I haven't updated this story in such a long time, I don't think it's dead because it's not :D

As the first light of dawn filtered through the curtains, Mina woke up, feeling the comforting warmth of Izuku's arm around her. Carefully, she slipped out of bed, her movements cautious to avoid waking him. She paused for a moment, her hand resting gently on her rounded belly, marveling at the life growing inside her. Every day brought new feelings, both physical and emotional, and the journey of pregnancy never ceased to amaze her.

She tiptoed to the kitchen, the cool tiles under her feet waking her up fully. The smell of fresh morning air mixed with the scent of blooming flowers from their small balcony garden. Mina smiled, feeling an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the life she was living. She started making coffee, the familiar routine grounding her in the present moment.

As she waited for the coffee to brew, Mina couldn't help but reflect on how quickly everything had happened. It seemed like just yesterday she was patrolling the streets as a hero, and now she was preparing to become a mother. The realization was both thrilling and a little surreal. She had always known that Izuku was the one she wanted to spend her life with, but the idea of bringing a child into the world with him filled her with a joy she had never known.

As she poured the freshly brewed coffee into two mugs, she heard the sound of the front door opening and closing softly. She turned to see Izuku's mother, Inko Midoriya, stepping into the living room. Inko had insisted on coming over regularly to help out, especially now that Mina was further along in her pregnancy.

"Good morning, dear," Inko greeted with a warm smile. "How are you feeling today?"

Mina smiled back, feeling a rush of affection for Inko. "Good Mirbubg! I'm feeling good, just a little tired. The baby's been quite active lately."

Inko chuckled, her eyes twinkling with excitement. "That's a good sign! She's already showing that she's going to be strong like her parents."

Mina nodded, handing Inko a mug of coffee. "I can't believe how fast everything is happening. Sometimes it feels like I just found out I was pregnant, and now we're so close to meeting her."

Inko took a sip of her coffee, her expression thoughtful. "Pregnancy does tend to go by quickly, especially when you're so busy. But you're doing an amazing job, Mina. You and Izuku are going to be wonderful parents."

Mina blushed at the compliment, feeling a swell of pride. "Thank you, That means a lot. I just want to make sure we're ready for her."

Inko reached out, placing a comforting hand on Mina's shoulder. "You will be. Just take things one day at a time and enjoy these moments. They're precious."

As Mina and Inko continued their conversation, they heard soft footsteps from the hallway. Izuku appeared, rubbing his eyes and adjusting to the morning light. He greeted Mina with a small, sleepy smile, but when he noticed his mother sitting at the kitchen table, his eyes lit up with joy and widened in surprise.

Inko hugged him back tightly, her eyes glistening with tears of happiness. "Oh, Izuku, I've missed you too! It's so good to see you, my sweet boy."

Izuku pulled back slightly, his face still glowing with excitement. "I didn't know you were coming today! This is such a great surprise."

Inko chuckled, gently patting his cheek. "I wanted to surprise you both. I've been on so many business trips lately, and I finally got a chance to come and see you two."

Izuku beamed, his joy evident. "I'm so glad you're here, Mom. It means a lot to us."

Mina watched the heartwarming reunion, her heart swelling with love for her husband and their growing family. She felt incredibly grateful for the strong support system they had, knowing it would only make their journey into parenthood even more special.

As they sat together, Inko couldn't help but bring up the most exciting topic on everyone's mind: the baby.

"So, how's my little granddaughter, Miyu, doing in there?" Inko asked, her eyes sparkling with anticipation.

Mina smiled, placing a hand on her growing belly. "She's doing great, Inko. She's active and strong. I can feel her kicking more and more each day."

Inko's face lit up with joy. "Oh, I can't wait to meet her! She's going to be such a special little girl. Have you two thought about what you'll need when she arrives?"

Mina nodded. "We've started getting things ready, but I know we have a lot to learn. Any tips you can share would be amazing."

Inko leaned in, her expression becoming thoughtful and nostalgic. "Of course! When Izuku was little, I found that keeping a consistent routine really helped. Babies love predictability, so try to create a schedule for feeding, sleeping, and playtime. And always trust your instincts. A mother's intuition is incredibly powerful."

Izuku, listening intently, couldn't help but blush as his mother continued.

"Izuku was such a curious and energetic baby," Inko reminisced, smiling fondly at her son. "He always wanted to explore everything around him. I remember having to childproof the house much earlier than expected because he was so eager to crawl and walk. And don't forget the importance of skin-to-skin contact. Holding your baby close helps them feel secure and loved."

Mina grinned, imagining little Izuku causing a whirlwind of activity as a baby. "That sounds like Izuku, always so determined and curious."

Izuku's blush deepened. "Mom, you're embarrassing me," he said, though his smile showed he didn't really mind.

