Naruto was in a bind. He was in wave and wanted to check up on the progress of Uzushio but at the same time Jiraiya was with him and he was afraid that he would tell on him. It was not that Naruto wanted to leave his friends behind but Uzushio took a major role in his Ninshu plan and so it was to be prioritized. Peace around the nations would be good for everyone in the end, right? They stayed in an inn in the port town, waiting for their ship to sail tomorrow at dawn. Meditating in his room he was surprised to find somebody 'knocking' on his barrier. Letting the person in after sensing and getting the right response the blonde shinobi not even open his eyes as the other shinobi who wore a cloak and mask knelt in his room.
"Yes?"
The voice was neutral and void of emotions. "Uzumaki-sama. Hatsumi-sama sent me to ask you for assistance. A patrol encountered troubling readings and found an island full of summons."
"Summons you say? That's unusual" Naruto still had his eyes closed and meditated. "Usually they stay in the summons realm. To have so many of them on one island is more than strange. Does Hatsumi-chan has my gift with her?"
"Yes, Uzumaki-sama." Came the monotonous reply. Naruto stood and summoned a clone.
"Wait for Jiraiya and tell him I will rejoin him in wave country. As discussed with Jijji I have Uzumaki Business to attend to." Getting a nod from his clone he looked at the operative.
"Thank you. I will join Hatsumi-chan in a flash" He also unsealed a Fuin tag and gave it to him. "Place that in wave at the entrance I will flash back there."
"Of course, Naruto-sama" Waiting for the curt nod of the blonde before the agent disappeared in a sealless shunshin. Naruto gave his clone one last nod before he concentrated for a minute to locate the right tag and activate his one-tailed Biju cloak. In the next second and an orange flash later he disappeared from the inn.
Unknown Location
Naruto appeared beside Hatsumi in a crouch, only to hug her seconds later.
"Good to see you Hatsumi-chan"
The woman gasped a bit surprised but welcomed the hug with a smile. "Naruto-sama" glad in her black bodysuit-like armor the smile got just a bit brighter as the woman could see the change in her leader. "Haku and the others all miss you Naruto-sama. You could have popped in once a month you know?" She mocks and scolds him while observing his maturing frame.
"That's true Hatsumi-chan. I will take some time off around my birthday and all." He waited for her nod before he continued. "So what do we have here?"
Standing at the edge of the vast, endless ocean. The waves crashed against the jagged rocks below, sending sprays of salty water into the air as they prepared to embark on a journey unlike any other.
To their right, a towering volcano spewed molten lava and ash into the sky, its fiery red glow illuminating the darkness that stretched out before them. To their left, a lush rainforest teeming with life, its verdant foliage providing a stark contrast to the barren wasteland that surrounded them. From their vantage point, Naruto could see that the Summoning Island was much more than just a collection of powerful landmarks. It was a living, breathing entity, it's every rock and tree connected by an intricate web of chakra that pulsed with life. And at the very center of it all stood a massive tree, its branches reaching up to the heavens and its roots buried deep within the earth.
Hatsumi looked at him before she took a calming breath. "Our patrols felt something reacting to the Uzumaki detection seal you provided us with Naruto-sama. After some further investigation, we have some intel that. The Uzumaki seems to be female and held against her will."
That was all that it took for Naruto's Chakra presence to be unleashed. His eyes shifted into their Mangekyou Sharingan form before chains erupted seemingly out of his back. His clothes were unharmed as he closed his eyes pushing the chains into the ground and staying silent for more than a minute. Hatsumi looked worried, the animals or people on the island would have felt the surge but before she could say anything Naruto opened his eyes again without saying anything he made his way to the volcano. Hatsumi could only try to keep up as Naruto was pushing his body to his limits with his resistance seals still on.
Arriving at a compound inside a barrier Naruto channeled one tail worth of Kyuubi chakra into his right hand. The red claw made out of chakra tore into the barrier only to overload the seals and let it crumble down. Shortly after three teams made of three shinobi each rushed out of the building to intercept the intruder.
