Chapter 162: Coming Full-Festival Circle!
A relived sigh escaped Denise's mouth as she sat down in the backstage with Dawn, Prinplup and Combusken.
"You okay, Dennie?"Dawn asked.
"Yeah. Just glad I was able to finally defeat Ursula. She has become a bit tougher."Denise answered."But our other rivals have been working hard too."
"Yeah, they sure have."Dawn agreed with a nod."But what do we have to worry? Once we beat them, we might end up competing against each other in the semi-finals."
Denise smiled. "I hope so too."
Then Marian appeared on the screen, earning Dawn, Denise, Prinplup and Combusken's attention.
"And here marks the completion of our quarter battles!"Marian announced."Also, that the four Coordinators that will compete in the semi-finals have been decided! First, the one who defeated her opponents with her Pokémon's style and power, Amy! Next showing up her Pokémon to the matts with her impressive battle flawlessly, it's Zoey! Next is Dawn working with perfect sync with her cute Pokémon! And lastly, Denise, Dawn's twin sister, who has astonished everyone with her Pokémon's beauty and battling skills! Will one of these twins able to live up to the reputation of their mother, Top Coordinator Johanna?"
Both Dawn and Denise felt a bit tense at Marian's declaration.
The two sisters both wanted to become Top Coordinator like their mother.
But only one will become a successor.
It could either be Dawn, Denise, Amy or Zoey.
"These four Coordinators will be competing against each other to see who will advance to the Final Round and it's going to be great!"
Then the screen revealed which Coordinators will be competing against each other.
1. Amy vs Zoey
2. Dawn vs Denise
Surprised looks appeared on Dawn and Denise as they glanced at each other while Prinplup and Combusken gasped at the sight on the screen.
Their Trainers were going to battle against each other for the first time.
"Dawn…"Denise started.
Dawn shook her head and smiled at her younger twin sister.
"No, Denise."Dawn answered and gave Denise's hand a tight yet comforting squeeze."I'm not complaining. Let's make sure that both of us do our best."
Denise looked at Dawn quietly before giving her a confident smile.
"Right."Denise answered with a nod.
In Twinleaf Town…
"And so join for us again tomorrow for all the action!"Marian insisted.
Johanna smiled anxiously upon seeing that Dawn and Denise will be competing against each other for the next part of the Grand Festival.
Wow. My little girls will be battling against other."Johanna admitted with a hint of worry."Who would've foreseen this?"
"Glameow."Glameow purred.
Back at the Lakeside Resort...
It was now night time.
Dawn, Denise, Prinplup and Combusken stood together in the balcony of the hotel, sitting together and watched the starry night sky.
All of them couldn't help, but be a little worried of the events that were going to occur tomorrow.
Then Ash, Pikachu and Brock came up to them.
"Hey, Dawn and Dennie."Ash greeted."What are you two doing out here?"
Dawn, Denise, Prinplup and Combusken glanced at Ash, Pikachu and Brock.
"Pika pika?"Pikachu asked.
"Prinplup."Prinplup chirped.
"Combusken."Combusken responded.
"The truth is me and Dennie can hardly believe tomorrow is the semi-finals."Dawn stated shyly."And that there are only four of us out of 100 Coordinators."
"Not only that."Denise commented with a small anxious smile."The two of us will be competing against each other for the first time."
Ash, Pikachu and Brock glanced at each other.
"You know what? It's actually fine."Dawn declared."We knew this would happen someday."
"No matter if one of us become Top Coordinator or not, we'll always be sisters."Denise chuckled."Yet, it feels like a dream."
"But it's reality."Brock stated, surprising Dawn and Denise."Both of you have been through a lot together. And now you two will have to make sure to do your very best against each other to reach the spot of the two Coordinators that will reach to the final of the Grand Festival."
"After that, one of you will win the whole thing!"Ash remarked confidently.
"Pikachu!"Pikachu cheered in agreement.
Both Dawn and Denise smiled confidently.
"Yeah! No need to worry!"Dawn agreed."We'll do our very best!"
"And if one of us become Top Coordinator, there will be next year's Grand Festival for the other to win!"Denise remarked.
"Prinplup/Combusken!"Prinplup and Combusken cheered in agreement.
The Next Morning…
The semi-finals of the Grand Festival officially began.
"The morning stadium is filled with an exciting fans!"Marian announced."Welcome to the event where dreams can be made or dashed! The Grand Festival Semi-Finals!"
