Skipping down the narrow steps and down the overly white hallway, sleek floors that shone with the reflection of the cold florescent lights from above as she continued on down the hallway, ignoring all the terrified looks of some of the people she passed along the way that were being hauled off crying and screaming.

Turning through another corridor she halted in her steps when the strong smell of bleach invaded her nostrils reminding her that this part of the building was her least favorite for a reason. Curiously tilting her head, she continued down the hall suspiciously glancing at all the surprisingly empty rooms lining each part of the hall. The eerie silence of the place was defending.

Usually, this part of the building would be the loudest and liveliest with screams that echoed through the halls all hours of the day with the stench of blood, vomit and sweat littering the place.

Above every door she passed was a large sign, each holding a number for every room. "Guess it must be a big day." she muttered to herself, coming to a quick stop before she hit the last door numbered 303 on the far end. The only door that was always locked. The only door she didn't dare go into.

"Ah yes Toga. So nice to see you again."

Turning her head in the direction of the voice, she saw Doctor Fujiwara down the opposite part of the hall grinning through his metallic teeth the way he always did as he stepped out of the children's ward hovering about an inch of the ground as he slowly approached her. He was an older bald man with a long face, unsettling pale skin and always seemed to have a cold unpleasant glint in his eyes that always managed to make her skin crawl.

"What's with all the empty rooms doc?" she asked, cautiously eyeing the doctor as he glanced down at his pristine black suit underneath a suspiciously clean lab coat. Knowing full well he must have a few sets of these in his office with the way he likes to work on his 'patients'. "So, I'm guessing a new shipment came in?" she curiously asked.

"Of course." He grinned with an eager shine in his sunken eyes. "They're being shown to their quarters on the lower floors as we speak."

"Right." She said turning on her hells.

"But you… know Hana's been looking for you, so if I were you, I would be a good girl and find her." The doctor smiled with steeple fingers.

"Toga."

"Huh?" They both turned to the sound of Kenzo and Kage walking down the hall with the oldest brother quickly turning into a black cat and jumping onto her shoulder keeping his green eyes fixated on the good doctor.

"I'll be sure to check in with her." Toga forced a smile for Doctor Fujiwara swiftly turning back to continue on her way along another corridor. "Thanks for that." She quietly said to the two looking over her shoulder and seeing Doctor Fujiwara still smiling at them.

"Figured you needed the help." Kage said shrugging his shoulders. "Not that I care either way. But that guy does creep me out."

"You're one to talk." Toga giggled but it was short lived when her feet stopped in front of room 101. "How's he doing today?'

Turning back, Kenzo looked at his little brother who seemed uncomfortable just to be there. Before turning his gaze to Toga. "Hana went to see him today while you were out…said she was bored."

"I see." Toga said before opening the door and closing it behind her. Walking over to the dark figure huddled on the floor she sat on the wall next to him.

"How are you feeling today?" she quietly asked knowing she wouldn't get much of a respond as always. "I heard Hana came to see you again today?" Watching the figure nod, she exhaled loudly. "You know sooner or later you're gonna have to say something, these one-sided conversations can get so frustrating."

"You…seem moodier than usual…" the figure rasped out clutching his arms tighter around himself.

"You know me." She grinned before feeling the familiar stinging in her eyes. "Have I told you how much I've missed you?"

Nodding his head, the figure remained quiet for some time.

"You know…we still haven't found a quirk that can bring Shigaraki back yet. But we will…" she breathed out. "We have to."

"Why…?" he croaked with a half laugh half sob. "Why me?"

"Because I miss my family." She smiled, feeling a tear slide down her cheek.

"Toga-"

Swiftly getting to her feet she wiped her face, heading for the door and did not miss the faint sound of crying and screaming after she left the room.

Jogging next to Deku and Iida around the tracks outside along with the rest of their classmates, Uraraka was finally thankful that it was Friday and concentrating on her heavy breathing while other students from other courses were scattered around equally involved in their training.

