"Wasn't that performance out of this realm?!" Charlie announced as Angel and Cherri walked off stage. The crowd was animalistic from how incredible they were. There was glitter everywhere and Charlie couldn't help but imagine how difficult it was going to be to clean all of it up. As the crew that Charlie hired were taking down the dancing poles, she walked on stage to face the audience.

"Before we start the final performance, I just wanted to thank everyone for being here tonight! The Hazbin Hotel is here for sinners who want a second chance at redemption! We believe that it is never too late to change your ways so if you're interested in taking the first step towards salvation, please see myself or my business partner Alastor after the show!" She stretched her hand out toward Alastor who was standing off stage. She could see a few sinners look somewhat hesitant once they laid eyes on Alastor. He had an aura about him that was soaked in intimidation so Charlie would just have to balance that out.

"Ok! So for the final performance, it will be yours truly and Alastor himself! We will be playing the song 'Pieces' on the piano! We hope you enjoy it!" The guests started to applaud as Charlie made her sleek black piano appear with a wave of magic. Alastor walked up on stage and took his seat at the piano. Charlie sat next to him with her closest to the audience. The piano was cattycornered so the audience could at least see both of their faces. The lights dimmed and the people hushed to silence. Charlie felt her heart beating against her ribs as the spotlight shined on them. She felt Alastor touch her ankle with his foot gently which caused her to look at him. He gave her a facial expression that read 'Are you ok?'. She nodded slightly to where only he could see. He straightened his back as he began to play.

Charlie waited until it was her turn to join in but until then she stared at Alastor's fingers as they danced across the keys. Never missing a single note, it was like the instrument was an extension of his own body. She took a quick glance at his face and saw that he had his eyes closed. Obviously the music sheets were just for show since neither one needed them. Charlie smiled as she let her own fingers float above the keys until it was her turn to harmonize in.

Alastor opened his eyes once Charlie began to join him. He looked over at her and she played her part beautifully. If the last thing he ever got to hear was her playing the piano then he would ask if he could be revived and die again just to hear it a second time. Alastor suddenly realized though that they never discussed whether they were going to actually sing the lyrics to the song. A small bloom of panic swelled in his stomach. Should he? Or was their singing something personal between the two? He glanced at her face and saw that her eyes were closed, completely absorbed into the music.

Fuck it.

Charlie popped open her eyes when she heard Alastor's voice fill the parlor. She heard a few gasps from the audience and she was sure hers was mixed in with them. Angel Dust and Cherri were standing off stage slack jawed. Charlie didn't realize that they were going to be singing! They never really decided if they were or not so Alastor must've decided on his own. She noticed that his radio filter was gone and it made his voice sound even more smooth, like velvet. He never let his radio static go from his voice in public so she was even more shocked that he was letting his true voice out in such a grandiose way. The chorus was coming up where she usually joined him. She took a deep breath and hoped that her voice wouldn't give out from nerves.

Alastor felt like the spotlight got brighter once Charlie started to sing with him. Their voices melted together beautifully and for the first time in his life, he actually didn't hate hearing his own voice. Simply because Charlie's voice made it better. Her voice made anything better, Alastor thought peacefully. He closed his eyes and let himself become engulfed in the music. No one else was there, just him and Charlie. Their fingers would occasionally brush past each other causing a spark every time. Once they reached the climax, they both looked at each other at the same time purely by chance. Charlie could see flecks of brown in Alastor's eyes, hiding amongst the pool of red. They danced around his pupils and she couldn't look away even if she wanted to. She was entranced and it wasn't until the music had died and the room roared in applause that it broke her from her spell. She shifted her gaze to the audience and some sinners were even standing. Alastor stood up and placed a guiding hand on her upper back, signaling for her to stand herself. They both walked around the piano, grabbed hands and bowed before the cheering audience.

"You didn't miss a key. Very impressive, princess." Alastor said to her just barely audible through the noise. She cocked her head and looked at him.

