Academy of Olympia

The three teens still stood adjacent to the mystical field.

They were all contemplating their decision...would it really be best to blindly walk through that field?

"Should we really do this guys?" Barrett questions the other two.

"Well..." Geleel trailed off as he scratched the back of his head.

"Come on guys, we can't deny it, this is...destiny, we didn't get dragged all the way here to run away now, besides, what do we really have to lose?" Izabella questioned as the boys gained wary expressions.

"A lot actually." Geleel responded as the brunette placed her hand on her hip and gave him a tired stare.

"Okay, okay, let's go, together guys." Geleel said as Izabella smiled before they turned and cautiously began walking through the field.

As they walked through the field, they seemingly phased right through as they all closed their eyes.

They all opened their eyes as they took in their surroundings, everything was so clean and white...the pillars, the marble floors...

"Woah, so medieval." Barrett said in awe.

"Dude, this is wayyy before medieval times, trust me." Izabella said as she was also in awe.

"Don't be afraid children." The woman from earlier stated as she presented herself to them.

She was an elderly woman, but despite her gray hair and slightly wrinkled skin, her body was fit and her eyes were still bright and vibrant, the woman wore her hair in a bun.

"I'm Ms. Herra, you must be Geleel." The now dubbed Herra stated as she offered Geleel her hand.

"Herra? Like the immortal Goddess Herra?" Geleel questioned her as he shook her hand.

"Wow, you sure know your Greek Mythology well, as expected of a descendant to Achilles." Herra said with a smile as she walked past Geleel, the latter smiling slightly, he had finally accepted this, it was no dream, this was REAL.

Plus...he just shook hands with Herra! THE Herra.

"And you must be Izabella." Herra said to Izabella who smiled at her.

"The one and only." The girl answered as Herra returned the smile.

"Ahem." Herra then cleared her throat to capture Barrett's attention, the latter jumped slightly as he was caught messing with the field.

"And you are Barrett I presume." Herra affirmed as Barrett nodded at her.

"Barrett Helsel man." He stated with a firm salute.

"We don't do that here." Herra stated as they all formed a half circle in front of her.

"So what is this place?" Izabella questioned Herra.

"This is the Academy of Olympus, but this, this is the special part of the school, where you will learn about your destiny." Herra informed them as they all gasped.

"Ugh! I have to go to school-ack!" Barrett exclaimed as Izabella nudged him in the arm.

"Seriously? Out of everything she said, that's what you took away?" She then questioned him.

"Wait Herra, what do you mean by our destiny?" Geleel questioned Herra as he stepped forward a bit.

"Oh my, so many questions, 3 more of you will be arriving soon, but you should begin right away, there is no time to waste." Herra stated as she began leading them forward.

Geleel was conflicted as he walked between Izabella and Barrett, Izabella seemed to be curious about the new environment, and Barrett was an interesting character, judging by his inept nature of touching any and everything he saw.

However, Geleel couldn't quite wrap his head around something, what were they supposed to be doing? Was anyone going to explain the giants? The attacks? This was all simply too much...

Later...

Herra had led the teens to some sort of lounge.

There were two individuals sitting at the main table...arm wrestling.

Upon entrance they all noticed one of the people to be a woman with brown hair, though hers was slightly more rusted than Izabella's, the woman also also had a very lean and muscular frame which was clad in a green long dress, and her distinct golden headpiece made her stand out even more.

The man sitting across from her seemed to be much older, judging from his gut, though his arms were rather muscular, he had a light caesar haircut.

"You should lay off the donuts Hesphaestus! You're getting soft!" The woman shouted as she slammed the man's fist against the table, winning the contest much to his dismay.

"Children, I'd like you to meet Athena and Hesphaestus." Herra introduced them as she gestured to Hesphaestus and the now dubbed Athena.

"Hello!" Athena greeted them as they all waved.

Hesphaestus immediately stood up as he briskly made his way towards Barrett.

Barrett lurches as the man drops a heavy palm onto his back.