Even though it had been a rather exhausting week she was really looking forward to finally spending more time with Bakugo and her friends. Smiling to herself when she felt the wind rustle her ponytail, and her heart racing even more at the thought. Never in her life would she have thought that her first boyfriend would be the loudmouth hot tempered explosive boy in her class now just a few feet away shouting at something his friends were saying before rushing to shout and pass an unfazed Todoroki as well.

"Some things never change." Deku smiled once he saw Todoroki sigh before picking up his pace along with Kirishima and some of the others.

Clearing his throat Iida gave one look to both of them, which they returned with a smile.

"You don't have to wait on us Iida." She smiled. "Go on we know you want to."

"Alright, I'll see you two in a bit." He smiled before sprinting off.

"What about you?" She looked up at Deku.

"Nah I think I'm fine for today." He grinned in that boyish way he always did. "Besides I've been meaning to talk to you, since we haven't had much time to hang out anymore."

"I know what you mean." She said looking forward. "All of us have been pretty busy."

"So does that mean you're coming to Movie night tonight?"

"Tonight?" she asked unaware that they had even planned it.

"Yeah, some people just decided that we needed to do something to relax and just hang out. It'll be after everyone gets back from some of their work studies of course and hopefully ours won't take long."

"Oh." She said furrowing her brows thinking it over as they saw their classmates little race end with Bakugo yelling and repeatedly jumping in the air with a huge grin which made her smile. She really wanted to spend some time with her friends since what Deku said was true, everyone barely saw each other outside of school anymore since they were all busy. But she also wanted to make some time with Bakugo too.

"Unless you have plans." He curiously tilted his head now staring at her.

"Oh no it's just…" Chewing on her bottom lip she tried to think about what she should say until her gaze landed on a group of girls now surrounding some of the boys in her class from the race including the ash blond who she could see impatiently tapping his foot while waiting on his friends. She knew just from the look on his face that he was irritated just to be there, but that still didn't stop her stomach from twisting and turning as her heart sank. She knew he was attractive, talented, and known throughout the school as possibly being one of the rising heroes out there, so it shouldn't have come as a surprise that people or girls would still be drawn to him. 'Doesn't mean I have to like it…' she pouted unaware of Deku's puzzled expression staring at her.

"Please it'll be so much fun!" One of the second-year girls asked again.

"I'm really flattered but I can't, sorry." Kirishima said lifting his hands in front of him with an apologetic smile.

"Easy there Hikari, if I'm not mistaken Kirishima already has a girlfriend." Keiko said receiving a thankful nod from the red head.

"I do."

"Bummer." Hikari pouted.

Rubbing his temple for what seemed like hours Bakugo felt the vein on his forehead ready to pop with all the shit these extras in front of him were talking about. He wondered how the hell they could not get it in their small brains that he wasn't the least bit interested even after telling them various times to fuck off.

He was about to tell the dumbasses that called themselves his friends to do the same but some of them seemed to enjoy it, so he just turned around intending to stomp off. "Fuckin idiots." He mumbled accidentally making one of the extras trying to get his attention to light up.

"You're Bakugo, right?" the girl asked squealing in excitement which made him grimace in disgust. "We've heard so much about you!"

How the guys like this kind of shit, was beyond him. Sure, he never minded the attention of being praised when he won a battle before, but he started to realize that he didn't care about it as much anymore as he used to. Well at least not as much as winning, he guesses that that competitive part of him would never truly go away which he was fine with, it's just the attention he didn't really care about anymore as long as he won, and the villains were put away.

"So, what do you say?"

Snapping out of his thoughts he saw a few of the girls eagerly staring at him awaiting an answer which he had no idea what was asked.

"About what?!" he barked, crossed his arms.

Giggling they all exchanged knowing looks. "There's that fiery temper we've heard so much about!"

"So how about tomorrow night?" another girl asked. "I'm available anytime."

"Well I'm not, and who the fuck says I'm even interested in you damn extras?!" he said squinting his eyes and continuing to walk off. "I already said I'm not!"

"How come?" Another girl asked. "You have a girlfriend?"

