Hello Dear Readers welcome to my story for young justice. This will be a slight AU with a few of my other stories if you've seen their fun to do. But this will be following the story of an orginal charater I came up with. Hope you enjoy! Work belongs to greg wiseman and Brandon Vietti.
Chapter 1:Just A Normal Teenager
It was august 27th exactly 8:37am in the morning right now. As right now in one of the many cities of the world right now but none other than gotham city. The most well known city full of madman and killers that always has the most high amount of crime somehow everyday of the week. It was different for one small household in the city
That being a simple lavish apartment complexion from the look of it right now. As it had a grand design but inside the home was one room. The room was decorated with some punk rocks attire along with a few posters on people doing some parkour. While their was a simple wooden desk to do some light studying in the room. Along with a mess of clothing on the ground right now like someone doesn't know how to properly clean up after themselves.
Though in a queen size bed right now fast asleep was someone right now. That being a fair skin girl who was passed out with her head covered by a blanket. As she was fast asleep in her bed someone opened the door to her room right now
That someone being a thirty nine year old women with fair skin who had a set of purple eyes. As she had a large bust size to her along with having a well developed hourglass build to her as well. Then their was also how she had one a pair of tan dress pants that brought out her curves while she wore a dark purple wool sweater with a chest window
The women sighed walking over pinching the girl nose as it made her slightly snort before she shot awake before glaring at the women with her blanket still wrapped around her
"Mom…come on i was sleeping…i just wanted to get some sleep"She whined as the women known as her mother chuckled
"Come on now deliah. You still have school today you gotta get up dear"the women said to the girl known as deliah who whined
"But i don't wanna go to school today….its the weekend why do i need to go?"she whined in annoyance as her mother growled before tugging on her cheek
"Ow…ow…ow! What the hell?!"she shouted
"Bup bup! No foul language you will put money in the swear jar now get up i payed alot of money for you to go into gotham academy"the women said as deliah whined
"Fine! Let me go….pleaseeeee"She begged as the women did letting her to her own vices right now
Once she left deliah slipped out of bed right now as she sat up revealing her appearance. That being of a sixteen year old girl who had fair skin. With her having a set of dark blue eyes while she had a well developed hourglass appearance like her mother. She also had a slender appearance with a quite large bust size. Their was also how she had on a black crop top showing off her bust with her wearing black boxers right now. But one thing was prominent her white long hair reaching her lower waist right now.
deliah yawned a little walking over to her closet grabbing her clothes that was a navy skirt reaching her thighs with her having a maroon blouse shirt underneath a dark blue longslevve button up shirt and black tie. She sighed taking it with her into the shower
Quickly the young teen took a shower to start her day as she hated what today was. That being that she has to head to gotham academy for all the preppy rich kids. She wasn't really rich in a way more like her dad was if you'd call him that. He is her stepdad but hes always treated her like his own daughter over the years despite having a daughter himself who is much younger than her. But she soon slipped out of the shower to start her day
Getting into unfuorm she grunted as it felt tight around the chest with her standing up off her bed revealing her to be standing at about 6.2ft in height for her age as she sighed
"Dam outfit are too tight…..dumb growth spurts"she thought to herself walking into her home right now
As she stepped into her home it revealed a two story apartment complex. With it having a a lavish interior with a marble countertop table with a fully stock kitchen full of food. Their was also how their was leather couches and chairs infront of a warm and cozy fireplace for someone to cuddle up to. Though their was also a large collection of picture frames of the happy family. With that happy family also having a dog bed near the fireplace.
Their was also a dinning table made of wood with some faces their right now. That being a eleven year old girl who had slightly tanned skin with a set of brown eyes. As her hair was black in color styled into a briaded ponytail. While she had on a pair of blue jeans with her wearing a tan t-shirt on underneath a maroon unzipped hoodie with a bunny rabbit on the back of it with the zippers being silver in color.
While their was a girl who was seven year old with fair skin having a set of purple eyes. With her sporting fair skin with her hair being brown reaching her shoulders. While she wore a bright cyan colored skirt with her sporting a black lonsleeve shirt with a logo of a well known superhero being batman himself on it.
Then their was a man sitting at the table who was in his late thriites it seems. Along with that having slightly tanned skin with a set of brown eyes himself. His hair was black in color with some gray hairs in the mix. As he wore a casually pair of black dress pants with a dark grey long sleeve shirt with a black tie.
