AN: Updating this while I'm on a break at work so I didn't get a chance to proof read this so sorry for any major spelling or grammatical errors.

One by one, each class was introduced. She frowned at how many eyes were on them. As she looked around, she found Shinso walking ahead from his class, making himself stand out slightly. Their eyes met and she waved, flashing him a quick thumbs up which got him to smile slightly.

"This year's representative, Katsuki Bakugou!" Midnight pronounced. That made everyone in class 1A freeze. They all prayed in their heads that he would act like the complete opposite of himself, but their hopes and dreams were quickly crushed.

"I'm gonna win." He declared, not bothered by the negative reactions from the crowd or other students. Miwako was the only one laughing, their eyes met when he turned to give the student body a thumbs down. His eyes traveled down slightly and a scowl pulled at his lips.

His eyes moved back to hers, urging her to do something. Her hand reached up and grasped onto her necklace and that was when it clicked. She pulled the two beads off and placed them in her ears. Once he saw that she did it, he looked away.

Everyone gathered at the start line, some stretching out their muscles in preparation for the race. There were people shoving others to be in the front, and she easily let herself get shoved by the crowd, using it as a smokescreen to place a mark on their clothes. She stayed still as they all ran into the tunnel creating a bottleneck just like what happened during the press break in.

"Just what is Uzumaki doing?! She knows how races work right?" Present Mic yelled over the speakers.

As the tunnel became less crowded she walked in, getting out of view from the cameras before she felt for one of her marks that was a little farther ahead. "Miwako!" Kirishima cried to her left. She waved before starting an easy jog towards the next obstacle. As she ran she kept an eye on the people around her. She knew that the first two rounds were to weed out the majority of the competitors. She made sure to brush past as many people as possible as she ran.

She raced across the tightropes without slowing down. Present Mic leaned in closer to the microphone once he caught onto her form. "Uzumaki! How did you get so far ahead? Look at her just running across the fall without a sweat. That girl's got balls of steel."

"What are you doing?" Miwako slowly came to a stop by Midoriya. She looked at the piece of armor in his hands and the slowly growing pile of mines. She laughed loudly once it clicked in her mind. Midoriya jumped in the air after securing the straps to his hands and she asked "Hey wait, how are you going to land?"

A look of horror came over his face. All he was able to say before getting shot into the air was "I forgot!" Miwako coughed as she swiped the air, trying to clear out the smoke.

She continued jogging across the minefield easily avoiding detonating any of them. She didn't want to use her quirk openly so early in the game. She knew at least two people would put together how she got ahead so quickly without actually running.

She crossed the finish line in the 30s. She watched as they all tried catching their breaths. She looked at Kirishima and saw he was more well off than a majority of the students there. Once he caught her eye he raised both hands to give a big thumbs up. He could tell that her brutal training method obviously worked by comparing himself to the other students.

"The top 42 will be continuing participating in the cavalry battle next! Each participant will form a group of 2-4…" Midnight as the umpire explained the rules of the game. Everyone turned to stare at Midoriya the second the points were posted on the board behind her.

Midnight finished explaining the rules and everyone quickly broke up to find a partner. Miwako walked around, all the groups making sure to brush up against them slightly as she tried finding her own partner. She looked around where she was standing to see if she knew anyone and she smiled. "You wanna partner up?"

Shinso turned around and looked at her. "Don't you want to stay with your classmates?"

"Nah, I wanna branch out a bit." she said, "so what do you say?"

"Sure, why not, we just need two more teammates then."

"Nope! It could be just us if you want, I can easily carry you."

Shinso looked at her skeptically. He never saw her use her quirk during the race so couldn't figure out if she was telling the truth or not. "What's your quirk?"

"I can teleport to any mark I make in less than a second, I can take people with me too. It'll be easier for us to get around if I only have to focus on bringing you with me." She explained. "What about you?"

"Brainwashing." He looked away expecting her to say something negative about it.

"That's so cool. No wonder you couldn't pass the entrance exam, that fucking sucks." She said, as she thought of all the ways she could've used that useful ability. God if only she was able to brainwash people her life would be so much easier. It would be a piece of cake getting information she wanted.

"You…you don't think it's villainous?" Shinso asked, shocked.

"Why would I think that?" She asked, genuinely confused.

Shinso relaxed and smirked. "Never mind, it was a stupid question."

"M-Miwako!" Midoriya called as he ran toward her with a pink haired girl and Uraraka close behind him. "Please join our team." He begged. He knew if he had Miwako on his side, they were sure to keep 1st place.

