"Woah, there's a Summer camp for super-kits, Rockie. Did mama and papa Marshmallow say it was okay for me to go." Rocket heard Casey asking hin making him chuckle at her words. It was the last day of school for Casey making her excited but curious about what they'd di during the summer so hearibg about a special summer camp for kits with powers like her surprised her. She was still adjusting to Raccoon-Earth so was excited about her first Summer here seeing Branchie quiet guessing Groots or Grootcoons couldn''tgo. "Uh-huh they signed you up so that way, you can do Raccoon Girl stuff safely and safely as the Avengedoobs run this camp every summer." Rocket told her seeing Casey excited just as their parents entered.
"I guess Rockiectold you aboht what's happening this Summer. When we foubd out, we figured it was perfect for you and you'll make friends like you." she heard Rocket Senior tell her as Casey smirked eating breakfast but fihished in tine so she and Branchie wouldn't miss the bus joining Crystal at the bus stop hearing shewas going To Sorcery Camp making Casey excited for her best pal as they sat together on the bus talking as other kits talked and laughed while the bus drove onwards toward Midtown Elementary for the last day of school before Summer.
After cleaning out their lockers, Casey and her classmates were in class colouring while listening to storycasts so Casey was drawing her as Raccoon Girl heading to the Avengcoons summer camp which Branchie and Crystal foubd awesome pkys their teacher was handibg out envelopes which had their repirt cards. Casey felt a lil anxious in case not all her grades weren't good feeling Branchie squeeze her paw gently reassuribg her it would be okay seeing her take deep-breaths which relaxed her so her powers wouldn't cone out, or reveal she was Raccoon Girl.
The class then counted down the last few minutes of school stampeding outside when the bell rang as Casey left the school getting on the bus with Branchie and Crystal thinking but her train of thought was derailed as their stop came up getting off going to their homes making Rocket relieved she and Branchie were home seeing her pull out the envelope the teacher had given her making hij smirk knowibg what it was seeing her scrunch up her furry snout which was something she did when anxious or thinking guessing she was nervous, about what her report card would say like when her parents had went to Open House feeling Rocket squeeze her paw gently.
"Hey I know you, you do yoyr homework and ace tests. You've got this Raccoon Girl." he told her giving her a confident grin seeing her fly upstairs but Rocket had something exciting to tell Branchie remembering her sadness about Casey going to Avengecoons summer camp. "I talked to your pops and he told me there's a Groot summer camp on yoyr home world, Planet X. Would you like to go." he told her seeing her excitedly agree making Rocket chuckle. "I'll tell yoyr pops right away and he knows you're a Grootcoon." he told her seeing her go upstairs to her and Casey's room seeing Casey in her beanbag chair wearing her headphones.
"Ohhhh hey Branchie, what did Rockie wanna tell you." she asked her. "I am Groot, I am Groot, I am Groot." Branchie told her. "That's awesome you get to go to Groot summer camp. Are you gonna be okay." Casey told her.
"I am Groot." she told her making Casey nod hoping she could handle going to summer camp without Branchie taking deep-breaths hearing Casey and Rocket's parents were home hearing them excited guessing they'd seen her friend's report card so Casey was flying downstairs seeing her dad hug her ruffling her fur hair saying how proud they were of her and her grades seeing Rocket wink at her.
Casey and Brandhie got into bed the next early morning after Casey had been on patrol along with stoppingva subway train which made her have bruises and cuts knowing her parents were going to freak seeing the door open seeing her dad entering seeing the owies getting the first aid kit making the female super-kit sigh as it wasn't different from getting cuts and scrapes when skateboarding. "No buts kiddo. Your mom and I heard aboht you stopping that subway train on the morning news." he told her in a gentle but firm tone making her sigh guessing this was why he was freaking out, bedause her and Rocket's jom had flipped out despite her thinjing it was no big deal.
She flew downstairs seeing their mom hug her insisting she was fine, but let her flip out as she promised not to do Raccoon Girl stuff until she went to camp surprising Branchie hearing her promise which also stunned Rocket. "At least I8: still going to camp that's what softens the blow of that promise." Casey told hij and Brandhie feeling her phobe sensing it was Crystal and she'd seen the morning news but her paw hurt which had bandages around it trying to be brave like her bro.