"Freeze and lay down your weapons!" shouted one of them. Hatsumi wanted to intervene only to witness Naruto unsealing his sword and slowly stepping at them. The pressure of the Chakra he released into the environment broke the ground with each step. Debris started to fly up and one of the ninjas wanted to take a step back. Only for their leader to unseal a Kunai and start shouting. "STOP RIGHT THERE YOU BRAT! WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?"
Hatsumi had a great view of the young leader of the Uzumaki clan. His eyes had shifted into their Mangekyou form. She noted, that the red was slightly discolored. The stare alone and the killing intent the blonde unleashed on the enemy shinobi should have been telling enough the woman thought.
"You have one chance to lay down your weapons and leave. If you don't I will erase your existence. Not only do you hold a member of my family against their wishes. No. You also had the audacity to enslave summons to this island. Beings intended to teach us how to handle Ninshu. People like you are just pissing me off."
Naruto's voice had gotten the demonic tone as his and Kurama's chakra mixed. Not even stopping and slowly advancing. One of the enemy ninjas turned and wanted to leave not able to stand the pressure. He was swiftly dealt with by the leader of the group.
"I WILL KILL YOU BRAT. YOUR WHORE OF A MOTHER SHOULD HAVE TAUGHT YOU TO STAY OUT OF GROWN-UPS BUSINESS" The leader screamed. He blinked and Naruto had disappeared from his view only to hear his voice from his backside loud enough to carry around. Void of emotions and the demonic tone.
"Never, are you to insult the memory of my mother again. Do you hear me?" Before he could answer he felt a sharp sting. Then his point of view shifted. Slowly his head fell off his neck and tumbled to the ground to the ground. Naruto flicked the blood off his blade, sheaving it again before he looked at the remaining ninja. They still looked at him with open mouths after he decapitated the leader in one swift strike. He just raised an eyebrow before the rest vanished with a Shunshin. Looking to his right the blonde spoke one word. "Hatsumi-chan."
Appearing in a Shunshin kneeling at his side she looked at him "Hai?" Still shocked at how quickly he dealt with him her Sharingan looked into his.
"I want them dealt with. None of them leaves this island alive." Still looking at the entrance to the facility, Naruto never took his eyes off them. Just waiting for Hatsumi to nod and vanish in her Shunshin. For an Outsider it would have been a curious sight to see a teenager command a full-grown woman, had they not seen the altercation before. Naruto advanced further. His chakra shroud is still visible in a slight orange color as he crosses the entrance to the labs.
Moments later, with Hatsumi
Cleaning her Kunai at the clothing of one of the killed ninjas Hatsumi flared her Chakra. One Member of the New Uzumaki Forces and former Root agent appeared. "Hai, Hatsumi-sama?"
"Naruto-sama declared all enemy forces here voided their right to be alive and put the island on lockdown. Inform the Barrier teams to activate the prepared seals. I want teams to comb through after. Search for every hostile and eliminate them." She got a positive response and after the Agent vanished only a minute later it looked like a dome of Chakra was raised on the barriers of the island. Before the visible part of the barrier vanished. The teams had prepared for this scenario beforehand. Without those preparations, it would not have been possible to raise a containment barrier this quickly. The Barrier teams had a clear plan. Build up the base layer. After that, one layer after another to keep everything inside.
Her teams would start searching the island and deal with those thugs shortly after.
with Naruto
It did not take long for the young Shinobi to encounter another set of guards. Using only the Kage Bunshin and his sword was enough to deal with them. Enhanced with his eyes he could predict their movements without problems and most efficiently stab them to death. Most of them would be ranked around a solid Chunin Level of Skills but Kurama, the Sharingan, and his Kage Bunshin mastery would press most A-Rank ninja. That he would cut through the opposition was never in question at this moment.
