Mal's Prov
In the morning, I woke to Ben kissing my head. "Morning." "How's my girl feeling?" He asked. "Honestly or lying?" I asked. "Well, how about the lie first?" He pressed gently. "Well, I feel delightful!" Ben frowned. "Well, I don't have any meetings today, so we can take it easy, and you can just spend all day in bed." "I'm not opposed to that, honey... But maybe first a hot bath?" Ben smiled, before saying "Your wish is my command. I'll get your bath love." Once he disappeared, to our private bath, and started the bath water for me. Once it was ready I went and got in the tub and sunk into the warm water. "Hello?" I heard Ben's voice. "Wait What?! Yeah, I'll be right there." Ben just told me he'd be back. After I finished the bath, I went to ask where Ben was, but no one knew. So, I just said I was going for a walk.
The second I opened the door and started walking towards Evie's I could tell I felt better.
Ben: Mal, whatever you do stay inside.
Mal: Why?
Ben: Just trust me.
I turned to head back when I bumped into Audrey. "Audry, what are you doing with my crown and the Septer?!"
Mal: Hey I need you... I'm near the castle.
Ben: I'll be there in 10.
I was shaking. "Give me the Crown and Septer!" I demanded. "Hahahaha. I wanted them, so I took them. You know what that's like." "Audrey! I've had enough!" Ben's voice said, taking a disappointed glance at me, before jumping between, me and Audrey. "You know what? while Auradon snoozes on is turned to stone..." Then Ben collapsed to the ground growling, my anger was fairing. "AND NOW I COMMAND MY MOTHERS SEPTER AND MY CROWN TO MY HAND!" Audrey tried to hold on to them, but they flew to my hands. "NO!" Even without the Septer she disappeared. "NO!" I growled, as Ben stood up. He was a beast. I kissed him gently, before seeing him morph from beast to man. "Mal, we'll talk about you going outside after I told you not to... Let's go. We have to find Audrey..."
"Wait. I went out before you texted me to stay inside... When you texted me to stay inside, I turned right around when I bumped into Audry..." Ben kissed my head. "I'm sorry, I'm being overprotective. Are you really okay though?" I nodded and said "So much better. Now I have an idea..." Ben said "But first, let's get these back to the Museum." "No. She'll expect that... I have a plan... But I have an idea. Just trust me." We went into the castle, and got the Septer and my crown under lock and key. "Do NOT let anyone in our out until Mal and I return." Ben said before we left. "Alright... I'm Maleficent's daughter, so I should have her powers... but do you trust me?" Ben said "With my life, and My kingdom." "Then when I phase into a dragon be ready to jump on my back. It's the only way we can catch up to her." Ben nodded, as I phased to a dragon, which is when Ben Climbed on my back, as I took off flying, while Ben clung to me tightly. Once we caught up, I landed, before Ben climbed off, and I turned back to human. "What the hell!?" Audrey spatted in our direction.
"Okay that's enough." I said, before she slapped me across the face. "Ben Stand back." I whispered, before I tackled Audrey down, and had her in a position she couldn't fight me off. Once I dragged her to her feet Ben tossed me handcuffs, which I handcuffed her hands behind her back. "Benny boo, you can't let her do this..." Ben said "Audrey, enough. You are banished." Just then Sanderson and Markus came over. "Markus, can you take Audry to the Isle please... Sanderson, can you get me and the future queen home?" I said "Yeah, please..." Markus took Audry while Sanderson drove us home. Once we got home, I said "I can't believe what happened." "I know." Ben whispered. We went to our room, and I nestled against Ben's chest. "I feel sick..." I whispered. "I'm sorry love...You can try to rest." I nodded snuggling down against the bed, before Ben kissed my head, and said "Just try to sleep, Honey. I'll be right here, when you wake." He kissed my head, as I drifted to sleep.
