Izuku and Helen met when they were 16 years old and Bob & Lucius was 17 when they first met. Izuku came to America to learn to be a solo hero for a sort of experimental experience at UA.
The US, Russia, Mexico, and Canada are the nations that signed off on the 'Illegalization of Supers' while Japan and other countries continue with heroes however they still must go to hero academia and graduate to be a full-time hero.
After this discovery, very few heroes were able to go to some of the parts of the globe that still allowed for there to be heroes.
Everything will be somewhat tied to the canon events in the movie.

Friday...
Our scene starts with our hero, hero in training 16-year-old Izuku Midoriya walking into the halls of Birmingham High School. As he walked through the halls, everyone saw and somewhat giggled at his attire. Izuku wore bright green jean pants, an unbuttoned blue wool shirt, which was over/showing off his prize shirt, an actual All-Might T-shirt that was signed by his mentor five months before he arrived in America as a way to get some good attention, and to come off as a hero fan instead of an actual hero.
Whenever Izuku walked in the halls, his fellow students still giggled and laughed at him for his choice of hair color. Although Izuku has been at the school for a while, not everyone is cool with his colored hair. When he first arrived in the US everyone thought that his hair was dyed green but it was a hereditary genetic disorder.
America's hero laws are different - Heroes need a secret identity and a secondary job for civilian life. So, under orders, Izuku must not tell civilians that he is a hero. Only tell other supers who he is.
He stopped by his locker and was greeted by the loving, soft, and kind touched hands of that second special woman in his life. She said, "Hey there green bean," Izuku smiled and turned around to see his beautiful girlfriend: Helen Traux. Her red hair and her burning red hazel-wood eyes seemed brighter today. She wore a jean jacket, and a white shirt underneath, she wore tight jeans as well that barely hid her body. Helen, like most girls at the school, was blessed with a wonder/tight waist, puberty blessing her with an amazing hourglass figure with a large double-F Cup size and a more than generous ass to boot. Puberty has been kind to Helen. Helen sees that Izuku has been looking at her with happy eyes, as his eyes seem to be in a trance, "Hello, Izuku. Earth to Izuku, are in there?" Izuku didn't say anything as his arms and hands wrapped around Helen's incredibly tight waist and brought her for a romantic kiss on the lips that seemed to have lasted for 2 minutes. When the kiss ended Helen looked at Izuku with a small blush and with a snarky smile, "Woah-ho-ho, what has you all so frisky today?"
Izuku shrugged his shoulders and answered, "Nothing really, I'm just happy to see you." He then kisses her forehead.
Helen giggles and says back, "Well then maybe you'll be even happier when I swing by your house later too night," Confusing Izuku for a minute, "and then we'll see house happy you are when you see me." She said as she pressed her chest onto Izuku's chest causing the boy to blush.
The two depart ways and head off to their respective classes.
As Izuku entered his class and sat. He turns his attention to his friend, Mina Hendrex (They/Them - Nonbinary), Izuku has known Mina since he came to Birmingham. They were the first nicest person he had met, well, second if you count Helen being #1 on that list. They whispered to Izuku, "Psst, Izzy," they said in a whispered tone, "I have some great news~ You won't want to miss." Izuku was intrigued. Mina looked around the classroom, grabbed their backpack pulled out a DVD case in a dramatic way, and revealed them, "Slasher Marathon all this weekend at my place." They hold up the cases to Izuku and his eyes widen. In their hand they held the DVD cases of Thanksgiving, Scream DVD Collection, Friday The 13th DVD Collection, and finally Halloween DVD Collection. "We are going to binge-watch each and entire collection starting tonight and all weekend. My parents are going out of town and..." They then see Izuku's uncertain 'I have plans tonight face, "And you have plans tonight, huh?"
Izuku scratches the back of his head and says, "I'm sorry, I have plans tonight. Maybe another time?" He suggests.
Mina sighs before saying, "Sure, I mean, I can wait until next year when my parents leave town/country to go on a stupid company retreat for us to get scared out of our pants with classic/original horror movies and their sequels." In defeat, their epic stay all night weekend was ruined. They then ask Izuku, "So what are your plans for tonight?"
Izuku was embarrassed as his cheeks flushed to a bright red color, "I'm going to be spending the weekend with Helen."
Mina's mouth opened wide in shock. They then slump down and say to him, "Jesus this is not fair. How is it that a nerd like you somehow gets the hottest girl, who every boy in the school wants to be with, has more game than half of the football team?"
Izuku scratches the back of his head and says sheepily, "I-I have no idea either."
Time skip to night time...
8:29 P.M.
At Midoriya household...
