Omega Outpost 25

A Shau Valley, Vietnam

"Welcome to 'nam motherfuckers!" Lego shouted as the Requiem Strike Team made it to Vietnam, in a small village outside of the Omega Outpost the group would be infiltrating in an attempt to rescue Samatha Maxis. "We're out of Teyvat with this one!"

Apart from Lego, Gregori Weaver was also present, despite being one of the commanding officers for Requiem. He was present due to an emotional attachment and bond he had with Maxis and being somewhat invested in the rescue mission for her, which Lego greenlit because fuck it, he doesn't take this shit seriously, and neither should you.

Alongside Weaver, there was a Captain Johnathan Price from the Modern Warfare series. While he shouldn't be here timeline wise, unfortunately Modern Warfare 3 (2023) released before this dibshit series could finish, and with all playable operators from MW2 (2022) and MW3 (2023) being useable in Modern Warfare Zombies, a direct tie-in and sequel to this storyline, fuck it, he's here now. Oh, and then there was the Captain Price operator available in Black Ops Cold War anyway, but we're using the MW3 (2023) Price for this.

This story is going to be priceless one day.

"Our objective is to find Samatha," Weaver reminded, before looking back to locate the fourth member of the Strike Team. "...hey, where's our fourth?"

"Probably already at the Outpost or something," Lego said, shrugging as if it didn't matter. "Still wish I could've gotten the homies back together, but some of them got too cool for us." He let out a sigh, clearly a bit disappointed. "Pity. Would've been fun to get the gang back together."

"The fuck are you on about?" Price questioned as he and Weaver stared at the crazy author.

He turned around before shrugging once more. "Fuck if I know. All I do know is that if any of you pieces of shit touch my RAI K-84, I will kill you. There is no meme. It is mine. Fuck off."

"Yaaaa!" A zombie screeched as it popped up, before Lego shot it in the head with his M4, before it exploded violently into a puddle of blood, baffling the two normal soldiers at how his gun caused the zombie to explode.

"How in the hell did you do that?!" Weaver questioned.

Lego held up the side of his gun, showing off the golden face of someone on the side of the gun. "This is the Bravado Blueprint for the M4 from Modern Warfare 2, and by extension Modern Warfare 3," Lego answered. "To put it simply… that's what it does. It explodes any and everything into a puddle of blood. Humans included."

"And your gun can do this, why?" Price asked.

Lego pulled out the magazine, before showing off the bullets inside. "Because Tracers, and it's meant to be like the Heat Vision lasers that Homelander from The Boys fires from his eyes. I mean, this is his gun after all."

Weaver and Price had a moment where they simply looked at each other, before eventually shrugging as regardless of what guns he used, they were still going to be killing zombies to try and rescue Maxis.

"Where's Ravenov? We're supposed to be meeting up with him here," Weaver asked as the zombies slowly started to appear in the small village, prompting the team to start by knifing the walkers.

"Da, I would be over here," a voice with a thick Russian accent said over the radio. "In the main building."

Walking over to an opened building that was once a functioning bar, the team saw Ravenov was behind a window in a locked room, sitting in front of a computer terminal, wearing a bloodied white tank top and army pants. However, what was most notable was the fact that his right arm was in a sling. Bandaged up here and there, but he was still alive and kicking.

"I can't tell if you look worse here, or in 30 years from now," Lego commented.

"Ah, the time traveler," Ravenov commented as he looked at Lego. "Weaver mentioned you. Whatever comments or remarks you have, you should save them for later. The future is far off, and I am in no rush to approach it, however dangerous it may be." Looking at the rest of the Strike Team, Ravenov added, "You have a job; saving Maxis."

"Eh, what's it matter if she's just gonna banish herself to the Dark Aether once this all is over?" Lego replied, sounding very indifferent to saving her whilst Weaver and Ravenov looked at him, alarmed.

"What the fuck did you just say?!" Weaver questioned.

Lego merely turned and gave him a thumbs up. "Don't worry about it." Lego then pulled out a weird magenta colored crystal and smacked his gun with it, causing it to glow instantly as the crystal went into the M4. "Behold, a Packed-3 Legendary M4."

