A island that once was involved with a battle against a dark evil lady and her army of knights happened against two knights with pure hearts happened and the knights defeated the army and sealed her and the army away. With the the former heroes now gone, its up to 3 descendants of the two hero knights to came and save the island from her group once again. Chapter 6 is now up!

1. Views of Hope

Welcome all to my newest and brand new fanfic, Yugioh: The New Order! This is a story that combines Yugioh and Shovel Knight. This story will see if three strangers can help a island nation defeat a evil that plagues their land. This is the remake of my old Yugioh: The New Order story I tried earlier, but now with three different stars. Now for the rules of the story. I will be using all of the current OCG/TCG rules of the game and also I'm using both the current OCG/TCG banlists (OCG Current: April 2024) - (TCG Current: April 2024) and combine them to make one list for the story (I will use banned cards if I have to and will update the story to use the newest ban list changes when I have to). Link and Pendulum monsters will be seen and I'm going to try to use decks I've never used before to make this a very fun story. Also, the Pendulum monsters will have their own Pendulum Zones and instead of 15, the max cards that can be in the Extra Deck will be 20. I will also use cards made by myself, other writers and cards that are only in the manga and anime as well. Also, I'll be using American names, but if the Japanese names are better (Destiny Hero and Sin monsters for example) are better, I'll use the japanese ones. Also, when I use a "Hero" monster, It'll stay as Hero instead of the TCG way of HERO and also, for cards that are created by me and others, I'll put in GY instead of graveyard. With all of this said and done, let's get this story started! Like all of my stories, Like all of my stories, this story will be dedicated to my wonderful and loving mother who sadly passed away on September 1st, 2021 and is now in the heavens and my also my wonderful uncle who passed on February 28th, 2023 and my aunt who passed on in November of 2023. Miss you all a lot right now!

Los Angeles, California

May 15th, 2075

The United States has been run for the past 25 years..by a group that no human likes. After a evil sorceress known as the Enchantress took over the world, She made a group of a police-like knights to patrol everywhere in the world and people have been miserable because of the knights and they would arrest anyone that did not listen to their rules or listen to the knights (Even in North Korea). In the downtown area of Los Angeles, a group of 10 knights with green and black armor are roaming the streets and watching over things. They're making sure the citizens are listening the rules by the leader of the world. The knights are charging down the streets on armored horses. The Enchantress have knights in each major city around the world and will arrest people if they break any of the laws by their lady. In the middle of a large park, a teenaged couple was having some lunch in the park before they had to get back to work at a nearby Sword Factory near the middle of the city.

He sighed and replied, "We finally get a lunch break, Monica. What a day so far."

She nodded and replied, "Darryl, I love you so much and I want to be yours forever, but those damn knights are making everything worse for us."

"I feel the same way about you, Monica. I love you."

She nodded as they were about to kiss.

"STOP RIGHT THERE!", a husky voice was heard.

They quickly slid away from each other as they saw a blue armored knight ride in on a armored horse and he got down and two other knights were right behind him and Riley groaned and replied, "Silver Knight Tillus."

The knight then replied, "Your break ended 5 minutes ago. Also, you're both not allowed to date while you work with each other!"

The couple sighed as the other knights seperated them and Tillus resumed, "You'll both will be working 2 hours later for your punishments for lateness and attempted dating and if we catch you both like this again, we'll have you both arrested and sent to seperated prisons! Now, finish your lunch and head back now or you'll be in more trouble."

The kids sighed as they quickly finished the lunch and then the knight and his cronies lead them away and nearby a tall male wearing a black suit and tie stared at them with sadness in his eyes and he sighed and replied, "What a horrid world now is. I need to head back this to my time."

He sighed as he took a small black sphere and tossed at the ground and a large black-energy portal appeared and before anyone can see him, he quickly went into the portal and it vanished.

Hidden underground bunker / ?

May 15th, 2045 / 10:00am

In a dark hidden bunker underneath a major village port, a group of people were watching computer screens and others were walking around. The tallest one was a middle-aged man with a moustache, a large beard and he wore a red robe and a red pair of sweatpants. Watching with him one that was about half his age and he wore a blue shirt and black jeans and had a small moustache and beards growing as well. Above the computer was a banner that said P.O.U.R. and below each letter it revealed what it meant and it was PridmOor Underground Revolution.

