Chapter 5

Ryoto had to make it look innocent enough, after all, he doesn't want the bad people to know he is aware of them. His father already gave him the nod to trick these men, and he will take care of the rest. If there is one thing that Ryoto had learned from Uncle Gojo… it's how to be annoying really fast. But he has to work his way up to it, in his mind, he was already making a plan.

He manages to avoid getting pictures taken when he crossed his legs and did a little dance. "Sorry, I have to pee!" he would explain. People understood and let him by to the bathroom. He did need to use the facilities since after all, he doesn't know how long these guys are going to linger and wait.

Fortunately, he came out of the bathroom, a hand came over his mouth and he was suddenly swept away into a crowd. No one thought otherwise since some of the man were wearing Zelda merchandise and appeared to be with him and not out of place. He then forced him through a pair of doors before two others came up behind him. A bag was placed over Ryoto's head as he was guided away and then… suddenly shoved. He landed in the back of a truck and it was quick to speed off.

"We got ourselves a good one, look at that outfit! There is no way this kid isn't from a loaded family!" one man laughed.

"Are you going to be much longer, I want to go back to mangas!" Ryoto whined aloud.

"Shut up kid! Or the first thing I do is cut off an ear and mail it to your mommy!"

He sighed aloud. "If I miss that panel where they talk about animes coming up this year I am going to be very upset!" he warned.

"The kid has no freaking…"

The van suddenly jolted to a stop.

Ryoto began to take off the bag as he looked at the three men, one who was keeping an eye on him paused as he suddenly peered to the front. "What the hell did you hit!" he demanded.

The two men… trembled.

Standing before the van was a massive beast with green skin and long red hair.

"Hi Father!" Ryoto called cheerfully.

The men were too scared to move as he came around to the side. His hands plunged into the steel before he tore the door out effortlessly.

Ryoto climbed out of the van with ease and peered at his father. 'He's so cool' he thought and admired him in silence.

"Can you make your way back in and find your mother?" Father asked.

Ryoto gave him the thumbs up.

"Go then, I'll meet you there."

"Okay!" Ryoto turned and left then and there, unaware as to what will become of the three men who tried to take him…

He waited for his son to be out of sight.

The moment Ryoto vanished through the doors, Sukuna peered at the three mortals in the van. "You two… get in the back." He ordered.

They were trembling, he hasn't even done much of anything yet but, they must be aware that he is not to be messed with. The two were quick to climb over each other before sitting in the back with their accomplice.

Sukuna, glared. He knuckles cracked, as his eyes glowed. "Mistake number one… you pissed me off… mistake number two… you came after my child… mistake number three… you underestimated me… and your last mistake… you tried to take what's MINE!" He roared. They jumped to his voice as he gave a glare of death to the three men. "Now… normally… you would be dead by now… in fact, you would have died LONG before reaching here… and how fortunate for you… I must set an example for my son. So, I won't kill you… but that doesn't mean your sins will be overlooked…" He reached up and grabbed the top of the van before crushing it down! In fact, he went around the van and did just that to all the windows, doors and hatches. Until the three men were trapped inside.

They were screaming, begging for their lives!

"Be at ease, I won't kill you… however if I had seen blood on my boy… that would be a whole different story. Rest assured, you will be found and I didn't seal this enough to deprive you of air…" He left the partial crushed van where it was. But as he made his way inside, he told a security guard. "Someone vandalized a van out there… seems a little odd, it's like it got crushed…" he said offhandedly.

It would be on the news by tonight. Three men, too terrified to even speak, but they did manage to say one thing. "Please, put me in jail, I don't want to be out behind those bars again!"

"HEY! OVER HERE!"

They took a break for lunch, Sukuna found Toshi's family outside having a picnic. When they took a seat to join them. "He really does look the part!" Syrax snickered.

Sukuna rolled his eyes. "Can I take this damn beard off? Also who the hell has eyebrows that flow into their hair like this?!" he demanded.

"Are you saying this is a weird look?" asked Chusi.

"IT IS!" he protested and sighed. "It a hindrance in battle. All who fight are aware of that!" There was nothing that can be done until the day is over to get out of it. He knows it. After all, Ryoto was having the time of his life. In fact, it has been rather fun. The poses they have been doing, some have asked them to do a fight pose in which they happily obliged. Ryoto played his part well as did Sukuna. Chusi even got in on it! But the people were impressed with the costumes they wore and how well they looked like these characters.

"If anything, Chusi ought to go into the costume business, you got a wicked eye for this!" Toshi said. "You made our sake uniforms too, so it's not out of the realm of possibility…"

She giggled. "I don't think so, I worked hard on these so the family would match. Besides, doing this for a living is one thing, making them for your family is a whole different story" she explained.

"Besides, these were very time consuming." Sukuna chimed in.

Toshi snickered. "Speak with Choso, he'll get you to learn and you could help next time… unless you want to learn how to knit."

"Tsk" Sukuna muttered as he ate his lunch.

He had to pause as people kept stopping and staring at him as he did. Chusi was getting attention as well being Zelda, but then, he paused as he saw something in a distance. In fact, it made him crack a smile.

"No one told me the knockoff was going to dress up either."

Everyone turned. Chusi snickered aloud as did Ryoto. "He looks like the Barbie doll Ken!" he laughed.

The knockoff wasn't happy about it. The bleach blond hair did suit him oddly enough. Then again, everyone else was dressed AS Barbie… whatever that is.

"Nice look Suiryu" Toshi said and grinned.

"Mind yourself, I'm out numbered" he warned and took a seat. He paused and peered at Sukuna oddly. "I keep hearing about this bang on cosplay of Ganondorf all over the place… they must be talking about you again."

He sneered and said nothing. "Father, you do look just like him, it's amazing!" Ryoto said with great admiration. "No one else could have made this work… we really do look like the characters!"

Well… he could bare this a little while longer…

For some reason, seeing his son like this just makes his heart happy. He's never had this before unless he made Chusi smile. It was still an odd feeling for him.

"Did your kids dress up?" Chusi asked.

Toshi nodded. "Seven deadly sins" he said bluntly. "And one Wednesday Addams"

"You ought to dress up as well…" Sukuna teased.

"I did one year, no one knew who I was and at the same time, too much attention."

When lunch ended, they went back inside. Of course it got even busier than before and yet…

"It's them! It's the Zelda trio!"

"Over here! We need your photos!"

"Pose here!"

It was like that for a good hour. Ryoto made it to the things he wanted to see, and before long, it was time for the cosplay contest.

"So, are we really going to…" Sukuna asked of Chusi.

She nodded. "But… Ryoto is adding some… special affects." She whispered.

This… might get fun…