"Hey! Hey! Look at you!" Hesphaestus shouted with a hearty chuckle as he drew Barrett in for a firm embrace.

"Why are you so unnecessarily firm with your hugs?" Barrett questioned the man as the latter continued laughing.

"Why are all the Gods of mount Olympus here? In the school?" Geleel questioned Herra, who had walked away from the group to pet her Peacock.

"It is safer for us here, it also helps us stay closer to you kids, it is so we can do everything in our power to protect you from Cronus." Herra informed them as Geleel gasped at that name...Cronus was the titan God of time...he was here? On Earth?

"Cronus?" Geleel questioned Herra in a wary tone as with a wave of the latter's hand, a green hologram appeared of Cronus in the middle of the room.

Everyone turned to see the staunch man, as he was very muscularly built, had a goatee, mostly gray hair with streaks of black in it...but perhaps the most tantalizing thing was his cold crimson gaze that loomed over them...even as a holograph.

"That guys insane." Izabella stated cautiously.

"For 4,000 years, Cronus was imprisoned in the underworld, but when the planets aligned on New Years Eve, he was able to draw enough cosmic energy to escape..." Herra revealed as with another swipe of her hand, the hologram disappeared.

The teens shared wary expressions at this news...Geleel was especially devastated, he was so excited about the planets aligning...he'd never think that them aligning would allow someone like Cronus to escape.

"This must be why my clock stopped directly on new years for about 5 seconds..." Geleel said to himself, he wasn't aware that Athena had heard him.

"That's because thanks to Cronus, all time stood still." Athena confirmed his theory.

"Just long enough time for him and some giants to vamos." Hesphaestus added in.

"So...what does this have to do with us?" Izabella questioned as she walked up to Geleel.

"You guys have to stop him." Athena answered flatly.

"Stop him from what?" Geleel questioned, they had yet to allude to Cronus' motives.

"From destroying the world." Herra cryptically answered as she walked back down to them.

They all turned to her after she dropped that bomb on them...

"Cronus used to rule the Earth...he was King of both Gods and mortals alike...he wants to rule everything again and...well, let's just say he's not a very benevolent ruler." Herra stated; an air of edge laced her words.

"And all of you think WE are meant to stop him?" Geleel questioned once more, he still couldn't quite grasp that.

"Right on sonny!" Hesphaestus shouted as the three teens began looking towards eachother.

There's no way they had the right idea...

"It is your destiny, the Oracle has seen this, you represent the new generation of heroes...descendants of the Great Achilles." Herra began as she gestured to Geleel.

"Athena." She continued, gesturing to Izabella.

"And Hesphaestus." Herra finished as she finally gestured to Barrett.

"Woahhh; so we're actually related-related?" Barrett questions Hesphaestus before sitting down next to the heavy set man.

"Well, think of me as your great, great, great, great, great and a few hundred more greats in there...grandpa." Hesphaestus finished with a chuckle.

"Wow." Barrett said with a smirk plastered on his face.

"Well, let's see what you kids are made of, shall we?" Athena questioned as she walked up to Izabella, both of them wearing smirks the entire time.

Geleel looked over this newfound information, things were getting serious way too quick.

Later in the afternoon

Athena and Hesphaestus were both giving Izabella and Barrett their own individual tests right now.

Izabella was running around the track that was wrapped around the indoor gym they were all in.

"Not bad kid." Athena complimented as she clocked the teen.

"Okay sonny, do this." Hesphaestus stated as he waved his hands and two bolas appeared in his hands.

"Woahhh, how did you do that? Can I do that?" Barrett questioned as Hesphaestus arched a brow.

"Uh duh? You're my descendant! Now do it will ya?" Hesphaestus questioned Barrett as the latter nodded and began drawing in deep breaths.

"Okay, here I go!" He exclaimed as he waved his arms...only two rubber ducks appeared.

"What the..." He trailed off as Hesphaestus stifled laughter.

"Okay...maybe we should work on tha-" Barrett cuts him off.

