Uh, here's actual Chapter 1, I guess.
Sorry it took this long, my motivation to write really just lasted a single week and nothing else-

From me: Yes, very noice (Fun fact: "noice" is the only thing I comment on Youtube videos when I've got pretty much nothing to say)
From MegaSalamence64: Hey Recc!
It's me, MegaSalamence64,
Been a while eh buddy?
Gotta admit, Your take two on WoL is off to a promising start at least.
While it's opening is the same as WoL in canon, It served it's purpose at least...
A pity you didn't add the Extra DLC guys or the cast that weren't shown to be vaporized as well but ah well...
Glad Kirby Survived like in canon...
Your detail describing is good and while it's not that detailed, You did it well at least.
Nice small banter with the fighters as their numbers were picked off one by one.
It's not much but it's a great detail at least and the little stuff help makes things good at least.
So overall, Great fic at least.
You did well at least.
(XXXX)
So I do have some questions however:
1: How do you plan to handled DLC characters?
Like do you plan to have them be vaporized by Galeen off screen or are they going to appear at random helping Kirby and the OC of this fic?
2: Would extra bosses or even extra fighters appear in this story?
And if so, How would they appear?
If you plan to add extra fighters, I can help you can help you with that as well, Same with the Extra bosses if you want.
Overall, Great start to your reboot Recc! ;)
Keep it up! ;)
Take care, Stay Safe, Watch your health and See Ya! ;)

From me:Hello!
Yes and no on the "while" part, if I'm gonna be honest
AJKSDHASKHFKDASHF I FORGOT ABOUT THEM NOOOOOOOOOOO (I fixed this now, though Joker, Banjo and Steve are the only ones I could get myself to write there)
I am NOT going to be describing anything in detail with my current "no thoughts, head empty" attitude my brain is pulling off on me whenever I write
X
1. read what I just wrote before this lmao I really can't get myself to plan anything out
They still get vaporized, because that's as fair as it gets :D
2. …I don't even know myself.
Bai bai!
I've got nothing else to say here (noice), so let's get straight on to the video- I mean fic :D
Chapter Date: June 29th (Original Date: August 1st 2022)
Chapter 1: World of Light and Darkness
With an army of Master Hands under its control, Galeem sought to create a new world.
The fighters and their countless stories…
came to an end as light consumed them.
Thus, the universe was crushed in the hands of Galeem.
Those who fought the light were devoured.
The others lost their bodies and became spirits.
Only one survived…
A star of hope twinkles faintly as the dust settles on a new world.
Galeem copied the fallen fighters, creating empty puppets in their likenesses…
Then, Galeem forced the captive spirits to pull the puppets' strings.
This army of puppet fighters spread themselves across the last remaining world.
Can anyone free the spirits of Galeem's control?
Is there any hope for the fallen fighters?
The journey to defeat Galeem begins…

A Bedroom…
June 29th, 2024
…Inside a supposedly "random" house, a person enters their bedroom.
"..." The guy sighs and just stands there, with the door closing right behind him.
…Oh, hi there, my name is Akira Mikabe (("or 'aquí no me cabe' as my mom says lmao" - recctangle)). I'm a highschooler living in the USA.
Where exactly? I won't say.
…But besides that… yes, I was born in Japan, the city of Sendai to be exact, on March 11th. To explain why I'm here... both of my parents died in a car accident when I was six years old.
Akira walks over to his bed and sits on the edge, staring down at the floor.
After two days of that happening, my aunt, who was already living here, decided to take me in after traveling back and forth from my birthplace to here.
My first impression of this place was actually pretty decent, not including the fact that I was pretty depressed after being told about my parents' deaths…
Akira looks back up after a bit of silence, towards the desktop in the room, where most of his belongings are.
I still can't get over it, despite the fact that I can't even remember anything I did that week.