Inko laughed softly. "I'm just sharing some wisdom, dear. It's all part of being a parent. You'll see—there will be so many moments where you'll look at Miyu and just feel overwhelmed with love and pride."

Mina reached out to squeeze Izuku's hand. "I can't wait for all of it, the challenges and the joys. Thank you, Inko, for sharing your experiences. It means a lot to us."

Inko patted Mina's hand. "You're very welcome, dear. And remember, I'm always here if you need advice or just someone to talk to. We're all in this together, and I know you'll both be amazing parents."

Izuku, still slightly red-faced, smiled gratefully at his mother. "Thanks, Mom. Your support means everything to us."

Mina, with her usual enthusiasm, leaned forward, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "You know, I think it would be so cool if Miyu inherited my acid quirk. She could learn to control it and use it in amazing ways."

Izuku, sitting beside her, smiled warmly and squeezed her hand. "That would be incredible, Mina. And, honestly, I hope she inherits your pink glowing skin too. It's so beautiful," he said, blushing slightly as he spoke.

Mina grinned and playfully nudged him. "Aww, Deku, you're too sweet. But seriously, can you imagine her with pink skin and green hair? She'd be the most unique hero ever!"

Inko, watching the exchange with a gentle smile, added, "She'll be special no matter what. But it's fun to imagine what quirks she might have. There's always a chance she could inherit a combination of both your quirks or something entirely new."

Mina's eyes widened with excitement. "That's right! She could have a blend of our quirks. Maybe she could produce acid with her skin glowing or even create energy blasts. The possibilities are endless!"

Izuku's mind raced with the thought. "And if she inherited my One For All quirk, she'd have incredible strength and speed. Combining that with your acid quirk would make her unstoppable. But, no matter what, we'll support her and help her develop her abilities."

Mina nodded, her hand resting on her belly. "Yeah, no matter what quirk she has, we'll make sure she knows how to use it responsibly and safely. And most importantly, we'll make sure she knows she's loved."

Inko looked at them both, her heart swelling with pride. "You two are going to be amazing parents. Miyu is lucky to have you both. And whatever her quirk turns out to be, she'll have the best support system."

Izuku turned to his mother, his eyes filled with gratitude. "Thanks, Mom. Your advice and support mean the world to us. And Mina, I just know Miyu is going to be as wonderful and kind-hearted as you."

Mina blushed, feeling the love and support surrounding her. "Thanks, Deku. I feel the same way about you. Miyu is going to be incredible, just like her dad."

As they continued their lively conversation, Mina suddenly nudged a little bit, her face contorting slightly as she placed a hand on her belly. Inko noticed immediately and looked concerned.

"Is everything alright, Mina?" Inko asked, her voice filled with motherly worry.

Mina chuckled, shaking her head. "It's nothing. It's just Miyu kicking a little bit."

Inko's worried expression melted into a laugh. "Sounds like she's already showing you her moves!"

The three of them burst into laughter, the joyful sound filling the kitchen. Izuku reached over and gently placed his hand on Mina's belly, feeling the tiny kicks of their daughter.

"She's got some strong kicks already," Izuku said, his eyes lighting up with excitement.

Mina smiled, looking down at her belly. "Yeah, she's got some spirit. I can already tell she's going to be a little hero."

Inko nodded, her eyes twinkling. "Well, with parents like you two, she's bound to be something special. And it sounds like she's eager to start practicing her moves!"

They all laughed again, the shared joy and excitement of Miyu's impending arrival bringing them even closer together. The future seemed bright, filled with love, laughter, and the promise of new adventures with their little hero-in-the-making.

Inko finished her coffee and stood up from the table. She turned to Mina and Izuku with a warm smile, her heart filled with happiness and pride for the family they were becoming.

"Well, I should get going," Inko said, her voice tinged with affection. She walked over to Mina and embraced her gently. "Take care of yourself, Mina, and take good care of my grandson."

Mina returned the hug warmly. "I will, Inko. Thank you for coming over and for all your advice."

Inko then turned to Izuku, pulling him into a heartfelt hug. "And you, Izuku, take care of Mina and Miyu. They are very dear to me also."

Izuku hugged his mother tightly, his gratitude evident in the embrace. "Thanks, Mom. I'll do my best."

"Alright, I'm off," Inko said, heading towards the door. "Take care, you two."

As Inko left, Mina turned to Izuku, her cheeks still tinged with a rosy hue. "She's right, you know. We're in this together, stubborn heroes and all."

Izuku smiled, wrapping his arms around Mina. "We sure are. And we'll figure it out, just like we always do."

Their embrace lingered for a moment longer, a silent promise of love and support as they embarked on the journey of parenthood together.
