Welcome to MHA React to Injustice Story Mode, a spin-off of MHA Reacts to Young Justice.
To understand this fanfic, this isn't canon to how the main MHA reacts to Young Justice if anything this fanfic is its own story with some connections to YJ.
For example, let's pretend they just finished watching YJ and learned everything from DC comics.
The best way to think of this fanfic is the difference between YJ and Injustice. It's different from how the cast in YJ came in without any knowledge of the DC Universe lore. This version of the cast does know the lore of DC Comics.
I hope that is easy to understand.
Now the cast for this fanfic. They are the same, but in case you need to remember this is the list.
Class 1A, 1B, Hitoshi Shinso, Eraserhead, Present Mic, Midnight, All Might, Endeavor, Mirko, Hawks, Grand Torino, Recovery Girl, Mount Lady, Melissa Shield, Rody Soul, Kota Izumi, Eri, Katsuma, Mahoro, Inko Midoiya, The League of Villains, Stain, Overhaul, All For One, and lastly Madame President.
Lastly the host, Bat-Mite, Larry(From Teen Titans), and Frank( Harley Quinn Series), but bitchy version of themselves known as the imps.
I hope my explanation isn't hard to understand, I'm not sure how else to make things simple to understand.
Before we begin this story is also available in Wattpad in case this fanfic got removed. Please understand I wouldn't be using time stamps unlike I do in my other reaction fanfics. This chapter would rather describe what happens in the comics. Not the entire Years one to five. Just the important part of year one. Where it all began, issues one and two of the Injustice comic.
Once we reach the first chapter of the Injustice video game story mode cutscenes, I would still describe what happens during the scene. However, not explain the video game play, That's just difficult to write and possibly the main reason why a Video Game reaction series is never written just video recorded.
If it was easy, I would already have done a MHA reaction to Life is Strange, but that's not happening anytime soon, or ever.
If you guys are wondering, would the cast learn about important moments that happened in Injustice Comics such as Superman Killed Green Arrow, The defeat of the entire Green Lantern Corp, or Harley Quinn's journey to becoming Harleen the Superhero? Those moments would mostly be mentioned, rather than having to react to the entire comic series of Injustice years one to five.
Now that's over that's begin. Time to get excited.
MHA Reacts to Injustice Story Mode
Chapter Injustice Comic Prologue: One Bad Day.
Prologue Part One.
The cast returns to the cinema after training in the Training Room, which is back in the main lobby of the Fifth Dimension. The cast is ready to explore more of this unique universe about Heroes, Villains, Aliens, Magic, The Gods, and many others that they couldn't name and wonderful lore that their universe doesn't have. They were thankful for their training that was run by their mentors from the other universe, in case their universe does discover life beyond their planet, the existence of magic, and so-so.
"Those heroes are insane and their training was Hell!" Minoru whined told his poor limbs as he was crawling to his seat at the cinema.
"Mineta, Man up dude," Eijiro said as he as down to his seat. "Sure, the heroes of the Justice League and Young Justice are hardcore, but it's necessary. The threats they have to face are either not from Earth or mystical. Right Kaminari?" he turns to his blond friend as he sits down with his boyfriends Shinso and Monoma.
"Shazam!" Denki shouted trying to use the magic word of the Wizard of the Rock Enternity, but wasn't able to transform like before. "Damn it, I miss my Adonis-like body that the Wizard granted me." He turns to Eijiro. "Sorry, Kirishima I was just trying to use the magical enchantment that the Wizard gave me."
"What were the gifts of the Gods again?" Kyoka asks.
"The Wisdom of Solomon, The Strength of Hercules, The Courage of Achilles, The Power of Zeus, The Good Looks of Adonis, and the Speed of Mercury."
As Denki counted the powers that he was temporarily granted, Kyoka noticed one of those gods wasn't even write. "Wait a second. The Wizard didn't say The Good Looks of Adonis, it was the Stamina of Atlas!" she shouted at him.
"I rather have the good looks of Adonis!" Denki yells back at her and she just flips the bird.
Izuku chuckles after hearing his friends chuckle after hearing his friends. He rubs his cheek wanting a rematch against Denki as Shazam.
"Guys, what do you think we're going to explore, you know after learning the story of Hawkgirl." Ochaco excitedly asks. "We've seen Batman, Wonder Woman, The Suicide Squad with my mentor, Superman, Green Lantern, and now Hawkgirl. Who's the next Martian Manhunter, or maybe The Flash!"
Tenya perks up hoping to see Barry Allen having a focused story that would highlight the scarlet speedster.
