Wow well we are starting on chapter 7. They have some more sightseeing in Rome if they have time. Ana and the ladies are going to look at wedding gowns and Paula a maid of honor dress.

Elliot decided to stay with them.

Chapter 7 Wedding dress shopping

"Granmomma are you alright?"
"Yes Annie Rose I am fine. I just think you are going to be the most beautiful bride and this wedding dress is for you."
"Yes granmomma I know it is and this is the one I am getting."
"Oh sweet girl, it is perfect for you, you are absolutely perfection."
"Well it is unanimous this is my wedding dress. Now I need another one to change into for dancing. I don't want to ruin this one."
"That is understandable that you want to save this one for your daughter."
Ana looks at Paula.
"Yes Ana I told them."
"That's alright I was going to tell them the reason I chose this one."
"Mrs. Romulus I am buying this wedding dress and veil. No alterations needed. I would like to look at some gowns that I can dance in please."
"Oh my you look magnificent, yes this wedding dress was made for you. It is one of a kind. No one will ever have this one but you. Now would you like an A-line gown for dancing at your reception?"
"Oh my goodness I didn't know that. I am happy that I will have a one of a kind wedding gown. Thank you for telling me. Yes, an A-line will be fine. I will be able to move in it."
"I will return shortly with a few for you to try on. Did you not like the A-line you tried before?"
"Not really it wasn't me. Do you have an A-line that is strapless or a gown that is strapless?"
"Yes Ms. Steele I have a few. I will leave them in your dressing room and I will take your wedding gown and put it and your veil in a dust proof bag. I have the perfect shoes for you also. Oh do you want high heels?"
"Not too high as I said the wedding will be outside but for the reception I would like high heels."
"Very good I will get them for you and you are a size six correct in your shoes?"
"Yes ma'am and you knew the size of the wedding dresses too."
"Yes ma'am I did that is my job. I have been doing this for many years. It was passed down to me from my family for generations."
"Oh wow that is nice."
"I will meet you and Paula at your dressing room."
She walks away.
"We will be back soon. Have y'all picked out your gowns?"
"Yes Annie Rose we have."
"Oh I can't wait to see them."
"Well go and change and let's see your other gown."
"Yes ma'am."
They walk back to the dressing room and Mrs. Romulus has two gowns for Ana to try on. She waits for her to take off her wedding gown.
"Here you go Mrs. Romulus."
"I will have it up front for you Ms. Steele. Here are both pairs of shoes."
"Oh they are lovely and perfect. The heel is just right for the wedding dress."
"I was hoping you would like them."
"Yes ma'am I do very much. Thank you."
Mrs. Romulus walks off with the wedding gown, veil and shoes.
"Ana, I like this one here for dancing. What do you think?"
"It is pretty and the skirt is not too full. I like it. I don't want one that looks like a Cinderella dress. This one on the right I believe will work for me. Let me try it on and then we will show it to the ladies."
She tries the first gown on and decides that is not one she wants. She tries the other one and she likes it. It is an A-line strapless and hugs her figure down to her hips and then opens up to the floor. She puts the Louboutins on and walks out and up to the platform.
"Annie Rose, this is the dress you are gorgeous in it. It fits you perfectly."
"Yes granmomma I think so too. So I will get this one also."
"Now ladies I want to see what you have picked out as soon as I change."
"Yes love, you will see our gowns."
"Do you want us to try them on for you?
"No gran, the only one I want to see in a gown is Paula."
"Paula help me out of this and then you can try yours on for me."
They walk back to the dressing room and Ana changes back into her dress and goes and waits for Paula to come out in her gown.
"Oh granmomma, gran and Gail I love your gowns they are so pretty and the colors are perfect for each of you."
"See I told you all she would like them. We have shoes already too. Now we can have them put in bags too."
Paula walks out and stands on the platform and waits for Ana's approval.
"Oh wow oh my goodness Paula I couldn't have picked a more perfect dress for you if i wanted too. This royal blue is made for you with your blue eyes and skin tone. You will knock Elliot off his feet."
"I knew you would like it. Now I have shoes in the same color and the heels are not too high either. I don't want to fall."
"That is good cause I don't want us to fall either."
"Well now we have everyone's dress and shoes. Ana, did you pick out your lingerie?"
"Yes Gail I got it and I am ready to pay and go find my man and eat. I am hungry. Then we will sight see a little bit then go home."
They all walk to the front and Ana takes care of the bill. A whopping seventy five thousand for everything.
"Thank you Ms. Steele, we are so happy that you chose to purchase your wedding attire here with us and ladies I thank you also. I will have your purchases delivered to your hotel room within the hour. It is my understanding you will be leaving this evening."
"Yes ma'am we will. Thank you all for your kindness and help today."
"You are all welcome."
They wait for Dav and Sawyer to open the doors for them with the rest of the security guys.
"Dav, did you call Christian and tell him we are ready for food? That I will not be going anywhere else?"
"Yes ma'am I did. They will be waiting for us outside in the cars."
They walk out and get in the cars and go to a cafe and decide to eat out on the patio. It is a lovely day.
"Did you find the one you were looking for? Are you happy with it my angel? So you don't want to go to the other shop?"
"No love I do not I tried on enough and the first one I put on was the one I wanted."
"Well then my love, I am happy for you."
Yes I did and I am extremely happy with my wedding dress."
"Wait until you see her on your wedding day."
"I can't wait for that day. It can't come soon enough for me."
"Boo and everyone else would you mind if we just go back home. I am tired and want to rest my feet. We can go sightseeing later."
"Of course we are fine with it Annie aren't we y'all?"
"Absolutely darlin girl we are."