Then a spotlight shun on, revealing Fantina.
"What a time! There had been so many Coordinators and amazing Pokémon alike!"Fantina praised proudly."Let's cheer! The excitement is here!"
The crowd cheered loudly at Fantina's declaration.
"Here in the Semi-Finals, Coordinators will compete two on two double battles!"Marian exclaimed."And the Coordinators that will be able to strip away their opponents with beautiful moves within five minutes! So it's time for the match of the day!"
Between Marian stood Amy and Zoey.
"On my left is Zoey! And on my right is Amy!"Marian announced."We will soon learn which one of them will be moving onto the final stage! Five minutes on the clock! Begin!"
5:00
"Mismagius! Leafon!"Zoey remarked as she brought out her Capsule Balls."Once again, it's curtain time! Go!"
Zoey's Capsule Balls opened causing Mismagius and Leafeon to come out in a shower of colourful sparkly stars.
"Mismagius!"
"Leafeon!"
"This should be a lot of fun."Amy sneered and took out her own Capsule Balls."Weavile! Espeon! Time to perform!"
Weavile and Espeon were released in a shower of glowing red petals.
"Weavile!"
"Espeon!"
At the Backstage…
Dawn, Prinplup, Denise, Combusken, Ash, Pikachu and Brock all watched Zoey and Amy's battle.
"Wow."Ash commented."Both Zoey's Misdreavus and Amy's Sneasel evolved."
"Remember this will be Zoey's third time battling against Amy."Brock stated.
"Well, Zoey is a tough opponent as well."Dawn reminded."She could end up winning against Amy this time."
Denise didn't say anything as she watched her rival start battling Zoey.
At the Main Stage…
Zoey was the first to tell her Pokémon to attack.
"Leafeon use Energy Ball!"Zoey ordered."Mismagius, Thunder Wave!"
Leafeon unleashed Energy Ball and Mismagius used Thunder Wave.
The Shock Wave fused with the Energy Ball to create an electrifying meteorite.
"And there's the fusion move!"Marian announced."The Energy Ball had fused with the Thunder Wave!"
This combination costed Amy some early points.
At the Backstage…
Dawn, Prinplup, Denise, Combusken, Ash, Pikachu and Brock were impressed by the combination attack of Zoey's Pokémon.
"Check that out."Denise praised.
"Combusken."Combusken said.
"That's awesome."Ash murmured.
"Pika."Pikachu whispered.
"Even before the moves were launched together, they looked impressive."Brock admitted.
"Leafeon and Mismagius are gorgeous."Dawn admitted.
"Prinplup."Prinplup chirped.
At the Main Stage…

Amy smirked as she gave Weavile and Espeon their orders.
"Weavile use Metal Claw!"Amy ordered."And Espeon use Psychic!"
Weavile's paw-like hand grew white as she used Metal Claw to throw Leafeon and Mismagius' attack combination up.
"And the fusion move is punched in the air by Weavile's graceful Metal Claw!"Marian informed.
Espeon's eyes glowed light blue and Leafeon becomes outlined in light blue.
The Sun Pokémon then began to control her opponent with her mind.
Zoey began to lose a few points.
At the Backstage…
"Man, the way Amy used Zoey's Energy Ball against her."Ash stated.
"Really amazing power and control at the same time."Brock admitted.
At the Main Stage…
Leafeon whimpered in pain as Espeon started waving her around like some kind of rag doll.
Suddenly, the Energy Ball combination started coming down from above the air.
"Watch out!"Marian warned."The Thunder Energy Ball is heading back down!"
"Weavile use Ice Beam!"Amy ordered with a wink."Espeon use Psyshock!"
Esepon stopped using Psychic on Leafeon causing the Verdant Pokémon to land on the ground with her feet.
Weavile and Espeon leapt up in the air together while doing a few twirls before unleashing Ice Beam and Psyshock.
When the two Pokémon blasted their attacks at the fusion ball, they created a shower of rainbow sparks.
Both Weavile and Espeon did elegant poses in the air as they used the sparks to further emphasise their elegance.
"And now the exploded Energy Ball made both Weavile and Espeon sparkle beautifully!"Marian remarked.
"Magnifique!"Fantina praised happily.
This cost Zoey even more points.

Amy smirked at Zoey.
"What's the matter, Zoey?"Amy taunted smugly."And here I thought your Pokémon wanted to impress the crowd with your Contest skills."
Zoey gritted her teeth a bit in annoyance.