"Naruto. While I can understand your fury. Reign it back a bit. While your body is slowly adapting to my chakra extended use is still dangerous"
Kurama spoke up in his mind and Naruto waited for a moment to think about his words. Sighing he released his hold on his two tails worth of chakra before he used a one handed ram sign to focus his chakra into the blade in his right hand. Futon Chakra engulfing it before Naruto slashed it at the door. The resulting wind blade flew at the steel door and left a deep gash without cutting through it. Frowning, Naruto sheathed his blade and focussed for a bit before one golden chakra chain planted itself into the door.
"Can you feel that Kurama? They reinforced the door with seals."
In that moment the cut in the door began to close itself. Naruto just looked on as the deep gash disappeared without a trace.
"Looks like a barrier to me Naruto. I think you know what to do?"
Kurama questioned in his mind on which Naruto just nodded. With his Chain still immersed in the door he used a chain of quick hand seals and the complexion of the chain changed a bit as it looked like the chain wanted to rip the door open while the gold was getting a bit more depth as blue chakra began to collect on the chain. Like a small trickle, the chakra collected slowly from the door to the chain and vanished into Naruto. For seconds it looked like nothing would happen but after nearly a minute the door looked like it bent in Naruto's direction, like the chain pulled the reality of the door's placement to the blonde shinobi. Like class, the barrier broke before the steel of the doors lost its shine. Unsheathing his blade again and powering up the Futon Chakra the next blade swing unleashed a wind blade that cut straight through the door this time. Using a small wind jutsu he dispersed the dust and debris. To look at a group of scientists in lab coats and a three-man team of ninjas with Iwa Headbands that had a single cut straight through the middle. One of the ninjas held a kneeling redhead by a leash and was looking at Naruto with a sneer.
"A tree hugger baby. Great. Guys Kill him" was his only sentence as he had noticed Naruto's headband before his two partners jumped into action. Cursing himself a bit for putting it back on just for its sentimental value Naruto dodged the axe kick of the first attacker before he had to block a straight punch from opponent number two. Feeling the impact of said punch as the man had strengthened it with Doton Chakra to bolster his strength quite a bit.
Naruto struggled with the force of the attack. Releasing his seals he was able to finally dodge the attack but his body was at its momentary peak and could only hold so much against an adult. Both attackers looked like Tai Jutsu specialists. Agile and high stances keeping in constant motion Naruto had to dodge a spinning kick from the first attacker again.
The First attacker, a raven-haired shinobi seemed to be more focused on kicking attacks while his brunette partner would use fist and elbow strikes.
Both of them stuck to him like a bear to his honey, so no chance for a quick Jutsu.
Using the Uzumaki Tai Jutsu he blocked and tried to redirect those attacks but his two enemies looked like solid Jonin so he was not quick enough to apply seals. Thanks to their Doton Jutsu that covered their skin in a layer of rocks he would need to stay in contact for a certain time, and they did not give him this time. Too quick for the untrained eye the three combatants exchanged blows before Naruto could use an opening of a kick from the black-haired enemy, to land a backhanded fist into a very soft part.
Crumbling down in pain Naruto used the distraction to get his sword out and summon two Kage Bunshin. Getting an angry look from the Brunette attacker he rushed through hand seals and unleashed some boulders in Naruto's direction. Utilizing his clones he cut through them with ease. Slowly the black-haired Iwa shinobi got back to his feet but before he even could utter a word, Naruto used his superior speed paired with a Shunshin to disappear an appear straight behind him. But before his blade could taste blood by cutting through his enemy, the voice of the Rogue Iwa Team Leader was clear to hear for everyone.
"STOP IT TREE HUGGER IF YOU WANT HER TO SURVIVE!"
He turned his head to the Leader who had blonde hair and held a Kunai to the throat of the redhead while holding the leash very close so she could not move away.
