"What is the meaning of this?!" Mr. Aizawa glowered at them as the crowd moved aside leaving Mina and Kaminari still clinging onto each other with an annoyed Kirishima and Uraraka trying to pull them apart.
"Wow Eraserhead you sure have your hands full with these kids huh?" Present Mic said smiling at them.
"THERES ANOTHER FIGHT GOING ON OUTSIDE!" one of the support course students yelled from outside.
"You've got to be kidding me?" The Erasre hero exchanged looks with Mic. "Everyone get to class now!" he shouted over his shoulder running towards the front doors just as the building shook quickening their pace. "For their sake it better not be any of my students..."
Once outside it didn't take them long before finding the source of all the destruction outside.
"Oh boy…" Smacking his palm on his forehead Present Mic started to sweat. "Don't tell me it's those two?!"
"COME ON YOU HALF AND HALF BASTARD IS THAT ALL YOU GOT?!" Bakugo shouted running on sheer anger as he stood on shaky legs followed by the other boy.
"Not even close!" Todoroki said, still glaring at each other breathing heavily.
"Bakugo! Todoroki! ENOUGH!"
Ignoring their teachers, knowing most likely they wouldn't be able to use their quirks, they instantly charged at each other not hesitating to throw punches.
"What is it?!" Deku and Iida said coming up behind their teacher.
"Why aren't you in class?" Mr. Aizawa said over his shoulder as he ran towards the two boys now wrestling on the ground.
"We were looking for our two missing classmates." Iida said staring wide eyed at the two. "Seems we found them."
"Kacchan, Todoroki stop!"
"KNOCK IT OFF YOU TWOOOOO!" Present Mics' booming voice echoed through the grounds as they both clutched their ears but instantly resumed their fight blinded with rage.
"HEY! ENOUGH!" Mr. Aizawa's scarf wrapped tightly around the two who still tried to get to the other but were now unable to. "What is the meaning of this?!" his red eyes bore up down on them. "EVERYONE LEAVE NOW!" Flinching not wanting to question him, the students quickly scattered away. "And as for you two! You better have a lot of explaining to do!"
"Eraser…" Present Mic said looking around at all of the destruction outside.
Nodding, Mr. Aizawa didn't remove his eyes from the two who now remained silent, covered in sweat, dirt with various cuts and bruises. "I know. I got it. You go on ahead and make sure everyone's where their supposed to be."
X
"Out of all my years I've never had to deal with a group as troublesome as you. This is your third year at UA and I would've thought that by now you understood the rules! You are all about to finish school to become pro heroes and this is the way you want to act?! Like a bunch of children that don't even know the meaning of control?! I have no idea what's gotten into you all and on your first day back no less. But behavior like what we saw today will not be tolerated. Do I make myself clear?!"
"Yes Mr. Aizawa…" the whole class murmured looking at their desks.
"I have a mind to expel every single one of you or just cancel all of your participation for the upcoming sports festival this year."
Snapping their heads up he could see the panic in all of their faces.
"But luckily for you the principal decided that since it is your last year here that that wouldn't be an option. So be thankful you're not in your rooms right now packing." he said, staring at every single face. "Now that being said, for the five that have detention today you know who you are. As for everyone else you're dismissed."
Slouching down on her chair Uraraka felt terrible. Not only were they in trouble but it almost cost everyone to get expelled.
Watching as the time ticked by, she saw Mr. Aizawa reading some papers while everyone remained silent no doubt thinking the same thing. Letting her eyes drift around the room she saw Mina trying her best not to fall asleep by keeping busy reading a magazine behind one of her school books, Kaminari who looked like he was trying to make paper airplanes with his hair still sticking in every which way from his fight with Mina, and both Bakugo and Todoroki who remained silent each holding a pack of ice to their face.
She didn't know what happened outside, only what other students told them since they were ushered into their classroom and couldn't see what was happening. She was surprised to hear who was fighting and staring at them now from the corner of her eye, she really hoped she wasn't right in assuming what had caused that.