At the Backstage…
"Amy even made use of Zoey's fusion move."Ash complemented.
"That is because of her Espeon's speciality."Denise retorted with a frown.
"Combusken."Combusken agreed.
"I never seen Zoey under pressure like this."Dawn declared.
"Prinplup."Prinplup chirped.
"Pika…"Pikachu whispered.
At the Main Stage…
Zoey was silently astonished how powerful Amy's Weavile and Espeon was.
"Amy has been training her Pokémon to create beautiful moves. I'll give her that."Zoey murmured and then smiled confidently."But I have my own beautiful moves to show off as well! Mismagius and Leafeon, Double Team! Go!"
Mismagius and Leafeon alternate between each other with their Double Teams as they surround Weavile and Espeon.
"It's a double double team!"Marian reported."One after another, they surround their opponents in perfect sync!"
Amy simply frowned at the sight in front of her.
"Smart move, Zoey."Amy replied simply.
Both Weavile and Espeon frowned as they stood together looking at the copies of Mismagius and Leafeon that surrounded them.
At the Back Stage…
"Zoey is using her Pokémon in perfect sync."Brock responded."While really highlighting the fact that this is a Double Performance!"
"But so far Amy is calling the shots."Ash exclaimed.
"Which is how it will end if this keeps up."Dawn declared.
Denise nodded in agreement.
Back in the Main Stage…
"I think your Pokémon's copies have done enough!"Amy scoffed."Weavile use Icy Wind!"
Weavile leapt up and unleashed Icy Wind to blow out Leafeon and Mismagius' copies.
Zoey smirked. "Here it comes!"
Weavile gets rid of Leafeon and Mismagius' copies with Icy Wind.
However, the light from the disappearing doubles, only made Leafeon and Mismagius shine all the more.
"As Weavile's Icy Wind wipes out the Double Team, but Zoey is using the light of the disappearing doubles to make her Pokémon shine!"Marian remarked.
Amy gasped in disbelief at what she was seeing.
"Spectacular!"Mr Contesta admitted.
"Beautiful!"Fantina added in joy.
Amy began to lose a few more points.
4:15
At the Back Stage…
"Gorgeous."Dawn remarked.
"Both Amy and Zoey are incredible!"Ash complemented.
"Pika!"Pikachu agreed.
"That was an unexpected surprise."Denise chuckled."Double Team was just a trick to lure Amy into doing what Zoey wanted."
"Zoey knew the disappearing doubles give off light and then she wisely used it to her own advantage."Brock stated.
At the Main Stage…
"That was a very clever motive, Zoey."Amy declared slightly."But let's if your Pokémon can handle this. Weavile, Dark Pulse! Espeon, Thunder Wave!"
Weavile fired a beam of black and purple circles into the air before Espeon sent her Thunder Wave at them.
The moves combined creating a lovely purple and yellow firework that showered down its sparkles at Weavile and Espeon, making them look more appealing.
"And here is another stunning combination move of Weavile and Espeon!"Marian admitted.
4:00
This caused Zoey to drop to 1/2 of her total points.
"Of course, Amy would order her Pokémon to create another combination to impress the crowd."Zoey retorted."Mismagius use Lucky Chant!"
Mismagius went behind Leafeon and began to use Lucky Chant.
At the Back Stage…
"What's Lucky Chant?"Dawn asked in confusion.
"Lucky Chant is a move that prevents your opponent from landing critical hits for a limited amount of time."Brock exclaimed."But I wonder how it will work against Amy's Pokémon."
At the Main Stage…
The gems on Mismagius' body glow as the Magical Pokémon soared into the air.
Purple tendrils then appear out of the gems and knock away the combination of Weavile and Espeon, making Amy's points drop to 1/2 as a result.
"Huh?!"Amy gasped.
"This is a battle like no other!"Marian announced."This is a unique move!"
At the Back Stage…
"Zoey is starting to turn this around!"Dawn remarked.
"So she uses Lucky Chant specifically against Amy's best attack."Brock stated.
"What great strategy."Ash answered.
Pika nodded. "Pikachu."
"Let's if that really helps."Denise murmured quietly.
"Combusken."Combusken said.
At the Main Stage…
"How exciting!"Fantina admitted with her hands clasped together in delight."Lucky Chant is so enchanteur!"
Amy simply smirked at the strategy of Zoey's Mismagius.
"You taught your Mismagius a clever trick, Zoey. Bravo."Amy sneered in sarcasm and became serious."But that doesn't mean I plan to lose to you!"