"If I do or don't that's not of your damn business." He said making sure no one else heard and letting his eyes drift over to Uraraka running down the track talking with Deku.

"I think he's joking." Another girl giggled making him grit his teeth in anger.

"I'm not and if I had one, she'd definitely kick your ugly asses too!" he mumbled intending to catch up to the two.

"Hey, I best be going too. See ya!" Kirishima waved at the puzzled girls and ran next to Bakugo. "Man, that was brutal."

"Just tell them to back the hell off next time Shitty hair."

"What like you usually do?" Kirishima snickered. "Just glad Mina didn't see that otherwise she'd be all over them."

"Tch." Furrowing his brows Bakugo thought about that for a moment. 'Would Ochaco get jealous? Was she the jealous type?'

He thought she wasn't since she was pretty friendly with everyone but thinking back on their second year when Kirishima had told him about what happened with Uraraka and that third-year blue haired wreck during the Christmas party, he now had doubts about her not being the jealous type.

Frowning Kirishima noticed Bakugos sudden silence feeling that familiar tug in his heart about what his best friend was still going though. "Don't worry man I told you I've got ya."

"Hah?" Bakugo lifted his head sideway not having heard what the red head had said as Kirishima just waved his hand dismissively.

X

"Well, I'm glad to hear that!" Deku grinned. "It'll be fun to just relax."

"Coming though!" Kirishima grinned just as they started running alongside them with the red head next to Deku and Bakugo on Uraraka's left. "Hope we're not interrupting.

"Not at all." Deku chuckled. "But I wonder how long Mr. Aizawa and All Might plan to have us running out here for."

Curiously turning their heads, they saw both teachers laying on the grass with their eyes closed.

"Well, that's not good." Kirishima awkwardly chuckled worried that they were going to be out here for the rest of the day.

Feeling someone nudging her side Uraraka took a steady breath and kept her gaze forward until she heard an audible growl followed by a poke on her side making her glare back at him. His eyes widen briefly and blinked a couple of times before letting his usual scowl replace his expression wondering why she looked mad.

"The hell's your problem cheeks?"

"Nope no problem here." She stubbornly lifted her chin looking forward continuing her pace. She knew there was no reason to be mad and knew that she just needed to cool down which is exactly what she was trying to do.

His eyes lingered on her for a moment before making sure the other two were too involved in their conversation about the weekend before swallowing down his frustration and panic, lowering his voice. "If shit's bothering you then spit it the fuck out already."

"I'm fine." She grinned back as if nothing was wrong, but he saw the burning anger in her usually kind eyes that reminded him of the time right before she almost killed him in their first year's sports festival.

Thinking back on one of the many annoying conversations the guys had one night when Raccoon eyes wouldn't talk to his shitty friend for a whole damn day because Kirishima had forgotten a special day- Bakugo couldn't really recall what day it was…maybe it was the day they supposedly met? Hell, if he knew since he was only halfway listening anyways while playing on his phone.

"She said she was fine." Kirishima reasoned plopping himself on the couch.

Sharing a look, both Sero and Kaminari snickered giving the lost red head a sympathetic look.

"Dude just because she says she's fine, doesn't mean she's actually'fine'."

"Ok, then how will I know when fine actually means 'fine'?" Kirishima's voice squeaked now sitting up.

"That my friend is another conversation…' Kaminari shuddered remembering the many many times Jirou taught him that lesson right before Jirou walked in and sat herself on the couch. "Hey Jirou, how are you?"

Rolling her eyes, she quickly looked back at the tv. "I'm fine."

Squinting his eyes and pinching the bridge of his nose Bakugo now knew that no Uraraka was in fact not fine. 'Shit!'

"Shit!"

"Huh?" Turning their heads, they all stared equally puzzled at his outburst.

"What now?" Kirishima scratched his head.

"Look I know you're not fine." he said, ignoring the other two spectators. "I know you said you were but you're not." he said rolling his eyes at her shocked face not having expected him to just blurt that out as she awkwardly looked at both Kirishima and Deku.