Sadly that isn't that fanfic and the Flash has to wait in the other fanfic, as the Imps fly down to give the announcement to the user. "It is nice that you all came back from you're training section from you trainers, and I just want to say that I am so happy that you learned so much about this other universe. The knowledge of the lore of this universe is now familiar. Like look at the back of your hand" Bat-Mite said. "That is why the other host and I believe that you folks are ready to see a very interesting Earth." He continues. "The type of Earth that is so similar to the world that you already know, to the point you cannot even tell the difference between the two. However, what makes this Earth different compared to Earth YJ? Because this time it took just one bad day to turn the tables around for the worst."
Midoriya and Monoma gulped. They both know that there is only one wicked clown who is quite famous for the quote of one bad day. They just hope they won't see him again. However, they're too bright enough to ignore the signs that he made a return.
They just didn't have the strength to even say his name.
Bat-Mite smiles he got what he needed from Midoriya and Monama from sensing their nervousness. "Well, Let me introduce myself to you." He gestures to the red curtain to show the screen doing a countdown. "Earth Boon."
Injustice Comics Issue One.
[The scene starts at Metropolis at night by Clark Kent and Lois Lane's condo. As the audience realized the surround sounds coming from speakers felt odd. However, Recovery Girl, based on her medical background, understood this bizarre sound.]
"It's a heartbeat," Chiyo explained. "I believe Clark Kent is listening to Lois Lane's heartbeat, I guess it's his version of an ASMR."
Kyoka nodded to understand. "So listening to her heartbeat makes him feel calm." That's sweet of him."
"So romantic." Mina loves seeing the romance of Clark and Lois Lane, just like how she likes Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle.
[However, this time tonight was different. Clark heard a heartbeat from Lois, but her heartbeat wasn't alone, as the audience got their eyes widened to learn that there was another heartbeat coming from Lois.
Particularly around her tummy.]
The audience was speechless, even the villains were speechless, but only the Hero side was truly happy for Lois and Clark.
"OMFG, Lois Lane is pregnant." Mina squealed in excitement. "This reminds me of the time when Mera was pregnant with Author Jr. when we were first introduced to Atlantis."
"Now, Superman and Lois Lane's turn to have a baby." Ochaco squealed in excitement too. "I'm so happy for them.
This was a happy day for the Man of Steel and Lois Lane.
[As Clark got off from the bed, the audience noticed that Clark went to a mode in which the audience dubbed it as, The Excited-Daddy mode, as he went to list out all the stuff that he and Lois had to do before the baby was born. Such as listing Doctors they can trust, and instead of Metropolis General Hospital he wanted the doctors from STAR Labs. He even suggested the idea of a movie to Smallville to raise their baby.]
The audience's sweat drops towards how much of a protected and excited Clark is being a father.
Izuku even sweat drops seeing Superman act this way. He has seen Clark Kent the goofy and clumsy reporter. Clark Kent the father is new to him.
He went to ask his mom if his father acted the same when Inko was pregnant with him. She went to answer her son. "When Hisashi learned that I was pregnant, he fainted, twice."
"Twice? Why did Dad fainted twice?"
"He fainted the first time I told him, the second time happened when he woke up," Inko explained. "I threatened him if he fainted for a third time. I'll punch his balls."
Izuku paled when his mother heard the threat she made to his dad, Inko just rolled her eyes at her son's reaction. "Izuku please, what I did was child's play. You should have seen Mitsuki when she heard she was pregnant. Her neighbors called 911."
Katsuki did a spit take, he doesn't want to imagine what his parents did when they learned that he was pregnant with him.
Both Dabi and Shoto always threw up at the thought of how Enji had reacted when their mom was pregnant with them.
They imagine him starting a Forest fire or worse. Enji wearing a tee shirt that says Baby on Board.
[The next panel showed. That Lois Lane got an anonymous tip, as she goes to work as a journalist. Clark wanted to help Lois, but she insisted that she wanted to report like usual. Even if she is pregnant. She doesn't want to just sit around the sofa as the baby grows.]
Recovery girl sighs. "Alright, it would be fair for Lois to continue doing her job as a journalist. I swear, she and Mera should just rest during this time of pregnancy."
The Pro Heroes does wonder what anonymous tip that Lois got. They hope it isn't dangerous. Then again, she would hunt for the exclusive story of the year that would get her a reward. Rather than a fluff piece to make the readers feel good, if anything she would want to write something thrilling.
[As Clark and Lois went to do their jobs as Superman and rewards-winning journalists. The next scene showed a brawl happening in Metropolis. The audience got their eyes widened that Superman wasn't there to stop the criminals. Because someone was already there to face to criminal.
The audience's eyes widened to see that it was Batman.]
"Hell Yeah! Go Batman!" Neito cheered seeing his idol beating up the goons. "Kick their asses."
Izuku smiled too, he too looked up to Batman. "Why do you think Batman is in Metropolis."
[Midoriya gave a good question, as Superman asked the same question to Batman.
The Dark Knight answered that he was on his way to STAR Labs, there was something got stolen in STAR Labs.]