"That was awesome! I didn't know I could even do that...I wonder if this would work with some money..." He trailed off as Hesphaestus arched a brow at that.

Geleel watched both of them as they were experimenting with their powers, he noticed Athena had activated some impromtu hurdles to the track, Izabella easily jumped over them.

The goddess then began shooting discs at Izabella, the latter easily evaded them and even caught the last one.

"Nice job Izzy!" Athena complimented her as Izabella ran up to her.

"Ya know, you coulda warned me about the discs." Izabella informed her.

"Ehhh, where's the fun in that?" Athena questioned her.

Geleel watched in utter confusion, Barrett could make things appear out of thin air...Izabella was so fast that she was barely a blur...what could he do? He didn't have any special powers or abilities like they did? Why was he here?

"Why am I here? I can't do any of the things that they can...the destiny must've rolled the dice wrong on this one..." Geleel trailed off to himself.

"You sure can't." Herra stated as she snuck up on Geleel causing him to almost jump.

"But you are the leader Geleel." She continued her point, whilst resting her hands on his shoulders.

"Their faith rests in YOUR hands, as does the faith of the rest of the world..." Herra reminded him as he felt his chest heave a bit at that.

How was he supposed to lead a team and protect the world with no powers? It just didn't seem possible to him...

"Ms. Herra...with all due respect, this is just too much to take in...I..." Geleel trailed off before letting out a defeated sigh.

"It is a lot for one night, you all must be tired and in need of rest, come, we have a place for you to stay." Herra reassured them as Barrett and Izabella tuned into her.

"What about our families? I know my mother is losing her mind worrying about where I am right now." Geleel reminded Herra.

"Don't worry...it's all taken care of." Herra stated with a wink, the teens looked at eachother once more...what the hell did that mean?

No time to dwell on that...they would have to go check out the new place they were staying at.

Outside

The three teens walked down the sidewalk to their new place as they were all having extremely mixed feelings about their newfound destiny.

"This is actually insane bruh...I'm not who she thinks I am...I'm just a kid from New York City trying to make in life, I ain't a hero." Geleel said as he shook his head.

"I don't know Geleel, you saved me from that giant..." Izabella reminded him as he stopped...which then forced the other two to stop.

"Yea well...that was..." The dreadhead trailed off, he didn't know how to explain that.

"Instinct?" Izabella answered for him as they continued walking, the apartment was right in front of them now.

"Alright, look, you guys know who you are, you can make things out of thin air and you can run faster than the speed of sound and hunt..." Geleel stated exasperatedly as he gestured to them individually.

"Me? I'm basically nothing..." Geleel trailed off as they stood in front of the apartment.

"Woahhh! Don't be so rough on yourself dude, the GODS have to know what they're talking about right? They wouldn't pick you for no reason." Barrett tried to reason as Geleel paid him no mind and continued brooding.

Izabella sighed before gesturing to the apartment.

"Well here's our place, who's this Artemis, that's supposed to take care of us?" Izabella questioned as Geleel crossed his arms and leaned on some rails.

"She's the goddess of wild animals." Geleel answered flatly.

"Woah...how the hell does that even work? Can she like control all wild life or something?" Barrett questioned as Geleel opted not to answer the question, the latter simply didn't feel like explaining the Artemis lore.

"Say, how do you know all this stuff anyways?" Barrett questions Geleel who sighed for the umpteenth time today, he really didn't want to get into his backstory now of all times.

"Cereal boxes or something...listen, you guys go ahead in, I need to clear my mind or something." Geleel stated as he didn't even wait for them to say anything, he simply walked off down the sidewalk.

Izabella and Barrett shared a look of pity, sure they all still hardly knew eachother, but compassion wasn't hard to come by, they had powers and Geleel didn't...they'd understand why he'd feel obsolete or useless compared to them.

Unbeknownst to them all, even Geleel himself, the latter was harboring a power that was untapped...

"Well, let's go inside." Izabella ushered Barrett into the apartment.

A little later...

The two teens sat inside the apartment as they had got acquainted with the place pretty swiftly, it was a basic place.