"Leafeon use Leaf Blade!"Zoey ordered.
Leafeon leaped forward and prepared to attack with Leaf Blade.
"Espeon use Confuse Ray!"Amy ordered.
Amy unleashed Confuse Ray towards Leafeon causing her to become confused and prevent her from attacking.
Zoey gasped in shock.
"Espeon use Psyshock!"Amy ordered.
Espeon leapt up and hits Leafeon directly with Psyshock, making Zoey lose a few more points.
"What a direct hit!"Marian admitted."Espeon uses Confuse Ray to prevent Leafeon from attacking, giving her the opportunity to launch a super effective attack on her opponent!"

"Weavile use Ice Beam!"Amy ordered.
"Mismagius use Psywave against Weavile!"Zoey ordered."Go!"
Mismagius unleashed Psywave towards Weavile.
"Espeon, counter Mismagius' Psywave with Psyshock!"Amy ordered.
Espeon's Psyshock and Mismagius' Psywave collide with each other, creating beautiful blue purple waves in the process.
Both sides lose an eighth of their original point total.
3:00
At the Back Stage…
Dawn remarked in awe of Zoey and Amy's battles.
"Man, I wish this battle could go on forever."Dawn admitted.
Prinplup, Denise, Combusken, Ash, Pikachu and Brock looked at Dawn of her sudden comment.
"Forever?"Ash said in confusion.
"The attacks! The defence! Elegance of it all!"Dawn declared in admiration."I can never do what they're doing! The way they control their Pokémon and making their Pokémon use their opponents' attacks to their advantage! They're both excellent! Either one of them can make it to the finals! It's beautiful! To see such moves in a Contest is amazing!"
Denise smiled at Dawn, understanding what her older twin sister meant.
"I get what you mean, sis."Denise agreed."Both Zoey and Amy have trained their Pokémon for the Grand Festival in their own unique way. No wonder they both figured out how to dazzle the crowd with various ways."
At the Main Stage…
Down to the thirty-second mark, both Zoey and Amy were still even, each with about 30% of their original score remaining.

"Weavile use Icy Wind!"Amy ordered."And Espeon use Psychic!"
Weavile unleashes Icy Wind and Espeon uses Psychic on the attack to form snowflakes that float gently down to the ground.
Weavile and Espeon both then began to show off their elegant dance moves.
"And the combination of Icy Wind and Psychic creates a winter scene that Weavile and Espeon use to create an elegant display!"Marian remarked.
"My turn now!"Zoey sneered confidently."Leafeon use Aerical Ace! And Mismagius use Psywave!"
Leafeon use Aerial Ace while Mismagius unleashed a Psywave.
The resulting combination gave Leafeon beautiful bluish-white wings and the leaf on Leafeon's head glowed white in preparation for a blade attack.
Fantina was left vocally awestruck by the combination while Amy was equally amazed.
"Whoa!"Amy responded.
"Oh, my, my, my!"Fantina remarked with her eyes sparkling."I've never seen anything like that before!"
"And Mismagius' Psywave gives Leafeon beautiful wings!"Marian informed.
Amy smirked smugly and brought her attention towards her Pokémon.
"Weavile use Dark Pulse and Espeon use Psyshock!"Amy ordered.
Both Weavile and Leafeon rushed forward and leapt up to use Dark Pulse and Psyshock together causing their moves to combined together creating thick yet alluring light blue, purple and black blast.
"And here is a powerful yet alluring light from Weavile and Espeon's team work!"Marian admitted.
"Mismagius, counter it with Shock Wave!"Zoey ordered.
Mismagius tried to intercept Weavile and Leafeon's combination attack with a Shock Wave.
However, the Magical Pokémon was thrown back by it and so was Leafeon, making her psychic wings disappear as well as making both of them get thrown back.
The power level reaches an apex and an explosion occurs that leaves the stadium dark as bright purple bluish and black sparkles fall to the ground.
The lights returned as Zoey and Amy grinned at each other.

"Time is up!"Marian announced."And the winner of this semi-final battle is…"
Then Amy's face appeared on the screen which meant she won the round and will be advancing to the finals.
"It's Amy!"Marian declared.
Amy gasped in delight as the crowd cheered loudly at her.
"Wahoo!"Amy cheered in victory."We did it!"
Espeon and Weavile happily rushed to Amy, who bent down to hug them in delight.