The Pro Heroes and the students were able to put the puzzle pieces together.
"I guess, Bruce Wayne was in Metropolis. He probably had a work meeting with STAR Labs." Aizawa said recalling that there is a Wayne Enterprise in Metropolis. "But the meeting was canceled when the people in STAR Labs reported that something important was stolen."
Endeavor understands why Batman is in Metropolis, his question was stolen from STAR Labs. "Whatever it is, they should get it back. It could be as bad as assembling Amazo like Humpty Dumpty once again."
[After Batman has beaten down the criminals for the Metropolis Police Department to arrest. He and Superman meet up at a building top to meet up. The audience knew that Superman wanted to share the big news with his best friend. However, it got their eyes widened to know that Batman was one step ahead of him and that Lois was pregnant.]
"He did it, AGAIN! How does he know!" Mineta whines to his peers.
"Because he is the Goddamn Batman." Both Midoriya and Monoma explain to Mineta in unison.
They continue to watch as Batman explains how he knows. He mentioned that he knows because it's written on Superman's stupid face. He is sweating, his pupils are dilated, and his left hand is shaking from nervousness. There are only two things in the world that can make Superman feel like a shaking chihuahua.
It's either Doomsday is back and already killed thousands, and Superman has to stop him.
Or.
Lois is pregnant.
He doubts it was Doomsday because not even the monster can make Superman smile like an idiot.
The whole audience laughed at Batman's explanation of why he knows that Lois is Pregnant.
Even Aizawa was laughing so hard that he was holding his stomach because of how painfully good Batman was able to figure it out.
[The next scene shifted to the shipping docks, where Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen were waiting for the Councilman.]
Seeing that Lois and Jimmy were in a Shipping dock at night. The heroes couldn't help but worry for both of them.
They had seen Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen in danger before, and Superman was always there to save them both. From either supervillains like Toyman, Silver Banshee, or even a dangerous group like Intergang. Superman always saves the day.
That was the sense of comfort when All Might was still active back in their world, and it isn't like Superman is going to retire like All Might did. They believe what were threat there is. Superman is going to save the day.
However, All For One sensed in the air that probably tonight would be different. Lois Lane being pregnant tonight is a sign of a good omen, which meant one thing to All For One.
Her pregnancy is foreshadowing that a bad omen is to come.
[Lois and Jimmy were able to spot the Councilman by the docks, and he is wearing a trench coat and matching hat.]
Aizawa noticed something off about the Councilman, for one thing. 'He' is a 'She.' Something isn't right he believes.
[Lois asked Jimmy to photograph of this, 'Councilwoman.' However, even before he could, There was a gun pointed at Jimmy's camera as the man with the gun fired his revolver. Killing Jimmy Olsen on the spot.
Ending the life of Superman's Best Friend.]
The Hero side was in an uproar of mixed emotions as they just witnessed the death of a beloved character. Jimmy Olsen.
Their emotions are in the driver's seat as the students cry for Jimmy Olsen, and there isn't even time for any of the students to close the eyes of the children. They all cried at Jimmy Olsen's now dead body.
Some of the first years vomited on the spot. Witnessing the murder of Superman's greatest friend.
"Jimmy… Jiiimmmaaay!" Izuku cried out Jimmy's name, Todoroki had to hold him back at Midoriya's cries.
Tomura loved the reactions of the Young Heroes-in-Training. He loved seeing their wet tears run down their face and the smell of that vile vomit from seeing the death of Olsen. Now he wants to thank the man, that sent Jimmy Olsen to Hell.
Ew. I got some Jimmy on my shoe.
The whole audience froze in fear as they all recognized that wicked voice.
"No, not him," Neito said as he looked up to the screen still having tears falling from his eyes, and when he finally saw the killer who took Jimmy Olsen from this Earth. Neito took a step back unexpectedly to see him again, The man who killed Robin. "The Joker."
Now a new emotion has risen to the hearts of the hero side. Once they were showered with sorrow when they saw Jimmy Olsen was killed. Now a new emotion showered them with boiling anger when they saw this monster who laughed. Monoma was the one who let out his anger. "Joker, You Bastard!" Neito shouted at the Clown Prince of Crime. "You'll pay for what you have done to Jimmy, you son of a bitch.
Sadly, none of his words reach the ears of the clown. Now that Jimmy is dead, and the killer is revealed. All their emotions went to settle down realizing that even with all their anger and sorrow currently. Wouldn't be able to save The Joker's target, Lois Lane.
Their eyes widen to realize that, Ms. Lane isn't safe with the Clown and his girlfriend in front of her.
Itsuka got up from her seat and shouted to Ms. Lane. "Lois, you have to run! Lois!" sadly just like Monoma's voice didn't reach the ears of the Joker. The same can be said with Kendo's voice not reaching the ears of Ms. Lane.