When I woke, Ben was sitting beside me, stroking my hair. "Hey, feeling better?" he asked, looking to me, as I smiled. "A lot better, thank you especially for letting me get some sleep. I don't know why I'm so tired lately..." Ben chuckled fondly before saying "Oh Sweetie, don't even mention it! It's just fine. You're growing a tiny human. It would tire anyone out!" He told probably in an attempt to comfort me. "Are you in any pain right now darling?" I said "Depending on where? Oooh. Ben Give me your hand." He looked to me curiously, as I moved his hand to my slightly rounded belly, where I felt kicks again. Ben's eyes widened, as he broke out into a grin. "Hey, little one. I'm your daddy, and I love you so much and your mother so much. I promise, I'll protect you, and your beautiful mother." The baby kicked hard. "ohh. That was a hard one." I whispered, as Ben kissed my belly, before sitting up wrapping a pair of arms around me. "I love you so much."
I smiled and said "I love you too." "Now are you in pain anywhere?" Ben asked. "Yes... In my pelvic area... I'm sorry..." Ben said "Hey stop. Let me." I felt him lift me up enough so he could put a few pillows under my hips. "Is that better?" "Not really... I'm so sorry..." I confessed, causing Ben to frown. "Do you want me to get the pain killers? Any other symptoms?" I said "I feel bad... but I'm like dizzy, lightheaded..."
Ben said "alright sweetheart, let me take a look. Okay sweetie?" I nodded, terrified. He kissed my head, before calling for his mom to come in, who entered, and said "What do you need me to do son?" "Can you please check on her blood pressure? I'm going to see if I can find the pain medication..." She nodded, as she started to take the blood pressure, while Ben was tore through everything looking for the meds. "Where are the meds?!" Ben said, frustrated. "Can you please calm down?" I whispered, as Belle said "Ben." He sat beside me glancing at the blood pressure monitor. "Alright..." Ben handed me the iron pills. I said "Ben, I cannot take them anymore... I feel sick when I take them... Even if I eat something with it." I said, as I felt tears in my eyes.
Ben said "I'm sorry honey... Can you please try it one more time? We can ask Amy tomorrow for something." I took it, despite not really keen on taking it, but it put Ben at ease. "I don't like this at all Ben." I whispered, as Belle took my blood pressure once more. "Good. Normal." I smiled, as Shane came in. "Excuse me, Mal? Ben? Can I talk to you...?" She asked, as I patted the bed beside me. "Of course Shane. Is everything Okay?" She sat beside me and said "No... I got a phone call from my brother..." I looked to Ben and said "What's happened?" Shane said "He needs to get out of there... So do my triplets..." I said "What happened? Calmly explain what happened." Ben sat beside me, as Shane said "My father was going after the girls... Shean stepped in, and got the girls away, but my dad's threatening to kill them..." Ben said "We're going to go get them. Mal?" I said "We'll be back soon." Ben and I left to go to the Isle. Once on the Isle, Red spotted us. She was Queen of Hearts daughter, and one of the nicer kids. "I know where they're hiding." I looked to Ben, who said "Take us to them." We followed her to the hideout. "We want Mama!" I heard the little girls cry, as I opened the door. Shean jumped, and said "Queen Mal! King Ben! Red! Annie, Shirley, Jamy, go to Mal." The girls hesitated, before running to me.
They were only 3, and were scared. Shean was 10."Shean we don't have time! Come with us." I said as he came over, and we turned to walk to the limo. "Red, you're coming too." I whispered as Ben gave me a nod. But we bumped into Shan Yu. I looked to Ben, and Red. Red took the triplets, and led Ben, to the secret passage way. "STOP!" Shan Yu yelled, but Shean and I knocked him out, before running to the limo. Shean got in, then I got in. "Are you both okay?" Ben asked. "We're fine. We knocked Shan Yu out so we were able to escape. "We want Mama!" Annie, Shirley and Jamy cried, as they leaned on to their uncle. "I know sweeties. It'll be Okay, we'll be there soon." I said as Sanderson drove all the way. Once we arrived, Sanderson opened our door, and helped us, The twins clung to Shean, as we entered the castle. "MAMA!" They ran right to Shane, who wrapped them in her arms. "Thank you." She whispered.