As he was busy reading a newspaper but looked up noticing her
"Ah deliah your up it seems someone had a rough time waking up this morning"the man said as deliah sighed
"Heyya phillip how'd you sleep"deliah said with sarcasm as he rolled his eyes
"I thought i earned the title of dad five years ago"philliped replied as this was indeed her stepdad as deliah sat down sighing for a moment
"Well sorry pops but its just some light humor"deliah replied as the seven year old smiled reaching over
"Sissy"she said cutely as deliah smiled reaching over ruffling her hair as her mother noticed this bringing a plate over which was her breakfast
"Don't mess up little daphnes hair up i worked hard on fixing that for her"the women said as phillip chuckled getting up kissing her on the cheek
"Well my lovely katherine we just gotta get used to it. Since deliah here is a little trouble maker at times. Hope she aint a bad influence on little amy here"phillip said as the women name was katherine while the other child was named amy who stuck her tongue out
"Big sis won't do that"amy said cutely as delilah chuckled sitting down to eat her brekfast which consisted of a plate of eggs and some hashbrowns for her to eat. Delilah began to dig into her breakfast with a long sigh in the mix
"So do i really need to go to that dumb ceremony today? I mean its just that shell company that dad company is partner with"deliah asked
"Well i may run a company based on security and safety. We also work closely with gotham own police department. Its a huge deal with wayne tech"phillip stated on the importance
"He has a point dear. But besides remember you made some plans with your little friends for the weekend. I'm sure you'll have some fun later after its over"katherine said as she was right she had some plans for the evening
After eating some breakfast they soon got ready for the day as they left their home. They made their way downstairs to the front entrance as their were armed security guards in the halls as they had some protection incase anyone tried to do anything to harm her stepdad family.
But they got into a limo specifically for them as they began to drive off to their desiantion. As they did delilah looked at her phone seeing recent news reports. Some caught her eyes on sighting of strange new masked viglatnes going around with clayface being sighted in the sewer
All delilah could think about how cool that sort of life sounds right now. But all she is some rich girl in a way attending some prep academy for other children in gotham who where apart of the upperclass. Though she wonders what would happen if she could become a superhero someday it might be more interesting than probably taking over the family business for her stepdad.
As they kept driving amy was humming messing with a children toy that was shaped like superman himself. As she squeezed it
"For metropolis and the people of earh"the toy superman said in a cheery tone making her laugh
"superman"She cutely said as katherine chuckled petting her head
"That right. But still i thought you'd like the big bad scary man who dresses like a bat"katherine said as amy huffed puffing her cheeks up refusing to speak now.
"Come on mom give her a break. Besides….beats hearing how every crook in gotham here is more scared of that creep and the guy in tights"deliah replied
"You mean robin? Well i think its quite irresponsible to let a boy his age fight crime but were here."phillip said as she looked out the window
As she stared at a gothic looking manor like school as their was a gate going all over the property of the academy. Several students where walking into the academy as several news vans where outside waiting for something. They apporahced the gate as the securit guard let them through to get inside for the ceremony today.
Once they where pulled up the driver opened the door
"Here you are sir good luck today on today speech"the driver said as phillip smiled
'Thank you. Make sure to get the car back at a certain time once its over"phillip said as the driver nodded
They all began to approach the school right now as delilah kept texting on her phone before she felt something thrown on her head. Looking up she saw the object was a ball and it led to someone familiar
That being a boy close to her age who had a dark skin complexion with him having brown curly hair styled into dreadlocks. While he wore a similar shirt he had on a pair of dark blue dress pants with black dress shoes on. As he had a selnder apperance to him he was about 5.10ft in height. While he had a set of grey eyes.
Next to him where two others the first being another guy who was seventeen. With him sporting orange ahri with a pale skin tone. As he had freckles on both cheeks with him sporting a pair of green eyes. He wore a similar uniform like the other boy as he was at about 6ft in height. Along with that he had his sleeves rolled up showing off his arms as he had a toned build to him.
The next was another girl who had a slender appearance with a modest bust size with her being sixteen herself. As she had slightly tan skin with her having red colored eyes. Along with her having on the same uniform like her but she had black hair stylied with some flowers in her hair that where brightly colored.