The older man sighed and replied, "As long as that dark wench and her knights are watching over Pridmoor, we can't do anything about it. We're sitting ducks."

The younger man then replied, "I know, dad. We need to think of a way yo get to beat them both."

Suddenly, the same portal that was seen in the future appeared and the suited man walked out and the younger man then replied, "Anything knew from the future, bro?"

He sighed and replied, "Afraid not, Riley. Everything is such a mess. The Enchantress and her knights are making life for the citizens there a living hell right now. We need to do something. I"m heading to get a drink and a snack, so I'll see you both later."

The elder son walked out of the meeting room area and Riley looked at his father and replied, "Dad, what are we going to do? We can't do much thanks to Order of No Quarter."

The older man sighed and replied, "I don't know what we can do, Riley. We need to do something about it."

Suddenly, a young lady with black hair and a blue gown and blue-streaked brown hair walked in with a book under her arm and she replied, "Lord Pridmoor?"

The older man looked at her and replied, "Can I help you, Malory?"

She showed him the book and he replied, "I have some information. I found out about two people that are descendants of Shovel Knight and Shield Knight, sir."

The former king knew about those two knights. About 100 years ago, Shovel Knight (Who's real name was never revealed) and his girlfriend Shield Knight (Who's real name was also never known) came to the island and a day after they arrived, Shield Knight vanished from the world after getting a evil relic amulet that held the spirit of the evil queen Enchantress. Shovel Knight did all he could and defeated all of her Knights as well as the Enchantress to free his love. After sealing her away, they both left the island to start a new life in the United States. legends say that before they left, they put away their armor, weapons and valuables and sealed them away in vault somewhere on Pridmoor and to this day, no one has found the treasure. After they left, the 100 year seal shattered apart and the Enchantress and her Knights were released once again and roam the island with no troubles. They would arrest anyone that got in their way and force them to work in her labor mines found on the island or force them to become police knights for her team.

"Where in your book says that?"

She opened it to the 5th page and he read it closely and he nodded and replied, "Jordan Sawyer, Katie Williams and Beatrice Worenson ? That might help us a lot, Malory. Any idea who either of them are?"

"Today at about 5:00 in Central US Time, the final match of the Alabama State Tournament is going to get started and Sawyer is up against this Alayna Jeffries, a spoiled brat of a duelist."

"That won't be a problem at all, Malory. Use a portal and go there and watch the duel from the stadium and make sure we're able to see how that young lady duels."

She nodded as she got up and a large portal opened up and a she walked through it and it vanished and the king sighed and replied, "I really hope this the right thing for us."

Jordan's house / Dothan, Alabama /11:00am

In a beautiful red house in the middle of the more residential area of the city, I was in my room going over my deck one last time. My room was white, black and purple in color I was no goth, I just liked these colors and then I smiled and resumed, "I love the way my deck is now. I can't wait to use it to win it all."

I took a brush and brushed my black hair. I had purple streaks through it and my glasses covered my beautiful blue eyes. I wore a black shirt with 2 red dragons on it and also wore a black and purple skirt as well. I loved the tattoos I had. Both of my legs had tattoos of red skulls, stars and red roses on them and my right arm had a large tattoo of a black dragon on it. My Uncle helped met this ink as a present after I graduated from college a year ago. I looked back at my deck and I nodded and replied, "I've made it for so many duels so far and this one is going to be my hardest opponent yet. I need to stay true and with little luck needed, I'll destroy anything that brat sends my way."

I heard a knocking at my door and I nodded and replied, "Go ahead, mom."

The door opened and my mom, a tall blonde-haired woman was there and she was in her early 50s and she had a thin body, had blonde-hair and wore glasses and her name was Sidney and she smiled at me and replied, "Ready for your duel today, honey?"

"I really am. This is going to be a fun duel."

"I'm so glad that Katie come to to cheer me on."