Hearing his phone vibrate, Mr. Aizawa rolled his eyes in annoyance as he swiftly got up. "You still have half an hour of detention left so no one leaves before that. Todoroki and Bakugo you know the other part of your punishments."
As both boys quietly nodded, Mr. Aizawa opened the door and headed out.
"Man, still a half hour left? This sucks." Kaminari pouted.
"Well, that's what happens when you cause trouble." Mina said still reading her magazine.
"Hey! I didn't cause any trouble! Uraraka and I were innocent bystanders compared to the three of you!"
"Oh really? So, you didn't try and pull my beautiful horns out?"
"Well, who was trying to bite me?"
Grinning Mina sheepishly shrugged. "Got me there."
Letting a slow smile appear on his face Kaminari walked over to her. "You're not still mad about me not telling you?" he asked discreetly nodding between Uraraka and Bakugo with the latter staring out the window not even paying attention.
Pouting her lips Mina quickly got up to give him a hug. "I could never stay mad at you Denki."
"Aww same here."
Gawking at them Uraraka quickly looked around. "Are you two serious right now! You couldn't have done that before?"
"Hey when the time's right it's right you know." Mina grinned while playfully rubbing Kaminari's hair.
"Hey watch it! Because of you, my hair looks like Bakubros." Kaminari whined.
Hearing no reply, the three of them quickly glanced over at the ash blond who was still silently staring out the window with his arms folded on his desk.
"And what's the deal with the two of you?" Mina curiously asked.
"Yeah. Who would've thought out of everyone it would be the two of you fighting." Kaminari asked. "Well not so much Bakugo…" he said surprised to hear him still stay quiet while Todoroki looked down at his desk.
"Alright, well on that note. I need to use the bathroom."
"Huh?" Tilting her head she saw Mina opening the door. "Mina we're not supposed to get out of our seats."
"Well, if nature calls what can you do? Come on it's not like we're going to get in trouble for this."
Biting her lip, she saw Kaminari walking out and surprisingly Todoroki and Bakugo as well.
"Well?"
Glancing over at Mina who was waiting for her she quickly got up and walked with her to the girl's bathroom.
"I swear what is going on with those two. I've never seen them like that."
"Not sure."
Fixing her hair in the mirror Mina gave her a quick look. "You don't think…"
"No! There's no way." Uraraka shook her head. "I mean that would be…"
"Stupid?"
Nodding Uraraka glanced at herself in the mirror next to Mina. "I hope that's not it."
"Well, I wouldn't blame them. You're quite the hottie you know." She winked.
Pursuing her lips, she settled Mina with a stern look.
"What it's true!"
"Anyways. We should head back to class."
"Alright. I'll be right there." Mina said still fixing her hair.
Once she opened the classroom door, she saw that everyone was still gone except for one other person. Taking a deep breath, she slowly went to stand next to his desk as he continued to stare outside. "H-hey…" Still not getting a reply she let out a puff of air in annoyance. "So what? You're just not going to talk to me now?"
"Tch."
"Alright. Are…are you going to tell me what happened?"
"Nothing happened."
"Oh yeah?" leaning her hip against his desk she hesitantly grabbed the icepack and gently placed it against his bruised cheek.
Wincing from the pain he slightly jolted back before setting his eyes on her as she held the ice pack still.
Frowning in concern at the various cuts and bruises on his face, she shook her head. "Bakugo please tell me it wasn't-"
"No. It had nothing to do with you." He cut her off grabbing the ice pack from her. "I'll be fine, so I don't need you worrying about me, and I don't need any of your help."
"Oh…" feeling her throat tighen she looked down at her finger pads. "I just thought-"
"Well don't."
Snapping her head up she saw him still staring at her with those intense crimson eyes, but they felt colder.
Staring at each other for a minute he shook his head after a while dropping the ice pack and letting his eyes look anywhere but her. "I just…need time-"
"No, I get it." She said nodding her head not giving him a chance to say anything else as he opened his mouth watching her swiftly go to her seat just as everyone came back in.
Glaring at his desk Bakugo tried to push away the feelings that were wanting to jump to the surface the minute he said that and hating himself for being the cause of the hurt look on her face.