Toga just smiled. "Things are getting too spicy for the pepper."
[The scene shifted later that early Morning, as Superman had reached the scene of the crime, and was horrified by the corpses of his best friend.]
All For One smiled to see that the Clown was able to hurt the Man of Steel, in the form of emotional distress.
To the Pro Heroes. They are beyond angry at this point. The Joker took Lois Lane and killed Jimmy Olsen, that madman has crossed way too many lines. They're not surprised after what The Joker has done to Gotham City, the Bat Family, and other Heroes that don't wear the Bat symbol or the letter R on their chests.
This leaves the question, why is he in Metropolis and why did he take Lois?
What the fuck is the Joker planning.
"This is so fucking bad," Aizawa said frustrated whenever the Clown was around and doing God knows what. "Olsen is dead, and The Joker and Harley Quinn took Lois Lane."
The heroes do wonder why is the Joker in Metropolis, but they get distracted when they see a bloody Joker card next to Jimmy's corpse.
"Now, Superman now knows who killed Jimmy and who took Lois Lane." All Might said feeling sad to the Mall of Steel. "Clark, you can save her and stop that monster, but you cannot do this alone. You need help."
"All Might is right." Hawks agrees with the Hero. "Thankfully, Superman just happens to have a best friend who knows how The Joker thinks."
[Speaking of, the scene shifted to STAR Labs at Metropolis. The audience watched as they saw Batman investigating the crime scene. Sadly, they also noticed that the Joker was the one who broke in and stole something from the laboratory. However, stealing was too simple for him, so he took care of the remaining scientists who were working during the crime scene, and left them smiling when he left.]
The hero side didn't like that the Joker left a row of dead scientists, and left them with horrific smiles.
"Oh my goodness." Inko sobs, seeing the victims that the Joker left at STAR Labs, she couldn't imagine the employees that work at STAR Labs to start their day seeing the co-workers being the victims of that monster. "This is so horrible."
"That monster, he will pay for his crimes!" Endeavor shouted in fury. "I will experience my flames before he experiences the flames in Lucifer's domain. I swear it."
"Woah there Endeavor." Hawks place a gentle hand on Endeavor's shoulder. "I hear you and understand you're fury, but we have to be stronger than our anger. Killing him won't bring the scientists back. If we will him, then the Joker wins. Don't make this moment be another dead Robin."
As much as Endeavor dislikes the clown. His fellow Hero is right.
As much as he struggles with the urge of wanting to end the life of the Joker. He has to be stronger than his Hellish Hate for the clown. He doesn't want to be chosen by a red ring as the ring hears his rage. What he has left are the fantasies of wanting to end the Joker by his hands. He wasn't kidding about wanting the Joker to feel his hellfire before his soul entered Luficer's domain.
Mirko on the other hand. She is just barely holding on to that imaginary restraint that is her bottled-up rage against the clown, and her so-called bottle has a crack on the surface.
It will only just need a little pressure to fully shatter her bottle.
What's interesting, she isn't alone. There are Heroes and some villains who want to end the life of the clown.
[In the scene, Batman goes to ask one of the scientists on where they are doing this in the laboratory.]
That caught the audience curious to know too.
"Yeah, what was the scientist doing at this particular research lab? What was their project?" Rody asks.
Rody gave a good question. What were the scientists working on that took interest in the Clown?
[The scientist went to explain. That in this research lab. The team was experimenting on kryptonite, to see if they could use the element for either clean energy, or to cure diseases. They never meant for the element to land in the wrong hands.]
After listening to the head scientist.
The Heroes understood that STAR labs just wanted to research Kryptonite with good intentions, but sadly it landed in the worst hands possible.
The villains wonder what would Joker do with the stolen Kryptonite. They believe it would be bigger than simply making another Kryptonite bullet. That can be easily removed by Cyborg, Green Lantern, and Martian Manhunter.
Knowing the Joker it wouldn't be as simple as killing the Man of Steel with a gunshot.
If he plans to kill Superman with a bullet he would have done it a long time ago with the Dark Knight.
They're villains, they don't even know what Joker is planning.
[In the blink of an eye, Superman arrived at STAR Labs and let Batman know that The Joker took Lois Lane, and hearing the bad news, Batman went to call all Justice League members for this missing person alert.]
Seeing the desperation of Superman to find his wife from The Joker. Tomura couldn't help but have a great time seeing the Man of Steel in despair. "This is fantastic, Superman is losing his shit, and the Justice League is now on a high alert to find one missing bitch." He laughs. "The next thing would be high alert to call all Justice League members to get a cat out from a tree or help a little girl find her dolly. This is just hilarious."
The Hero side surely doesn't like hearing the comments from Tomura.
