Hello friends this is a Fanfiction of my own writing but there are some premises that I have taken as this is my first time writing a fanfiction by my own, so pllease support me.

"Hmm? A direct request from the Uzumaki Kushina herself? This isn't something that happens every day. What could he possibly need?" thought Tsunade aloud, opening the formal letter that had been written by one of her fellow Doctors.

In summary, Kushina had requested the aid of the most well-known medical doctor in Hidden Leaf City. Of course, she specified wanting Tsunade to be the one who assisted.

In the letter, she talked about how one of herz valuable patients, named Naruto Namikaze, had been suffering from a mysterious illness that she had been unable to cure. It wasn't a secret that out of all the Doctors, Tsunade Senju was the most exceptional in the medical field. However, Naruto's condition was unprecedented even for Tsunade, who had been treating patients for the last 7 years.

"What? This isn't some joke, is it?" sighed Tsunade, a slight blush creeping on her cheeks.

The Beautiful redheaded Uzumaki requested Tsunade to help inspect Naruto who had been dealing with significant pain in his crotch area for several days now.

"I'm going to make her face my wrath if this isn't serious!" said Tsunade, expressing her wrath and clenching her fist. Out of her goodwill, she didn't outright deny her request, begrudgingly writing back and asking for a private meeting before agreeing to any terms.

What Tsunade didn't know was what she was getting herself into. Naruto himself didn't even know what was wrong with his body, only Kushina was knowledgeable enough about the situation to figure out the truth. Naruto didn't have any special illness, but merely a huge case of blue balls, and desperately needed a release.

Considering the buxom blonde hadn't gotten the chance to inspect his symptoms, Tsunade was still clueless about this. The Kushiina on the other hand did, and connivingly found an excuse to reward one of her favorite patients with insurmountable sexual pleasure from arguably the sexiest woman known to her, renowned for her beauty and her strength. Famous for her history as the Legendary Sannin, and as a Hokage, she was also well-known for her salacious, extremely voluptuous figure that earned her envy from women and sexual thirst from men. It wasn't that Kushina was not attractive but in fact, she was downright the hottest Woman. The only person who rivaled her in beauty, booty, and charm was her best friend Mei.

The private meeting took place, and Tsunade couldn't help but notice the heat in Kushina's eyes as they talked about Naruto's condition. She sensed there was more to the story than what was being told, but she couldn't shake the feeling that there was something deeply personal driving Kushina's request.

A few days later, at the Konoha Hospital…

Tsunade, Kushina, and the man in need in Naruto were all present in the room.

"It's been a while, Kushina. So this is the Man special enough for you to come to Konoha to be cured, hmm?" asked Tsunade, eyeing down the Namikaze man who was going to be her client.

Naruto is a handsome good-looking, young, and tanned-skinned man. His hair was tousled in messy form with sun-kissed blonde hair. He was muscular and looked as intimidating as a Navy Seal, he was exceptionally fit, and his pectoral muscles were in full display with his unbuttoned shirt. Tsunade noticed that the overall physical makeup of her new patient was exceedingly powerful in comparison, not only he was nearly half a foot taller than her, but looking at his physique and strong bulking arm convinced her that this man had impressive stamina and overwhelming strength. In essence, everything about him screamed bigger in her mind. Tsunade admittedly has always been curious, having examined countless bodies from the hospital, it wasn't every day that she'd get to treat a fit man.

"Yes, his name is Naruto Namikaze."

"Hello. As my doctor says, my name is Naruto Namikaze." he introduced himself, and the way he spoke was formal and serious. He didn't seem like the type to engage in foolishness, meaning that there was a high chance that this situation wasn't a joke that was intended to waste Tsunade's time. She didn't believe that a busy woman like Kushina would willingly waste her time with a farce, meaning that she shifted her perception of this entire situation.

"I see. Naruto, you've been experiencing pain and discomfort in the area around your genitals, correct?" asked Tsunade, not even cracking a smile. The condition was certainly a first, but she wasn't inexperienced in having to see a man's private part before, considering her occupation.

"Well-"

Before Naruto could talk, Kushina stepped in and interrupted, taking the lead of the conversation seamlessly.

"Yes, we've tried multiple of our medical techniques, but nothing could figure out what his problem was. Only you, Tsunade, are capable of helping him. We have discovered certain treatments that help alleviate his problem, but none that have cured it. It will be of great help if you could assist us." proposed Uzumaki Beauty.

A convincing argument, Tsunade would benefit from this from a personal; standpoint. All she needed to do was cure this man of his odd illness, and that would be the end of it.

"His treatment isn't very simple, or else we wouldn't come seeking the help of one of the best Doctors in history. It requires a 24/7 around-the-clock treatment, he can't be left alone for very long. Tsunade, I need you to watch over him." Requested Kushina.

"W-What? This is why you've brought me here, Doctor?! I apologize for my disrespect, but I refuse to be treated by anyone but you!" expressed Naruto, adamantly refusing the help of someone from outside of his Family Doctor. He was very stubborn in accepting the help of anyone other than Uzumaki Woman.

"Oh? It doesn't seem like your patient wants my help, Kushina," responded Tsunade, almost feeling like her capabilities were being challenged, practically insulted by his vehement refusal.

"Maybe not, but you're the only one who can, Tsunade. Listen to me, Naruto. I'm saying this for your good. Trust in Tsunade, I promise that you won't regret it. She'll treat you better than any woman possibly can." said Kushina, patting Naruto on the back and also secretly cushioning her side boob on his shoulder. This action caused a change in his behavior the only person that he was loyal and indebted to, was the Uzumaki Woman after all. Naruto couldn't ever go against her advice. As she had practically saved his life from serious injuries. And on top of that, he was deeply in love with her.

Well, everything aside.

"Yes, Doctor." The muscular Namikaze Agreed.

"Hmph, fine. I'll take him on. I had no idea that this would require me to be with an unknown man for the entirety of my day, but I'm not one to back down from a challenge either. He didn't seem to think that I as a medic was capable, but I'll prove him wrong." stated Tsunade confidently, her hand placed on her hip with a beaming smile on her face.

"Wonderful. His symptoms grow worse at random intervals in the day, which explains the necessity to be by his side at all times. I trust you to take care of him, Tsunade." said Kushina, giving Naruto a slight nudge forward, taking a step closer to the nursing office almost as if to say that he's in Tsunade's care now.

"A-Alright, if that's what you wish," he replied.

And thus, Tsunade and Naruto found themselves in an unexpected situation. For the time being, for an undetermined amount of time, they would be stuck together like glue, until they could finally cure him.

"It'll be my pleasure, Naruto. I hope we can get along," said Tsunade, reaching her hand out for a handshake, to which he reciprocated.

"Y-Yes."