It pained him to know that everything he wanted was now sitting back in her chair and he couldn't do anything about it. Part of him knew that it was his fault for leaving but he still couldn't shake the hope of her still feeling the way he did and waiting for him.
And it pained him to admit it but if she liked Todoroki now of all people, he couldn't feel mad about that could he? They never made it official and out of all the people he knew that Todoroki wasn't the type to try and hurt her but that didn't make his heart hurt any less.
He still knew that his feelings for her would never go away, but he also knew that as long as she was happy then that's all that mattered to him, and he would have to eventually learn to accept that. But as of now he just needed to get rid of all the anger and frustration inside him.
As a reflex his hand immediately went to his chest to clutch the silver dog tags hidden under his shirt. He continued to wear it even while overseas, he remembered Endeavor always giving him shit about it since he refused to go on any mission without it while the others playfully teased him over it.
"Alright! Guys how about since we have 15 minutes left, we get out of here!"
Snickering Kaminari grinned. "What did you have in mind Mina?"
"Easy let's just go out the window so that way no one will see us."
"The window?" Uraraka asked.
"Yup!" Walking over to it Mina opened it looking down. "It's not that much of a drop."
"Question, what if we get caught?"
"Don't worry Kaminari it's only 15 minutes left."
Walking to stand next to Mina with a determined face Uraraka nodded. "Alright let's do it."
"Alright Uraraka is on board!" Kaminari winked as he stood between them.
"You idiots realize what the fuck would happen if you got caught right?"
"Pfft we won't get caught Mr. Cranky pants." Mina said looking outside. "Besides there's no one there."
Standing up Todoroki walked over to them curiously. "You sure there's no one there?"
"Doesn't look like it." Mina gave a half shrug.
"Fuckin fine!" Bakugo grumbled kicking his chair back and just wanting to get out of there already.
"Who will go first?" Uraraka asked not bothering to look over her shoulder as Bakugo joined them.
"You know what…I'll go." Kaminari lifted his hand proudly.
"You sure?" Uraraka tilted her head.
"Oh no you don't!" Mina said, pushing him back. "I know what you're doing Mr."
"What?" Kaminari gave her an innocent smile.
Glancing between the two Uraraka blinked questioningly at them. "Why what is it?"
"Pervy over here wants to get a good view."
"Hey!" he gawked.
Feeling her cheeks flush Uraraka stared back at Kaminari. "G-good view?"
"Oh, hell no!" Smacking him on the head Bakugo glared at him. "What's wrong with you dumbass?!"
"Hey! I wasn't going to do that! Honestly!" Kaminari says as he hoisted himself up on the window. "Trust me alright. I've matured…somewhat."
"Uh-huh…" Placing her hands on her hips Mina watched him jump down.
"Come on!"
Jumping down next Bakugo and Todoroki walked over to a waiting Kaminari while the girls followed next.
"Keep your damn eyes forward Sparky." Bakugo nudged him forward the minute he saw the other blond tilt his head as the girls came up behind them.
"I was just scratching my head!"
"Woo-hoo! Freedom! See I told you guys nothing would happen." Mina grinned triumphantly.
"Think again."
"Oh, fuck me…" Bakugo groaned seeing Mr. Aizawa lazily leaning against a tree.
"Took you troublemakers longer than I thought."
X
As he came out of the much-needed shower, Bakugo roughly dried his head with a towel going to his dresser and putting the dog tag necklace on before opening the dresser and pulling out a pair of red shorts and black tank top, tiredly throwing himself on his bed draping an arm over his eyes.
After being caught yet again by Mr. Aizawa, their teacher surprisingly let them leave early but not after a good scolding and extra training sessions all this week for them.
Todoroki and himself already had that punishment for fighting earlier, as well as having to fix the mess they had made outside the grounds so knowing that they only had so much time during the day Mr. Aizawa just decided to add another week of training to both of their schedules. Which in a way he didn't mind since it was training, but training and being monitored by Hound Dog was a different story.