My mom nodded to this. Katie was my best friend through my high school and college years and after we graduated from college, I asked her to date and they my mom and her folks both knew we were lesbians and my mom was so happy to hear the news and Jordan's parents were happy to see they both found each other and were finally dating and then I nodded and resumed, "I can't wait to duel. My Fiend army is ready to take down anyone that bratty girl sends my way. She's used 3 different decks and she said she'll use her best deck in todays match."

"You'll do fine, Ready to show Alabama how the Sawyer family duels? Dad is waiting downstairs."

I nodded and replied, "I really am, mom. Let's do it."

I got up and I gathered my deck and I slid it into my pocket and replied, "Time show this state how hungry my beasts are."

I smiled and we both left to head to the stadium.

Dothan Master Duel Stadium / 12:30pm

Inside of the dueling arena was a packed house and everyone was waiting for a great duel to happen. My girlfriend Katie was a tall brown-haired thin woman and she wore a white shirt and a blue jeans and she had glasses over her blue eyes and she had a tattoo that said my name in the middle of it on her right arm and that was surrounded with small red flowers and blue roses as well. Her parents dropped her off a few minutes and she got to talk with me for a few minutes before I had to go get ready the duel that was about to happen. My folks met up with her and my folks and they were waiting for the duel to happen.

She then sighed and replied, "She's made it this far so far and I think she's going to cream that brat!"

Het mom nodded as a tall male announcer with brown hair wearing a fancy grey suit ran and he resumed, "Hello, Dothan! I'm Jeff Clemmins, your announcer. When this tournament started, we had 16 duelists and now we're down to the best two duelists in Alabama! Here are Jordan Sawyer and Alayna Jeffries!"

They all cheered as we both walked in and Alayna was a tall girl with blonde hair and she wore a beautiful white flowered dress and she walked in and saw me and replied, "Ready to fall down in defeat?"

I smiled at her and replied, "Not as much as you'll be doing."

We both activated their duel disks and both drew 5 cards.

"Game on!", Alayna yelled out.

-o-o-o-o-o-o- (Alayna LP: 8000) -o-o-o-o- (Jordan LP: 8000) -o-o-o-o-o-o-

The announcer looked at me and replied, "Since you had more lifepoints left in your last duel, you can go first or second, young lady."

I nodded and looked at my hand and then I replied, "First will be fine. I'll set a monster and that'll end my turn now."

She drew a card and replied, "I summon my Monarch Papillion."

She played the card and a large orange and red-winged butterfly flying in the sky appeared (ATK: 1,600).

"I attack with my monster."

The large butterfly glowed as a burst of toxic pollen shot out and my Komouri Dragon appeared on the card (DEF: 1,200) and the attack struck it and it let out a weakened growl before it shattered to pieces.

"Your move now."

I drew a new card and then resumed, "I now summon my Luster Dragon."

I played the card and the jewel-crusted dragon appeared (ATK: 1,900).

"I attack with my monster."

The dragon let out a burst of green flames and the attack struck it down and the flames burned it to ashes (Alayna LP: 8000 - 7700).

"Your move now."

She drew a new card and then resumed, "I activate my Foolish Burial."

The spell appeared and she quickly discarded a monster and then resumed, "I'll set a monster and that's all for me."

I drew a new card and then resumed, "I summon my Lancer Lindwurm."

She played the card and the lance-wielding dragon knight appeared (ATK: 1,800).

"I attack with my Lancer first."

It went in and a monster I knew that was a Howling Insect appeared on the card (DEF: 1,300) and it rammed its weapon into the bug and blew it to pieces (Alayna LP: 7700 - 7200) and the pieces went back together and and a Pinch Hopper appeared (DEF: 1,200) and then my dragon let out another stream of flames and they struck and burned the large bug to ashes and then Alayna then resumed, "I Special Summon my Insect Knight."

She played the card and the bug-like knight appeared (ATK: 1,900) and I nodded and then I resumed, "Your move now, Alayna."

She drew a card and resumed, "I'll discard my Confronting the "C" to activate Overdone Burial to Special Summon my Chainsaw Insect."

She discarded the card and a large beetle with chainsaw-like mandibles appeared (ATK: 2,400) and then she opened her field slot and resumed, "I activate my Forest!"

She slid the card and the large forest grew around the field (ATK: 1,900 - 2,100) - (ATK: 2,400 - 2,600). That this was a good move on her part. Now when that insect attacks, I won't be able to draw a card now.

