Monster Prince vs Incubus King
Couple days later after the fall of Under Eden, Asagi and the others decided that Shiranui should stay with Kenji in his penthouse since Ryuuji might come looking for her when she's gone for a while. Her daughter, Yukikaze have been visiting her mother daily after school since they have some catching up to do. She even told him that her father died when he was searching for her mother which it saddens Kenji and now, she and her mother are the only ones left.
Kenji dispersed his Terror-Beasts to search every corner of Tokyo to find a demons and Ryuuji Kuroi and if they found them, they'll deal with them by killing them or report back to him if they found where is he hiding.
Kenji returned to his penthouse after destroying Ryuuji's property and finance business, hoping to make him come out of his hiding.
"No sign of him and still, he hasn't come out yet." He sighed as he walks in to see Shiranui and Yukikaze, watching the Toho films that he bought while viewing the movie called, Matango.
"Hey, Kenji!" Yukikaze waved at him.
"How are you doing?" Shiranui asked.
"The usual; after leaving the academy, destroying the certain something's property, hunting the demons to kill, freeing the poor girls from their lust, and so on…" He replied.
"It's always that, isn't it?" The young Taimanin sighed.
"Look, I spent a few months looking for him and there was still no sign of him." He said, "Those demons was afraid of me when I want them dead."
"It looks like the prince has them running in fear." Shiranui giggled.
"Hugh… Look, I'm gonna hit the hay." He sighed. "You can find something in the fridge to eat."
Kenji went to the bathroom to bath himself and putting on his new clothes before heading to his bedroom to sleep.
While in his sleep, Kenji dreamed that he found himself in the dark, surrounded by humans. He sees himself as a giant statue with eight arms. He heard a loud cry, signaling him to awaken and destroy the civilization. He moved his arms around and his jaws before getting up and breaking out the mountain while causing a cave-in on some human.
While destroying the nearby civilization, he stopped attacking and sense something from far away as if something calls to him and the others.
Kenji woke up and saw the morning from the window, shining his bedroom.
'What was that?' He thought from the dream he's having.

"Thank you, Kenji." She thanked him. "Oh, if you defeat Ryuuji, I might 'reward' you for that."

At the Gosha Academy, Kenji is having a lecture in class while having a thought about Shiranui meant by 'reward'. He shrugged it off since he has to prepare to fight Incubus King.
Sakura glanced at him, worried that he is getting ready to fight the Incubus King since he has all the power of giant monsters. She was there with her sister when they first encounter with Godzilla and other monsters while they destroyed the Under Eden.
When the class ended, they went to different class, then lunch break. Kenji was sitting by the tree, thinking about the whereabout of Incubus King.
'I've destroyed his properties and financial business. Where the hell is he?' He thought.
"Hey, Kenji." He looked up to see Yukikaze and with her, was Rinko and Tatsuro. "So, how did it go on your hunt?"
"A bust. I've destroyed his property and all the business connections he owned and still hasn't come out of his hiding." He said.
"And we had to destroy six of his brothels, killing a couple of his VIPs, and caused a five million yens of damages on his property." Rinko said.
"And he still hasn't come out yet! You told us that we have to make him bankrupt so he can come out!" The young Taimanin said.
"He will, or otherwise, he have no place to hide from me." Kenji said.
"Remind me why are we doing this again? Shouldn't go find and face him head on?" Tatsurou questioned.
"Because we don't know where is he hiding, boy." He replied. "I have to assume that Ryuuji is much stronger like Edwin Black, who I was hunting. Stronger for him to make Shiranui into an assassin by seducing her to kill her own daughter and I'm gonna make sure he won't bother her and Shiranui again."
"Then I'll do my best, Kenji, to find Ryuuji Kuroi or someone he knows." He said. "After all, this is for my girlfriend's sake."

"Anyway, either you three can steal some of his money or burned them all if you had to." He told them. "But remember, that Incubus King is mine to fight and kill."
"Yes, sir." The male Taimanin saluted as Rinko and Yukikaze facepalmed while Kenji sighed.
The school bell rang, meaning lunch break is over as Tatsurou and Yukikaze went their next class.
"Kenji." He heard from Rinko, who stood there.
"What is it, Rinko?" He asked.
"I just want to say…" She looked away for second. "Thank you… for saving me and Yukikaze."
"Really?" He surprised.
Rinko nodded. "If it weren't for you, we would've become Real and Munechi's prostitution and found Shiranui by now."