Glancing over at his alarm clock and back at all of the unpacked boxes littering his room that were delivered that day he quickly covered his face again. 'What a great fuckin way to start the year.'
Exhaling loudly, he reached over his nightstand and picked up his phone scrolling through his notifications. Cringing he saw a few missed calls as well as messages from his parents, obviously having been told what happened earlier that day. "Well shit."
Sitting up he looked around his room again, and out of habit scrolled through his pictures landing on the same one he'd been looking at every night of him and Uraraka sitting on the train and smiling at the camera. The same picture that always seemed to help him get through another day.
Somehow it seemed that it was such a long time ago…
Whenever he would look at it, it would always remind him and give him hope that someday he would be back and have her in his arms yet again and that she would easily make everything just go away with just that smile of hers. He guessed that some part of him still did.
Shaking his head, he scoffed 'I'm such a fuckin idiot.'
Opening his playlist, he got up and started to unpack. Hopefully tomorrow would be a better day.

Jolting out of bed and gasping for air, Uraraka franticly looked around her room placing a palm on her sweaty forehead. "Just a dream…just a dream." She reassured herself even though after what happened a few months ago that only gave her little comfort.
Taking another scan around her room she didn't know why but she felt like someone was constantly watching her.
She wasn't going to lie and say that the events of what had occurred a few months ago didn't still get to her and interfered with some parts of her life. But she was still making progress from what Ms. Yano said from their weekly meetings. 'I just have to take things one step at a time.' She reminded herself. Looking at her watch and seeing that it was only 2 in the morning and decided to get up pulling on a pair of black yoga pants, pink shirt and her shoes and headed out the door. Maybe a little run would help her relax.

"…so, I'm telling you I think it would be a good idea!" Mina cheerfully sang.
"Huh?"
Rolling her eyes Mina stared at her. "Ochaco have you been listening to me at all?"
Sheepishly rubbing her neck, she heard Tsu chuckle next to her. "Um...of course I was."
Giving her a knowing look Mina continued to rummage through her locker. "Like I was saying… a girl's night out seems like something we should do."
"Um, remind me again why we have to go out instead of staying in? Ribbit."
"Because that's usually what we do, but now that were older, hot and trying to enjoy our last year in high school I don't see why not."
"Oh man I am so on board!" Hagakure said jumping up and down.
"Ok. So, what are you thinking?" Uraraka asked tilting her head.
"Well-"
"Are we really considering this?" Jirou flatly said receiving a playful shove from the pink girl.
"I know even you would like it, Jirou."
"Ooh now I'm intrigued." Hagakure giggled.
"Well Kaminari told me about this place they have downtown it's called the Red Beryl or something like that."
"Kaminari? Ok I'm out." Jirou said laughing.
"No really. It's supposed too great!"
"I think I've heard of that place from a few pros. I believe they said it's a night club they frequently visit." Tsu said thoughtfully.
"A club?"
"Yes, Ochaco a club. Meaning…" Mina grinned mischievously. "We get to dance and have fun!"
"Mina that is out of the question. I believe you have to be a certain age to get into places such as those." Momo said folding her arms disapprovingly.
"Oh that? Pfft I've got that covered." Mina dismissively waves her hand. "I know a guy."
Giggling Uraraka shook her head. "I don't know you guys…"
"Ochaco's right. We shouldn't go." Yaoyorozu said.
"Oh, come on you guys it'll be fun!" Mina whined giving them both puppy dog eyes. "Please it's our last year together…and I love you…"
Smiling Uraraka rolled her eyes. "Fine. As long as we don't get in trouble."
"Alright!" The other girls cheered.
Covering her face Yaoyorozu groaned. "Why do I feel like I'm going to regret this."
"Trust me you won't!"
"Mina have you ever been to a club?" Tsu asked.
"Not really. But I heard it's supposed to be fun and wherever there's music you better believe I'm going to be there!"
Laughing as they continued talking about their girl's night out in a couple of weeks she saw Kirishima, Sero, Bakugo and Kaminari walking by chatting away about some kind of new game that just came out.
