FASCINATION, FIRE AND FEAR-7
Hello everyone. Thank you for all the reviews. It's good to know, that you are enjoying this story. I definitely have fun writing it. I predict maybe two chapters more in Scotland with our beloved couple and that will be it. Hope you will like it ;-)
On the next day, Charles woke up, not being sure where he was, or what was going on. He slowly opened his eyes, trying to protect it from the bright light, coming from the window. His head felt heavy and he couldn't even figure out what day it was.. It took him few moments to realize, that he was in Scotland with Elsie, visiting her family.
He looked around the room and his sight laid on Elsie, who was already awake and who was watching him with a clear amusement, written all over her face.
"Well hello there Mr Carson, I see that you finally decided to wake up...Good decision...It's almost noon..."
"Really? Really Elsie? Is it so late?"-Charles had a very dry throat and he was in a desperate need of the water...
"Here you are my love...I thought that you might need it..."-Elsie handed him a glass of water and he dranked it willingly. He felt relief, that as always, Elsie knew his needs before he could even articulate them.
"Thank you Elsie...How did you know that I needed a drink?"
"I simply know what Scottish alcohol does to people, especially English men, who are not used to it."
"You are a treasure...Can you please remind me, what exactly we were doing last night?"
"Not much Charles...You met my family, we had a nice dinner and then you decided to drink with my cousin's husband Angus. And basically that was it. Later we just came back to the hotel, although the proper name for that would be-I walked you down the hotel, as you were barely holding on your feet."
"Oh Elsie, I'm so embarassed...I'm sorry, it should not have been this way..."
"That's all right Charlie...I'm just glad, that you are here and that you are getting along with my family.. Never mind our romantic evening last night, or something that was suppose to be a romantic evening."
"We can always try to catch up now Elsie, if you know what I mean..."-Charles gave Elsie a kiss on the lips, which he hoped, to be an introduction to something more...
"Charlie..."-Elsie interrupted the kiss..."I'm afraid, that it is impossible for two reasons..."
"Which are?'
"One is that Emma and Angus invited us to lunch today and we should go now, if we don't want to be late"
"And the second reason is?"
"That before any romantic moments between us, you first need to brush your teeth my love, as I'm feeling like I'm kissing with the Scotch factory"
"So much for a romantic interlude..."
"Come on my old romantic...We need to take a bath, get dressed and go to Emma and Angus. We don't want to be late..."
Later, Emma and Angus house...
"I'm telling you...I thought, that I would need to help Elsie to guide you to the hotel...I have never seen a man in such state in my life...Charles, we need to teach you how to drink Scottish alcohol, or even more, how to be a good Scott!"
"I'm afraid that it's impossible Angus. Charles is a British through and through...There is no way to change him into a Scott..."
"I was wondering, how did you capture the heart of such perfect gentleman as Charles...I always thought Elsie, that by the end of your life, you will come back to us and marry Joe Burns..."-Emma was curious about Elsie's secrets..
"We knew each other for many years Emma. Charles and I worked together and through the years, we became best friends. I think that this is the best way to start a marriage, I would recommend it to everyone...Besides, even if I did come back here for my retirement, I'm sure, that Joe would be married by then...And not interested with me anymore.."
"He was interested in the church last Sunday, when he didn't let his sight out of you for the whole time, or when we met him in the shop few days ago...I would say he was very interested!"-Angus announced joyfully and Elsie felt, like she was blushing, seeing that Charles was watching her intently...
"Old times sentiment, nothing more...Angus, weren't you suppose to show the barn to Charles? We would like to go for a little walk later and it's getting late..."-Elsie wanted to end the dangerous discussion...
"Aye! Come on Charles...Forgive me, if I'm not offering you a drink after lunch, but you know.."-Angus giggled, whilst Elsie and Emma followed his example.
"I understand it completely. No hard feelings Angus..."
Charles and Angus went to the barn, with the children.
"Elsie, how did you make it last night with drunken Charles?"
"It was a new experience Emma, I won't deny it..."
"It's good to know, that old married women like us, can still have some new experiences with our husbands, huh?"-Emma laughed cordially and Elsie followed her example...