'Great, first Sakura, then Murasaki, Shiranui and now, Rinko.' He thought as he went inside the classroom. 'Feels like... my looks are captivating them.'
After the academy, he went to another financial bank and destroys it while killing the bank financier, who turned out to be a demon. When he rummaging the bank files, he found the contact information to a certain client named Ryuuji Kuroi.
"Bingo." He smirked.
He left the bank and conjured the kaiju that looked like a giant beetle with drill appendage for its arm to batter before it destroys the financial bank with its Beast Killer Light Ray or Geothermal Napalm that it spews an explosive rock and after that, Kenji reabsorbed it.
"So, how did it go?" He turns to see Shiranui in her Taimanin uniform and with her, is her daughter, Rinko and her young brother.
"You know, Shiranui. You should've stayed in my home where it's safe." Kenji told her.
"Sorry, I couldn't help but worry about you." She smiled, making him rolled his eyes.
"Did you find where is he hiding, Kenji?" Yukikaze asked.
"Even better, I found his contact number." He showed them a paper with Ryuuji's contact information. "With it, I can make him come to me in person."
"Oh, so you know where is he hiding?" Tatsuro questioned.
"Not really, but once I make the phone call, he'll have no choice but to come out."
"So you can make him come to you by making a phone call?" Rinko questioned.
He nodded. "Time to make a call." He took out his cellphone.
"Wait." Shiranui said, stopping him. "Be careful, Kenji."
Kenji looked at her before pressing Ryuuji's cell phone number.
Meanwhile, Ryuuji Kuroi, or Incubus King, is sitting in his office, contemplating from the news he watched. Not only he lost the broken Taimanin and all the EVE chip's research at the Seishu Academy, he is losing the financial connection to the bankers. All because of that mysterious masked stranger who calls himself the 'Prince of the Monsters' ruin his plans.
His original plan was to use Shiranui as bait to lure her daughter and her friend at the Under Eden and turned them into a sex slave, but the trap was interrupted by the Monster Prince and Shiranui, who he sent her to kill him, before the stranger destroys the Under Eden with the group of large creatures that he never seen them before.
"Damn that Monster Prince, he took Shiranui from me and destroys the academy." He growled while slamming his fist at his desk.
Suddenly, Ryuuji heard the phone rang and picked it up.
"Hello? Hello?" He responded to but no one answered until…
"Hello, Ryuuji Kuroi." The other end called. "Or should I say, Incubus King."
"Who are you? And how did you know me?" He demanded.
"You should know already, Ryuuji." Kenji said. "That I was the one who hunted you down for past months and I have to destroy your property to draw you out."
"So, you're the one that destroys the Shigeru Academy and took my Shiranui, Monster Prince?" He asked, frowned.
"Your Shiranui? You've made a grave mistake of sending her to kill me but I'm way stronger and powerful than you think." He retorted. "I easily able to overwhelm her and heal her lustful mind that you and that fatasses from the Under Eden turned her into and yes, I was the one that discovered the academy's facility and summoned my four giant space monsters to destroy your precious EVE chips and its research as well as the academy. I killed your demonic lackey, Shigeru Washizu, for not telling me of where you were hiding."
It made Ryuuji infuriating that Kenji killed him and destroys the mind control microchip research with his titanic behemoths, along with academy.
"And by the way, I also killed those Yazaki brothers for not telling me where are you hiding. They were paralyzed in fear of my form of giant lizard who goes by 'King of the Monsters'." He added, chuckled. "You should've seen the look on their faces as if they heard about the Monster King itself from long time ago."
"Damn you, son of the bitch!" He growled, pounding his fist on desk.
"Unless you want to stop hiding, you will come and face me at the Shinjuku Livestock farm where I destroyed it." He told him where to meet him. "I'll be bringing a certain spectator to witness your end. So don't be late."
Kenji hanged up the call as Ryuuji stood up in anger.
"So, it's fight you want, then I'll give you, you wretched bastard!" He yelled, furiously and stormed out of his office.
Back with the group, Kenji and the Taimanins were in the same place where he killed a demon that farmed the poor girls and destroys the abandon building.
"So, this is where you gonna fight him, right?" Yukikaze asked.
"Yes, you sure that you want to see that? It's gonna be a bloodiest fight that no one has ever seen." He questioned them.
"No, we just want payback for what he did to me." Shiranui said, frowned.
"Me too." Her daughter agreed.
"We're with you to the end." Rinko nodded.
Tatsuou nodded, wanting to see the battle.
Kenji looked at them as if they have a score to settle with Ryuuji until he smelled a demon scent and a very powerful one. He turned to see Ryuuji Kuroi in person.
"You!" Shiranui snarled.
"So, you're the Prince of the Monsters that I've heard about?" He scoffed. "You're not what I've expected."