They had also made themselves familiar with their caretaker, Artemis.

The platinun haired woman was clad in some silver armor and a battalion skirt.

Her bright blue eyes shone with light as she placed some food onto the table for the kids to eat.

"Thanks!" Barrett shouted as he began chowing down on some pancakes.

This was Izabella's first plate...and Barrett's 4th...

"Dude...you're a bottomless pit." Izabella said as he paid her no mind and continued enjoying his food.

"I see cooking for you will keep me busy...would you like some eggs?" Artemis questioned Barrett who nodded eagerly.

Izabella then tasted her waffles as she immediately understood why Barrett loved the food so much...it was...Godly...no pun intended.

"I though you were the goddess of wild animals, not the goddess of the most amazing food ever." Izabella stated as Artemis chuckled and removed her armor, revealing a black tanktop and black tights to match.

"Oh come on, cooking is...fun!" Artemis shouted as she drew out her sword.

Izabella's eyes widened as the goddess sliced atleast 14 pieces of toast with one swing of her sword.

"Toast?" She questioned them before sheathing the sword.

"Uh, na, I'm good ma'am." Izabella said with a chuckle as Barrett eagerly reached for the toast.

Artemis chuckled before handing him the entire plate.

"Oh by the way, did Geleel tell you guys where he was headed?" Artemis questioned them as they both shrugged.

She then hummed...it was getting rather late.

Geleel

Geleel was walking down the street boundlessly at this point, he only stopped when the light at the end of the corner prompted him to do so.

"Stupid Gods...wasting my time telling me about some destiny...pssh, Izabella and Barrett can handle that, I'm going ho-" Geleel cuts himself off as he heard a loud roar followed by the screams of numerous civilians.

He immediately snapped his head towards it, it was another one of those giants! The blue one to be exact!

The giant was just in the middle of the street terrorizing the drivers.

The blue oaf grabs a car and swings it towards a wooden electrical post.

Geleel noticed that the post had began falling and a woman was right under it.

She would not be able to move away fast enough...

"Look out!" Geleel shouted as he lunged at her, tackling her out of harms way.

He then swiftly lifted the woman to her feet and ran into an alley.

"Are you okay?" He questioned her as she nodded swiftly.

Geleel then peaked out to notice the giant roaring irately and everyone behind him was running and screaming.

The dreadhead then rolled out of the alley to face the much larger beast who snarled at him.

Geleel then noticed a wooden plank on the ground right next to an exposed wire, no doubt surging with electricity.

The giant charged as Geleel used the wooden plank to raise the wire up and throw it at the giant.

The oaf's eyes widened in terror as the electricity immediately surged through it's veins and it fell to the ground with a pain cried.

The creature immediately stood up with a fear filled expression before turning and jumping away in fear.

Hm, it would appear those guys were wimps once you showed them you weren't afraid, Geleel thought.

He was then brought out of his thoughts when he heard the crowd of people cheering and clapping at his bravery...it caused the dreadhead to be a bit shy though...he never had this much attention himself.

"Thank you, young man." The woman he had saved stated as she walked up to him.

"You are very brave." She complimented him before running over to her family who was ready to accept her into their arms.

Geleel watched her run back with a smile plastered on his face...that felt...good, to say the least.

A gnawing thought then came into Geleel's mind.

Those giants...they always seemed to somehow know where he and the others were...but how?

It was time to find out Geleel thought as he noticed the giant's footprints.

He then immediately began running in that direction with a determined gaze on his face, he wanted answers.

Docks

Geleel had finally caught up to the blue oaf...their hideout was the docks of all places?

The dreadhead heard the giant making it's incoherent noises as he moved in a bit closer to eavesdrop.

"What? He's here?" He heard an unfamiliar voice question the beast.

Geleel then hid behind a barrel as he then got a visual of the individual who was speaking...

And that's when the boy's blood ran cold...it was Cronus, standing right there on the docks, four other giants around him.