Izuku continued feeling bad that he had to ditch his best friend's slasher movie marathon for hero work. He loved his friend Mina, but hero work was important, and as a hero in the US you have to drop everything that is part of the civilian lifestyle and do the hero work. That is what one professional hero told Izuku as his hero persona 'Deku' when he noticed that he was feeling down.
"Izuku, are you ready to go?"
Izuku's head perks up at Helen's voice in the bathroom. Izuku responds as he's finished putting on his Gama-Style suit, "Yeah I'm ready. I'm just waiting on you." He then asks her, "Where do you think we're going to?" He said as he tightened his arm braces/gauntlets.
Helen replies, "From what Ceil told me, there has been trouble down at the ports. Multiple people have been going missing, ships being broken into while out in the sea and their cargo is getting stolen. So, the ports I guess." She then makes a suggestion, "I heard about this restaurant that is at the port, it has five-solid star ratings. They serve amazing surfenturf foods over there and I was thinking that after work we could try it out." Helen puts an idea on what to have for dinner after their mission is completed.
Izuku thinks for a moment and replies, "Sure, if the food is great then I see no reason not to go there. I'll bring some cash with me before we go."
Helen then says, "Great!" With excitement. "And such a gentleman, I think that afterward, I'll have to reward you~" She then walks out of the bathroom and says to him with a seductive voice, "Ready, Deku~"
Izuku turns his attention to his girlfriend walking out of the bathroom and leaning on the door sides in her super suit.
That's right, Helen Traux is a super too.
Her hero's name was Elastigirl.
Elastigirl is a young woman like Izuku. In her hero suit, Helen or Elastigirl had her hair down thus giving her long reddish hair and a slim athletic figure, except for rather wide hips. She wore a light grey leotard with a black and white E/G insignia on her rather large chest that was surprisingly contained by a tight and comfortable bra that made her chest somewhat small. She also donned a glittering scarlet headband, a glittering scarlet mask, and a belt that went above her rather wide hips, two long scarlet gloves, and some lighter grey leggings underneath her two thigh-high scarlet boots. The suit itself was made to help with Helen's stretching ability so even if she stretches to the outskirts of town her suit won't break. With the way that the suit was tight in certain areas around her body, it was hard for Izuku not to look and blush at his girlfriend's beautiful physique.
His eyes land on her hips and thighs as semi-perverted thoughts flood in.
Helen sees this and smirks and says to him while walking towards him with an enticing swaying of her wide hips, "Looking at something you like big man~" Izuku starts stuttering before Helen giggles and says, "We'll see how much your stuttering helps you after dinner when we're back to your room." She then walks over to the window as they always planned on sneaking out through the window, "Now come on, we have a job to do."
And just like Deku and Elastigirl head to the port and begin their mission marking it as their 34th sighting of Deku and Elastigirl fighting and working together.

One year later...
July 4th...
9:20 P.M.
Still in Birmingham, Alabama
Today was the Fourth of July, and the night sky was filled with both fireworks and stars shining and exploding beautiful colors. Currently, everyone in town was in the city hall watching the fireworks going off to the sky with amazement.
However, not everyone in town was at the fireworks ceremony.
At the moment, over across town in the cornfield was where a pickup truck was parked inside a cornfield. At the back of the truck were two teenagers wrapped around in each other's arms in their birthday suits, with a blanket covering their bodies on top of a soft blanket that was so soft it could put an elephant to sleep. These two teenagers were none other than Izuku Midoriya and Helen Traux. Izuku was lying on the bed, and Helen's body hugged Izuku's right side, as her head was lying on top of Izuku's bare chest. Three hours ago, Izuku and Helen came out to the corn field in secret and in private to have some fun~ before the fireworks. For three hours they had risky, unprotected sex non-stop.
True they never had sex with anyone else besides themselves, but still there wasn't too much worry about aids or any of that. Plus, today was safe for Izuku's buns to go into Helen's oven and nothing would happen. And to make sure that nothing happened afterward, Helen decided to take a couple of birth control pills.
The two watched the fireworks explode in the sky. The bright, lights, explode, making the night sky even brighter.
"The fireworks are brighter this year than last year, huh?" Helen said as she crossed Izuku's chest with her right hand her left hand was holding and intertwined with Izuku's hand lovingly.