"Ryuuji Kuroi, in the flesh, at last." Kenji said, opening his visors. "I was wondering if you aren't gonna make it here in time."
"Like I would take orders from a pretender of the throne!" He retorted before seeing a certain Taimanins. "Although, I should be thanking you for bring them to me if I beat you."
Kenji looked back at Shiranui and the others, who were stiffened by his desire.
"Somehow I doubt you would." He frowned, closing his visors. "Why don't you show us… your real face?"
"Amazing." Tatsuro mumbled.
Suddenly, Ryuuji was lifted up with Gravity Tornado which it surprised him and thrown to the pile of rubble.
"You wanted a fight?! You want to face my true power of Incubus King?!" He snapped as his body is glowing. "So be it!"
Ryuuji turns into his demon form that looks like black winged Lovecraftian monster. Standing at around 10 Meters, with two horns, giant hands with sharply tapered fingers. On his back he has bat-like wings that tapered to sharp points at the end. Tentacles come from his mouth, stretch far from it. His tail splits into two, partway down and is thicker and longer than any snake.
'So that's his demon form.' Kenji thought.
Kenji shapeshift himself into Godzilla form and grow into almost his size.
"So, you can change into that form? Not that impressive." Ryuuji said, unimpressed.
"SKREEEEEONK!" Kenji roared at him, furiously.
They both charged each other and jumped, clawing their side before skidding on the ground. They turned around and Ryuuji backhand Kenji's face while jumping and swings his tail, knocking him back a bit. Kenji retaliate by swinging his tail which Ryuuji ducked but blasted away from Atomic Breath.
"Whoa." Rinko awed.
"So that's this Godzilla's power?" Tatsuro said.
"What… is… this?" Ryuuji grunted from the burnt.
Kenji stomps towards him and bite his arm, making him yelled in pain. Ryuuji punched him, making Kenji let go of his arm before seeing his bite marks disappeared before taking flight.
"Take this!" Ryuuji blast his Laser Beam at Kenji, who counteracted with Atomic Breath.
Their attack collided and exploded. Emerging from the smoke, Ryuuji tacked Kenji into the demolished building as the cinder blocks collapsed. Kenji clawed his chest and blasted it with Atomic Breath again, burning it.
"GUURAGGHH!" Ryuuji yelled in pain while clenching his chest.
The Incubus King noticed his wounds couldn't regenerated from the nuclear blast.
'Why isn't my wound healing?!' He thought, loudly before seeing Kenji stomps over to him.
The Monster Prince grappled his arms and bit Ryuuji's neck, making him scream in pain while biting down hard to make him bleed. Grunting from his bite, Ryuuji wrangled his right arm free and clawing his chest.
Kenji grunted from the scratch and lifted him up by grabbing his tail before spinning him around and tossing Ryuuji to the building. He waited for him to come out but Ryuuji teleported in front of Kenji, surprising him before grabbing his neck.
"I will kill you, Kenji! Now die!" He yelled before tightening his grip on Kenji's neck.
Before Ryuuji crush his neck, a spear was thrown in his arm before it was cut off. He turned to see Shiranui, with her arm out, and Rinko, holding her katana.
"You bit-" Ryuuji was cut off when someone is shooting his back. "Huh?!"
He turned to see Yukikaze, shooting her pistols at him.
"You leave him alone!" She yelled.
"Why you little…!"
"Ninja Art: Whirlwind Slash!" Tatsuro conjured the wind gusts, creating a slices all over his demon body.
"I'll kill you, you little vermin!"
He felt that something hit his back and sees the buzzsaws before looked to see Kenji, who changed into Gigan form, with stained blood on his scythe appendage.
"SKEEEEURRNT!" Kenji screeched before running towards him and stabbed his chest.
"AAUUGHH!" He yelled in pain as he pulls his blade out.
Kenji charged him again but was blocked by Perfect Barrier.
"SKEEEURRNT!" Kenji screeched at it.
"As for you ladies…" Ryuuji secreted his aphroditic mist from his body at them, making their body heated up and touching their body.

"You didn't see anything!" Yukikaze shouted at him before turning to Tatsuro. "Especially you, idiot!"
"Okay, I didn't see anything!" He panicked.
As the smoke clears, He heard a rock dropped and looked to see Ryuuji, who reverted back to his human form, crawling out the rubble, wounded as if the effect of the Atomic Breath is preventing him from heal his wound as Kenji turned back to monster prince form.
"He's… all yours, ladies." He panted.
Shiranui and Rinko jumps and slashes his chest and his back before Yukikaze shoots him.
"This is for taking my mama!" She yelled while shooting his body.
After the shooting is ceased, Ryuuji falls down, wounded all over his body.
"I'll… kill… you… all!" He swore while coughing the blood out.
"Then I'll… make sure you…will never bother them…again!" Kenji exclaimed before rolling his eyes backward and opening his chest plate armor, revealing the souls of giant monsters inside of him. Ryuuji's eyes widened as he crawls away from him but the titanic monsters reaches out and grabbed him before pulling towards him.
"No, No! No! NOOOHHH!" He screamed as he was dragged towards Kenji.
Shiranui, Rinko, Tatsuro, and Yukikaze watches him getting pulled towards Kenji.
