WARNING: Starting from this chapter there will be more steamy scenes. The smut is approaching! If anyone is uncomfortable with it I will always mark steamy scenes even if they are not full smut with an asterisk (*) so readers can skip past it. She was leaning against the tub, head tilted back for Bakugou to wash her hair again. By evening the next day at the latest, the stitches could be taken out. They sat in silence until Miwako asked him a question that had been on her mind for a while. "Katsuki, now that you know my past, does it change how you view society? How you see villains?"

His hands paused in her hair as he thought about her questions. There was a sharp frown on his face as he thought about what his immediate answer would have been. He remembered Best Jeanist saying that heroes and villains were two sides to the same coin, but that's not entirely right. If there were no villains there would be no need for heroes, but without heroes, villains would run amok. Or would it be that there would be no villains either without heroes to challenge?

He remembered Itachi's story. He was the classic villain, but when you dig deeper and look underneath the underneath, you found someone so devout to their home, that they made the ultimate sacrifice. Those at the top were nothing but puppets for those that were pulling the strings in the shadows. Heroes save people, heroes win, and villains always lose is what he thought. Villains were the bad guys, the ones that abuse their powers, but isn't that what he did to Midoriya this entire time? Abuse his powers, and bullied someone below him.

Villains were murderers, liars, and thieves. Wasn't that what the person sitting right in front of him did for 16 years of her life? Was she a villain too? He didn't realize his breathing started accelerating during his internal struggle for the answer until he felt warm hands on his cheeks. His eyes refocused and saw dazzling blue.

"Breath Katsuki." Her thumbs softly stroke the skin under his eyes. "You'll figure it all out in your own time.", her voice barely above a whisper. He focused all his attention on her, on her words, and he remembered why she was here with him. Why she chose to be a hero in the end. "I'll help you." He said, "We'll make this a better place, for everyone."

Her eyes crinkled as she smiled. "Thank you, Katsuki." Maybe it was the fact that he was still a little lightheaded from his near panic attack, maybe he was trying to seek some kind of comfort after his worldview was shaken and put into question. Maybe he realized how much he appreciated her. How she never doubted him, how she was always there to hold out a helping hand, how she started feeling like home without his notice.

He leaned forward slowly, giving her time to pull away from him if she wanted. He stopped a hair's breadth away from her lips, he could feel the warmth of her skin barely against his own. Is this what they wanted? Did they want to change their relationship this way? Neither knew who moved to close the distance, but their lips met with a soft press.

There were no fireworks, no nerve-striking spark, but it was right. It was coming home from a long day, it was like laying in the sun, basking in its warm glow. It was like a missing piece clicked into place.

They parted for a second, staring into each other's eyes to see any hint of regret, of doubt, but there was none. They closed the distance again, lips moving in sync. Miwako's hands slid from his cheeks to the back of his neck, pulling him closer. His hands gripped her hair harder, tilting her head back for a better angle.

They broke apart for hair, foreheads pressed tightly together. "Does this change things?" She whispered.

"I don't kiss just anyone." He said and she didn't know what else to do but nod. He grabbed the towel and dried her hair as they got ready for bed. That morning when she woke, she felt something pressing into her thigh. She froze, it wasn't the first time, they got used to it pretty quickly. It was natural, there was nothing wrong with it, but after the kiss, she didn't know what to do.

He could feel how stiff she got and pulled her closer, "Relax, just ignore it." he grumbled. She untensed her muscles and laid her head back down on his shoulder. "What are we?" She asked something she should've done the night before.

"You're mine and I'm yours. That's all I know, we can figure it the fuck out as we go." His answer made her softly laugh. That was so typical of him, but she appreciated it. "Ok."

They stayed there until it was time for them to get ready for the day. Nothing about how they acted changed. He still scowled and yelled at her, she still teased him. No one could tell that their relationship has shifted, all but one. Best Jeanist could see the slight lingering glances they would give each other every once in a while.