Worst of all, it would appear the God of Time was certainly aware of Geleel's presence.

"Okay, okay, come on, it's just a couple of giants and a deranged immortal God...I can take em alone..." Geleel said to himself as he prepared to go face them.

"Yea...no, not today and not ever." Geleel stated as he swiftly got up and began running back to the school.

He would certainly need Herra to help him with this one.

School

Geleel paced around Herra's sanctuary in the school as the latter was petting one of her many beautiful Peacocks.

"Geleel, what a pleasure to see you." She stated sweetly.

"You know Artemis was beginning to worry about you, right?" Herra questioned him as he huffed.

"I...I only came back here to say bye..." Geleel trailed off as Herra was taken back by this...she knew he was skeptical but...damn.

"I just...I'm just not the hero you think I am, okay?" Geleel questioned her, but before the conversation could continue, a knock on the door drew both of their attentions.

"Come in!" Herra shouted as the door opened to reveal a middle aged man...but when Geleel noticed that the bottom half of his body was that of a horse; he instantly knew who this was, Chiron the centaur.

"Herra...Geleel, I have some very grave news to deliver-" Chiron is cutoff by none other than Hermes.

"Hey! I'm the messenger God! I deliver the messages!" Hermes shouted as he flew into the sanctuary.

"What is it?" Herra questioned in an annoyed tone.

"The Typhoeus has escaped!" Hermes shouted as Herra gasped.

Geleel heard that name before...if his memory served right, that creature was very dangerous.

"It cannot be..." Herra trailed off.

"Actually, it was freed." Chiron corrected Hermes much to the dismay of the latter.

"By Cronus, most assuredly." The Centaur added in.

"So what? Cronus is just gonna let that thing loose on New York without a care?" Geleel questioned.

"Yup pretty much, unless ya know, someone stops it." Hermes said with a shrug.

Geleel growled as he rubbed his temples and left the sanctuary.

He began pacing around in the hall...what could he do? On one hand he did not feel like he was cut out for this...on the other hand, if the Typhoeus destroyed New York...it would be on him.

"Damn it." He said to himself as he continued pacing.

"Geleel! You're here!" Izabella shouted as Geleel failed to notice her and Barrett walking up at first due to how upset he was.

Here...was he even here?

"No, I'm actually not staying here, you were right Izabella...this is just some random ass dream...I'm not doing this." Geleel stated firmly as he exited the school without another word...leaving Izabella and Barrett confused and lost.

"What's up with that?" Barrett questions aloud.

"I'm going after him." Izabella stated firmly before running out of the building.

"Hey! Wait up!" Barrett shouted.

A little while later they had swiftly caught up with Geleel who silently stormed down the street, he knew they were following him though, how could he not with Barrett breathing down his back?

"Will you two stop following me already?" Geleel questioned them as he stopped.

"Not until you tell us what's wrong." Izabella stated with a cross of the arms.

Geleel then huffed in her direction.

"Ya know, I saw Cronus...actually looked him in the eye at some point..." Geleel said as he clenched his fists...his arms were unconsciously shaking, whether it was fear or adrenaline was uncertain.

"Woah look at you bro, balls of steel aye?" Barrett stated as he nudged Geleel.

"No Barrett, I was SCARED man, fighting a damn immortal God just shouldn't be on our todo list, we're just kids damn it...I can't do this." Geleel stated firmly as he began walking away again.

They immediately began following him again.

"I don't know G man...this all seems to make sense to me." Barrett tried to reason.

"Me too, it-" Geleel cuts Izabella off.

"Yea it's easy for the guy who can manifest things out of thin air and the fastest girl on this planet to say that." Geleel said as he deadpanned at the ground ahead of them.

"Oh my goodness...look, you know all this Greek history, right? Who is Achilles? Your ancestor, what did he do?" Izabella questioned Geleel who stopped an arched a brow at her, what was she getting at?

"He was the hero of Troy...he led Greece to victory in the Trojan war..." Geleel answered her.