A hurtful look appeared on Zoey's face upon losing to Amy for the third time, but simply smiled despite not reaching the finals.
At the Back Stage…
Dawn, Prinplup, Denise, Combusken, Ash, Pikachu and Brock looked in silence at seeing Amy defeating Zoey.
"Oh no."Dawn said sadly."Zoey lost."
"Prinplup."Prinplup chirped.
"But you've got to admit that was an incredible battle."Brock commented.
Ash glanced at Dawn and Denise.
"Hey, Dawn and Dennie. You two are next."Ash reminded."Good luck you two."
Both Dawn and Denise smiled at Ash.
"Thanks, Ash."Denise thanked.
"Yeah."Dawn agreed."No need to worry."
At the Main Stage…
Amy and Zoey shook hands with each other.
"Congratulations, Amy."Zoey praised."You've beaten me for the third time in row."
"Hey, don't let that bother you."Amy complemented, surprising Zoey."You were actually great today. You've surprised me."
"Wow. This is the first time you actually said something nice to me."Zoey chuckled."I guess I misjudged you."
Absolutely stunned by the beautiful performance, Fantina appeared out of the blue and raises both Amy and Zoey's arms up in victory.
"Magnifique!"Fantina praised proudly."You two are the greatest!"
Both Amy and Zoey smiled sheepishly at Fantina as they looked back at the cheering crowd.
Afterwards, Amy began making her way to the backstage.
Once she stepped into the hallway, the brunette narrowed her eyes as she caught sight of Denise walked forward.
As the two of them walked past each other, Amy and Denise sent each other a glare, sparking up their rivalry and eagerness to battle each other in the Final Round of the Grand Festival.
On the Main Stage…
The next battle was now Dawn vs Denise.
Two sisters against each other for the first time ever.
"Alright, folks! Time for the second battle of the Semi-Finals! A good old fashion sibling rivalry!"Marian announced."On my left is Denise! On my right, it's Dawn!"
Denise and Dawn stared at each other in silence.
"Amy is waiting for me and I'm waiting for her."Denise thought firmly."But first I have to defeat Dawn. Even though she is my twin. Me and my Pokémon aren't the only ones who have come such a long way."
"There is no turning back."Dawn thought."Denise is my sister, but also a rival. But no need to worry. All I have to do is believe in my Pokémon."
Ash, Pikachu and Brock all cheered for Dawn and Denise.
"Good luck, Dawn and Denise!"Ash called out.
"Pika pika!"Pikachu cheered.
"Both of you remember not to worry!"Brock reminded.
At the Back Stage…
Amy sat down silently to watch Dawn and Denise battle each other.
At the Main Stage…
"One of these two sisters will advance to the final round!"Marian announced."Five minutes on the clock! And begin!"

"Prinplup! Togekiss!"Dawn remarked while holding two Capsule Balls."Spotlight!"
Dawn twirled and tossed up her Capsule Balls causing colourful stars to emerge, making Prinplup and Togekiss appear.
"Prinplup!"
"Togekiss!"
"Gardevoir! Noctowl!"Denise responded and took forward her two Capsule Balls."Stage On!"
Denise tossed forward her Capsule Balls causing pink glowing lines to emerge out causing Gardevoir and Noctowl to appear.
"Gardevoir!"
"Noctowl!"
Back in Twinleaf Town…
Johanna anxiously watched from the television as the battle between her two daughters started.
"Gardevoir use Ice Punch!"Denise ordered."Noctowl use Reflect!"
"Don't you see, Glameow?"Johanna asked, glancing at Glameow and then looking back at her daughters' battling each other."Looking at Dawn and Denise's eyes now from when they first began their Pokémon Journey, both of them have become stronger and confident than ever before."
Johanna smiled with utter pride.
"They both come such a long way."Johanna remarked.
Back at the Lakeside Resort...
In the Main Stage of the Grand Festival, Gardevoir hits Prinplup with Magical Leaf and Noctowl hits Togekiss with Heat Wave.
"Prinplup use Whirlpool!"Dawn ordered."Togekiss use Aura Sphere!"
Prinplup unleashed Whirlpool and Togekiss released an Aura Sphere.
The Aura Sphere joins with the Whirlpool causing it to glow like sphere itself.
Denise lost a few more points.
"Noctowl use Reflect!"Denise ordered."Gardevoir use Psychic!"
Noctowl activates Reflect as Gardevoir uses Psychic to dispose the Aura Sphere Whirlpool, making Dawn grit her teeth a bit.