Besides that random trauma dump, I'm… pretty grateful for the fact that I decided I wanted to learn English when I was three years old (I also learned Spanish to impress some of my friends then, which were only like… two, at the time).
Akira gets up to check what time it is on his phone, which he left besides his Nintendo Switch.
He grabs the phone and turns it on for it to show "12:19" over a Smash Bros. themed wallpaper.
"Pretty much what I expected…" Akira mutters before placing the phone back to where it was.
With that out of the way, I'll tell you a little bit more about myself. I'm 16 years old, I'm 5'7" (1.75), and I have… pretty good grades, if you ask me. I also like videogames, ESPECIALLY Super Smash Bros. games (and also Persona games, for that matter). I just have a fascination for games with characters from a variety of franchises. And yes, I do have Ultimate, which my uncle bought me for my tenth birthday.
I have short, spiky black hair… which is 'a bit' more messy than I'd like to admit, (yes, "your typical Isekai protagonist" type of hair) and dark brown eyes. I like to wear dark-colored clothes because... well, I just like to wear them, nothing else, really. Right now, I'm wearing a black jacket over a white T-shirt, black pants and black sneakers.
((I tried (emphasis on these two words, because it's absolute ass, and I'm not really sure if this is gonna be how he actually ends up looking like, but just take this image as a basis) making a drawing of this guy, and this is what I ended up with: imgur com/a/qw8gd5c (of course, replace the space with a dot (and yes, I accidentally ripped some the page but I still kept it in because I don't feel like drawing all of this from scratch (also, his skin isn't colored because I'll just screw that up))
Yeah, not something I should be wearing in the middle of the night... but hey, I just got home from a party.
Also I have a pretty rich uncle, he's the source of almost all the stuff I have here.
And that's basically all about me, nothing really interesting.
Akira goes back to sitting down on the bed, but before he could even take off his jacket, his Nintendo Switch somehow turned itself on, having the screen glow an intense white.
"W-What…?" His eyes squint a little as he then blocks off the light with his arm. "...Why is my Switch glowing…?"
He gets up from the bed again to try touching it, but it turns out to be hot enough to hurt his fingers. "O-Ow!" He steps back, moving his hand away from the console, sticking the injured fingertips into his mouth… as a method to lessen the pain. (translation: he does not know what the fuck to do in this situation) "H-Holy shit it burns!" He shouts.
The teen's eyes widened right after saying that, looking around nervously as he takes his hand out of his mouth. "...I forgot my aunt's still sleeping." He makes a slight frown at himself and approaches the Switch, this time to look at the screen to check if there was something on it. As his head peeked above it, Akira's eyes squint again as he looked at the screen, but it was as white as white could get. "There's… nothing…?"
He then… remembered something…?
"Wait, the last thing I played was Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and I stopped playing on World of Light's opening cutscene due to boredom... and since I really like to read Isekai fanfictions… could that mean…" Akira 'theorized' jokingly, chuckling at himself, a bit disappointed that his fantasies were never going to become reality. "Yeah, like that would ever happen... I guess I'll just have to get this fixed, if it even is broken, and in that case… I just hope it didn't get completely screwed..."
He extends his arms towards the console to flip it upside down, as he was going to go to sleep, not wanting to have a light bother him all night, when suddenly, the light of the screen started expanding away from the console rapidly. "...I was wro-" Akira got interrupted before he could finish speaking as he couldn't react in time (mostly because he didn't want to), and the entire room was covered in light. When it faded away, he was nowhere to be seen.
Outside the house, a tired middle-aged woman was walking by Akira's home, and she witnessed the light engulfing the room. "Those young boys with their fancy mumbo jumbo at this time of the night… I'm really jealous." She sighed, continuing to go wherever she was already heading to.
-...Inside Akira's Nintendo Switch?-
"God, that was bright…" Akira groans in irritation due to being flashbanged as he lowers his arm from covering his eyes, slowly opening them, and he suddenly finds himself in… a strange grassy plain?