Still reeling from yesterday's conversation, she did her best to look away. If he didn't want to listen to her then she wouldn't try and make the effort anymore in trying to explain herself. Not that she needed to in the first place.
She already knew how hot-headed and stubborn he could be, but to immediately assume that she would forget about him the minute he was gone was still inconceivable to her.
As the guys walked by waving at the girls, Bakugo continued to stare forward not bothering to look at them until they disappeared into the classroom.
Pursing her lips together Mina settled her with a worried look as she saw sadness in Uraraka's brown eyes.
Something everyone knew was that it didn't matter what…Uraraka could never truly hide her emotions well and always wore them on the outside. Luckily the girls were busy talking about what they would be wearing to notice.
"I suppose we should start heading to class." Momo said as they slowly started moving away.
"Hey Ochaco, have you talked?" Mina made sure to keep her voice low so the others in front wouldn't hear.
"Sort of." Feeling her eyes drop to the ground Uraraka shrugged. "He made it pretty clear where we stood."
"Noooo." Grabbing her by the shoulders Mina gave her a desperate look. "Come on! This is just all a big misunderstanding, that's all."
"Mina."
"You guys were so close…" Mina slouched her shoulders. "Do you want me to knock some sense into that explosive head of his?"
"No that's fine." Uraraka shook her head. "It's ok I promise. If Bakugo feels that way, then…"
"Ochaco are you sure? And what about the gift you got him last month?" Mina asked pointing a stern finger at her. "Remember I helped with that too." She said checking her nails. "And the price I had to pay for that..."
Giggling Uraraka nodded. "I'll be fine Mina…eventually."
Dragging her hand down her face as they entered the room Mina stomped over to the rest of the Bakusquad smacking the ill-tempered boy on the head along the way before stopping to greet Kirishima.
"The fuck raccoon eyes?!"
Deciding to ignore him Mina sat on Kirishima's lap while he was sitting at Dekus chair talking.
Feeling himself turn as red as his hair, Kirishima shyly looked around. "Mina…"
Playfully looking over her shoulder she innocently smiled. "What? Something wrong?"
"Could you fuckin morons not do shit like that. That's fuckin gross." Bakugo rolled his eyes before leaning back in his chair plopping his feet up.
Narrowing her eyes Mina grinned. "Oh really? Hmm…something tells me that you wouldn't think that way if you had a brain."
Tilting his head back at her he quickly looked away. "Tch."
Chuckling Sero's eyes widened. "Bakugo with a girl? Can't see that happening."
"The fuck is that supposed to mean?"
Shrugging his shoulders Sero lifted his hand. "I mean I've yet to see you with anyone. Who knows, maybe you're just like me. Too many beautiful girls out there for you to just settle for one.
Smirking at the two Kaminari thoughtfully rubbed his chin. "I hear you dude. Sometimes it's hard to just pick one."
"Why am I even here?" Mina groaned. "Although I do see what dumb and dumber mean. I guess it's not for everyone. Sometimes you need to shop around to see what you want."
"Really? You think that?" Kirishima frowned discreetly eyeing the ash blond who seemed to be ignoring them.
"Well Kiri we're still in high school so not everyone here thinks they've found 'the one' yet." She winked at him. "Except for me of course." She said before giving him a quick peck.
"Ew stop that please!" Kaminari and Sero covered their faces.
"Why can't you just be fuckin normal?"
"I tried to be normal once…worse three minutes of my life." Mina grinned. "Anyways Kaminari I'm going to need 6 orders." She said looking at him and holding up her fingers.
Widening his eyes in approval he nodded. "Really? So, they all decided to go?"
"Yup. I convinced the girls that it would be fun to go out clubbing for our girl's night. I can't wait!"
Feeling his ear twitch at the sound of that Bakugo discreetly looked in Uraraka's direction from over his shoulder as she was sitting down talking with Tsu, Shinso, Deku and Todoroki.
"Well sounds like fun to me." Kirishima grinned. "When?"
"Couple of weeks." Mina shrugged.
"Tch, who the fuck would want to go to some dumb shit like that?" Bakugo scowled ignoring the surprised looks on their faces.