I nodded, and said "Of course. Now... Shean, You can take this room." I pointed to the room next to Shane, and then the next room, for Red. "And you can take this room." Ben smiled, before turning me to him. "hey, I'm so proud of you." I smiled and said "I'm sorry, I didn't tell you at least about the girls, and Shean... We should've brought them all together." Ben said "It's okay. They're safe here, now." I smiled. We enjoyed the evening with the others, minus Belle and Adam, who had left early this morning for a cruise. "Excuse me Sire." Lumiere said as he came over, causing to Ben to look up.
"Lumiere, is everything okay?" "No... Gwen's really sick, I haven't seen her keep anything down..." Ben said "Don't even think of it, for another second. You go take care of Gwen, and do not worry about your responsibilities here. I have Chip, Mrs. Potts, and Coggsworth, who all are more than capable of taking over your responsibilities, for a while." I smiled, as Lumiere's face flooded with relief. "Thank you!" He left, and I said "Whose Gwen?" He said "Gwen is Robin Hood and Maid Marion's daughter, she married Lumiere about 10 years ago, and they have a daughter, around 10 years old." It wasn't a secret, the staff at the castle treated Ben as a son. "Ahh." we ended up going to bed shortly after.
In the morning, we woke, and I groaned in pain. "Ben. Wake up." Ben woke instantly, and said "Hey, What's wrong? Are you alright?" "No." Ben frowned and helped me get ready. "Alright you sit right here. I'm going to get some breakfast and tell Sanderson to que up the limo." I nodded, as I groaned. "It hurts." Ben gave a small smile to me, before going. When he returned we ate some breakfast, before he helped me to the limo. "Where too your highnesses?" Ben said "Auradon's OBGYN clinic please."
Chip: Hey Mal. By chance is Ben with you? Markus is off running errands with Mom, and Shane wants to get the kids checked out... We don't have an extra car.
Mal: Yes, Ben's with me. Sorry, we have a doctors appointment... But here's what we can do. The pediatric clinic is right next door, so maybe we can send Sanderson back to get you guys, so she can get the kids checked out.
Chip: Would you?! That'd be perfect!
Mal: Yes! No worries.
Ben said "Everything Okay?" I said "Yeah... Just Shane wants to get the kids checked out, but Markus is out with his mom, getting things we need, and Sanderson is with us, so... I suggested that since the pediatric office, is right next door, We could send Sanderson back, and they can get a lift to the doctors." "That's actually genius!" I smiled as Sanderson parked. "Alright here you two are, I'll run back and get Shane, Chip, Shean, Annie, Shirley , and Jamy. I'll be back."
Ben got me out, and supported me as we walked only to have me drop to my knees, causing Ben to lift me up, and carrying me inside. Once inside, Ben set me on my feet, and said "Hey, checking in for my fiancée, Lady Mal." "Alright, We need some insurance cards, and these papers, filled out." The receptionist handed me the clip board, while Ben handed over the insurance cards. "Alright, you both have a seat, and fill out the paperwork, and the nurse will call you back shortly." Ben said "Can you see if they'd be able to call us back sooner? She has Pelvic Pervia, low blood pressure, and low iron... She's currently got a pelvic pervia flare..." The receptionist said "Oh goodness! Of course! I'll see what we can do." Just then the nurse came and got us, as the waiting room was empty. Ben helped me to the room, and after we finished with the nurse, I started filling out the paperwork. "Ben I don't know the answers for these ones.." I said, stressing. Ben looked at the questions. "Oh shit. I didn't realize how poorly the health care is on the isle... Alright, well, answer truthfully, and I'll answer to the vaccinations. If they want you to get the vaccines, would you be willing to get them?" I said "I'll follow your advice..." Ben nodded and said "Okay."