The teen just… stands there, so confused that he even forgets to blink for a second.
He rubs his eyes with his hands to check if his mind's playing games with him, but the scenery stays the same..
"...Alright, so this isn't a dream nor an illusion…" Akira narrows his eyes, not knowing how to process this situation at all.
"So… what do I even do now…?" He moves a hand up to his chin as he looks around, not having the slightest idea of what to do next now that he knows that there's a possibility he might be stuck inside his own console.
Of course, he was actually ecstatic about this, as he's been fantasizing about being Isekai'd into another world for practically all his life, but he knew he couldn't just goof around the place like nothing… when he doesn't even know where he is in the first place.
However, before he could think of anything else, he suddenly felt something make contact with his leg.
"Huh?" He looks over to where he felt the touch and sees something pink through the motion blur of his head turning around, but he immediately gets struck with a jolting sensation prior to even being able to tell what touched him, and he falls to the floor, blacking out.
-World of Light-
? ? ?
Amidst the rocky terrain of a cliff overlooked by the dark clouds, there was no one in sight.
But their spirits certainly were.
Galeem had turned everyone into Spirits, but only the Smashers were exempt from this fate, being turned into Trophies to mass-produce copies of themselves possessed by the others who weren't lucky enough to keep their physical form.
All of this, just because of a pink puffball.
The Spirits of everyone else caught by Galeem's light had the rest of their time written in stone. To wander around aimlessly until told otherwise.
All their hope had been left behind along with their bodies.
Except for a single star in the distance.
This star began to come closer, until it was no longer considered a star.
It became their last hope of salvation.
…And it came crashing down.
*BREAK!*
The Warpstar crashes into the floor, causing a loud shattering sound.
"Ow!" Kirby grunts as he slides face-first on the rocky ground, which would have probably left a massive scar if he wasn't… you know, Kirby.
Soon after, Kirby gets up from the ground, finding himself on the edge of a cliff, staring at… a peculiar landscape, to say the least.
But there's no time to think about that.
Kirby was mesmerized by the view for a while before he remembered that he had something else more important to do, so he turned around to look for a way down.
As soon as he saw a road leading down, he immediately started running towards it, looking determined to find every Smasher and free them from Galeem's control.

Map (World of Light) - Super Smash Bros Ultimate
Kirby follows the path in a hurry, until he comes across… Mario?
Kirby comes to a halt when he notices the fellow Smasher obstructing his path… who's wearing an alternate consume… and has red eyes?
Kirby readies himself into a fighting stance as soon as he senses that something is wrong with 'Mario', if it even is him at all, but the other simply just stares at him.
After a while of an unintentional staring contest, 'Mario' eventually makes the first move and lunges at Kirby to punch him into the ground, but Kirby already saw it coming from a mile away and easily avoids the strike.
"Who are you?" Kirby confronts the faker, who… suddenly turns into metal in response?
"H-Huh?" Kirby is taken aback by this sudden change, but he's forced to quickly brush it off as the clone charges back at him in another effort to attack, which falls short as well.
Kirby attacks the enemy with a strong kick before they can respond, but since they've already transformed into metal, all it does is make them flinch and they're able to easily ignore the hit.
("I thought so…") The puffball notes to himself in his thoughts as he jumps over an incoming attack, responding by kicking his opponent thrice midair. Once he lands on the ground, he immediately begins to unleash a flurry of punches, most of which barely even make an effect, but once he sees that he's about to be attacked, he immediately grabs onto the now metal copy of Mario and throws them below him, repeatedly and quickly stomping on them, which seems to actually be dealing some damage now.
When Kirby finishes up what's supposed to be his down throw, the faker finally turns back to normal, and he clearly intends to take advantage of this. He hops off the enemy ((yes, no knockback)) and hits them with two roundhouse and one bicycle kicks, before readying himself to attack with another forward smash kick. The clone notices this, and tries to sweep Kirby off his feet to interrupt the attack, but it wasn't enough to reach him, as he was already out of range.