"I attack with my bugs."

The knight charged in and slashed at the large dragon and its scales cracked apart before it shattered into shards and then the large insect rushed in and swung its mandibles, cutting my Lancer Lindwurm in twain with a single slash (Jordan LP: 8000 - 7000).

"Your move now."

I drew a new card and then resumed, "I'll set a monster and a card facedown and that's all for me."

She drew a new card as well and then resumed, "I activate my Bug Bite."

The spell appeared.

"You now take 200 damage for each time my Insect monster destroys a monster in battle. I attack with my Knight first."

The knight went in and a Masked Dragon appeared on the card (DEF: 1,100) and her knight swung its sword and I watched it decapitate my poor dragon. the head and body dissolved into pixels and they flew in and stabbed into my leg (Jordan LP: 7000 - 6800) and I resumed, "I Special Summon my Dynamite Dragoon."

She played the card and a large red dragon with black spheres all over its body (DEF: 900) and it went and slashed through the dragon and it let out a small roar before it burst into shards and the shards struck me (Jordan LP: 6800 - 6600) and then I smiled and resumed, "Anytime my Dynamite Dragon is destroyed, your monster loses 300 attack."

Small burn marks appeared on the large bug's body (ATK: 2,600 - 2,300) and then I smiled and resumed, "I now activate my facedown Dragon's Bond to Special Summon my Rare Metal Dragon from my deck since you destroyed my monster."

My facedown card lifted up and my dragon with a metal-like hide appeared with a roar (ATK: 2,400).

"I'll find a way to crush this silly Dragon deck of yours. I end my turn now."

My monster didn't like that insult and let out angry snarl as I drew a card and then resumed, "I summon my Alexandrite Dragon."

She played the card and my beautiful dragon of light appeared with a growl-like noise (ATK: 2,000) and Alayna looked at both of my monsters and she resumed, "Not much you can do right because my bugs are stronger then both of your lousy dragons."

Both of my dragons let out annoyed growls at her and then I resumed, "I should help that out then. I activate my Dragonic Field Burn."

The spell appeared.

"If I control two Level 4 or higher Dragon monsters, I can destroy a Field Spell you control and then we both take 1,000 damage and then all non Dragon monsters lose 1,000 attack."

The dragons let out powerful flames and each of the trees were reduced to burnt timbers & ash (ATK: 2,100 - 900) - (ATK: 2,300 - 1,100) and then more of the fiery flames struck us both (Jordan LP: 6800 - 5800) - (Alayna LP: 7200 - 6200).

"There we go. Dragons, attack."

The dragons let out roars as they were ready to attack. Rare Metal Dragon let out a growl as a energy-based attack mixed with small metal shards shot out and slammed into her knight and blew it to pieces and then my Alexandrite Dragon let a loud snarl and it glowed as a burst of small white shards shot out and stabbed into her Chainsaw Insect and blasted it to shards (Alayna LP: 6200 - 3800) and the crowd cheered as they watched that great move I made and a announcer nodded and resumed, "Jordan has just took a decent lead in our duel! Can she keep it up while these Dragons are smashing these bugs?"

I only nodded and looked back at her and resumed, "Your turn now, lady."

She drew a card and resumed, "I activate my Dark World Dealings."

The spell appeared and she drew a card and then discarded a card and I drew a card and I saw a card and I discarded it as well and she resumed, "I summon my Shiny Black "C" Squadder."

She played the card and a strange bug-like human appeared on the card (ATK: 2,000).

"I equip him with the Bio-Insect armor In my graveyard."

her insect glowed as a mantis with two cannon on its back flew onto the monster.

"It'll gain 1500 attack during my turn only. I attack your Rare Metal Dragon!"

The cannons glowed (ATK: 2,000 - 3,500) as two beams of pulsating energy shot out and they slammed into my metal-hided friend and blew it to small metal shards (Alayna LP: 5800 - 4700) and them more of the small shards struck me again (Jordan LP: 4700 - 4500) and then a rocky statue of a dragon-like human appeared and it knelt down (DEF: 2,100) and I nodded and resumed, "The monster I discarded with your spell earlier was my Keeper of the Shrine."

