ! First day comes to an end. Next chapter will obviously be the second day.