"Hiyah!" Kirby shouts as he lands the kick on his approaching enemy once it's ready, and to his surprise, the clone starts to disintegrate into what seems to be some weird dark yellow glittery smoke once the attack hits, and a strange ball of rainbow energy pops out of it, floating around aimlessly.
"Huh…?" Kirby approaches the weird energy that's giving off an unknown vibe to him, tilting his head to the side in confusion at it, managing to make up some sort of figure on it just before it straight up goes inside his body with an equally strange sound, which catches him off guard.
Despite the absorption being uncalled for, Kirby somehow begins to feel stronger after that, and he also feels something else, but on his right hand instead. He looks to his stubby limb to see what it is, and he finds out that he's now carrying a spiky ball, an Unira.
Kirby stares at the item in confusion, wondering how it even got there, but his thoughts are interrupted by the sound of footsteps nearby. He turns his head over to the direction of where the sound is coming from, seeing a blue Yoshi running towards him with a Pokéball in hand.
Kirby was a bit bewildered to see another enemy so soon in a situation like this, but he quickly ignores that thought in favor of actually fighting, and he immediately throws the item on his hand at the Yoshi clone before he could use the Pokéball to try to knock it off his hand, but it fails as the Pokémon inside is released right before contact.
From the Pokéball emerges an Eevee with those same red eyes as everyone else, but both enemies are still hit by the ball, which sticks onto the ground after.
("Oh no…") Kirby's eyes widen when he notices the change in the Eevee. ("Maybe I am the only one safe…") His expression turns into a bit of a sorrowful one as he thinks about that scenario, but he decided to focus more on his own situation again. He runs over to both enemies, preparing to hit them with the same hammer that had won him the previous fight, but the Eevee interrupts the attack by ramming into him, deactivating the Unira, and the blue Yoshi follows up by throwing said object over his own ally to hit him.
Kirby definitely wasn't expecting to be hit twice like that all of a sudden, but it's not like it's that much of a big deal. The Eevee attacks just like before, but it's easily jumped over and countered by throwing the Unira back down, as he had quickly grabbed it before, followed up by an uncharged hammer swing, sending both the Eevee and the item away so he can concentrate on the Yoshi.
Kirby jumps to attack the enemy with a cartwheel, following with a kick that sends them away. He then noticed that the Yoshi had a tanooki tail, which confused him as to why, and he was about to run back over to where they would have landed, but his thoughts were interrupted when a yellow Yoshi appears out of nowhere from that same yellow dust as before, wearing the Screw Attack item on its chest.
"Looks like I'll have to hurry up…" The sudden appearance of yet another enemy certainly surprised the puffball, but it made him know that he needed to go faster than this before things got more difficult for him.
And thus, with an extra objective in mind, Kirby runs towards the spiky ball and throws it towards the blue Yoshi while they tried getting up, before dodging another attack from the Eevee, hitting back with three consecutive kicks, which are followed by a stronger roundhouse kick, which manages to defeat the Pokémon.
As the Eevee fades into smoke, the same mass of rainbow energy appears out of it, but it somehow feels…incomplete, with the lack of an image hinting more at it.
Kirby was mesmerized by the new feeling that emanated from the sphere, he had felt something off from the one before, but he wasn't expecting there to be different ones… not this early, at least.
But that was just for a bit, as he quickly got his guard up and turned around, finding himself looking at the quickly approaching Unira, which has just been used against him by the blue Yoshi, of which he didn't have enough time to react and defend himself against.
"O-Ow!" Kirby grunts in pain from the item colliding with his face, being pushed away a bit, but he easily manages to shrug it off, deactivating the spiky ball and throwing it back at the blue Yoshi. He rushes towards said enemy, kicking them thrice midair, but before he could even move again to follow it up, he suddenly had an agonizingly intense feeling on his back, being distracted enough so the blue copy could get away.