"Whatever you say. I end my turn now."

I drew a card and then resumed, "I'll switch my Alexandrite Dragon to defense and then I'll set a new monster facedown and a card facedown and that's all for me."

She drew a card and resumed, "I activate my Spellbooks from Inside the Pot."

The spell appeared and we both drew 3 cards and then she resumed, "I summon my Terra Scorpion."

She played the card and a large red scorpion with a large white stringer and two large white claws appeared (ATK: 1,700).

"I use its effect. When I summon it, I can discard any Insect monster from my deck and then I change the battle position of any monster I choose on the field!"

She took a Guard Mantis from her deck and discarded it and then I watched as my Alexandrite Dragon went to attack position and I was wondering why she'd want to choose that one and not my weaker Keeper of the Shrine?

"Squadder attacks now!"

The cannons fired its cannons and my dragon was blown to shards (Jordan LP: 4500 - 3000) and then more small shards struck me (Jordan LP: 3000 - 2800).

"Scorpion attacks now."

It went in and my Samsara Dragon appeared (DEF: 0) before it shot its tail and stabbed into my dragon and smashed it into small shards and those shards stabbed into me (Jordan LP: 2800 - 2600) and she smiled and resumed, "What'd you think of that move, lady?"

I only smiled and she looked puzzled and then I resumed, "You could of done way more damage if you'd use your Scorpion's effect on my Keeper instead of my Alexandrite Dragon, silly lady."

Some members of the crowd began to laugh as well and then Alayna turned red and she resumed, "I'll still crush your Dragons no matter what I do! I end my turn now."

She drew a card and then resumed, "I activate my Stamping Destruction on your Bug Bite."

The wings of my Keeper glowed as the Spell appeared and two bolts of energy shot out and smashed her Spell to bits (Alayna LP: 3800 - 3300) and then I let out a sighe and then resumed, "You going to have to forgive me, Keeper. I have to do this to save myself from losing this duel."

"Do what you have to do, child. I want to see you win in anyway you can.", a rough and tough voice said in my hand and then Alayna looked at me with a puzzled look and resumed, "What was that all about?"

"Nothing that will ever concern you. I'll banish a light monster to Special Summon my Black Dragon Collapserpent."

I took my Samsara Dragon and banished it and my dragon that had a serpent-like body with no claws or feet appeared with two large black wings (ATK: 1,800) and resumed, "Time for something now. I activate my facedown Dragon's Rebirth and I'll banish my Keeper of the Shrine to bring back my Rare Metal Dragon."

The trap appeared and the Keeper faded away into pixels as my metal bodied Dragon appeared (ATK: 2,400) and I resumed, "I haven't Normal Summoned yet, so I'll use my Spined Lindworm to join my dragon army."

I played its card and a large dragon with a beautiful glowing body appeared with no wings and a spined tail (ATK: 1,900).

"Time for some battling. I Attack with my Rare Metal Dragon first and then my Lindworm."

My first dragon glowed as it let out its energy attack again and it shot out and smashed into her Squadder and blew it and its equipped cannons to little pieces and then my Lindworm glowed as a set of glowing spines shot out and stabbed into her Scorpion and blew it to shards (Alayna LP: 3300 - 2700) and I resumed, "I now activate my Dragon's Charge from my hand."

I quickly played the card and then It appeared and Alayna looked even more nervous.

"When my Dragon monster destroys a monster in battle, I Can draw a card and if its a Dragon monster that is Level 4 or lower and can be Normal Summoned, I Can summon it to the field."

I drew a card and I smiled and I played it and large bulky dragon with two large white wings appeared (ATK: 1,900) and I smiled and resumed, "This is my Armored Dragon."

Alayna looked around all scared and she groaned and replied, "No damn way! I was so close to beating you!"

"Not close enough, lady. Attack her directly to finish her off."

Collapserpent glowed as a beam of pure dark energy shot and struck her and then my Armored Dragon glowed as a large spiked sphere shot out from its wings and they exploded around her (Alayna LP: 2700 - 0) and then the announcer smiled and then replied, "Folks, Jordan Sawyer is our Louisiana State Champion!"