[After Batman sent the alert, the Heroes who got the call were just a small handful. Oliver Queen 'Green Arrow', Victor Stone 'Cyborg', Princess Diana of Themyscira 'Wonder Woman', and Batman gave The Flash a special assignment. For him to run all over the Metropolis. To check every corner and inch over the city, hoping to find The Joker or Lois Lane. The Audience was surprised that the Flash was able to search all over the city right at the moment when Batman finished his sentence.]
The whole audience blinks in disbelief at how fast The Flash is, they have seen him run before, but they're so suited to watching Kid Flash in action. They barely see Barry in action.
Dabi tries to end the silence, but he too is having a hard time speaking. "I–umm–gosh. I am so used to seeing how fast Wally West is… Barry is just… wow… I'm just hella speechless."
Dabi isn't the only one.
Tenya of course is speechless, and it was already established a while ago. None of his family members could ever match the speed of the Flash.
The audience learns Barry has found a member of Batman's rogues in Metropolis.
"Wait, There is another Gothamite villain in Metropolis besides The Joker and Harley Quinn?" Neito asked surprised wondering who could it be. "Maybe it's Ra's Al Ghul, Poison Ivy, or The Riddler?!"
Neito believes that this is probably bigger than he thought. He wonders what the Joker is planning.
[The next scene showed The Flash carrying Batman to the site where The speedster saw one of The Dark Knight's rogues. The audience was surprised that The Flash was able to find the body of The Scarecrow.]
"Jonathan Crane, Why are you doing in Metropolis?!" Monoma asked, but there was no response from Crane. It was when Batman lifted the mask, that the audience saw Jonathan Crane was affected by the Joker toxin.
The audience is in shock to see Crane with a wicked smile.
"Jesus," Fumikage said in shock. "The Joker fought the Scarecrow, but why?"
That is a good question from the crow boy. What would the Joker need from the Scarecrow?
[Before the audience can assemble all the clues that they have. Batman got an alert from Wonder Woman.
The scene reveals her at a shipping dock, with her lasso wrapped around a worker. He mentioned that the Joker and Harley Quinn hijacked a submarine, and once he confessed Superman went to shore to find the submarine using one of his supervisions.
Thankfully he was able to find the Submarine.]
The Heroe sighs in relief that Superman found the sub.
Nejire sighs. "Thank goodness, Superman has found the stolen sub."
"I hope Superman isn't too late to save his wife and the baby," Tamaki said worried for Lois Lane.
Mirio places a hand on both of his friend's shoulders. "Guys, we must have a little hope, even if the Joker has Ms. Lane. We have to believe that Superman can save the day.
The students and the children heard what Togata said, and they must try to believe that everything would be okay. They know the playbook. Superman saves Lois Lane, while The Joker and Harley Quinn return to Arkham Asylum. The only casualties that they have on this day are the loss of a dear best friend, Jimmy Olsen, and the scientist in STAR Labs.
This cannot get any worse.
[Once Superman enters the submarine. The Hero side was in horrific shock when they saw The Joker and Harley Quinn doing a chest operation on Lois Lane.]
"You bastard!" Neito shouted at the Joker for what he was doing to Lois Lane. He isn't the only one furious at this screen.
The room got hot as Endeavor increased the heat with his quirk, Aizawa had his quirk activated and his hair defying gravity, Denki generated electricity, Neito copied his boyfriend's quirk and he too generated electricity. Momo is creating Russian nesting dolls to represent her rage, and Recovery Girl is weaving her cain.
In short, the Heroes are pissed.
However, before Superman can do anything he is sprayed with an unknown gas.
"What the Fucking Hell!" Neito shouted unsure what the Joker sprayed on Superman.
Suuuuuu-Pah-Maaan!
The audience's spine felt colder when they heard the voice of another monster that no Pro Hero could ever win against, and even Superman died fighting this fiend.
When Superman turn around the entire audience was scared shitless once they saw the monster who killed the Man of Steel.
"It's Doomsday!" Izuku shouted frightened to see this fiend at not even he or the past users of One for All could ever defeat, let alone kill the monster.
[Not wanting Lois or anyone to be killed by Doomsday. The Man of Steel took action and took Doomsday with him.]
The Hero side cheered for Superman wanting him to end the life of this dangerous fiend. None of them knew what Joker sprayed him with.
[As Superman flew away with Doomsday. The Joker and Harley Quinn left the submarine. However, Harley didn't want to abandon her sub especially since she already named her sub.]
Toga sticks her tongue out expressing her dislike of Harley Quinn. While Ochaco sighs she knows that this version of her mentor is from a different Earth. She understands that her mentor is now a different person and one of the best mentors she ever met.
Also, she likes the name Gunter, it is a good name for a submarine.
[However, even before they could go any further away from the beach. They were stopped by a Green Lantern construct and the Green Lantern that arrived was Hal Jordan.