"Ack…" The puffball backs off before he could get hurt more from whatever it was, and when he turned around to check, it was yet another Yoshi he had to deal with, this one being red… and wpewing fireballs from its mouth.
Kirby had some bad flashbacks to when that happened with himself as he noticed it happening to his new enemy, but he then noticed something behind him.
It was the other two Yoshis trying to destroy the small orb of energy that was still floating around like nothing, which definitely surprised him, but when he put two and two together he realized that they were doing that for a reason.
Kirby, after realizing this, immediately rams into the red Yoshi along the way, becoming covered by fire in the attempt, but it somehow nullifies all the damage done.
"...?" Kirby blinks in confusion after pushing them away, but quickly brushes it off and continues to run towards the enemies harming the rainbow energy, charging up a kick near them, which he releases on the blue clone, effectively turning them into dust.
"That's another one done…" He mutters under his breath, before noticing that behind the cloak of yellow dust, the energy that came from it floated over to the other one, and they both combined, turning bigger, a faint drawing appearing, and feeling less… incomplete-er, as a result.
Kirby noticed this, and that the yellow Yoshi didn't stop hitting the energy with all they have, despite it actually looking like it's taking them way better than it did before. This obviously alerts him yet again, and he dropkicks them away when the effect of the item they're wearing stops.
Meanwhile, the red Yoshi slowly hops towards the location of the other two due to the whole 'shooting out fireballs from mouth' thing, with Kirby just staring at them sluggishly bring the Unira along with them, before deciding to focus more on the other one than him.
He does so by just assaulting the yellow Yoshi with a fast barrage of attacks, quickly getting them weaker and weaker until he finishes them off with a jumping suplex that disintegrates them and sends the resulting energy flying towards the bigger mass to reunite with it.
Kirby turns around and notices the red Yoshi doing quite the damage to the rainbow energy, and he could feel it definitely wasn't going to resist much longer, despite there being no visual cues about it.
Kirby jumps over to the last enemy and manages to get them away through the fireballs and all that, before quickly following them to where they had landed, proceeding to do a bunch of more kicks to weaken the clone while also either getting hit or dodging the fireballs, but it still wasn't enough damage to him, and with a final kick, his last enemy for now had been defeated.
Kirby slightly pants from exhaustion of all the work he's had to do this fight all alone as the sphere of energy has been finally completed. He slowly turned around to look at the energy, noticing what seems to be a drawing of an Eevee before the orb has itself absorbed into Kirby's body.
"Haha…" He chuckles as he feels his own energy come back to him refilled, maybe even overfilled with how fresh he feels now. He stretches around for a bit as his body gets used to the change, and he turns around again to continue down the path, getting the Unira back along the way, hopefully without that many interruptions.
But yeah, that hope didn't last for long, as he then encountered a scene he thought was very strange, to say the least.
It was yet, yet another enemy, of course, this time being a Jigglypuff clone, but what was beside them was the thing that actually confused him. It was a random human just laying there knocked out on the grass like nothing.
Kirby was obviously very confused when he noticed the seemingly non-hostile human, but he still managed to get himself to go and try to get him away from trouble, even if it looked like he wasn't in all that much danger in the first place.
He starts off by rushing over to attack the Jigglypuff copy, throwing the item on his hand at them, grabbing them while they were distracted by the hit and punching them a couple of times, before jumping high up into the sky and falling back down while in a suplex, which sends them away a considerable distance ((not towards the ruins or whatever, mind you)). Kirby looks to his side to check on the human, letting out a sigh of relief when he's still unharmed.
Kirby then turns his gaze back to his enemy, who is already running towards him, but he's able to block a headbutt from them, countering with a barrage of punches and ending off with a scorpion kick onto a roundhouse kick, pushing the clone back to where they were, with him definitely not letting them have any chance to take a break as he follows them immediately after.