That day they asked if they could use the training facilities at Genius Office and they were granted permission. Miwako grabbed some cloth and tied it around Bakugou's eyes for reflex training. She made sure her steps were loud at first and movements slow so he could get used to moving without his sight and slowly got faster.

He was doing well for the first time, which she wasn't surprised at. He tended to be able to pick things up pretty easily. They did that for an hour before taking a short break. "How does your chakra work exactly?" He asked her after taking a swig from his water bottle.

She explained yin and yang chakra and the different mixes will create different jutsus. She wasn't able to show him wall walking in person since there are cameras inside the training facility. He had a contemplative look as he thought over what she said and looked at his hands. He's been wanting to find a faster way to travel, seeing the speeds several of the top heroes use, he needed a way to keep up with them.

"If I can condense my explosion and then release it at a single point do you think that would make me faster?" He asked

"Hmm, like a balloon? If you fill it with air and then let go it would go flying but if you fill it with air and just pop it it wouldn't really go anywhere. That's not a bad idea actually. You wanna try?"

He nodded and got up again trying to keep a tight grasp on his explosion before letting go but it kept going off before he wanted them to. He screamed in frustration and let off several blasts to release his rage until another idea struck. If he could focus his quirk on one area, that would give him more precision, power, and range when fighting.

Miwako sat on the sidelines watching with a fond smile, he always seemed to know how to improve his quirk. Best Jeanist walked up behind her. "He's something isn't he." He said as they watched Bakugou create another ultimate move.

The next several days passed without another incident. Each day, Best Jeanist would do their hair and talk them through the next lesson he wanted them to learn before they left to train themselves. Each night, she would pull him into her mind for more anger management lessons before bed. It was the last day of the internships and she was rummaging around Bakugou's bag for a clean shirt to wear.

"The hell are you doin'?" Bakugou asked as he towel-dried his hair. She pulled out his black skull shirt and held it triumphantly. "I don't have any more clean clothes, you burned the last pair so suffer the consequences." She kicked him out of the bathroom so she could take her shower. She walked out once she was done and Bakugou couldn't stop staring. His shirt was big on her, covering the tops of her thighs, making it look like she wasn't wearing any pants.

He knew they only just started whatever they were now, but he couldn't help but to admire how she looked, wanting to be closer to her. He had no plans on actually crossing a line, knowing it was way too soon, but it honestly felt like they had been in a relationship for so long. The kiss they shared the previous night, had started a craving for her that he didn't know he could have. It was too short in his opinion and he wanted more.

He grabbed her hand and pulled her onto the bed under him. "Wear my clothes more often." demanded as he settled on top of her. She laughed as she wrapped her arms around his neck, tilting her head slightly. "Should I now?"

He rolled his eyes and pulled her hair slightly, lowering his head, "Don't be a brat." He pulled her into a heated kiss, wiping her smile away as his lips moved against her own. His hand moved to grip the back of her neck as his other hand moved down her body, before hiking her leg higher on his hips. The sudden movement and grip on her thigh caused her to gasp, giving him the opportunity to slip his tongue onto her mouth.

The hand on her thigh moved again to her lower back, pulling her closer, grinding his growing erection into her core. He swallowed her moans before lifting his head slightly, her face covered in a blush as he reveled in the sight, a small smirk on his face. He dipped his head down, gripping her hair to tug her head out of the way as he started biting and sucking her neck. Her moans were more vocal now that there was nothing muffling her. He left red marks in his wake as he slowly moved down to the top of her chest, once he got as far down as his shirt collar would allow, he stopped.

He captured her lips in his to pull her into a soft kiss before slowly disentangling their limbs as he sat up, a tent clearly formed in his sweatpants. As much as he wanted to continue, it was enough for now. "I'll go shower real quick. Get comfortable." he said as he swooped down for a quick peck before going to take an ice-cold shower. She lay there panting slightly, and covering her burning face with her hand before pulling the covers to hide her from view. She could hear his small laugh as he walked to the bathroom.

