Reasons To Fall
Chapter 7
Let's not pretend we're something we're not.
"I think i'm going to go." Brooke announced.
The expression on Peyton's face softened.
"You don't have too." Peyton replied.
"I should. Thank you for saying what you did." Brooke replied.
"My number hasn't changed and I'm back to living at my old place." Peyton said.
"We'll catch up." Brooke replied.
"I'll go too." Rachel said.
And soon it was only Haley and Peyton in the living room.
"I meant what I said about Brooke. We don't all end up like you and Nate. Trial and error. Mistakes. Wrong timing."
"Leave this alone." Peyton insisted.
"I married you and Lucas. I know first hand how in love the both of you were. You know Lucas is going to do the right thing by Brooke and those babies."
"Can you honestly tell me you don't love Lucas anymore?" Haley questioned.
Peyton sighed deeply. Looking away. Feeling her eyes well up with tears.
"It doesn't matter. He's having those babies with Brooke."
"I'm back in town." Peyton replied.
"That wasn't a no i'm not in love with him." Haley said.

Weeks Later
Brooke smiled wearing this solid flair. Helm cami dress. With yellow and white sandals. 14 weeks.
The energy boost she felt recently made working at the store so much easier and she was able to get alot more done. Especially dealing with customers. She was eating for three and able to enjoy her meals again. Her hair longer then normal and healthier then ever.
"Brooke Penelope Davis. I had hoped this break up with you and Julian was temporary. What are you doing?"
"How could you just throw that life away?" Victoria questioned.
"He doesn't want to be a father. Along with our relationship was a lie. He didn't know me in a real way not enough to get married."
"Me ending the relationship. Setting us both free."
"Was needed. He's in LA. And I'm here preparing for the next stage of my life. I'm going to be a mom." Brooke announced. Cradling her baby bump.
"Oh god. How could you be so reckless and irresponsible!"
"Its Clothes over bros!" Victoria exclaimed.
"Do you think at all how this situation will affect the line as a whole.?" Victoria questioned.
"You can leave on you're own. Or i'll have security remove you."
"This is no business of yours Lucas." Victoria proclaimed. Glaring at him.
