Chapter 3
Kaito P.O.V
I got to Aoko's and..."Can I come in?" I asked. "Do you remember or..." she began. "Yeah. I remember everything. Keibu shoved me out of the way when Spider tried to shoot me." I said looking down. "I would do it again. No one gets to shoot any child I look after no matter what they are whearing." said Keibu hugging me close. He was in tears. I hugged him back. " And I am sorry we left you with Kudo-kun. I know you love him Kaito-kun and..." he began. "It's fine Keibu." I said smileing. Aoko began to reconize my poker face having started taking training as a detective.
"Bakaito...maybe you should stay with him longer. You wanted to work with a detective as a magician if I remember after you retired as Kid. Its a idea and even if you don't confess he might be a good option as working companion. He's actually a private detective and prefers to stay out of the public eye." said Aoko. "True. Mori said he won't do it because he was attacked as a detective." said Keibu. I sighed deciding to litsen to their advice.
-A few Hours later-
Shinichi P.O.V
"So you returned." I said. "You act like you didn't think I would." he said. "I was unsure due to the poker face and your behavior. Ran said to let you be and wait it out so I did." I answered. "Why would you do that? Its not like the Meitantei that I have come to know." he said.
"Because...I didn't want to hurt you because..."
-Flashback-
I had told Ran what I said and what happened. She sighed. "Maybe you should tell him soon. It would be nice for both of you." she said. "And I am tired of you lieing Shinichi. You did it as Conan. Do you really want to hurt him too! He's a good person and I began to see him as a friend when he saved me and my friends numerous times so please...don't hurt someone like that...especially when they are so kind and careing." she said. " You obviously are ok with him." I said. "I am. I know Kuroba-kun would never hurt you." she said.
-End of Flashback-
"I didn't want to hurt you because I ended up falling for you and it hurts a lot when I see you in pain. Kuroba Kaito I am so sorry I caused any amount of pain for you." I said. Tears were now falling from his eyes. I gently wiped them away. "Shinichi...I...Fuck it!" he said laughing and kissed me softly on the lips. "I love you too dumb ass!" he said laughing.
I smiled hugging him tightly.
-Months Later-
Kaito P.O.V
We now lived together and were a couple. Since Shinichi couldn't cook I started cooking meals for him. I also asked Ran and Sera to send recipes at times and sometimes helped Sera out on cases as a magician but usually worked with my boyfriend. So now...that was my new life.