The first boy waved to her"Yo delilah their you are and you brought your parents. What a drag"the first boy said as the second rolled his eyes
"Her father is a spokemen for our school richie….aye your an annoying lad"the second said with an irish accent as the only girl ran over hugging her friend
"Did you see all the news crews outside today! This is going to be amazing!"she said in complete excitement
"Come on meadow let me go….ughhhh i get it the dumb news crews are here"she said as meadow did with phillip sighing
"Still a pleasure to meet my daughter friends. I take it your keeping richie out of trouble sean"phillip asked the irish accent boy named sean who nodded
"Aye i am. But still we gotta hurry up because i got bad news for our freidn here"sean said making delilah frown
"Let me guess the stupid preppy princess is out for my head again'She asked as her eye tiwthced
"Nope! I heard a rumor that someone may be having to be a new student liaison for one of the new girls. Heard she got in on a special academy program"richie answered
"Ohhh let me guess my little girl will be escorting her around the academy"katherine asked excited
"Yep! I heard from one of the teachers guess snow hair is stuck with her"sean joked as she groaned at that nickname because she was born with pure white hair as a kid and people always picked on her about this
"Come on lets get going guys the ceremony gonna start soon maybe you can run into the new girl"meadow said as the teens left them with katherine watching them from a distance before eyeing the school sighing
"I hope you live a normal life dear"she thought to herself.
As the students got inside the halls of the grand academy right now delilah and her friends where sitting on some bleachers. As their were other studnet their with her messing around with her hair stroking it as they talked
"So you guys think that we'll see the mighty bruce wayne here soon"richie asked
"Let me guess you wanna see if he would listen to one of your crazy ideas"Sean joked as he frowned
"Hey my ideas aren't that crazy"he argued
"Rich you made a potato launcher that you used during the schools science fair. You managed to blow up the fire alarm system and we didn't have school for a week after that"meadow reminded
"Hey no school was a blessing in disguise in my opinion. Besides soon enough the show should get started soon"he said as soon enough the assemble got quiet with the school headmistress stepping forward that being a women in her late futures with pale skin along with having black ahir with hints of grey lines throughout it. Along with wearing a dark grey business suit coat and white dress blouse with a matching dark grey skirt as she cleared her throat.
"Students please be seated because as your headmistess of the academy we have a special guest. Please welcome bruce wayne owner of wayne tech and gotham finest billiaonire"the headmistress said as the students all cheered for someone approaching the stage
That being a tall man with caucasian skin with a cherry figure to him as he had short black hair and dark brown eyes. As he had a formal black suit with a grayish blue tie on. Along with that he waved to the crowd of students with a smile on his face as this was bruce wayne
Bruce tapped on the microphone before smiling at the crowd of young faces before him
"Students of gotham academy. I am proud to say today your academy will be safer than ever with the helping hands of a local company we've partnered with. A company who have helped our police departments in gotham to protect ourselves against the villains of the world. Mainly being gotham own nutcases being the madhatter, bane, clayface and most infamoulsy the joker"bruce started as the students listened to the man do his little speech.
"Today you may be wondering why i am here. I am here today to thank the man who helped make gotham own academy a safer place for you all along with my own ward. Please welcome phillip bryce onto the stage"bruce said offering a hand
As phillip apporahced the stage waving as clapping could be heard with delilah watching right now. As bruce and phillip shook hands as phillip took the microphone smiling at the crowd
"Its my pleasure to be providing a safer home for the students of the new generation in gotham. A place full of cirminlas but you…you all are the stepping stones of a better future. With my company you will have a safer environment from the down right crooks of gotham. I thank today for agreeing to this project we've discussed. But today i rather not keep us here long let us all commence the final part of the ceremony"he said
As the headmistesses walked over giving bruce a large pair of scissor. With him cutting a red ribbon as the news crew inside snapped pictures of the man shaking hands with the academy headmistress
After it was over delilah was with her friends as her mother apporahced them
"Oh dear come over and say hello to real quick."katherine said as she sighed with richie goraning
"Lucky you get to meet a rich guy"he joked as she bumped his shoulder standing up
"A rich guy who a huge playboy. Be right back guys"delaih said hoping up following her mother.
As she followed her backstage with bruce and phillip talking but someone else was their. That being a fairly short boy who seemed thirteen with a lean and well toned build to him. As his hair was left slightly unkempt with it being raven colored as he had brown eyes with him sporting the boys uniform. With him on his phone texting someone it seems.
"Its still a pleasure for us to be doing this bruce. I know that we had our disagreement in the past but i'm happy we got over it"phillip said
"That was before you stoped making weapons and insteade made home defense for the people of gotham"bruce replied as the man chuckled
"Well i had a bit of a turn around thanks to my wife"phillip said as amy and daphne by his side as daphne ran over hugging her sister legs smiling up at her.