Miwako pointed at Shinso with her thumb, "Sorry Izuku, I already have a team." She was about to pat him on the shoulder for support, but he suddenly dodged out of the way, eyes wide as he stared at her in suspicion. She raised her hands in a surrendering motion. "Caught me, but I already have you marked, remember?"

Midoriya let out a small screech as he tried to touch his back between his shoulder blades as if that would get rid of it. She laughed as she pulled Shinso away. "What was that about?" He asked.

"The marks I use, I need to touch the object to mark it. Izuku knows that, but somehow forgot that he already has one." She explained.

"So what I'm hearing is that all these people are fucked and we could easily win." Shinso said as he looked around. Now that he knows, he could spot little marks of ink on everyone around them in very inconspicuous places over their clothes.

"That is exactly what I'm saying."

Shinso climbed onto her shoulder when she kneeled onto the ground. Even though she said she could easily carry him, he couldn't believe it until he saw it. "Even though we could get straight to the top no problem, we should stay out of sight for a while and sneak up on them all. Stay in the middle pack to conserve our energy for the finals." He said as they waited for the final countdown.

"Are you sure? It wouldn't be a problem for me to avoid people if you're worried."

"Nah, I want to observe too so lets just sit and watch."

She didn't say anything more as the teams all scrambled for points. Neither of them flinched when one team ripped the headband from Shinso's head. It was pandemonium in the field. At the minute mark, she told Shinso as she got ready to attack the other teams.

She came face to face with a boy from class B that she never met with and she smirked. "Boo."

The boy screamed as she disappeared to the next team, this time from behind. The other teams didn't even notice the missing headbands as Miwako and Shinso's points increased rapidly. "How are you feeling up there?" She asked.

"I'll apologize in advance if I vomit on you." He was nauseous and not used to the rapid shifts in his field of vision.

She laughed thinking he was joking because she couldn't see his face from her position. "One last team and then we're all good,"

Once the time ran out she bent down so he could slide off her shoulders and she started rotating her arms, attempting to stretch the sore muscles. "We make a pretty great team don't we?"

"I didn't even use my quirk the entire round."

"Well, that just means you have an edge in the next one."

"Thanks for helping me, Uzumaki."

"Eh, it's nothing, we're gonna be classmates eventually right? There's a disgusting pervert I want you to replace." She said as she glared at Mineta.

He gave her the biggest smile she's seen on his face since they first met. "Definitely."

She walked to go to the cafeteria when a hand shot out and grabbed her arm. "Come with us." Todoroki said as he let go and turned around without saying anything else. She looked at Midoriya with a raised brow silently asking him if he knew what this was about. He just shook his head as he looked at Todoroki in concern.

She stuffed her hands in her pants as she walked behind them, curious as to what he wanted to talk to them about. They stopped in the entrance way for the student and faculty exit. She half listened until Todoroki asked Midoriya if he was All Might's secret love child.

Midoriya was panicking. "No that's not how it is! I mean even though I'm disagreeing, you probably don't believe me but All Might doesn't have a son! He-I mean that's just not it."

Miwako smiled through the pain as her eye twitched. Izuku…you IDIOT!

"You said, 'that's not how it is' implying that there is something between you two."

Her eye twitched harder as she bit her tongue. I'm going to kill you, Izuku.

Todoroki looked at her next. "Are you All Might's secret love child?"

"What is with your obsession Todoroki? Stop saying 'secret love child', I'm not his offspring." She said, technically not lying.

Miwako slowly calmed down as Todoroki spoke of his family and the way he grew up. While Midoriya was looking more and more pale at what he went through, her face stayed passive. It wasn't anything new to her. Political marriages were especially common back in the hidden villages, using children as tools to further your own agenda even more so.

"Goddamnit not another avenger type." Kurama groaned in agony. She snickered and hid it behind a cough.

Miwako sat in the stands bored as she watched the first match. "No way, what's Midoriya doing? Miwa, what's that guy's quirk?" Kirishima asked next to her.

"It's brainwashing, if you respond to his question, he has you under complete control." The whole class was listening to her, and they were shocked. They couldn't imagine how strong a quirk like that was.

"Oh no Deku." Uraraka mumbled as she clasped her hand over her mouth, watching him slowly start to walk towards the edge of the arena.

Miwako sat up slowly and narrowed her eyes at Midoriya, there was something going on with his power. It felt almost like multiple people in one body. Like he was a vessel. She never once felt that from All Might or even from Midoriya himself before that day. She made a note to herself to ask him about it later as the matches continued.