Naruto's mind was racing. He tried to make direct eye contact but all three of them never had looked into his eyes. A good sign that they have been part of the last war and fought against the Uchiha in Konohas ranks. The situation looked like a classic deadlock. Naruto and his clones hand one of the Iwa Shinobi each in a position where they could kill them while the blonde leader holds the possible Uzumaki woman hostage.
"I never should have sent Hatsumi away," Naruto said in his mind to Kurama
"You shouldn't have yes. But you have. Think fast I can feel something sinister in the bowels of the complex collecting Chakra" Kurama growled his answer in his mind before Naruto looked at the leader who had a satisfied smirk on his face, as he saw that Naruto had stopped.
"So the scum can follow simple words. Good. Release my comrades or she dies scum and be quick about it." Naruto clenched his teeth and looked at his captive. Giving his clones a nod they released him with a clap on his shoulder like he did with his one.
Both Ninjas were fast to rejoin their leader. The blonde smirked again. "You know brat. You are not half bad but you are ridiculously stupid." With these words, the Kunai was planted right into the chest of the woman. The redhead gasped in pain before she slumped down.
In the blink of an eye, some things happened nearly at the same time. Two yellow flashes blinded the Iwa nuke nin. Naruto appeared in front of the redhead and held her before he sealed her into a stasis scroll. The two clones impaled the black and brunette shinobi.
"What?" exclaimed the blonde leader while he jumped backward to get some distance.
"It can't be. But Wait? Blonde hair. Blue eyes. You are this demon's son?"
Naruto began to chuckle as he inspected the scroll.
"Kurama, she is in a critical state. The Kunai hit a lung. Fortunately not the heart though"
He explained the results of his special stasis scroll.
"Well then she may have to stay in the scroll before you can consult a good medic"
"Hey, do you listen to me brat?" the Iwa Nin scowled. Unbeknownst to him and Naruto the Scientist are long gone. So at that moment, the former Iwa nin looked into the determined eyes of Naruto and his clones.
"I listened. I gave you chances. I even did as you asked " Naruto began, "But you made a fatal mistake." The other blonde just raised a brow not taking Naruto seriously it seems.
"Two even"
"Oh really, and what are they brat? You may have used the Jutsu of this butcher but I am way stronger than my two comrades. Two of mine I will avenge!"
"You will do no such thing" Naruto answered coldly. In the next moment, the world around them seemed to slow down. Smoke raised slower the world lost color before it was just a plain black void of nothingness.
"Fuck. A Genjutsu?" Exclaimed the Iwa shinobi and tried to break it with a pulse of chakra. Only for it to be of no effect. Next, he stabbed himself in the leg. Still nothing. Only to look at Naruto who chuckled darkly.
"Two fatal mistakes. First. You hurt a member of my family." Naruto stopped as the Iwa nin threw a jutsu at him that, for a second looked like it hit him dead on before Naruto just appeared behind the other blonde to continue. "Second. You looked into a Sharingan. I could see into your heart, your very soul, and see what will happen in your future."
Dumbfounded the nuke nin looked at the blonde before he tried to punch him again. Only for the fist to disperse Naruto like a mirage in the desserts of Kaze no Kuni. "Yeah? And what will that be?"
"Death", came the voice from behind him before a Kunai was lodged straight into his throat from behind. The Illusion broke at the same time. Naruto just looked at the former Iwa Shinobi with cold indifference as he bled out.
"So now. What are they trying to do here?" The blonde shinobi spoke to the empty room without sharing another glance at the dead body. His clones sealed it away before they followed him deeper into the complex.
The air was thick and the smelt rotten. Scientists walked silently among the rows upon rows of cryogenic chambers, their eyes fixed on the glowing screens that displayed data about the mysterious creatures within.
At the far end of the room, a massive chamber stood open to reveal its contents. Floating above a bubbling magma pool was a Chakra beast, encased in an intricate seal that kept it in stasis. The creature was unlike anything they had ever seen before - its body glowing with an otherworldly energy that pulsed in time with the beat of their hearts.