"I-I am." she said puffing her cheeks in defiance.

"Kacchan I think she's fine." Deku innocently looked between the two.

"Oh no dude she's not…" Kirishima said with frightened eyes moving to the next lane and dragging Deku along with him.

"Look out!"

A second later they felt someone run by before the newcomer slowed their pace looking over at them lifting his eyes in surprise. "Oh hey! You're that girl from the sports festival, right?" Sora asked.

"Y-yes…" Taking aback Uraraka glanced back at the black-haired boy who seemed oddly familiar. "You're the one from the race, the one from the maze?"

"That's me!" He grinned jogging back until he was running next to her. "Funny running into you. I'm Sora, what's your name?"

"Uraraka."

"So how you been?"

Surprised that he had decided to join them she gave him her usual friendly smile. "I-I'm fine-"

"Apparently we all are. Now piss off!"

Whipping her head to the side at Bakugos curt remark she was met with the glowing crimson eyes belonging to a seemingly pissed of Bakugo.

"Bakugo, hey buddy I almost didn't see you there!" Sora smirked, turning his head to the other two. "And you're Deku right? Kirishima, I remember you."

"Hey!" Kirishima gave an awkward wave.

"You're from the support course, right?" Deku smiled politely receiving a nod from Sora. "That race was pretty close-"

"The hell it was!" Bakugo barked as they all came to a brief stop panting. "I could beat your ass any day of the week!"

"All I can say is that if we were allowed to use our quirks it wouldn't be much of a race." Sora shrugged pointing to his back as a pair of black wings emerged from it.

"Woah…." Deku, Uraraka and Kirishima eyes sparkled in amazement while Bakugo rolled his eyes only seeing red right now.

"Tch, if you're so damn confident then let's go right now!"

"Thanks, but maybe next time." Sora smiled looking down at Uraraka who started stretching her right leg. "I hope you guys don't mind if I steal her for a minute?" he gave her a questioning look.

"Huh?" Glancing up, she gave him a small smile while the blonds expression immediately darkened next to her. "Um actually I-"

"I mind." Bakugo said unable to refrain himself.

Facepalming himself Kirishima shook his head.

Chuckling Sora looked between them. "Sorry, I didn't know I had to ask her bodyguard for permission."

"He's not."

"I'm not her damn bodyguard because she doesn't need one, I'm her-"

"K-Bakugo!"

"What?!" he seethed eyes glowing menacingly at Sora as his hand twitched with unrestrained anger. "This asshole's asking to talk to you right? So go fuckin talk." he spat over his shoulder storming off.

"Huh...wonder what's gotten into Kacchan." Deku thought out loud.

Taking a step to go after him she felt Kirishima place a hand on her shoulder.

"Trust me, just let him cool off for a minute."

X

After her run she quickly jogged over to get some water, coming to a complete stop once she saw the still angry explosive blond also known as her boyfriend leaning against the wall one leg propped up with his hands in his pockets glaring at the ground.

Deciding she was too prideful to say anything at the moment and pretty sure he was too engrossed in his thick head right now to even notice her she took a few steps pass him before feeling herself being yanked back by the back of her shirt and dragged off. "Hey!"

Releasing his hold on her she turned her head ready to give him an earful until she saw the hard look on his face. "You know you don't always have to do that." She grumbled, folding her arms and nervously looked around, finding that they were still close to the others but far enough not to be overheard.

"What the hell was that?"

"What was what?" she retorted, still confused why he would be so upset at her when she didn't do anything.

"For the love of- why the hell do you have to be so damn nice to everyone?!"

Slowly blinking at him she tilted her head. "you're mad because…I'm nice?"

Narrowing his eyes, he clearly wasn't as amused like she was. "You know what I mean. That fucking extra was flirting with you right in front of me!" he spat. "I was so fuckin close to-"

"That's what this is about?" she asked, widening her eyes. "I wasn't flirting, that was just being friendly. Like you said I'm nice to everyone"

"Oh yeah?" he asked, raising a curious confident brow. "What did he want then?"