The Jigglypuff clone was about to attack, but they were quickly interrupted by him landing a corkscrew dropkick, following it up with another combo of kicks, not wanting to leave the enemy alone for a single second even before being defeated.
Once the copy of the other balloon-like fighter vanishes to dust, Kirby looks at the remains of it, waiting for the rainbow energy to absorb itself into him, but it instead decides to fly away to somewhere else… and that somewhere else specifically was towards the human knocked out on the floor.
This surprised Kirby a bit, but considering the fact that it somehow restores the energy of whoever it decides to be absorbed by, he thought of it as a good plan he wasn't thinking of before. He just stared at the orb fly over to whoever was supposed to be the guy, leaving a rainbow trail as it hovers around before ultimately going into his body.
"N-Ngh…" The teen grunts as he wakes up from his however-long slumber there, slowly pushing his body up from the ground, staring off at the grass as his mind tries to process the situation.
"...Hey, are you okay?" Kirby calls out to the unknown human, startling the hell out of him.
"A-Ah!" He yelped, snapping his head over to his right to see who had just spoken to him, becoming even more surprised when he noticed it was Kirby. "H-Holy…" His eyes widened when he noticed him just standing there. ("Wait... Kirby? K-KIRBY?! Am I really seeing Kirby right now...?") He thought, not being able to move a single inch due to sheer shock.
Kirby had the human's surprise completely fly over his head, and just inspected his appearance from afar. ("No injuries nor weird glowing red eyes?") He recaps his results in his mind, before nodding. "At least you're fine now…"
The human's surprise remained intact as the puffball checked out his condition, but he eventually started to come to terms with the fact that he of all people is in the same place as him. ("...I would say that I'm dreaming right now… but who am I kidding?") He frowns slightly, before deciding to finally get himself up.
Kirby looked up at the other person, who was unsurprisingly towering over him. "What's your name?" He asks, tilting his head a but to the side as he does so.
"I- uh…" The human stammers, but with a sigh, he continues. "I'm Akira Mikabe… nice to meet you, K-K…" He stops himself from actually saying his name, as it would come off as pretty weird, judging by the fact that it's the first time they've met. ("...I should probably stay quiet about... that... he probably doesn't know that he's a videogame character... probably, but I'm still not willing to take the risk..."
Kirby smiles at the human, who introduces himself as Akira. "I'm Kirby, nice to meet you too, Akira!"
Akira can't help but let out a chuckle at the cheerfulness, finding it really cute. "Well, uh… yeah…" He still can't bring himself to say anything else, though.
"But… how did you even get here?" Kirby asks, looking pretty curious about that part.
Akira stares at Kirby, wondering how he could say this without mentioning anything weird. "...Well, what I remember is trying to sleep after coming back to my house from a party, and then some light came out of my Nint-" He quickly closes his mouth shut as he almost ruins his entire plan. ("Dammit, I almost screwed it up!") He curses to himself. "I mean, n-nowhere... that expanded over to everywhere in the room." He continues his explanation. "I opened my eyes right after and I found myself here, and after a bit of just aimlessly looking around in confusion, I just got knocked out by… something… I swear it was pink, just like you."
"Hm…" Kirby ponders about his explanation, coming up with a response. "...Was it the Jigglypuff clone I just defeated?" He asks, even if the teen didn't know who he was even talking about.
"...Ah." Akira nods slowly, looking a bit surprised at the answer. ("...Huh, so that means that maybe I am somehow in World of Light…?") He looked around to check if this was at least somewhat correct, and he found out that he noticed a couple of familiar places, at least from the top-down view of this place's map. ("And the start too…")
Kirby looks over to the ruins in front of them, and points at the place with one of his stubby arms. "I was about to head over there…" He drifts off when he notices something. "...Wait a minute…"
"...Yeah?" He looks back down to Kirby in confusion, waiting for him to continue as he hasn't noticed anything else yet.