The crowd cheered I watched them all cheer for me and then I saw Katie stand up and she looked she was about to cry about how happy she was that I won and my dragons each let out a small proud roar before fading away and then I looked at Alayna and she had a typical poor me angry look and then she resumed, "I'll get you back for this loss, lady. You and your dragons got lucky and I won't take the loss! I deserved to cream you!"

The crowd suddenly began to boo at her and she flipped them all off and replied, "Get a life, you fools! This was supposed to be my win and only my win!"

The announcer looked at her and he sighed and replied, "What a horrid sore sport you really are, kid."

"I don't need this from you right now."

He sighed again and then he resumed, "Since this duel is over, our amazing host will be coming out to meet our State Champion soon enough!"

The back doors of the arena opened up and a tall man wearing a white suit walked in with a brown suitcase attached to his right arm and he had two security guards by his side and the announcer nodded and replied, "Here is the host of our Alabama State Championship, folks! The one and only Caleb Masterson!"

They all cheered and he looked at Alayna and he sighed and replied, "I was about to give the second place prize, but you are now disqualified from it due to your actions and horrible attitude, young lady. Also, you'll be banned from all major tournaments throughout the wonderful State of Alabama as well being banned from entering this stadium as well when we do have any duels here. Your win will actually go to your opponent you won against earlier in the tournament, Ron Winters."

She looked even more pissed then before and then resumed, "How dare you do this to me! I was the winner and I deserve my prizes! Give me what I earned on my own!"

"Not a chance, young lady. Guards, take this girl away from the grounds."

They walked in and grabbed her arms and carried her out and she let out horrible screams, "Dragon girl, I'll get you for this stunt! I'll get the revenge I want!"

The crowd cheered as the guards carried her out of the stadium and he sighed and then he looked at me and he smiled and replied, "So proud that you wouldn't let that brat bother you, Jordan. You are the State Champion and I'm proud of your hard work right now."

He undid the briefcase he held onto and he opened it and inside was a box of cards, a check and a trophy that said 2045 ALABAMA STATE CHAMPION on it in large black letters and he smiled and replied, "You really deserve it all, Emmie. Well done once again!"

he looked at the crowd and replied, "Alabama, this is your State Champion!"

They all cheered for me once again and I only smiled and took it all in. In the back row of the eastern section of the stadium, Malory nodded and she smiled and replied, "She has to be the descendant we've been looking for."

When a Dragon monster you control destroys a monster in battle, draw 1 card and if it's a Dragon monster that is Level 4 or lower and can be Normal Summoned, you can Normal Summon it.

Dragon's Bond / Normal Trap Card

Activate when a Level 4 or lower Dragon monster you control is destroyed. Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Dragon monster from your Deck.

Note: All of the following cards were used in the Yugioh GX Manga.

Dragonic Field Burn / Normal Spell Card

You can only activate if this card if you control a Link-2 or Highter/Level 4 or Rank 4 Dragon monster and if you and your opponent have 2000 or more LP. Destroy a Field Spell Card your opponent controls and then you and your opponent take 1000 damage and then all Non-Dragon monsters lose 1000 ATK. You can only activate 1 "Dragonic FIeld Burn" per turn.

Dragon's Summon / Normal Spell Card

If you control no other monsters, Target 1 Level 4 or Lower Normal Dragon monster in your GY; Special Summon it. You can only activate 1 "Dragon's Summon" per turn.

Draconic Gate / Normal Trap Card

Banish 1 Dragon monster from your GY; Destroy 1 Spell Card your opponent controls. You can only activate 1 "Draconic Gate" per turn.

Monarch Papillion

Insect/Normal/Wind/ATK: 1,600/DEF: 1,500/4 Stars

A butterfly with colorful wings. When this beautiful insect flaps its wings, toxic pollen flies from the wings and poisons its enemies.

Terra Scorpion

Insect/Effect/Earth/ATK: 1,700/DEF: 1,100/4 Stars

When Normal Summoned: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; send 1 Insect monster from your deck to the GY; change the battle position of the selected monster. You can only use the effect of "Terra Scorpion" once per turn.

Bug Bite / Continuous Spell Card

When a Insect monster you control destroys a monster in battle, your opponent takes 200 damage.