Around them, advanced technology hummed softly as it monitored every aspect of the beast's existence. Sensors scanned its vital signs, analyzers broke down its chakra makeup, and machines translated ancient texts that held clues to its origins. It was a symphony of science and magic, all focused on unlocking the secrets of this incredible creature.
Naruto observed his surroundings, the scientists looked like they had forgotten the alarms. It looked like they would do their usual work. But in a state of hyperfocus. Nothing could take their mind off their work it seems as one of them broke a glass and while bleeding was typing things into the console. In the air, it was like a small hum that was omnipresent. For a moment Naruto thought he had heard Kurama talking to him. Slowly he made his way to the center console that held the primary seal.
As Naruto reached out to touch the seal that held the Chakra Beast in stasis, there was a sudden surge of energy throughout the room. The magma beneath the creature began to churn and boil, and the very air seemed to crackle with anticipation.
Slowly, the seal began to break apart, revealing the true form of the Chakra Beast within. In its initial form, it resembled a regular pupa - large and bulbous, with tentacles protruding from its body and small arms folded protectively against its chest. But as the last vestiges of the seal dissipated, the creature began to transform before their eyes.
Its skin split open like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon, revealing new layers of muscle and sinew beneath. Its tentacles lengthened and thickened, becoming more like arms as they stretched outward in a display of power. And most astonishing of all was the glowing chakra that pulsed through its body, illuminating the entire chamber with an otherworldly light.
As it finished transforming, the Chakra Beast opened its eyes for the first time. They were like two burning suns, filled with intelligence and power that sent shivers down Naruto's spine. For a moment, they simply stared at each other, both aware of the profound impact this meeting would have on their futures.
"Break out of it you stupid ningen!" Kurama growled
"Kurama? What the fuck happened, why I released this … this thing?" Naruto answered.
"That creature had you and everyone under a sound-based Genjutsu." The fox answered.
Naruto gulped and refocused the chakra into his eyes, and now he could see the Chakra in the air. The beast let out an ear-piercing shriek. A wave of displaced air impacted Naruto and his clones. The sheer pressure was enough to dispel both of them while Naruto used Chakra to stick to the ground. Opening its mouth the beast began to inhale.
But it was not air, that he gathered. One by one the animals in the enclosures struggled and withered away. As did the scientists. Naruto quickly erected a Fuinjutsu barrier with his chains. Like a saw whatever the beast did was grinding against it.
"It sucks all the chakra out of the air!?" Naruto exclaimed in shock in his mind.
"Whatever it does, you should kill or seal it before it is too late Naruto!" Kurama answered with an urgency in his voice that was not lost on the blonde shinobi.
As Naruto wanted to answer his friend he was interrupted as the beast let out a fulfilling burp.

While he jumped aside Naruto witnessed, as the tentacle was able to crush some parts of the floor just with its brute strength. The moment the Chakra Beast opened its eyes, Naruto knew the would just get more intense from now on. It lunged forward with incredible speed, its massive arms stretching out to ensnare him. But Naruto was ready. He leapt backward, narrowly avoiding the beast's grasp, and tried to hit the beast but anticipating his moves and already withdrawn his arms.
The Chakra Beast's next attack - a powerful gust of wind that threatened to blow him off his feet - rushed at Naruto. Naruto held firm, using his Uzumaki sealing chains to move himself out of the way and defend against the cutting windblades.
The Chakra Beast roared in anger, its tentacles lashing out again. This time, Naruto was ready. He spun around, using his sword to block one attack while his chains wrapped around another, holding it fast. With a powerful chakra enforced kick, he sent the beast stumbling backward, leaving itself vulnerable for just a moment.