"And how did he get there? By being a quitter?" Izabella questioned Geleel who finally had nothing to say...he couldn't combat what she said at all.

"No...no he didn't." He answered curtly as Izabella smirked, she had him now.

"Listen, now that we know that Cronus wants to destroy the world, we can't just walk away from this, come on Geleel." Barrett urged Geleel who sighed in thought.

"You know what...you're right, this is our destiny, the only thing between this city and total destruction is us...let's do this." Geleel stated as Barrett now smirked.

"Well, let's head back to the school shall we?" He questioned Geleel who shook his head.

"Nah, there's something we need to take care of first...this way." Geleel stated confidently as he began leading them down the block.

Izabella smiled to herself, they finally got him.

Docks

It was now close to sunset as the trio found themselves sneking around the docks.

"It looks like Cronus and the giants are gone..." Geleel trailed off as he noticed they weren't in the spot they were yesterday...the docks were vacant.

"We just need to make sure the Typhoeus is here and that it doesn't get to the city." Geleel reminded the other two teens.

"Well, if what you said about this thing is true, a huge, fire-breathing giant with wings shouldn't be hard to find, right?" Izabella questioned Geleel as they all stood up.

"Absolutely right, now let's go look-woah!" Geleel exclaimed as Barrett stopped him with a pull of his shoulder.

"Holdup! If we find the giant fire-breathing demon thingie, what uh, what do we do?" Barrett questions him.

"Yea, we don't exactly have any...weapons..." Izabella trailed off before she alongside Geleel turned to Barrett.

"Wait, guys, I'm still working on my abilities, I don't know how to make super powerful weapons yet!" Barrett all bout shouted.

"Fine, fine, look, don't even trip, we're just gonna make sure it's here, and if it is, we'll go tell Herra, then go get help, sound good?" Geleel questioned them as they nodded.

They now found themselves on the deck of the ship Cronus was standing in front of.

"It looks like something already busted out of here..." Izabella trailed off as she noticed a hole in the deck of the ship.

Suddenly a loud growl sounded through the docks as they all looked down at the hole to notice two deeply green eyes glowing at them.

"Then again...maybe not." Geleel stated as they all nervously backed away.

"Ah...I see you've met my friend." Cronus' voice stated as Geleel immediately gasped and turned to it.

Izabella and Barrett didn't know about it yet, but they instantly turned to it to as the God's presence was so imposing.

Cronus stepped out of the shadows of the ship as the three teens now stood before him, behind them, the Typhoeus was slamming into the bottom of the ship's deck...desperately trying to get out.

"Alas, the descendant of the great Achilles, we have finally met properly, Geleel." Cronus said with a sickening smirk, Geleel only returned a panicked frown.

"I'm shocked you came back actually, since you ran off in such a hurry earlier, but uhh...I'm glad you did actually, you see..." Cronus began as he now glared at the trio with that tantalizing red gaze.

"I heard something about you and your friends were going to try and stop me from taking over MY planet again...well, I wanted to talk to you about that." Cronus said as Geleel grit his teeth, clenched his fists, and walked to the front of the trio.

"Well that'll have to wait then, I don't feel like talking to you." Geleel said with an irate glare of his own.

"Hmph, very well then, where are the others? I was told there was supposed to be 6 of you, heroes." Cronus taunted them.

"Hey, it's still 3 against 1, so don't get cocky ya prick." Barrett reminded Cronus who could only laugh at that.

Izabella does a backflip to get in front of Geleel and Barrett as she picked up a metal pipe that was on the deck, this would be an impromptu bo staff for her.

"I like the sound of those odds." Izabella stated with a smirk.

"Well, I'm sure you do, but I like these odds better." Cronus stated as his small troop of giants surrounded the group.

The trio then got very cautious as the giants growled at them.

"Attack." Cronus said calmly as the red giant ran at Izabella first, she immediately dodged him and drove her metal pipe into his stomach.

Barrett then grabbed the blue and yellow giants by their arms and swung them into eachother.

Geleel evaded the green giant's attacks with numerous flips.