"You didn't do too bad yourself, Radio demon." Charlie and Alastor took another bow as he let out a small chuckle.

"High praise." Alastor cocked and eyebrow while he let his smile grow even wider.

Charlie and Alastor made their way offstage and were bombarded with the hotel crew.

"What the hell was that?! That's what you two have been practicing this whole time? That was fuckin' amazing!" Angel was grinning, his voice filled with excitement.

"Yeah what the fuck guys? I wasn't expecting that!" Cherri commented as she patted Charlie on her back.

"Next time you two can play during my roach puppet show!" Nifty said excitedly as she sprinted around them a few times.

"Appreciate all of the positive feedback, but now it is my turn to address our potential guests. If you'll excuse me." Alastor straightened his collar and went back on stage. Charlie and the rest of the crew watched as Alastor spoke to the audience.

"Attention sinners! We thank you for joining us on this special night. As my enthusiastic business partner mentioned, if you have any questions about how to become a hotel guest please feel free to speak with either myself or Princess Morningstar. Refreshments are at the bar which our incredible bartender Husk will serve you! Thank you again for being a part of this event!" The audience began to clap again and it left Charlie in tears. She knew he probably didn't mean half of what he said, but the fact that he put on that front for the hotel made her feel lighter than air.

"Uh hey Charlie you ok?" Angel asked. Charlie realized that a single tear escaped and was racing down her cheek, dripping off her jawline. She wiped it with the back of her hand.

"Oh um yeah! I'm just happy because from the sound of it, we might actually be getting new members!"

Once everyone made their way out, sinners practically ran to Charlie. All kinds of questions were bring thrown at her, anywhere from 'Can I still do my drugs here?' to 'How many orgies can I have a week here?'. She tried to answer them all but was slowly becoming overwhelmed. She felt a gentle hand on her lower back.

"One at a time! Charlie has had a long night and needs some order. Please stand in a single line and we will address everyone's questions and concerns accordingly." Alastor called out. Probably from pure fear, they all formed a line within a few seconds. Charlie sighed in relief now that she could see some organization.

"You know me too well." Charlie said to Alastor who was standing right over her shoulder.

"No such thing as too well, my dear. Now let's get these hellion's taken care of because I don't know about you but I am beyond exhausted." Charlie never knew Alastor to full on admit to being tired, so he must've meant to hint that he was tired of dealing with people in general. Charlie nodded in agreement and continued to help each person.

Two hours later and they had nine new hotel guests and four that said they would think about it. Charlie was beyond excited that the hotel actually had some new sinners! She would've been more emotional about it but she felt her body become weak from exhaustion. She was helping take down streamers as she felt her head get a little swimmy. She was standing on a ladder when she lost her footing and began falling. She felt nothing but air below her until she landed in a pair of arms that held her tightly.

"And that means it is time for you to get some well earned shut eye, my dear." Alastor said as Charlie let out a loud yawn.

"I haven't finished getting the decorations down yet though-"

"Darling if I can't manage that much, then I have no right to hold the title as Radio demon. Go to bed and I'll see you in the morning." Alastor gently let her down, not letting her go until he knew she wouldn't fall over. Charlie let her legs solidify before she groaned.

"I don't wanna sleep though." Charlie stretched her limbs and realized that she was still wearing her little red number Alastor had made for her.

"I might need some helping getting this off though." Charlie mumbled as she let her hand roam around her back to try and locate the zipper. Alastor's eyes lit up immediately.

"Well in that case I'd be delighted to help you!" Alastor looked at Husk. "Husker you're in charge of cleaning the parlor!" Husk flipped him off but continued cleaning up the glitter on the floor. Charlie didn't mean for that to be a suggestion but since Alastor seemed more than happy to help she didn't see the need to reject him. She also wasn't ready to separate from Alastor yet but she didn't want to admit that to herself.

"Shall we?" Charlie asked.