The Heroes cheered when they saw that Green Lantern wasn't alone. The other members of the Justice League are here too. Batman, The Flash, and Wonder Woman.]
The students cheered when they saw the Heroes.
"Hell yeah! The Justice League is here." Eijiro cheered.
"But, where is Green Arrow, and Cyborg?" Denki asks "Heck, the other members too like Black Canary, Aquaman, and Hawk Girl?"
Momo went to answer his question."They're probably on their way."
After getting a clear answer about where the other heroes are, the scene continues as Batman goes to investigate the Submarine.
[When Batman went to investigate the submarine. He notices that Lois Lane is missing, and he can detect that the submarine contains the Scarecrow's fear toxin inside the submarine.]
The Hero side is confused.
"I don't understand what's going on, where the hell is Lois Lane." Mount Lady asked. "We all saw her lying down at the operation bed."
"She is right." Recovery Girl agrees with the giant. "Even if Joker does or doesn't use anesthesia. Ms. Lane wouldn't be able even to move a muscle from the pain of chest surgery.
The whole audience wonders what the hell happened to Lois Lane, like where she went and what the Joker did to her. Not even the Villain side wonders what happened to her. The Joker's plans against Gotham or Batman always make things personal or have a deeper meaning to get under Batman's skin. Now that the clown switched targets from Batman to Superman. They don't know what is the punchline for this joke.
[The Scene continues having Wonder Woman suggesting using the Lasso of Truth to for the truth out from The Joker. However, Batman explained that it won't work. He mentions that the Joker isn't immune from the Lasso's enchantment, but he believes that the Joker would trick the enchantment towards other truths he has.]
Itsuka was disappointed to learn that the Lasso wouldn't be helpful this time.
"So if Joker was compelled by the Lasso, The clown would just say random truths. Even dodging the truth about Ms. Lane. Shit!" Neito swore. "Batman," the blond pleaded. "You know him on a personal level. Maybe you can get the truth out from the Joker much easier than the magical lasso."
[As easy as that sounds, the Joker admits the truth is already in front of them and they're just not looking hard enough.]
"Bastard," Neito said under his breath.
[Batman ordered the Flash to find a missile on the Submarine—]
His name is Gunter!
[- Fine! Batman ordered the Flash to find a missile inside, Gunter. To check if the stolen Warhead was still inside.]
"What!" The whole audience reacted in fright when the audience learned that the Joker had stolen a nuclear Warhead.
The whole audience couldn't believe that the Joker had placed a nuclear Warhead somewhere in Metropolis. The adults know how bad the situation is, especially when the warhead goes boom.
What happened to Hiroshima back in World War 2 can happen to Metropolis, but the Justice League can still prevent the nuclear explosion and send Joker back to Arkham Asylum.
Sadly the children in the room don't know what a Nuclear Warhead is, the little girl with the long snow-white hair went to ask her hero a question. "Deku, what is a… Warhead?"
Before the greenette could answer, Uncle Tomura Shigaraki went to answer the little girl. "Well, sweetheart I'll tell you." The villain said. "A nuclear warhead is a huge bomb and once it explodes. Everyone in Metropolis goes boom with it. Killing everyone and turning them into fucking skeletons." He roared a laugh.
The little children gasped after learning what a Warhead is. The Siblings Mahoro and Katsuma went to hug each other, Kota got scared and went to hug his hat, and sweet poor innocent Eri shed a tear. Hoping that the big mean villain was just lying to the little kids. So she turns to the Green-haired hero. "D-De-Deku… is he lying, please tell me he is lying?"
Izuku hears the plea of Eri, and after what Shigaraki had said. He realizes that he took away the power to sugarcoat the version of his explanation of the topic of the nuclear warhead. However, there is a part of him who wants to believe that the Heroes can prevent the explosion of the warhead, and therefore He doesn't need to explain what a warhead is to the little children.
Kota, Eri, Mahora, and Katsuma looked up to him because he was their Hero. He saved their lives, against Muscular, Overhaul, and Nine. By doing so he gave them hope and the chance to smile.
Now he has no choice, but to make them frown.
Not because of what Shigaraki has done, but what the Joker had planted on Metropolis.
There was no point in lying to them and saying. 'Don't listen to Shigaraki because he is lying.' The reason why he couldn't say exactly that is because his anxiety believes that The Justice League would fail and the Joker would win. The whole audience might witness the death of millions in a heartbeat.
However, that is what his anxiety is telling, but he hopes that The Justice League can prevent the Nuke in time. Like, Green Lantern creating a construct strong enough to hold down the blast, or perhaps Doctor Fate sending the nuke elsewhere that would put out zero casualties.
However, Izuku is smart enough to know the difference between hope and reality. The shadow that is reality is blanketing the light that is his hope, and no light can escape this sorrowful blanket.
