The Strongest?

Accelerator hummed softly while looking at the two electromasters who were now holding off his attacks. He eventually shrugged and looked at GV "Wow, you are tough. You are standing with a shattered leg. That has got to hurt."

Touma glanced quickly between all of them before stopping at Misaka "You two need hold back. This won't work if either of you beat him."

Misaka shook her head "Are you mad? you almost died just there. At minimum we need to defend you!"

Accelerator looked over to there talk "You all are being real quiet. Let's see if this grabs your attention!" He kicked against a large container which flew up and then towards the group.

Touma leapt forwards while both electromasters jumped backwards. the container shattered and let bags of flour fall out and throw their contents into the air as a cloud.

Accelerator looked out the cloud "Well this is interesting," He looked at Touma as the others were obscured by the container "do you know what a dust explosion is?" He kicked against the ground and another metal container was launced "The wind is calm and you are right in the middle of a cloud of flour. You know what that means right?"

As the container fell. Misaka panicked, any use of her ability could spark the cloud. GV pulled her down with him and she could hear him saying something. At once there was a small blue dome covering them. Touma meanwhile just ran away from the container, the trigger.

The container struck another container and fire raced through the yard. Touma weakly got up, his body was red with the heat but he was close to unhurt. Behind the, now fragmented, flour container Misaka and GV rose to their feet. Misaka was looking at GV in shock but resolved to ask him later.

Accelerator meanwhile walked towards Touma "Yeah, dust explosions are nasty. Next time I try that I should remember not to put myself in the middle of it though. I always thought I could survive a WMD, I may need to reconsider that." Touma looked at him, daggers in his eyes. He slowly tried to get up.

"Oh, you're going to keep trying to fight me? Really?" Accelerator was now less that five meters away from Touma who had managed to stand.

"It is strange really, you aren't fighting me an ability so my reflection ability can't turn it against you. Your weakness is saving you." Accelerator began to clap "You know? Strange as it is you've done pretty well so far. You are still alive and considering I am your opponent that is a miracle. I'm getting bored of you though, so I will now kill you and attend to Railgun."

Accelerator held out his arms to the side "Let's put an end to this shall we? Pick a hand, any hand. It doesn't matter which, either of them can kill you with a touch by reversing your blood flow resulting in a messy death."

He took the first step forward "So which will it be? The right hand? The left hand?"

By now the electromasters had come round the burning crate to get a better look.

Accelerator launched himself off the ground towards Touma "Or Both!" both arms were extended towards him.

Misaka screamed, GV looked for a way to save him. Touma just prepared himself.

When the two were close enough, Accelerator grabbed for Touma but in the same moment Touma struck with a right hand punch. In that moment the punch wasn't reflected by Accelerator and he flew through the air in shock, not understanding what had just happened. He landed painfully and lay there looking at the moon for a good few seconds.

He eventually sat up and touched his bleeding face. The look of shock on his face was so great that GV wondered if this was the first time he had ever been punched. Eventually Accelerator yelled out "What the hell just happened!" Touma began to walk over while Accelerator climbed to his feet.

"Impressive," After saying that Accelerator began laughing "No I mean it. That was good, A solid hit! I'll give you that you really nailed me. But now!" He reached forth quick as a snake to touch Touma now he was within range. Touma's right hand was there though and it smacked Accelerator's hand away. The hand became a fist that in a moment both electromasters prepared for something to go wrong the fist flew forward and punched Accelerator in the face again.

It was so forceful that Accelerator bounced of the ground to fly a bit further. Misaka looked on in utter shock while GV analysed the situation. Touma was breaking though Accelerator's absolute defence with punches, all launched from his right arm. Was that then the trick?

Accelerator charged forwards with a flurry of attempted strikes, Touma backpedaled from each strike to avoid them. He tripped and fell and Accelerator kicked out but he rolled and stood up.

"Damn you, stop moving!" Accelerator reached out and was again punched in the face. "What is the deal with your right hand, huh?" Accelerator yelled in anger and confusion. Touma replied with a punch to his gut.

After gasping for a moment Accelerator looked mad "I wouldn't get to carried away third-string!" He kicked the ground and a small explosion threw Touma to the ground. However Touma managed to roll and come in with an uppercut that knocked Accelerator into the air again.

"You should have never have gotten involved in this," Touma spoke as Accelerator flew "so many sisters, living the best that they can. They use up all of their strength just to fight you!" Accelerator smacked against the ground and as he slid to a stop Touma spoke again "They deserve better! They are living beings! Not fodder for some ruthless madman on a quest for power!"

Either way, The electromasters are holding back because to end the experiment it has to be Touma's fight. That won't stick.