"True enough Emma. Although I'm not married for so long..."
"I forgot, you are new to the business...I take it that married life is treating you well? You seem very happy and you have that spark in your eyes, that I have never seen before..."
"I'm very happy Emma...Charles has his faults of course, but he is such a good man...Kind, fair, tender, caring...I couldn't aks for a better husband...I waited long time for him, but it was worth it..."
"You know what they say Elsie...Good things are coming to those who are waiting patiently..."
"Ain't that the truth..."
Later, during the walk back to the hotel...
"Look Charles...The sun is setting up so nicely...It indicates, that we are going to have a beautiful day tomorrow..."
"You know what else is beautiful? My very own wife...Elsie...You are my miracle..."-Charles took Elsie in his arms and kissed her with fervor, that took her by surprise...She clung to him and let him spoil her, with his full of love kisses...They were in a secluded place, where there were zero chances to meet anyone...So they could let themselves be free...
Their kisses were full of love, but also longing for each other...Last night, Charles's condition didn't allow them to enjoy each other and now was a good time for that, about time for that...
Elsie was receiving Charles's kisses and caresses with joy, momentarily forgetting, that they were still in the public place...She felt disappointed, when he suddenly backed down...She opened her eyes and she saw, that there was something bothering him...His face told her that at once...She could read him perfectly and knew all of his emotions...
"Charles, what's wrong? You seemed preoccupied? Is anything the matter?"
"Nothing much, but I can't stop thinking about what Angus said.."
"About what?"
"About Joe Burns. And the way he was looking at you in the church and in the shop...What was it Elsie? Tell me?"
"Charlie...Please...I didn't even realize, that he was watching me in the church and when we met in the shop, I was with Emma and Angus, we said hello and exchanged few quick sentences...That was all..."
"Yes, but why? Why is he still interested with you? He must know, that you are now married...How come he still has the courage to look at you that way? I don't like it..."
"Charlie...I don't know if he knows that and I couldn't care less...He is the past and you are my present and future...Besides Charles, do you really want to ruin such wonderful moment between us, by talking about Joe? Because I certainly don't..."-before Charles could answer, Elsie kissed him passionately, taking away all the illusions, of how she wanted to spend this night...And Charles happilly surrendered to this moment...
Her sweet kisses, so full of desire, made him weak in the kness and now they were both thinking only about one thing...To go back to their hotel room, as soon as possible...
When they closed the door of the room, their clothes were flying around it, as the unnecessary barrier between them...Very soon, they were both naked, panting heavily, caught in the throes of passion...
They both wanted each other so much, but Charles was surprised, by Elsie's raciness..It was not that she was passive in their love life till now, quite the contrary, but here, on this night, she seemed to loose all the barriers of shame and she was making love with him, in such passionate way, changing the positions during their act, that it led him to a very intense climax...Fortunately, it was as good for him, as it was for her...Elsie also found a very deep fulfillment...
For a moment after it, they were lying, trying to go back to balance...Charles was looking at Elsie with adoration in his eyes...There wasn't a day, or the night, when this woman wouldn't surprise him with something...Some of those surprises turned out to be very pleasant...
"Elsie...I hardly recognize you...Was this wild woman in our bed really my wife? You have never been so...so..."
"So what Charlie? Are you trying to tell me, that till now I was boring in bed?"
"Not in the least my love, but today you outdid yourself..."
"But you liked it that way?"
"Very much...In fact, I would want you to stay that way, but I'm curious why now?"
"Try not to be too inquisitive Charlie...I will just tell you this...That away from England, the Abbey, all of our problems, in my family village, I once again felt, like that wild, young girl that I once was..."
"In that case sweetheart, I'm seriously considering moving to Scotland..."
"You are Charlie? Well, let me give you few more reasons to convince you totally..."
Ding, ding! Elsie is wild in Scotland ;-) Poor Charlie, that woman is able to do anything she wants with him and he has to accept it. I think, that so far, they are enjoying their stay in Scotland, but there are troubles lurking around the corner. Nothing serious, but still...Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great weekend!