"You know it's sad to say but I really missed your grumpy self."
"Shut the hell up shitty hair!"
"No, but seriously, bro isn't your birthday coming up?"
"Is it?" Sero grinned at Kaminari who nodded. "Well, we should plan something!"
"Hard pass."
"Oh, come on dude it's your 18th after all. We can pick anything like…" Kaminari tapped his fingers against his chin thoughtfully. "How about going out of town? You know since you've got wheels and everything."
"No."
"Alright how about the arcade or playing some pool?"
"No."
"You know since it's his 18th why not take him to one of those strip joints they have. I'm sure they'll let you in." Mineta said from behind Kirishima.
"You little perve that's gross!" Mina said getting up and walking towards the other side of the room.
"Yeah, it so is!" Kaminari and Sero shook their heads disapprovingly until Mina was no longer around. "Well how about it dude? you feel like going to one of those places?"
"FUCK NO! Does it look like I want to go to one of those damn sleaze joints?!"
"But it'll be for a good cause dude!"
"Say what you want, but I'm not going." Folding his arms Bakugo shook his head already done with this conversation.
"Man, you're no fun. Didn't you have any fun overseas?"
"Yeah, I bet you got to see a tone of stuff!"
"Unlike you dumbasses I was busy working. Didn't have time for dumb shit like that."
"Well, we can respect that, right guys?" Kirishima nodded only receiving grunts.
"Alright, well how about the club?" Sero asked.
"What you mean the same one as the girls?"
"Yeah, why not? I have to make stuff for Mina anyways might as well do some for us too." Kaminari said.
"I'm down for that!"
"But…wouldn't we get in the way of their girls' night?" Kirishima frowned not entirely on board. "That wouldn't be very manly of us."
"Nah, I'm sure they'll be fine. Besides we won't be around them because this would be for our wittle Bakubros birfday…" Kaminari pouted his lips as he draped an arm around him. "So, we'll have our own thing going on."
"GET THE HELL OFF ME SPARKY! I'LL FUCKIN KILL YOU! AND THE ANSWER IS STILL NO!"
X
"…they are talking all over the news about it. 12 have gone missing all just this week." Tsu said looking through her phone while they were sitting in the lunchroom.
"That's odd. Does it say anything else?" Shinso said putting his cup down.
Shaking her head Tsu put her phone back in her pocket. "No nothing yet. It seems the police aren't willing to give too much information."
"Those poor kids…" Uraraka said feeling anger boiling inside her. "Who could do something like that?"
Rubbing his chin Deku exchange looks with Todoroki sneaking a glance towards their classmates a few tables away. "Not sure…"
"Deku?"
"You know what, I-I'll see you guys later." Lifting his tray Deku quickly dumped his food briskly walking to the other table.
"Well, that was strange I wonder what that was about?" ribbit."
Placing his palms flat down on the table Deku settled his childhood friend with a stern expression. "Kacchan you got a minute?"
Snapping his head in his direction Bakugo opened his mouth ready to snap until he saw the serious look on Dekus face swiftly getting to his feet.
Walking down the hall Bakugo shoved his hands in his pocket. "Alright what's this about?"
Pulling out his phone Deku handed it over. "You remember 2 months ago?"
Coming to a sudden stop, his eyes grew as he read the news article. "Shit."
"What is it?"
Staring at each other for the briefest of moments they saw Uraraka standing there not at all pleased as she folded her arms over her chest.
"Uraraka theres-"
"Does this have anything to do with..." Pursing her lips at the sudden anger bubbling up she kept her tone firm. "Tell me."
Somewhat apprehensive Deku gave a nervous look to Bakugo while the latter nodded.
Placing a hand on her shoulder Deku continued on his pace. "I'll see you in class I've got to talk to All Might."
Frowning she continued to stare at his retreating form until she refocused her attention back on Bakugo.
Nodding his head for her to follow, she stayed silent until he opened the door to one of the empty classrooms.
"What are we doing here?" she asked as he leaned against one of the desks placing his hands on either side.
Not meeting her gaze, he simply stared at the door. "Better if no one heard."
