Ten days ago, the DA and Sergeant Duke Lukela approached Steve with the delicate problem and pointed out they had a problem in the past when disposing of the evidence, such as the drugs being switched out and replaced with sugar and guns going missing during transportation. So the three departments and the Captain of the SWAT Grover made an executed plan.

"Police department's disposable motorcade heading on to Pali Highway". Charlie's voice came over the radio.

"Roger that. Keep this channel open, please." Sergeant Duke Lukela of the police department said over the radio.

Charlie Fong and Eric checked every disposable drug bag to ensure it was a genuine article. Along with Bambam and Bombom from the military CIS team on the island repacking it and marking it for disposal. Each of the evidence was carefully examined and documented. They worked tirelessly to ensure and secure each piece of evidence for disposal.

The day started as an ordinary day, and everything ran smoothly without security issues until they hit the Pali. Funerals escorted by motorbike police officers requested to overtake the disposable motorcade. Duke's voice stated, "CSI fong, we have a funeral precision making its way towards you".

Fong made the judgement call, "Okay, let it pass" The disposable motorcade pulled over in the direct line on the side of the road coming up on the exits on the Pali.

Fong watched as the first motorbike police officer passed notice the officer was wearing his vest and wondered, Kevlar on a funeral? Fong's voice came over the radio, "Everybody on alert. I don't like..." he never finished the sentence. Just as hers with the body parts of the motorcade, the car came from the wrong side of the exit and slammed into the hurse.

Cause chaos in the middle of the pali with gunfire? When the smoke was clear, a frantic woman was crying about a baby that had slammed into the hurse.

Fong checked on Eric as he had targeted the Kevlar and had done its job called the bullet. He was having a hard time breathing. The sergeant at the home base had already called for paramedics and left to check on his office at the scene.

Steve and his team arrive at the scene within minutes of the attack. Danny was with his nephew while he was getting checked up by the paramedics. "his bP, 140 over 100, chest contusion from the impact of the projectile which took the wind out of him. If his lungs for collapsed, he has been blue by now."

Eric's first concern was Officer Kaimi Aka. The police officer who was escorting the motorcade unfortunately expired during the gunfire. Officer Aka was the one who welcomed him to the island and showed him how to have balance in life. He was ready to work and find justice for Aka and his young family. "Aka had gotten shot, not before he had taken out a tyre," he tells Steve and Fong.

Steve moved away from them and informed the office and Fong's people who had arrived at the scene, "They shot out a tyre, let get a search a one-mile radius, probably already in a safe car. Let's check the streets for tread debris."

Steve made his way to Noelani Cunha, who was kneeling over the fallen officer's body. "Aka got one in the head. You can tell his family he wants quick."

Steve said, "Shouldn't have to tell them that at all!"

The parametric came to Steve to inform him, "The baby boy checked out fine. However, the mother took a Bullet to the upper left shoulder. She wants to bake you a cake. So, I give her my address." Steve was on a first-name basis with the paramedics from Queens Hospital because Steve had been numerous times.

Danny joined Steve and Fong and told Them, "100 disposals, never had a problem like this before today."

Danny pointed out, "taking the drugs out of evidence and checking it to ensure no one did a switcheroo. We should burn it at HQ."

Fong said, "That's a great idea, and you find me the budget to buy an industrial incinerator."

Danny said, "This was classified op. Someone was in on the secret?"

Chin said, "No such thing as a secret on the island Danny, only useful information."

BamBam and Eric were working the scene and stated, "Creepy the engine, still running," the two were standing next to the old hurse.

BamBam replies, "You should be there when we pull one of these out of the water it night" Take a photo of the marking the evidence.

Fong stated, "The car is stolen," looking inside the car, he could see the ignition.

BamBam asked, "You baste this on what evidence?" as she ducks out a bullet from the front tyer.

Fong pointed out, "Based on the screwdriver in the ignition." he took photos of it and added, "Without the key, the screwdriver completed the circuit". Chin and Kono had joined them by the car.

Bambam said, "Well, stealing cars is their side job. This right here is a death talent." holding out the bullet that she had just dug out.

Chin said, "These have not been sold commercially since 1997."

Kono said, "The ambush party must stockpile their bullets."

Steve was with Noelani Cunha while looking at one of the motorbike officer bodies and stated, "I will all topsy this one first," pointing to one of the fake cops from the funeral party.

Steve said, "COD pretty clear to me," standing next to the body with his hand crossover his chest.

Noelani Cunha stated, "We need an old topsy to ascertain our fake cop's physical condition."

Steve said, "Prison tattoos."

Noelani Cunha said, "I'll dust for the prints and get it to Kono to run through the system and see if she can't get a release date and an ID."

Danny came over to where Steve was talking to Cunha and said, "911 just got a call from a vet reporting a van near the pier."

Steve said, "Let's check it out, and I will call Luo and the SWAT." Steve called SWAT as the team walked over to their vehicles. Five 0 left the scene and headed over to the pier.