When the internship was over, she brought them back home without having to use the train. It was still daytime so she went to see if All Might was free to spend the day with her, but he was busy working. She wasn't tired yet so she went outside and sat eating a popsicle stick on a roof, overlooking the city.

The smell of burnt cigarettes and campfire wafted around her. "How'd you get up here stranger?" she asked before turning around, already knowing who it was behind her.

He smirked as he sat down next to her with one leg dangling over the edge and the other pulled up to his chest where he rested his arm. "I could ask you the same thing, doll. Shouldn't you be at home safe and sound?"

Miwako shrugged and licked the section of her hand with melted popsicle running down it. "I can protect myself."

"Oh? That seems pretty overconfident of you sweetheart."

She scoffed "You don't know me. What's your name by the way? I can't keep calling you stranger."

"You can call me Dabi or even Dadd-"

"Yeah no I'll stick with Dabi" Miwako finished her popsicle and started to chew on the wooden stick. "So what are your plans for the rest of the day?"

He quirked a brow at her "Are you expecting me to tell you some grand villain scheme?"

"No, you idiot. It's called making conversation. Ya know if you don't have plans do you wanna go ice skating with me?"

It took a few seconds for him to process what was just said, "Are you, a wanna-be hero asking me, a villain, to go ice skating?"

"Mhm don't worry I'll pay for the shoe rentals. You look pretty broke."

They were kicked out of the ring since Dabi couldn't stop melting the ice around other people to laugh at them when they inevitably fell. Miwako didn't find his antics amusing since she genuinely wanted to ice skate. "I'm going to kill you if I'm not allowed back."

Dabi laughed as they made their way back on top of another roof "You're pretty strange ya know that?"

Miwako turned to him with a straight face. "I try not to judge at first glance. I don't know you and I definitely don't know why you chose the path you did, but until I do I can at least treat you like a normal human being. Everyone's so quick to judge now that it gives me whiplash just thinking about it. Don't spread this around too much, but I think Stain's ideals are at least half right. He was shit about his execution, no pun intended, but the thought was sound at least."

Shock washed over his face but then it quickly washed away into a pleased expression. "Then why not join us doll? You would be a useful spy."

"I will never join you. Simply because I believe your methods are idiotic. Society needs to be rewritten, there is no doubt about that but it won't happen if you scare the public. As much as I believe civilians are naive I know I need them to be on my side to sow the seeds of change."

Dabi was impressed by this little UA student. Shigaraki wanted her dead along with the green-haired boy for standing up to him, but she was turning out to be more interesting than he thought. "What do you suggest we do then princess?"

"Start small. It isn't like we could burn this world away and build something up from the ashes. No, there will be fighting and inevitably there will be a martyr that would give strength to the opposers. You have to make it seem as if it wasn't your idea. You need followers that don't even know they are following villains. You need the righteous ones to voice your thoughts thinking that it was their original idea all along."

"Should you really be telling me all of this? I could easily take your advice and run with it."

Miwako smirked at him. "I'd like to see you try. I don't think you have enough influence. No matter who wins in this war though, because war is coming, I will be the one to build the new society in my own image."

"The Hero Commission would never allow that if your side wins."

"I don't have to worry about them. When I'm done, they will be scrambling to win back the public's favor."

"You know."

Miwako narrowed her eyes at that and gave him a closer look. There is something in his eyes she couldn't quite grasp. It was almost like he was also searching for something in her own gaze. "Bought or stolen"

The grin that split his face almost made her worry that his staples would be ripped out. Flames flickered in his eyes and his hands started to smoke. "Aah, so you do. This has gotten even more interesting. I was taken for your information. Tell me dollface, how much did you find?"

"I got a list of names, and a few facilities but they quickly packed their shit and ran." If he was one of the ones that were taken, who was he? Miwako started to mentally go through the list of names in her head, only a few had profile pictures and none had burnt skin and black hair. She also thought about his quirk, blue fire. Flame-type quirks weren't that common.

Wait a second, the first time I met him he was buying black hair dye so it isn't natural.