She resisted rolling her eyes, choosing instead to glance sideways. "He may have asked me out." She quietly admitted but when she heard the sparks go off in his palms, she knew he had heard.

Clicking his tongue and being torn between being right and wanting to kill that asshole, he decided to do neither and instead go for the more mature approach and mentally patting himself on the back. "And what did you say?"

As soon as he saw her reaction, he decided to take a very careful step back just in case.

"W-what do you mean 'what did I say'?!" she scoffed, furrowing her brows and waiting for him to explain himself.

Peering down at her he felt his lip twitch at how cute yet hot he thought she always looked when she was pissed off or confused or…'No you idiot stay focused! You're mad at her remember?!'

Exhaling loudly, she met his firm stare with one of her own. "Of course I said no. You shouldn't even have to ask me when you should already know that, Katsuki."

"Well how the hell am I supposed to know when you were being so nice to him."

"I'm nice to everyone." She said again.

"Yeah, but the problem comes when you don't even realize when dumbasses are flirting with you."

"And if they do? Doesn't mean I'm going to say yes now does it." She challenged, making him growl in annoyance. "I saw girls coming up to you too and yeah I'll admit that I…didn't like it ok…" she admitted averting her gaze.

"I knew it! See I knew something was bothering you!" he smirked proudly, wiggling his finger in front of her triumphantly.

"But you don't see me going off." She defended.

"No, you only take it out on me…" he groaned looking sideways. "You know this is all your damn fault, right?"

"What?! How?"

"Because you know how hard this shit is." He met her gaze taking a step closer. "Not being able to be close to you when I want to, not being able to hold you or kiss you when I want." He let his eyes wander down to her lips when he saw her part them with a faint blush to her cheeks. "Because we have nosey ass people everywhere." He looked over his shoulders at a couple of students walking by. "But I'm doing this because you asked me to, doesn't mean it's easy for me or you."

Understanding what he meant she gave him a warm smile before he proudly puffed out his chest shoving something towards her, catching it right before it fell.

"Here."

"Huh?" Looking down she saw a stack of papers now clutched in her hands. "What's this?"

"Research material." He proudly said.

Flipping through some pages she gawked at him, realizing what this actually was. "You're giving me homework?!"

"Obviously we both need it." He shrugged, finding it odd how she was just staring at the pages he so carefully printed out for both of them after hours and hours of research about the do's and don'ts when it comes to relationships and what it all entails.

"You seriously did this?" she chuckled, finding it amusing and touching that he would go out of his way to still be perfect at everything including trying to do right by her. 'Oh, he's too cute!'

"What the hell are you laughing at?!" He stomped his foot unable to hide the embarrassed blush on his cheeks. "Then give it back!"

"No!" She quickly moved the papers further from his reach, intrigued to see what he had actually researched.

"Give it!"

"No!"

To the regular observer it would look like they were just talking about schoolwork, so no one thought to question it, but to Kirishima it brought another sad feeling in his stomach as his best friend continued to stomp his foot angrily while Uraraka waived her hands in front of her trying to calm him down and…was she laughing at his little buddy?

Frowning Kirishima shook his head trying to find some way to help, exhaling loudly he turned to see Mina still awkwardly shaking staring in the same direction as he.

"Hey Bakubro let's go!" Kaminari and Sero shouted as they walked by, grabbing him by the shoulders to drag him off to the boy's locker room. "Hey Uraraka, Mr. Aizawa and All Might want us back in class."

"Ok." She happily grinned but quickly dismissed it once they passed her, quick to make mocking faces behind his retreating back until she almost jumped out of her skin when Bakugo whipped back around stomping back towards her waving his index finger. "I saw that! and don't think I'm not mad anymore. So, you better get to studying!" Jutting out his lower lip he stomped back to head to the boy's locker room.

Rolling her eyes, she looked down at the stacks of papers in her hands before shaking her head, smiling, and hoping he wouldn't try and quiz her on it, but wouldn't put it past him to do so. "Cute little overachiever."