Taking advantage of the opening, Naruto charged forward with his sword held high. The blade sank deep into one of the beast's tentacles, causing it to recoil in pain. But even wounded, the Chakra Beast was far from defeated. Over the whole length of the wounded tentacle, electricity of a Raiton jutsu began to spread. Leaving Naruto no choice as to let go of his trusty blade and reseal it. The beast lunged again, its mouth spewing forth a torrent of wind that threatened to overwhelm Naruto. Having no alternatives Naruto needed to use a Ninjutsu to redirect the strong winds. Erecting a Doton shell around him he could withstand the strong raging winds that left deep gashes in his wall. Before the beast stood still for a second and opened his wide maw and inhaled again. It was like the erected earth lost its humidity, as it crumbled into dust seconds later and left Naruto exposed again.
To the shock of the blonde the cut in one of the beasts arms was healed again.
The battle started anew. This time the beast charged its tentacles with raiton chakra before throwing them at the blonde ninja. Unable to use his Katana this time because he would just electrode himself he resorted to use his chains to block the hits. While the creature had no refined movements it was big, clumsy and the place to dodge was little. Even with superior speed he needed to block the most attacks somewhat. To not get clipped by the raiton attacks that is. Using all his skill and strength, Naruto fought back against the onslaught. He deflected the tentacles with his chains, and dodged the beast's clumsy but powerful attacks.
Even Naruto's endurance took a toll from the endless parrying and dodging. Each time he had to shield with his doton attacks the chakra was sucked out by the monster to rejuvenate itself. Naruto adapted and used his absorbing chains and tried to get a bit out of the Raiton Chakra. It worked to some extent but not as much as he would have liked. The blonde literally had no idea how to beat it and what he could do.
"Naruto. Remember the lesson about Chakra I gave you with the different types?" Kurama asked Naruto in his thoughts while the blonde boy had to dodge a tentacle swipe.
"Really, Kurama I try to survive her." Naruto exclaimed.
"Listen, you brat. Use a tail worth of chakra to summon that flaming chicken sage and tell him you need sage chakra against that abdomination. Over time you will lose against a beast that can regenerate even cut of limbs by just using your own chakra to defeat you. Even my chakra mind you. So listen to me and do what I told you."
Naruto dodged again biting his thump and pouring one tail worth of biju chakra into the Jutsu.
"Kuchiyose no Jutsu!"
Irritated by the chakra smoke the best stopped attacking as it felt for the new attacker. The smoke cleared quickly and showed Hiero, the Leader of the phoenix clan looking at Naruto while holding a book. "What is this thing Naruto, I get really bad vibes from it"
In that very moment said beast attacked the phoenix leader in his human hybrid form. Blinking, markings appeared on his face and flaming wings joined his feathered ones. Using one hand only he catched a tentacle with his free hand and flinched in the same moment.
"Urgh, you my friend should really not exist." Hiero said looking at the beast before he moved on to Naruto while still holding the best with his one hand only.
"Naruto could I request some wind please. Some things must be cleansed from this earth by fire"
Naruto nodded, still trying to understand how Hiero could just hold this beast with only one hand and not look the slightest bit strained. Hiero inhaled deeply before he unleashed a sea of white flames point blank paired with the wind Naruto provided a white firestorm that engulfed the abdominal beast.
Loud unholy screaming was everything that could be heard. As Hiero joined Naruto both of them looked as the beast was slowly getting consumed by the flames. The stench of charred flesh was so strong that Naruto was close to throwing up. He gagged for a moment looking up to Hiero as he laid a hand on his shoulder. Thanks to this emotional support Naruto managed to hold it in till the only thing left of the beast was a pile of ash. Hiero used his wing to create a gust of wind to blow the ashes into the magma pool. The next thing happening was that Hiero lost his markings and flaming wings before he looked back at the blonde ninja.
"It was good of you to call for me and not my heir. Her sage mode is still not as strong as I would like it to be Naruto."
He spoke in a calming tone.
"What do you mean with sage mode? I think I heard about that somewhere?" Naruto asked while he summoned clones that started to draw explosion seals all around the complex while others checked for survivors. Scientists, often barely alive, got executed on the spot, while the summoning animals in the tubes that had survived the constant drain were released.