When the doctor entered, she said "Hi, I'm Dr. Amy Dwarfson. You must be Ma.. Oh your majesties! I didn't realize it was you, when I read the name initially." She bowed, as Ben motioned for her to shut the door, as the staff tried to come in, and to be quiet at the same time. Amy quickly shut the door, before turning to us. "I'm so sorry! When the appointment, I'll do your check out here, and lead you out the back door." I said "thank you." She reviewed the paperwork frowning. "So Mal, You don't know how old you were when you got your first period?" I said "No..." "And your not vaccinated?" Ben said "Amy, the isle does not have the medical care Auradon has, so she hasn't received proper medical care, and hasn't gotten a primary doctor yet, as we've been busy adjusting to life, and haven't looked to much in to it yet." Amy said "Well we need to get her vaccinated for a few things. Flu, and hpv..." Ben said "Are those safe for her to do during pregnancy?" "Yes. The flu and first round of the 2 HPV, I can give you now. For the HPV, you'll need to come back every 2 weeks for the next fer months. Ben said "Yeah of course. Whatever you think is best doc." "And we're going to need to a full bloodwork. Will that be okay?" I must've looked upset, or stressed, because Ben said "Like I said, Whatever you think is best." Amy said "I'm going to be back."
She ducked out and Ben came closer to me. "Hey what's wrong?" "I'm scared... I hate needles... and I get sick at the site of blood..." Ben gave a small smile, and kissed my head. "Hey, it'll be okay. I promise. I'm here to see to it. I'm not leaving you alone, Promise." I nodded, laying my head on his shoulder as Amy reentered with everything she needed. "Hey doc, I hate to be a pain... But can you get Mal a snack for after blood work?" Amy said "I'm sorry, we don't keep snacks here..." Ben said "It's fine..."
Ben to Sanderson: Hey, any chance you have the emergency snack kit I stash for Mal in the limos?
Sanderson: Yes, I do. Also I'm outside whenever your ready.
Ben said "Mal I'll be right back." Ben snuck out and returned, sitting beside me. Amy did the shots, and an ultrasound, before getting the blood for the blood work. She then printed out the summery, calling in the refills, and we went out through the back, but when we reached the front where, Sanderson was the paparazzies were there. "King Ben! Lady Mal! Any reason your at the obgyns?! Are you pregnant?!" I wanted to hide. Ben looked just as stressed. Sanderson and Markus came through the crowd, shoving us past them till we were safely in the limo. "If and when the Royal family decides to expand their family they will release a statement. Thank you!" Sanderson instructed. He and Markus got in but the reporters opened the door, and snapped a picture, before shutting the door. I was crying, and pressing into Ben's arms. "shhh. Sanderson! Get us home NOW!" Ben demanded, rubbing my shoulders. Once we were back at the castle, Ben helped me out, before I went to the library sitting in the window seat, hugging my knees to my chest, best I can with the baby belly. "I'll stay with her son..." Belle came over sitting with me, as I just stared out the window. "Mal?" I shook my head. "No." I was crying, little did I know the paparazzies was outside and had taken another picture. Belle held me close, comforting me.
Ben: Hey Shane, Can you get a few prescriptions for Mal? Thanks.
Shane: Sure thing.
I don't know where Ben went but he returned, and said "Hey mom. Thanks, I got it from here." She hugged me again, before Ben sat in front of me. "They come with the territory. But I found this..." He held up a folder, and said "It has your birthday and who your father is." We... Okay well I read the file while Ben rubbed my swollen feet. "Oh. My. Goblins!" "Mal?" I said "Sorry... Just in shock... My birthday is in 2 days... and... my father... I can't even process..." Ben said "Who is it? And I plan on spoiling you!" I flipped the folder around pointing to the name. "I'm confused now..." I said "I could've been hatched, remained dormant till 17 years old..." Ben said "Wow. That's crazy. We'll tackle this together." "Thanks Ben." After Shane brought the meds, we went to bed.