Sitting down on top of the desk opposite him she patiently waited for him to continue, sensing how uncomfortable he was. The moment she saw Dekus expression she knew something was off, and then the same look on Bakugo's it didn't take a genius to figure it out.
"Have you…ever heard of the Ipponmichi?" he quietly asked, staring intently at the floor.
"No."
Pressing his lips together he contemplated his next words. "They are what you would call… a special organization in the underground."
Frowning she tried to follow along with what he was saying. "Specializing in what exactly?"
"Kidnappings, murders, drugs, experimentations, trafficking you name it."
"Wait." Slowly standing she lifted her hands up. "H-how do you know about this?"
Seeing him tightening his grip on the desk she took a step back, letting her back hit the table. "The mission?"
Nodding his head, he took a deep breath slowly lifting his eyes to meet hers. "We only had a vague idea of what it was about in the beginning. But were assigned to go overseas because since we aren't full pro's just yet, we aren't well known over there, so they needed us to blend in as one of their potential buyers who are also playing the roles of heroes. Once inside, we were able to see exactly what kind of things they were up to. We had a general idea at first of what they were doing and that they were working with…"
"Toga." Uraraka finished watching him nod.
"But we never knew it went that deep. Round-face they have locations all over the world and we barely managed to get into one." he said shaking his head. "We were able to gather information that Toga has been working with them on the side for the last couple of years even before Shigaraki. The Shie Hassaika had worked with them in the past but from my understanding… after the raid and the capture of Chisaki there's been no other activity on their part."
"The Ipponmichi specializes in selling mostly kids from as young as babies for their possible quirks. They have someone scout for potential victims with powerful quirks before they kidnap them. While waiting for any interested buyers they perform experiments on them in the meantime and with the older ones too. If they get older to the point where no one wants to buy them, then they will try and use some type of mind control to change over to their side. There are even pros all over the world that are still switching sides, that's why it wasn't surprising when they heard of new heroes like us interested in possibly switching too. After they realized how quick everyone was to blame them for what happened during the war, they didn't hesitate to switch sides but not everyone knows that, so they still try to hide their true intentions. And the things I've seen in there…"
Hearing him trail off with a dark and cold look in his eyes she understood what he meant. 'This was it? This is what he was dealing with the whole time he was gone? And not able to talk to anyone about it…' Feeling her eyes water at the thought of what they had to go through for those months. "Bakugo…"
"That's not all." he said darkly. "We also found out that they currently have Shigaraki and are working on trying to get him back, that's why Toga has been eagerly helping them more than usual since they are trying to find quirks that are able to help with that."
"Wait…are they able to do that? And how have we not heard about Shigaraki missing?"
"We're not sure. But the way they operate those places, it wouldn't surprise me. As for Shigaraki I'm sure the police are trying to keep it as quiet as possible for now. I mean can you imagine the chaos and panic if the public knew. We were able to at least get as much information as possible out of one of the places before shutting it down, that's why Endeavor and some of the others are still there to make sure everything is taken care of. Hopefully we'll know more once they get back, but now with what Deku showed me…"
"You think it's starting to pick up here."
Giving her s serious look he nodded. "It all can't be fuckin coincidence that 12 kids were taken just in one week."
"You're right. It doesn't."
"Deku's talking with All Might right now to let the others know in case they haven't heard." Staring at her for a minute as she remained silent deep in thought he ran a hand through his thick spiky hair. "Round-face you can't tell anyone about this you hear me?"
"What?"
Scoffing, he looked towards the door. "I'm not even supposed to have told you."
Taking a minute to process everything he just said she was only able to muster one thing. "So why did you?
Clenching his jaw, he met her brown eyes with his crimson ones. "Because I don't want to lie to you. Ask me anything and I'll tell you."
Opening her mouth repeatedly, "Bakugo-"
"Better start heading to class before we're late." Straightening himself he shoved a hand in his pocket, opening the door without another word headed out.
Standing in the empty classroom she felt sick to her stomach at everything he had told her. To think that's what they had to deal with, and she was sure it was worse than he let on.