"I… aren't we supposed to work towards that?" Price questioned, dumbfounded by how Lego just skipped most of the necessary steps to acquiring these weapons.

"Am I an American?" Lego asked Price, making him pause as he considered his question.

"Yes…"

"Am I a time traveler?"

"Yes."

"Do I look like I give two shits after how long this bullshit has been going on?"

"...no, not really."

"Then shut the fuck up and take this Ray Gun case," Lego said as he pulled out a case that had the Ray Gun wonder weapon inside of it.

"Where did you get these things?!" Weaver questioned.

"Modern Warfare Zombies," Lego answered. "Trust me, it's stupid easy. Oh, and I'm only doing this because I started this chapter before the next Genshin Impact one, so consider you fucks lucky I'm even speedrunning this shit."

"Well, it would be nice if we got this done quickly," Weaver said as he took the Ray Gun.

"Amen," Price replied.

"Glad you understand," Lego said, before chucking a can of PHD Slider at Weaver. "Now drink this can!"

After a series of… equipping random shit since the author doesn't care about this short story anymore now that Black Ops 6 is announced (which goes to show his upload schedule since this sub-series started when Modern Warfare 2 (2022) was released, let that sink in), they eventually made their way to Omega Outpost 25.

"Alright," Lego began as he turned off his radio. "So we need to turn on the power, then we can ignore Peck for a while and do some easter egg steps so we can get Maxis out of the Dark Aether."

"Well well," came the voice of the scientist known as Peck over the radio. "If it isn't the rest of Requiem. What a pleasant- I'm sorry, what'd you say?"

"Eat a bag of dicks," Lego stated as he turned his radio back on for a moment, before pausing. "...actually, don't, we kinda need you alive in about 5-ish years for when the Gulf War starts to save Weaver's sorry ass."

"Oh great, now I'm gonna get captured," Weaver remarked dryly. "What's next? The world's gonna end?"

"That already happened," Lego said.

Weaver and Price just started at Lego, dumbfounded for his nonchalance and indifference. "...I'm going to kill you," Weaver stated.

"I call dibs!" A new voice said, before the three turned to see Alucard from Hellsing. "For he is the one who summoned me in broad daylight!"

"Who's that?" Weaver questioned.

"I thought you knew him?" Peck asked over the radio. "Or is Requiem oblivious to their own organization members?"

"That's Count Dracula- I mean, Alucard from Hellsing," Lego said. "He's a vampire."

"I thought they burn up in the daylight," Price remarked.

"Not this one!" Alucard said with a maniacal laugh, before actually yawning.

Lego pulled out a clipboard. "Yeah, he's immune to the daylight, although apparently it just makes him tired," Lego said, with Price and Weaver peering over his shoulder to see what Lego was reading.

"The hell is Level Zero?" Weaver questioned, reading a different part of the paper on the clipboard.

"Yes," Lego replied as he dropped the clipboard and it faded into a pocket dimension.

Price and Weaver looked back at Alucard who was inspecting his two pistols, before Weaver asked, "And you hired a vampire… why?"

"The homie," Lego said as he held up an image of the conversation he had with Tale, suggesting to bring a vampire along on page 189 of the PMs between the two.

"What's this shit about Castlevania?" Price questioned as he looked at the images which reference Castlevania.

"Oh, cuz there's an Alucard in Castlevania," Lego answered. "Except I think he's the son of Dracula in that series… something like that."

"Don't remind me of Dracula," Alucard shouted. "Asshole couldn't wait for me to finish grilling Dio a new one."

"You're not Rustage," Lego replied as he looked at Alucard who was referencing Alucard vs Dio… the rap battle by Rustage featuring Shwabadi and Connor Quest!.

"Shut up!"

"Anyways, TO POWER!" Lego shouted as he lifted up his M4.

Pacing feels off and weird when writing this, so I think this is just a good spot to end the chapter.

Two chapters in the span of a week? What?

Don't get used to this. This is likely… not gonna be a common occurrence. Also, fun fact: this chapter was started in FEBRUARY, and it doesn't even have 2000 words.

Anyways, see you all in… whenever the next chapter is.
