[ACSR: Judgement desu no!]

As Uiharu got down to what she did best the others left to begin the hunt, Joule could hear what was occurring over the ear piece she had been given. Apparently Saten had made contact with the target.

"Head down the street" Uiharu instructed, Joule walked quickly to cut off the target. This was actually relatively simple for her as Uiharu was doing the actual tracking work.

A few seconds passed before Uiharu gave the next instruction "Head back down the way you came, turn left and keep going." Joule turned around to listen to the instruction. It would be quite easy to catch the culprit if they didn't try anything fancy.

Uiharu was watching them via the cameras, their psudo-invisibly was useless against her.

This was actually the first time ever that Joule had helped fight someone with powers, with her allies they were more than a match for this person.

"We've almost got her going towards the park! Joule take your next left turn." Uiharu ordered. Joule was pleased, they had planned to bring her to the park where she could be boxed in, Misaka in front of her and Saten, Kuroko and herself behind her to cut off escape.

When Joule was only a short distance from the park she saw Saten and waved, they both entered the park together to see the culprit forced to drop their power. Joule could see Misaka on the swing "This game has been fun, but it's all over now" Misaka said with a note of victory. The culprit looked up with a mix of anger and confusion "Impossible, why isn't my Dummy Check working anymore?"

Misaka smiled "Who can say?"

The Culprit looked outraged "This is why I hate all you brats from Tokiwadai!" as they said this they pulled out a stun gun and ran at Misaka, Joule considered crying out a warning but two things stopped her. First was that Misaka could clearly see the stun gun, second was that she wanted to see if Misaka could absorb the electricity.

The stun gun was stabbed into her, very little happened. She tried again but Misaka just smiled "Nice try but stun guns don't really have any effect on me."

Joule remembered GV once told her that "He was electricity" when she asked how his power worked. Misaka was apparently the same in that regard.

The culprit looked a mix of apologetic and afraid, Misaka just placed a finger onto the culprit's arm. One electric shock later and the culprit was knocked out. Misaka looked down at her "And that was actually holding back." Joule nodded slightly, Misaka would have likely given the girl third-degree burns or worse if she had been going all-out.

Kuroko turned to one of the cameras and spoke "Uiharu, please tell anti-skill that we have apprehended the target."

Saten was disappointed for a bit when she realised she wasn't allowed to make the girl's eyebrows even stranger in revenge. The culprit was taken away (after some good advice from the girls) and Joule headed home for the day.

She told GV about her adventure that day, GV told her that he was still looking into the dark side of academy city. Joule didn't really like that GV was always looking for a job on the dark side but she had been told why he looked for one.

GV was not really prepared to not be an agent, he was used to making money by entering places and fending off guards to reach an objective. It was tiring to do things the normal way for him. He would find the normal way dull.

Joule just shrugged and they had dinner together.

The next day came and went, as night fell Gunvolt decided to walk around town, he might just see something happening that could give him a lead.

[ACSR: searcher]

As he walked around town he felt a blast of lightning, if there weren't buildings in the way he could have seen it. He took a step in that direction before beginning to dash. GV's dashing is based around magnetism. He could create electromagnets out of most ferromagnetic materials, such as the soles of his boots or the metal piping in the roads.

Two magnets of matching poles and he could act like a magnetic train, skimming across the ground with 0 friction. His air dashes and air jumps were based on the same principle but they used up a lot of power.

[ACSR: battle area]

His gliding took him to the artificial riverbank where there was some sort of fight going on. A girl with electrokinesis was attacking a boy who didn't seem to be fighting back. GV considered jumping in to help the boy, as he thought he saw the girl release a blast of electricity. The boy raised his hand as if to ward off the electricity, foolish when that would just give the electricity an easy target.

Just before the electricity would strike the boy's hand he pushed forward, his hand striking the bolt of lighting. As it made contact GV could hear a strange sound and the lightning vanished.

As GV wondered what ability the boy possessed the girl spoke "Like I thought, shocks don't work on you" She smiled and began sending lightning into the sand beneath her "Well then, how's this?" Out of the ground she pulled black iron sand.

GV could see this girl was quite skilled but he wouldn't watch a murder. GV jumped down while using his flashfield, as he planned this orb of electricity caught the attention of the girl.

The girl looked shocked (pun intended) and spoke in an annoyed tone of voice "And who the hell are you? Doesn't matter anyway this is personal between me and him." the boy meanwhile was backing up as if about to run.

The girl turned her attention away from GV and swung her whip of sand towards the boy. GV saw her try this and so did a little magnetic control of his own, sending the girl's whip off in completely the wrong direction.

The girl ran towards the boy as if to stop him getting away and lashed out from a much shorter range. The boy managed to use his hand to negate her power like before but as he did the girl grabbed his hand "You might be able to block my shots but from this range you won't be able to avoid getting shocked!"

GV ran up to stop her but nothing happened. She looked just as surprised as GV. The boy twisted his arm to force her to let go before scarpering.

After a few seconds she looked up and saw her prey leaving then she glanced at GV

[ACSR: searcher]

"Who the hell are you and why did you get in the way of our fight?" she answered angrily.

"You may call me Genki, you two were fighting and you might have hurt him." GV answered.

The girl narrowed her eyes "Do you even know who I am?"

GV had two options here, he could give an honest answer or he could try to deduce who she was, he decided on honesty.

"I don't give a jitt about who you are, as far as I know you were just someone attacking someone else." GV turned as if to leave, as he did he heard the girl splutter for a moment.

He began to walk away before the girl called angrily towards him "Wait, if your so desperate to stop the fight then I'll fight you instead!"

Gunvolt just held his hand up "Another time, right now I'm busy."

As he continued to walk on he felt an electric charge build up behind him, she was going to attack him. He didn't know whether her electricity was strong enough to bypass his protection but he wasn't going to try it. As she launched the lightning at him he ducked to the side and returned fire.

She didn't even try to dodge, she believed herself immune to it after all. The lightning hit her and she felt a tingle as it caused some of her leg muscles to spasm. She fell to the floor as Gunvolt left.

A few seconds later she got up and made a promise "You and that other guy, you are both going down eventually!"

A note on electric protection;

Both GV and Misaka are immune to low-level shocks, both are flat out immune to tasers (And they even restore GV's strength) but a strong enough shock can still effect them (As GV takes damage from lightning-using enemies and Misaka can use her power to control her own nerves)

Misaka is still mostly a rival to Touma but now she has a second target.
