Penny has a backpack attached to her bag that, when opened, releases multiple short swords attached to thin, near invincible strings attached to their hilts, which she can manipulate simple movements from her hands without issue.
She can use them in both long and short range, able to fire bursts of energy from the tip like a gun. She can also put all of the swords together to form a ring and fires a powerful blast of energy, destroying a large army in an instant.
The Winter Maiden: The Gift I Carry (A) Anti-Fortress Noble Phantasm
Penny possesses the power of the Winter Maiden, after it was passed down from the previous Winter Maiden, who was in her mind before she died.
As the Winter Maiden, Penny possessed the ability to manipulate the elements. She can summon thunder clouds that can fire green lightning, whirlwinds, hail, and blizzards. She can generate blasts of ice to freeze and create giant chunks of ice as well as create weapons of ice shaped like the swords of her Floating Array. She was also capable of siphoning the lightning generated from her storm clouds and focusing them to further empower her beam blasts.
When in need of more strength, Penny's eyes will emit a blue haze, which increases her parameters by one rank.