Everyone in the crowd flinched back at the sudden appearance of ice, they were shivering in their seats as they waited for it to melt. "What the fuck Todoroki." She said as she rubbed her arms trying to keep warm

"H-here." Kirishima said as he placed his jacket around her, now shivering even more violently than before.

"Eijiro, you don't have to-" She started to reject but he shook his head, and wrapped her tighter.

"What k-kind of a m-man would I be if I let a g-girl stay cold?" He said holding up one hand to give her a quivering thumbs up. Neither noticed a pair of vermillion eyes glaring at their form.

It was finally her turn and Miwako stood in the middle of the area facing Mina. "No hard feelings right?"

Mina was feeling confident. She knew that Miwako wasn't allowed to bring any of her weapons with her during the festival, if she kept her at a distance using her acid, she could potentially force Miwako out of the ring. Distance was key. "No hard feelings!" She cheered.

Her self assurance was quickly snuffed out when immediately shot forward the second the match started. Mina tried to divert her course, putting acid in between them, but Miwako was more dexterous than she accounted for as she ducked, weaved and jumped between her attacks.

Before she knew it Miwako was barely an arms distance away as she reared her arm back for a heavy punch. Mina was lucky as it barely flew past her cheek. Acid pooled into her hands, but she hesitated causing Miwako to be able to spin around, kicking her in the abdomen.

"Mina, don't hold back, burn me if you have too. There's pros out there watching, make your mark on them before the match ends." Miwako said encouragingly as she stood still, waiting for her to recover.

Mina looked at her, scanning her face to make sure it was actually alright. "Ok, if you're sure!". She pooled acid into her hands once again and tried to attack. Miwako let her show off her abilities to the crowd as she slowly positioned Mina closer to the boundary line without her noticing. Grabbing her arm, even though the acid was pouring onto her skin, she didn't let go as she threw Mina out of bounds. Once she was named the winner, she walked to Mina's side and offered her a hand up. They walked out of the area arm in arm.

"What a great show of sportsmanship from our girls of class 1A folks!" Present Mic screamed.

Miwako broke away from Mina to get a drink before going back to the stands. She stood in front of the vending machine contemplating what she wanted.

"You girl, why haven't you been utilizing your quirk?" A loud angry and demanding voice asked from behind her.

Before even turning about, she could feel the heat of the flames and put the pieces together on who was behind her. "I don't think that is any of your business, Endeavor." She said as she put money into the machine and finally picked what she wanted.

"Show some respect."

Lazily turning around, she took long sips of her drink, staring directly into his hate filled eyes. She took as much time as she could, reveling in how easy it was to make a grown man upset. "I'll show respect to those that show it to me."

"You haven't done anything to deserve my respect."

"Neither have you." She said cheerfully, "so I guess this conversation is pointless." She turned to walk back to her section when he continued to talk behind her. "If you prove to me your actions at the USJ weren't an exaggeration, I will sponsor you myself as Shoto's betrothed."

That made her pause, chuckling darkly as she looked behind her shoulder. "What a load of shit. Keep your money and influence old man, I don't need it."

She ignored his shouts as she walked away. It seemed like she was gone longer than she thought or the last match ended quickly, because she saw Kirishima walking toward the entrance, muscles taut in equal parts excitement and nervousness.

"Eiji!" She called as she ran to catch up to him. He turned at her and she could see the stress leaving his body. "Miwa thank god! I was hoping to catch you earlier to talk about my match, but couldn't find you."

"What are you so worried about? You trained hard for this moment."

He sighed, running a nervous hand down his neck. "It's just…the guy from class B and I have such similar quirks. Makes mine feel almost lame."

He reared his head back in pain when she landed a blow with her fist, knocking him out of his self deprecation. "Eijiro Kirishima, don't you ever call your quirk lame again. Remember what we worked on the past 2 weeks, remember everything I said. Since that guy has the same quirk, what do you think his strategy is going to be?"

He took a moment to think hard before answering, sweating as he tried recalling every single one of her words of advice during training. "He's going to fight head on, like I would."

"That's right, and he normally uses his quirk on his entire body all of the time, what does that tell you?"

It was like inspiration struck at her words. Kirishima stood tall, about to answer when he was interrupted by his introduction. He ran out of the tunnel, but made sure to throw a large smile over his shoulders at her. "I got this!"

"Damn right you do. Knock his teeth out Eijiro!" She screamed, causing him to sweatdrop and mumble. "I don't think that's very nice to say as future heroes." It's times like these when I realize how you and Bakugou could be such close friends.
