[ACSRS: Febrie]

Joule, Konori and Febrie were sitting around the table in the Judgement office. Konori was keeping Febrie entertained as was Joule every so often. Febrie was drawing with a set of crayons that someone had managed to find for her in the office. Joule was tapping away on a laptop and occasionally looking towards Uiharu who was sitting at a desk surrounded by monitors. They would exchange words but then focus again on their work.

"Did you get the list GV sent?" Joule asked to Uiharu as she pulled up the same list. Uiharu nodded "Yes, but they might all be dummy buildings like the one he said he found right?"

Joule nodded "Yes, but we should probably still check." While they worked there was the background noise of Konori and Febrie.

Uiharu thanked Konori for keeping an eye on Febrie but Konori replied "It's no problem, how is your work coming?"

Uiharu tabbed over to a different calculation and sighed "No signs of tampering with the cameras but nothing was seen of the vehicle that Kuroko followed. Are you getting anything Joule?"

Joule sighed herself "Not much." She was looking into the man that Kongou had seen at the Reach Assembly building, she found his previous entries for the Assembly but other than that very little of his current life that they didn't already know. Every thing he had brought to the Assembly had been brilliant but most of it wasn't in Bio-tech fields so it wouldn't have anything to do with Febrie.

About half a minute later a tired looking Saten entered the office "Hi, I'm back." a greeting and a sigh. She had been sent to the frog faced doctor to try and figure out the ingredients of the lolipops but judging from how she looked...

"How did it go?" Uiharu asked. Konori at about the same time made the note of "You look beat. Find anything about the lolipops?"

"It's about what we were expecting," Saten admitted, she then put on an awful imitation of the doctor's voice before continuing "'It would be an extremely difficult task to analyse all the components of the candy and even if we succeeded there, reproducing the exact formula would be an even more impossible undertaking.' so he said"

"Oh, that's a shame." Uiharu was actually looking over now.

Saten sighed "He did say he would get in touch if he found out anything helpful though. Honestly I'm not sure how much faith I have in that guy." She used her hands to stretch her mouth wider so it looked like a frog-face "A doctor just shouldn't look like a frog."

"Hey now, be nice Saten." Uiharu warned with a smile on her face.

[ACSR: Determination]

They continued working on it, Uiharu found there were times when sections of the city's surveillance cameras just would shut off. There was still no signs of tampering so it just raised a flag for now instead of being a real clue.

Eventually Saten and Misaka returned from their trip to speak with the anti-skill member they knew. They both looked dejected but everyone gathered around a table to swap information.

Misaka's team went first and showed one of the small glass rectangles with some sort of fiber in it that had been found at both attacks.

Saten looked at it "Was this all we were given to look into?"

Kuroko sighed "It was all that was left, everything else had been taken by managment, as far as we know the only reason this wasn't taken was because it was being stored somewhere else so it wasn't remembered."

Joule nodded "It was said that this group, STUDY, could influence Anti-skill. Maybe it was taken to hide evidence."

Misaka sighed "If they forgot this when hiding evidence is it really that big of a clue?"

Kuroko shrugged "It is something strange-looking and it was found at both locations, also I think the one that was with everything else was taken. Shot in the dark, maybe they didn't know it had been found?"

Misaka nodded non-committally then turned to Uiharu "Did you figure anything out with the cameras?"

Uiharu told what she had found

Kuroko raised an eyebrow "Every camera in the area suffered a failure long enough to miss all the action? If that wasn't intentional then what is Academy city doing with it's budget?"

Uiharu nodded "I thought the same but no signs of tampering, my theory is that the entire area suffered some form of interference."

Joule thought about that and looked to Misaka "Did you feel anything like that with your ability?"

Misaka shook her head but then stopped "No but I think our phones did."

Saten realised what she was saying and nodded "Yeah none of our phones were working, we got all those messages from Kongou only after the danger had passed."

Uiharu then realised something "On that day, not far from were we were there was a problem with the traffic signals. Those would have been jammed too."

Kuroko checked "You mean those signals that Konori occasionally asks us to help out with?"

Saten asked in excitement "Do you think they are connected?"

Uiharu tried to calm her down "Not necessarily but it isn't impossible."

"This seems like a lot of trouble to go through to track down one little girl," Misaka pondered "Maybe there is more to their plan then we realise?"

Just then Misaka's phone rang "It's from Kongou." After saying that she answered and put it to her ear.

A little time passed before Misaka put the phone away and spoke "Kongou can't find any good leads on the man while in the field, she is going to try looking into the powered suits now."

Uiharu looked deep in thought "Joule, what did you find about that man anyway?"

Joule stood up to grab the laptop she was using before sitting back down and turning it around. She then began to narrate "Aritomi Haruki is a two-time winner of the Reach Assembly. He is one of STUDY's founding members. That is basically all I could find."

Saten looked surprised "A founding member was there to get Febrie?"

Joule nodded but didn't say anything else.

Kuroko stood up dramatically "We can't let Kongou beat us, lets move out to cover more ground."

As everyone started to move Joule noticed Misaka was deep in thought, she poked her on the shoulder "What are you thinking about?" Joule asked quietly

Misaka whispered back as they prepared to leave "We still don't know who told Febrie my name and why."

Joule shook her head "We can guess the who; Nunotaba Shinobu."

"Are you sure?" Misaka asked.

"No," Joule said quickly "but it makes sense. You know her right?"

Misaka's face looked thoughtful "Fair enough, want to come with me to look for her?"

"Sure." Joule agreed.

End of chapter

Honestly with how long episode 21 is taking I wonder if Railgun T will be fully done and dubbed by the time I get to it. I mean sure we are getting to the end of the episode but still!

Either way, comment if you want and all that stuff
