Greetings Jin Su, you have been granted the gift of the 'System' from a being known as the Jade Emperor and your life has now been forever changed into something similar to one of the RPG's you love so much.

Your power increases through progression and practice with various skills and perks that you can obtain through various means.

Your overall physical health is tallied into HP and your stamina/life force is tallied into AP also known as Action Points.

You have access to a unique pocket-space known as your Inventory. Any item you gain can be stored within the space if you have enough storage based on your Strength stat.

Your actual stats themselves are Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility and Luck respectively. You can view more detailed information about each stat in your Codex.

The Codex is a library of information that stores any knowledge that you have learned or heard of.

Each time you level you get a perk point that you can use to enhance your core stats, or you can use a perk point to gain a perk/passive skill.

To access the various tools at your disposal you need to use vocal or mental commands. Saying 'Inventory' for example will summon the screen, or you could think about summoning it and it will also appear before you.

You can generate active skills through various conditions and those skills can lead you to new perks and abilities.

That's all for the tutorial for now. You can figure the rest out on your own. Remember that this power might seem like a game, but it isn't. You don't get a do-over or a second life if you die.

To say that Jin was startled by what he saw as soon as he opened his eyes in the morning would be an understatement, seeing as he let out a yelp and tumbled out of bed in a heap with his covers constricting his body due to the uncomfortable position that he fell in.

Jin Su is fifteen years old with a unique Albinism condition. His skin is bleach white and his shoulder length hair was nearly the same, except it was a bit lighter in color. His eyes are a purple color while his body itself was fairly average in size and weight for his age.

Jin is the son of Yin Su, the CEO of Su Industries. A pharmaceuticals conglomerate based in Gotham City of all places. He has a younger sister named Lian who is slightly bratish, but Jin didn't care in the slightest. His mother Miu is a respected model and unlike the stereotypes of celebrities, Miu loved being a mom and taking care of her kids.

Yin, however, is cold, harsh and standoffish. Constantly looking at his family with cold eyes heavy with expectations that he forces on them so they can be perfect. And despite how Jin knows that his father isn't the most loving person, he still wants his father to acknowledge him and say that he is proud of Jin.

"Are you alright in there, master Jin?" One of the butlers asked from outside his room door before he cleared his throat and spoke.

"I'm fine, thank you." Jin replied before the butler known as Clein spoke again.

"Also, your father wishes to speak with you at once young sir. Please, don't keep him waiting."

Jin didn't reply and simply went into his private bathroom and cleaned himself up a bit before he got dressed in his normal Gotham Academy attire with black dress shoes on his feet and his backpack placed onto his back along with prescription sunglasses on his face before he went towards his fathers office where he saw Yin Su, behind the desk while typing on his desktop computer and dressed in an all-black business suit with his black hair combed backwards on his head while his eyes were a deep black color that almost seemed to cut through the air when he looked at his son.

"Close the door." Yin said firmly before Jin closed the door behind him and took the empty wooden seat in front of his father's desk. "You're fifteen years old now Jin and you are no longer going to be considered a simple child. Your grades are average, and your physical impairments have given you various setbacks in terms of physical abilities such as sports." Yin said bluntly while Jin looked down at his legs a bit with nothing to say in response.

"I'm sorry father."

"I don't want your apologies. I have thought long and hard about this decision and it is for the best that you are exiled for the time being." Yin replied while Jin felt his heart drop into his stomach while thinking about his older brother Cole, who had suffered the same fate of exile under his father's orders.

"You are being moved to Shanghai China. There I expect you to make something of yourself. If you can't make yourself stronger physically and mentally, than you have no place within the Su family and you will be removed from my will along with having no rights to any of the family assets, properties and so on." Yin said coldly while Jin balled up his fist and swallowed the saliva that had built up in his throat.

"I understand father…May I leave?"

"Yes. But before you go you must know that your mother and little sister won't be helping you avoid this exile. I have made my decision and soon you will be leaving. I'm doing this for your own good son. The Su family was born from blood and steel. You must make yourself stronger than the strongest and smarter than the smartest if you wish to survive. You must change from the weak pathetic hatchling you are and become a mighty bird of war." Yin said before Jin left his father's office and closed the door behind him while a single tear fell from his eyes behind his sunglasses while a new screen appeared before his eyes.

Jin didn't have the strength to even acknowledge the possible hallucination he saw today before he silently walked the halls of the mansion before leaving it and making his way towards the bus stop for Gotham Academy.
