Shang Tsung headed his way to the dining room and found Kano and Goro talking. He heard shouting from Goro, he figured he was protesting Kano.
He stepped in and began,
"It's true, Prince Goro." Shang Tsung said, facing Goro who already knocked the cup of wine while walking towards them slowly.
"Why else would I choose such a disreputable greed? Forget him. No dignity. No manners. Years in the realm of Earth. Men like him can amass great wealth and almost gone like now."
"Yeah, I'd like to get back to my amassing as soon as possible if you don't mind," Kano said. He looked at Shang Tsung asking
"Now, When do I get paid?"
"After you humiliated Sonya." replied Shang Tsung
He then faced Prince Goro.
"I've come to warn you that Kung Lao's descendant and Raiden and Queen Serenity's daughter are both competing in the tournament."
"I saw this Liu Kang and Princess Serena in the hall, he'll impose no threat." Goro said.
"But her...she's sweet as a pussycat, I'll tame her in no time."
Shang Tsung smirked. "However, there is only one way to make you much stronger."
"And what would that be, sorcerer?" Goro asked.
He brought something from his sleeve and showed it to Goro. It turned out he had the Legendary Silver Crystal in his grip.
"The Legendary Silver Crystal," Shang Tsung said, showing it to Goro.
"Oui, where did you get that, mate?" Kano asked, shocked.
He smirked. "I got it from Queen Serenity after I slipped her a sleeping drug after our night in Bed."
"Ewww..." said Kano
"Why giving this to me?" Goro asked, pointing at it.
"It is the only way for you to beat Liu Kang and his friends, but keep Princess Serena alive, I want her after the tournament is over." Shang Tsung said.
"Why don't you give it to Kitana? She is twice stronger than Liu Kang and Princess Serena." Kano said, pointing it out.
He let out a chuckle.
"Princess Kitana is ten thousand years old and the rightful heir to the throne of Outworld, but she must not be allowed to join with the forces from the realm of Earth especially Liu Kang and Princess Serena.
Not only that Princess Serena doesn't know she is related to Kitana."
"Which is?"
"A cousin." Shang Tsung answered.
"Cousins!?" Goro and Kano said in shock.
"Indeed. Now you two should get some rest. We had a long day tomorrow. Oh, and Goro, make sure you don't destroy the Legendary Silver Crystal in your grip because we have nothing left.
And the Moon Kingdom will be destroyed along with Earthrealm."
Then Shang Tsung handed it to Goro before they headed to bed.
