"We…" Garnet adjusted her shades.
Pearl and Amethyst, who had their back up against each other, sang together. "Are the Crystal…"
"Gems!."
Out of nowhere, both JJ and Steven jumped in front and sang with a heroic attitude. With Steven putting his fist out like a hero, while his older brother did the Dab.
Garnet, Pearl, and Amethyst looked at the two brothers and smiled before continuing on with their song. "And we always save the day!."
The five were traveling through the warp pad heading for a quick mission. At that moment, Garnet smiled and ruffled Steven's hair to his dislike. JJ smirked and saw an opportunity to do something very brotherly. With no warning, he wrapped his arm around to pick up his baby brother before using his free hand that he balled it up and rubbed up against his head.
"Noogie-Noogie!." JJ laughed in enjoyment.
"Ah, JJ, you're messing up my hair!." said Steven, whining a bit.
"Haha, sorry, Steven. Could not resist." said JJ, letting him go.
"Oh, boys will be boys." Pearl did an eye roll with a smile.
Once the warp had sent them to their desired destiny, they pulled out their weapons instead for Steven, since he has yet to learn how to use the power within his gem compared to his brother, the five ran through a clear meadow. JJ was pacing right beside Garnet and keeping up with her with ease. Steven, who is all the way behind the others, is running his legs out to not only keep up with the four, but also to run past Garnet and JJ to lead the others. In which he successfully did in pure joy.
"Even if you think we can't!..." Steven sang.
"Will always find a way!." they all sanged.
After finishing with a mission and returning back home to Beach City, JJ and Steven rode in their father's van after doing a quick shopping for their barbecue. Passing everyone down the streets.
"Sup, guys." JJ said after honking the horn when driving.
"Sup, dude." said Lars.
"Hi, JJ." waved Sadie.
"That is why the people of this world believe in..." Garnet, Pearl, and Amethyst sang together while waiting for Greg, Steven, and JJ to arrive.
After they pulled up, Greg set the charcoal grill down to Steven's excitement. JJ started cooking the food up while waiting for his fresh baked rolls to be done.
"Garnet!." sang Garnet, relaxing in her beach chair.
"Amethyst!." Amethyst sanged her name after having fun in the ocean water and shaking the water out of her hair.
Pearl happily sat down to watch the visible stars before singing her name. "Pearl!."
JJ made his grilled triple burger after fixing Steven's hotdog. Taking a bite of his burger before singing his name. "JJ!."
"And…Steven!." Steven took a bite of his hotdog in enjoyment.