Looking back into Dabis's bright blue eyes, the image of a little boy with eyes the exact same shade with white hair instead of black flashed in her mind. It felt as though she was hit with lighting as a name spilled out of her mouth before she could stop it.

"Touya Todoroki"

Dabi was ecstatic. Here was a little girl who figured out something no other pro had in years. "I'll tell you what dollface, I'll get you the location of some of the old facilities and we become partners."

Miwako was hesitant "Partners for what?"

The flames in his eyes flickered menacingly. "Anarchy"

She tore through all the information she had gathered in her room that night. How did a hero's kid turn out like him? She knew his home life left much to be desired, but Todoroki didn't turn out like him. There wasn't much information to begin with, so she searched online instead. There was a news article of a park catching fire one night, close to the date he was abducted, but it didn't make sense.

If the commission knew he was a Todoroki, why not give him back? How did he escape in the first place? Did they know the entire time that he was Dabi and never said anything? There were too many unanswered questions for her liking.

The entire next day was a blur for her. Her classmates could tell something was off, but every time they asked, she would just say it was nothing or that it was because she didn't get enough sleep the night before.

Bakugou could tell though that it was something else. He caught her glancing over at Todoroki multiple times during the day and got angrier as time passed. Even Midoriya's new and improved moves didn't faze him as much as her despondent attitude.

She was changing in the locker rooms when a shiver ran up her spine. It was her pervert alert that she gained after spending so much time with Jiraiya. She looked around and spotted a hole in the wall. She focused her hearing and heard Mineta on the other side.

"Girls! Mineta's trying to peep on us. Katsuki DO SOMETHING!" She screamed as she tried to tug her shirt on. Before Jirou's earphone jacks could go through the hole, loud explosions rocked the walls and Mineta's pained screaming could be heard.

They all sighed in relief and Yaoyorozu made some putty they could stick through the hole to cover it up. She finished getting dressed and left the changing room to head home. She wasn't expecting Bakugou to be outside waiting for her.

"Hey, the hell is goin' on with you?" He growled as he pulled her aside after school. She shook off his arm and tried to assuage his concerns. "It's nothing, just got a lot on my mind." Her words did the exact opposite of what she intended as his eyes narrowed. "Does it have anything to do with fuckin icy hot?"

"How did you…?" She trailed off as his gaze grew more intense. "It's not like that." She said once she realized what he was thinking. "It's just hard to explain right now."

"I thought we got over your secret-keeping bullshit already."

"We did, but I just need to confirm some stuff before I tell you. It's quite a lot." She said, "I need to go, but I'll call you tonight ok?" She pleaded with her eyes for him to let it go for now. He clicked his tongue in annoyance but stepped back from her. "You better tell me soon."

She nodded and pecked his cheek. "Of course." she left to go find Dabi, going to the same locations she last saw him in and looked around. She spotted him rounding a corner into the alley and followed. "Hey!"

Her shout caught his attention as he looked back "Are you here about my deal dollface?"

"Not exactly, I want answers." She said as she placed a hand on his arm and their surroundings changed. She moved them to her private cabin in the woods. Dabi was shocked at first, but quickly relaxed, regaining his nonchalant attitude. "I don't think heroes are supposed to kidnap people."

He walked around the cabin, taking everything in. He moved the blinds aside to look out the window and all he saw were trees. "Where are we?"

"My private cabin, no one but me comes here. I figured it'll be the perfect place for us to talk without any prying eyes or ears." She sat down on the couch and pointed to the kitchen. "Feel free to get yourself some snacks or drinks, you look like you haven't had a proper meal in a long time."

He walked to open the fridge and pulled out a bottle of water. There wasn't much in there since she hadn't been here in a while, but she had chips in the cupboards that he gladly took before making himself comfortable on the couch across from her and gesturing to her to start talking.

AN: Hey guys, I'm going to be honest I'm not really proud of this chapter but I wanted to post something. Someone close to me is going through major health issues currently and all of my energy is going towards taking care of them and paying the bills. I just wanted to warn you that the next few chapters might not be up to par.