The dreadhead then found himself standing right above the Typhoeus' position underneath the deck.

He noticed the beasts growl but...he had to focus on the foe in front of him first.

The giant lunged at Geleel only for the latter to duck under his legs and evade the attack once more.

The oaf hesitated as it tried desperately not to fall into the Typhoeus hole.

Geleel then shoulder tackled the giant's legs, it's momentum allowed it to be lighter as it fell into the creature's hole.

The dreadhead listened as the giant yelled out in pain and the Typhoeus growled gravely...he was finished.

Geleel then backed away from the hole as the Typhoeus incinerated the giant...the flames inadvertently shot through the hole, and boy did they feel hot.

"Tsk, tsk, poor fellow." Cronus stated with a feigned yawn as he leaned agaist the ship rails nonchalantly.

"Guys! A little help here!" Izabella shouted as she climbed one of the ship's ropes to evaded her red foe.

"Barrett! Come on man! You gotta think of SOMETHING to create and free the Typhoeus!" Geleel shouted.

"Okay I'll try- wait! Free the Typhoeus?" Barrett shouted in realization as he evaded an attack and sent one of the giants into the water.

"Yes! Now do it!" Geleel shouted as Barrett sighed to himself.

"Okay...here goes nothing." Barrett told himself as he held his hand out.

Fortunately a large hammer formed when he generated a weapon.

"Perfect." He said to himself, this should smash up the deck real good.

"Woah, mildly impressive descendant of Hesphaestus..." Cronus stated flatly.

"Okay big guy...please don't eat me." Barrett stated as he began using he hammer to smash the deck piece that the Typhoeus was under.

"What's the matter, Geleel?" Cronus questioned as he walked up to Geleel with a golden sickle in his hand.

"You wanna run away again like a scared little boy, hm?" Cronus questioned him.

"I'm not afraid of you, Cronus, but...I think YOU'RE afraid of the Oracle's prophecy." Geleel taunted Cronus who laughed maniacally.

"Only fools believe in destiny child, I was destined to spend an eternity in prison...yet here I am-" Cronus is cut off as the final swing of Barrett's hammer caught their attention.

The deck now had a big enough hole for the Typhoeus to fly right through...

"Look out!" Izabella shouted as she came and stood besides Geleel.

When the Typhoeus revealed itself Barrett immediately scurried back to the others and got rid of his hammer.

It was a titanous yet humanoid beast...skin crimson, eyes a glowish green, AND black wings with very sharp teeth, the most freakiest part about the creature was it's serpentine legs...

"Well, the fun has now begun." Cronus said with a chuckle.

"Well shit!/This is great./Why did I think of this?" Barrett, Izabella, and Geleel all stated simultaneously as the Typhoeus roared irately at them before it began sending fire streams at the deck as a sign of aggression...as if the roaring wasn't enough.

Cronus smirked at them before he disappeared from thin air.

"Have a nice time..." His voice lingered.

"Guys! Jump ship!" Geleel shouted as they immediately jumped over board from the now almost flame engulfed ship and to get away from the Typhoeus wrath.

They all dove under the water before resurfacing and looking at the scene before them.

"Breathing fire is one thing man...but having snakes for legs...see that's just gold ol fashioned bullshit." Barrett stated as the other two sighed in response.

They watched as the Typhoeus set it's sights on New York.

The creature was no doubt about to destroy the city.

However, Cronus immediately appeared above its head.

"Never mind that city, do not forget the price of your freedom, beast, we still have work to do." Cronus reminded to creature who snarled in response but seemingly complied.

Well...atleast New York wasn't first up on the destruction list but...the Typhoeus was still on the loose.

What were they gonna do now? The thought that plauged the entire group as they all bobbed above the water...drenched in the liquid...and in defeat.

Chapter to be continued...

AN: Okay I expected to introduce Karina, Kai and Kayla in this chapter but when I was writing I had another idea! So they will actually appear in chapter 3! I swear on it! And that means purpose will not just be a two parter, it will be a three parter!