Izuku agreed, he then asked Helen a question, "Helen there's something that I want to ask you," Helen looked at him, "Helen, as you know, I'm only here in the U.S. for one more year and we won't be able to see each other at all." Helen lowers her head with disappointment. It's true, that Izuku came to the U.S. on a student visa and is only meant to be here in the U.S. until he passes 12th grade and then he moves back to Japan. "I don't want to move back to Japan, I want to stay here with you, have a nice life, have a family, I guess what I'm saying is that," He takes a deep breath in, "Helen, after graduation, would you do me the honors and- - -"
Izuku didn't finish as Helen jumped down at him kissing his lips moved her tongue into his mouth and started swooshing both tongues around causing both teens to be even more aroused than before. Helen sits up, her large behind blocks Izuku's sword from standing up, and with a smile she says, "YES! YES! YES! I'll marry you!" There was Marcy Cho, Helen's first childhood best friend, Camila Noceda (No relation to Owl House Camila), and Caroline Rougè. Three of the four best friends were currently pregnant with their man's child and were currently sitting down and relaxing. Caroline was the only one who didn't have children, she wanted kids but she preferred adoption or foster care to giving birth.
Caroline passed each of her friends a cup of minty tea, "Okay chicas, so topic of the day," She said as she sat down on the single, "Netflix, what the hell? Right?"
Camila nodded her head as she agreed, "Right, apparently you can just actually watch a movie without having to go out of you're home in the cold to get a movie without getting snacks as well."
Marcy nods her head as she caresses her pregnant belly which holds her triplets, "Agree, plus instead of having to pay for you're DVD or VHS tapes for rent you have to pay like, 15 dollars a month or two to watch you. The worst part of it all," She adds on, "Is that you can't watch your favorite movie on Netflix either, you can't suggest or recommend that a certain movie comes up on your watch list." The girls agreed. She then messages her head, "Plus it's giving my husband a reason to be lazy and stay in the house instead of getting up and getting Sliver or Alive or Watcher in the Woods." She then asks Helen, "What about you Helen, what do you say about Netflix?"
Helen shrugs her shoulders as she says while sipping her tea, "I don't see a problem with Netflix."
The girl gasps, Caroline says, "Helen, how could you say that? We all worked at Blockbuster over the summer, it became a second home to us."
Helen chuckles as she says, "I know, but those memories are still with us it's just that-" She stops mid-sentence as she gets an alert on her phone. She checked the late and what she briefly read led her to be shocked. She tells the girls, "Hey girls, who have the TV remote?" Marcy grabs the remote, "Turn it on and switch to channel six something big went down in Washington." Marcy turned on the TV and turned to channel six. Channel Six was the news channel that covered everything in the US. And what the headline shocked the girls:
"The White House and the House of Representatives Have Been Attacked - US is Under Attack - Attempted Assassination on President Obama - Heroes are Present and Losing the Fight"
The girls saw multiple new coverage that supervillains had mounted a devastating attack on Washington. They showed a fight on the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge where Deku was fighting against Inferno and Anti-Matter while doing both; saving people's lives and keeping the President alive. He was mostly successful in stopping the villains, but when Inferno made the bitch move by attempting to collapse the bridge, Izuku acted and saved all of the lives that were on the bridge. However, one of the bridges' supports gave out and was about to fall on the president and a civilian woman. Izuku AKA Deku was able to stop it with his bare hands and kept it from crashing down over his head, while he was making sure that the support didn't crush them, Anti-Matter made his move and summoned a shadowy whip and started whipping Deku's arms to get him to let go.
Everyone, both at home, the president and the civilian woman, and those whom Izuku saved before the bridge started collapsing heard Izuku's screams of pain for a full ten minutes. And despite feeling the utter pain that was brought upon to his arms he didn't give out.
Soon enough, Frozone, Mr. Incredible, Frionic, Gama Jack, and Blitzer-Man arrived to help Deku, The President, and the civilians.
Time Skip...
At the hospital...
Izuku woke up and found himself lying in the hospital in Washington D.C. He looks around him to see that he is hooked up to the hospital's medical machinery and that he has full-on arm casts that even cover his fingers. He remembered what happened to him - the fight with Anti-Matter and Inferno. Izuku sighs in reliefef. His eyes lit up when he saw his beloved wife walking in, "Helen?" Helen didn't say anything, she ran to Izuku's side and cried. Izuku cries as well, "Oh Helen, I'm so sorry about - -"
Helen kissed Izuku on the lips as she said, "You have nothing to be sorry about." She hugs him, "I'm so glad you're alive. We're," She then puts her hands on her belly over their baby's residence, "We're happy you're alive."
Izuku's eyes land on Helen's pregnant belly and realize something - "Helen, I want to retire." Helen looks at Izuku with shock. "I can't let this happen again. I don't want you to raise our child alone because I died. I don't want our child to grow up without a father. I'm going to retire." Helen hugs Izuku. Just then, Helen received a alert on her phone. Helen checks and her face screamed silent horror. "Helen, what is it?"
Helen answers, "I-I-It's the president, he is calling for the remaining senators to call for a regrestion to pass a new bill." Helen looks at Izuku, "Honey, this new bill, every superhero in America will be illegal."