Izuku looked at the eyes of the children with sorrow in his eyes, as he let out his tears, because for the first time in a long time. Izuku Midoriya has lost all hope, he no longer sees a vision of the Justice League winning, as he wimps in tears.
Eri got her eyes in disbelief. "N-no— No! Deku! Please tell me that hand guy is lying! Pleeeeeaaasssseeeee!" Nejire went to comfort Eri as the little girl cried in her arms, she wasn't ready to see what was to come.
Bakugo slams his fist at his armrest. "This is bullshit! There must be a way to prevent the fucking nuke!" Then he got an idea in his head. "The detonation. There must be a trigger to prevent a nuclear explosion. There must be." Katsuki said for once not giving up on hope.
[Sadly reality can be a bitch.
Joker went to explain about the trigger, and it does exist. That gave the Hero side some hope. However, he didn't misplace the trigger which would be so clumsy of him. That is why he placed the trigger of the warhead somewhere safe. That is why he did an open chest surgery of the kill switch at Lois Lane's heart, and once her heart stopped. Every heart in Metropolis stops too.]
The audience gasped as they recalled when Superman had found the submarine. They all saw the Joker doing open heart surgery on Lois Lane. They now know why Joker was doing exactly that.
Now what the audience wonders is, Why would her heart stop beating?
The Audience tries to solve his mystery and figure out the Joker's punchline, by gathering all the clues they have.
"Alright, let's gather all the clues that we all have." Endeavor gathers everyone within the Hero side, from Pro Heroes, UA staff, Students, and of course the Madame President. "The Clown said the warhead would only blow up if her heart rate went to flatline."
"Bigger question, why would her heart even stop!" Mount Lady asked in a panic scared of what could happen. "Like where is she?"
Grand Torino tries to calm her down. "Let's try to calm down, and think about everything that the Joker has done since he came to Metropolis. We know the clues and let's start assembling the puzzle pieces."
Aizawa agrees with the elderly hero. "He has a point. There are only a few puzzle pieces to gather. Let's list them." asked the heroes around him. "What do we have."
The heroes start to remember everything that happened since The Joker killed Jimmy Olsen and kidnapped Ms. Lane. Shoto Todoroki mentioned the reason why Batman came to Metropolis in the first place. "Batman mentioned that there was a break-in at STAR Labs, and the scientists were working with kryptonite."
Yayaorozu continued for him. "Yes, the scientists were hoping to turn Kryptonite to be something useful like clean energy, or to cure illness."
"But The Joker has stolen the kryptonite. Ribbit." Tsuyu said. "But what happened to the kryptonite? I thought he would convert the element into a bullet."
The question about the stolen kryptonite is still unclear but besides the break-in at STAR Labs and the murder of Jimmy Olsen. They weren't the only victims that happened that night, as they recall that the Joker and Harley Quinn weren't the only Gothamite villains in Metropolis. "Wait." Neito Monoma got everyone's attention. "The Joker and Harley Quinn weren't the only villains in Metropolis. Jonathan Crane was at Metropolis."
"Right, those three were working together."
The Heroes shook their heads at Mineta's comment. " No, Mineta, The Scarecrow wasn't working with The Joker," Itsuka said. "Batman and the Flash were able to find his body, unlike Poison Ivy and Joker. Crane doesn't have toxin immunity. The Joker sprayed him with his Joker Toxin."
Bakugo nodded to agree. "That makes sense. If Crane was working with Joker and Quinn. He too would be inside the Submarine."
"His name is Gunter!" Ochaco angrily said annoyed that no one acknowledged the name of the Submarine. She cooled down a bit. "Anyways, My mentor and–." She rolled her eyes, not like to say her mentor's ex."- and Her ex-boyfriend, Wasn't the only one inside Gunter. Besides Ms. Lane, there was also Doomsday. He too was there."
Thanks to Uraraka, the audience recalls that Doomsday was in fact inside the submarine with The Joker and Harley Quinn.
As they think about it, his being in the submarine doesn't make sense.
To twist the knife deeper, the Joker reminds the user that Ms. Lane is pregnant.
[Batman and the rest of the Heroes side all tell Superman that the being that he is fighting isn't Doomsday, but it was his wife.]
"Superman, please you have to stop. That isn't Doomsday! That is–
[However, even with Izuku's cries for the Man of Steel to stop, it was too late.]
–Lois" Midoriya covers his mouth as the audience sees the effects of the Fear Toxin worn off. Revealing that Doomsday was Lois Lane.
[The next scene revealed a heart monitor that was connected to Lois Lane's chest, showing that she flatlined, and as her heartbeat stopped, So goes everyone at Metropolis beating. As the audience watches the nuclear explosion that killed millions in Metropolis, the My Hero Academia cast has no choice but to watch it all happen as the Joker laughs in the background.]