Dawn lost a few points as well.

"Prinplup use Peck!"Dawn ordered."Togekiss use Sky Attack!"
Prinplup hits Gardevoir directly with Peck while Togekiss attempted to hit Noctowl with Sky Attack.
"Noctowl fly dance and use Aerial Ace!"Denise ordered.
Noctowl's wings started glowing white as he flew in a fast yet graceful way to avoid Togekiss' Sky Attack.
"Prinplup use Bubble Beam!"Dawn ordered.
Prinplup fired Bubble Beam, but Denise was ready for this attack.
"Gardevoir, counter back with Ice Punch!"Denise ordered.
Gardevoir does a twirling quick dance and hits Prinplup's Bubble Beam into a sparkling show causing Dawn to loses points as she stared at the sparkles in a daze.
"What a sight!"Marian announced."Despite their relation, Dawn and Denise's Pokémon are all eager to have their Trainers reach the Final Round!"
"Quick! Prinplup use Peck!"Dawn ordered."And Togekiss use Safeguard!"
Prinplup and Togekiss charged towards their opponents while activating Peck and Safeguard.
"Gardevoir use Magical Leaf!"Denise ordered."Noctowl use Aerial Ace!"
Gardevoir unleashed Magical Leaf and Noctowl activated Aerial Ace as they attacked against Prinplup's Peck and Togekiss' Safeguard.
An explosion was caused in the process as Prinplup, Togekiss, Gardevoir and Noctowl were all thrown back.
The battle soon ends as the time was called.

"Times up!"Marian announced."The winner of the Semi-Finals and the Coordinator moving onto the finals is…"
Dawn and Denise looked at the screen.
Both of them were shown to have equal amount of points.
After a few seconds, the screen showed which of the twins have won the battle.
"It's Denise!"Marian announced.
Denise's eyes widen in utter surprise as the crowd cheered loudly at her.
Did she just beat Dawn?
"I won?"Denise said in awe and then became utterly happy."Yes! I'm heading to the finals!"
Denise hugged Gardevoir and Noctowl as they cheered for their victory.
She then notice Dawn quietly coming forward with Prinplup and Togekiss following from behind.
"I'm…I'm very sorry, Dawn."Denise apologised, feeling guilty."I know you wanted to be Top Coordinator so much and I-"
Denise was cut off when Dawn suddenly tackled her in a joyous hug.
"Well done, Dennie!"Dawn praised proudly, confusing Denise."You actually beat me!"
"But-"Denise started.
"Hey, it's okay! No need to worry!"Dawn remarked kindly."It's like you said before! If one of us become Top Coordinator, there will be next year's Grand Festival for the other to win!"
"Dawn…"Denise murmured silently.
Dawn smiled and gripped Denise's gloves hands tightly.
"Win this for us, Dennie."Dawn insisted with a confident expression."I'll be cheering you all the way."
Denise looked at Dawn in awe for a moment before smirking confidently.
"I will."Denise vowed firmly with a nod."I promise."
Denise hugs Dawn back, happy of having her twin's support.
"Yeah! Dennie did it!"Ash chuckled."She won!"
"Combusken!"Combusken cheered.
"Pikachu!"Pikachu remarked.
"But since Denise won, you know what that means."Brock said with a frown.
Ash, Pikachu and Combusken looked at Brock silently at his declaration.
At the Backstage…

"And here comes the end of the Semi-Finals!"Marian declared."The Final Round shall begin first thing tomorrow and you do not want to miss this important event! Because it was also mean we shall get a new Top Coordinator!"
The crowd cheered loudly at Marian's announcement.
The Next Morning…
It was time for the final match of the Grand Festival.
A spotlight shun on Marian while next to her stood the Ribbon Cup in display.
"The day we've been waiting is finally here! The final combination of the Grand Festival!"Marian announced."With this trophy at state! And the title of Top Coordinator will be the most awarded prize of all! Now meet the two Coordinators who will be battling it for all!"
Marian gestured to the left side of the main stage as a spotlight revealed Amy standing there.
"On my left is Amy from Twinleaf Town!"Marian declared.
Marian then gestured to her right side of the main stage as a spotlight revealed Denise standing there.
"And on my right is Denise!"Marian admitted."The other Coordinator from Twinleaf Town!
Amy and Denise glared at each other in utter silence.
Soon, the five-minute countdown begins, marking the start of their most important battle ever that was something they both dreamt since their days in kindergarten.