"Wait, I think I see something…" Kirby squints his eyes, looking at the entrance of the ruins. "Hm..." After a few seconds Kirby realized what was blocking the path and promptly starts running towards it.
Akira was caught off guard by the sudden change in Kirby's manner. "H-Hey! Don't just run away like that!" He shouted at him, right before noticing the deactivated Unira just there on the ground.
He approaches the item and slowly reaches out to grab it, closing an eye in fear that it might just activate all of a sudden, but he quickly snatches it and brings it up for him to see, and luckily for him, it's still deactivated. After getting the spiky ball from the floor, he looks back over to Kirby, who is still running towards someone, and he follows him.
"Mario!" Kirby calls out, looking happy to see whoever was blocking the entrance.
("Oh, wait… don't tell me we're here already!") A frown returns to Akira's face as this is what comes out of his thoughts at the moment.
Kirby stops right on his tracks as soon as he notices something wrong about the person blocking the way. "M-Mario?"
The teen stops right behind Kirby. "Who 's… Mario…?" He asks, looking up and notices another human standing in their way. Akira obviously recognized them as Mario, Nintendo's mascot, one of the most famous fictional characters in the world, if not, the most popular one. Except… His eyes were red, glowing, and something about him felt really… off.
"...Right." The puffball says in a bit of a remorseful tone, frowning as well while looking ready to fight.
Akira blinked in confusion at Kirby, before realizing what his behavior was hinting at. "Wait… Don't tell me we're going to fight him!"
"It's the only option we have…" Kirby says, his gaze not moving from Mario a single bit.
"..." He stood there in silence for a bit, before sighing. "...Fair enough." He looks up at Mario, still not sure how he's going to be able to fight in the first place as Kirby approaches him, and everything fades to black.
To be continued.
"I'm Akira..."
"And I'm Kirby!"
"Really? We're going to have to fight Mario, of all people?" Akira asks with an unamused expression on his face.
"Yep…" Kirby replies, not looking like he's enjoying much of it either.
"I literally have no experience in fighting, what do you expect me to do against him?"
"Don't worry, I'll fight for you, just focus on defending yourself." He tries to reassure him.
The teen's expression turns a bit unsure, sighing. "...Fine… Let's just get on with this…"
"The next chapter will be named: "Random Ruins In The Middle of Nowhere!" It's your first fight in the story, you'll get better at it!"
"Actually… Yeah, you're right."

This chapter turned out to be pretty good to me, but that might not be the case for you guys, but what do I know?
Anyways, as you might have guessed, the next chapter (and the rest of the fic) will be about fights, which is not something I'm not going to be good at making chapters about (judging by the fact that I'm pretty bad at doing fights in roleplays), so it might take longer, or it also might end up being terrible. Who knows?
…Sometimes I wonder why I chose to write something that mostly consists of something I'm shit at writing.
"So... is he gonna make us do dumb things in fights?" Akira asks, looking at Kirby, while the latter 'shrugs', or at least does something resembling that with his bodily limitations.
"Dunno."
Also, the method of fighting shown in this chapter won't be all that recurrent in the following chapters, as It'll be replaced by something more faithful to the actual game, but It'll come back soon.
Extra Notes:
I use the MM/DD/YY system instead of the DD/MM/YY in these because it kinda sounds better, despite not making all that much sense.
The only thing that i have in common with Akira is personality and some minor things, I'm not Japanese, I don't live in the United States of America (In the Americas, yes, but not there), I'm not 15 (I'm about to be, though), I don't live with my aunt (well, I do, but also with 6 other family members), and my parents are still alive.
Akira originally lived in London, but I decided to change it after like, 13 months, and then completely got rid of the whole city schtick after 18.
This chapter turned out to be almost exactly 4K words more than the original chapter.
And for last, I might have to edit half of the chapter following a paraphraser, like I did with the first half.
With that out of the way, Thanks for reading, and have a wonderful day!