Everyone in the audience from about sides is speechless. There were thousands of chaotic thoughts and emotions running at once inside their minds. There is no induvial reaction. How could there be one? Not even the My Hero Academia cast can do it better in preventing the Joker's Warhead.
In the end, they're just devastated.
Two things are certain.
What happened in Metropolis, things wouldn't be the same after this.
Second, Only half of the audience wants to end the Joker, and they want to give him a dirt nap and send him back to Hell.
Prologue part two.
[After the explosion that happened at Metropolis, Batman took the Joker in questioning back in Gotham City. The Dark Knight mentions that the Joker had taken everything from Superman, his city, his wife, and his unborn child.
Then Batman mentions to the Joker that all of his past crimes that he had ever done were always about their relationship. Their little 'dates', So why drag Superman along]
After hearing Batman, the audience couldn't agree more. Everything that the Joker has done in the past was always about him and Batman—the Joker's twisted version of a special relationship. There wouldn't be a reason to drag Superman on their little dates, so why now?
The Joker went to give them an answer.
Every time you and I play, I lose. I was getting bored of always losing. I thought I'd try this on easy mode for a bit.
And it was easy.
"The son of a bitch." All Might sighs under his breath. He believes that even if he still has One For All. He couldn't prevent what happened to Metropolis. The Joker is a mastermind, more than All For One.
For the longest time, he has seen All For One as the devil in his life for personal reasons. He now sees that the real Devil just happens to walk on this Earth, with a twisted smile.
Toshinori Yagi is thankful that he isn't smiling, despite what his teacher had taught him.
[The scene changes to Metropolis seeing that The Flash and Green Lantern were able to find survivors, but they couldn't say the same with the unlike millions now that their skeletons.]
The Heroes-in-training are speechless.
They had done rescue training more than once during their time in UA but saw so much death and despair. The pressure that comes with it was too much for them to carry.
They even question, if they were in the same spot as the Justice League members and watched the explosion happen. Would they be strong enough to rescue to remaining survivors?
Then again, they did see the nuclear explosion happen at seats, and unlike The Flash and Green Lantern going out there to save who they can. The Heroes in training could even muster the willpower to get up and help.
The emotion of sorrow was just too big and heavy for even the strong-willed individual couldn't stand up.
[The next scene showed Wonder Woman being there for Superman. She ensures him that the death of Lois Lane and Metropolis wasn't his fault, but it was the Joker's.]
Hearing Wonder Woman perks up Mirko and the Madame President, including a small handful of individuals who are siding with Wonder Woman.
One of them is Katsuki Bakugo.
[Superman knows what to do, as heads to Gotham City, and during his flight to Gotham. Hal Jordan tries to stop Superman to prevent him from doing anything reckless. However, no matter how strong he made his hard light construct. He couldn't contain Superman.
The audience was caught in Surprise when Superman used his super speed to take away Hal Jordan's power ring and destroy his communication earpiece.
The villains have no clue what Superman plans to do, as he leaves Hal Jordan in the middle of nowhere, and heads to Gotham Prison.
Speaking of, The Joker continues to explain why he made Superman blow up Metropolis.]
The audience listens to Joker, and he makes them recall Batman's origin story. That crime took his parents and turned Bruce Wayne into Batman.
Someone took it all away from you once, too, Didn't they, Bats?
Look what you became an all-punching, all-kicking little ball of angst.
What do you think Superman will become?
He's a god who has deluded himself into believing he's a man. What will he turn into?
The League of Villains gulped. They're not a fan of The Joker, or what he has done to Metropolis. They all thought it was just Joker's way to kill the Man of Steel. No one saw the Nuclear warhead to happen.
When Joker talks all psychological like this, isn't isn't good for either side.
The one who didn't care was Tomura. He is the only one who wants to see how Superman would become. He isn't some greenette with freckles who believes that Superman would remain as he is, or that he isn't corruptible.
No, that's just child's play, and things wouldn't be the same as it was before.
[The whole audience jumped out of their seats when Superman broke the wall of the Prison, and his eyes were glowing crimson red. The audience notices that his eyes are targeting the clown.]
Izuku channels his courage to get himself to stand up. "Superman, please don't do this. You killing him is what he wants!"
"Shut up Deku!" Katsuki got up from his seat encouraging Superman to do what everyone wants to do against that monster after he did to Metropolis and Robin. "Finish Him!"
[However, none of their voice reaches the ears of Superman, especially when he thrusts his fist through the torso of the Joker, ending the life of the Clown Prince of Crime.]

Wow, that was a wide ride of emotions.
The next chapter would be the start of the Story Mode cutscenes, I also decided to mention some moments from the comic book. Injustice Ground Zero.
The best way to think about Ground Zero is the B-plot, while the Story mode is the A-plot.
If you guys are wondering will the cast react to the screen when Superman kills the Joker, it will be revealed next chapter before we start the reaction.