"Heyya sis….and umm….oh its you dick"delaih said to the boy named dick grayson who got off his phone letting out a childish laugh right now
"Come on. I'm not that bad….you doing better after having detention for a week"dick joked back as she rolled her eyes rubbing her knuckles
"It was worth it for whipping off that snobby jerks smug look"she replied back as bruce smirked slightly
"Well aren't you a bralwer. I'm sure we've haven't met in a long time your mr. bryce step daughter am i correct?"bruce aksed offering a hand as she shook it as it felt very firm for a man of his status
"Yes ummm sir….deliah well nikos by my mother name. Pleasure all mine"she said politely as he noticed that
'Manners i see. Well you might have better manner than my ward here"bruce said as dick rolled his eyes
"I can have manners. Besides….i gotta get going in a bit remember i got stuff to do with my friends later"dick reminded subetuly winking to bruce who nodded
"That does bring up a good point. Sorry to keep this short but i need to get back to a important meeting i have. Be well"bruce said as they went their separate ways for the time being as she hoped to spend some quality time with her friends right now tonight of all nights
Hours later into the day right now changing into something more her style right now. Delilah changed into a pair of black booty shorts reaching her thighs. While she sported a pair of dark blue tight undenreath it to remain somewhat decent. As she sported a lonslvee crop top showing off a decent amount of bust with her showing off her midriff. Along with that it was colored bright orange with a black vest over it with no sleeves. Along with her sporting a piar of dahlia flowers colored orange with her putting a small handpurse in her back pocket.
As she stepped into the other room her mother noticed her
"Heading out to say hi to your friend dear"she asked
"I am mom don't worry i got my secret weapon"deliah said pulling out a can of mace right now as her mother laughed
"It will do but please be careful. Remors of muggers are going around please take the safe routes"she advise firmly
"I will i'll be staying at meadow place for tonight"deliah said leaving her mother as katherine watched her with a worried look holding a cross close to her heart hoping and praying for her daughter safety right now
Once she left her home she made her way through the streets of gotham. As it would scare her if she was little but thanks to her mom teaching her some self defense lessons as a kid she'll be just dandy. But it still scared her running into the big bads of the town right now
Though she soon arrived at a simple home it seems but it wasnt as quite lavish. Knocking on the door it opened to reveal meadow who changed into something different compared to her school attire. That being a tan skirt with a dark green wool shirt that presented her arms. While she sported a golden necklace around her neck
"Hey you made it sean and richie are here for movie night. Then we can chill and do something fun tomorrow"she said welcoming her into her home
As their were some stairs that led to the second floor of the pleasant home. With their being a couple framed picture frames of meadow and her two parents who seemed to be a man and a women. Along with that their was also some cat toys around the place. But stepping into the main living room revealed the living room
That being a living room with a medium size tv and a case containing glass figurines. Along with another having a shelf containing several books on various subjects it seems. But their was a couch made of cloth colored dark brown with a chair with a reading desk and lamp meant for some light reading at night. But their was also sean and richie who changed into more comforbtale attire they liked
As richie was in a piar of light grey sweatpants with him sporting a light blue sleeveless hoodie with a black turcleneck underneath it. As he sported a pair of grey tennis shoes with his attire.
While their was sean wearing a red flannel shirt as it showed off his arms with his sleeves rolled up. Along with that he wore some blue jeans with holes torn throughout the jeans as it was on purpose for thes style of jeans. Their was also how he had a pair of silver rings with celtic runes on it.
But on sean lap right now was a white baby kitten with a pair of emerald green eyes meowing as they played with a mouse pluhsie
"Awww isn't this cute the bruiser of our group one weakness is cats"richie teased
"Aye its a cat and i love em….besides i can knock out your teeth like we did as wee children"sean threatened but he knew he was lying as delilah sighed sitting down
"Quit messing with mochi. We get it meadow here got a new kitten….who she won't stop gushing over."she said making meadow blush as she sighed pulling out some movie cases for tonight festivities
"Shut up and lets enjoy some movies tonight i'm in the mood for something scary"She said as they got to work on watching some movies together tonight. As delilah sighed really appreciating this right now liking her normal life right now. But she wouldn't mind ever seeing how the heroes of their world would live. If she ever did have powers she wondered what they would be.
It seems that this closes the first chapter of the story I hoped you enjoyed it. This will be a stepping stone for a possible new hero on the scene. But she may meet one familiar face.
