The thunder rumbled in the distance, but the sky above was still clear. Rapunzel looked out over the small valley, and could just see the clouds over the tops of the nearby hills. It was the direction of the lights, but her birthday wasn't for another month. Perhaps the storm would move toward the valley. Thunderstorms were always fascinating, and such a nice change of pace. It was the one time when she really enjoyed being inside and not going outside. She could watch the storm approach, and once the wind and rain arrived, close the shutters, and be safe.
