Casey was curious, going with her uncle to some fancy house in Queens, unaware he washelping hermakea friend or he got paid to watch said newfriend, hearing somebody answer thedoor, in SHIELD gear makingCasey impressed as they entered hearing the woman talking about Flora makingthe femalekitcurious.
"She's in her room, doing some TikTok thing, involving herfigures." shesaid.
"Yeah, she told me about that the other day, it's alright." Rocket said.
After she heard the woman giving her uncle instructions and lraving, Casey wascurious using hercloaking-power, going upstairs finding a bedroom door with a posterof her uncle on it, hearing voices that sounded likesomebodywasplaying, opening thedoor softly, making her eyes widen in awe, seeing a young girl herage with Groot-like skin, flowery hair, wearing a top that had somekind ofsymbol on it with shorts.
She also noticed she was holding a doll of Rocket in one vine-like hand with a doll of Groot in the other, guessing she was a fan of her uncles, seeing a poster board with posters ofher uncle along with drawings.
"It's okay, I won't hurt you, I'm Casey." Casey said appearing out of nowhere.
"Ohhhh you're the kid Rockie told me about, the other day." she said.
Rocket came in, relieved that Casey had met Flora, explaining to them, hearing their stomaches rumble, and Flora's mom had given them money for takeout, deciding to order pizza, knowing that all kids liked pizza, seeing both Casey and Flora agree giggling which he thought sweet, seeing Flora impressed, seeing Casey using some of her many powers, as Flora's house was huge, so she could play.
"Wow, you're half-Groot which is awesome, and bet my uncle is helpimg you, with your powers and your vines." Casey said.
"Y-yeah, sometimes I lose control and cause damage, you know?" Flora replied.
Rocket knew that Flora rarely got out of the house unless he was here, getting one of his ideas, about getting ice-cream makimg them excitable, especially Flora, leaving the house, makimg Casey surprised, that her new friend stayed at home a lot, unless her uncle was here hearing her uncle tell her, that Flora's mom was a little over-protective of her.
"This is awesome, plus mom will never know, Flora said.
"I know kiddo, secret fun, like what Casey does." Rocket replied.
Casey felt nervous hearing her uncle say that, wondering if he knew she was Raccoon Girl, taking deep breaths, making Flora wonder, if she was alright, seeing her nod in reply seeing her uncle Peter as Spidey web-slimgimg making a grin return to her furry face hearing Flora excitedly waving making Rocket grin, deciding to bring her to the compound since her mom would not return until a few days latear.
"Sweet she's having a long-sleepover, that should be awesome!" Casey said.
After getting back to the compound, Casey saw Shocket wanting to talk to her, going to Casey's room, makimg her surprised that Rokai had gotten out of his house, but having super-powers impressing , getting excitable, seeing Rokai hug her as size-changing wasone of his many powers, along with talking.
"Sorry I got out, I just wanted to surprise you, plus Shocket got excited, is everything okay?" Rokai asked.
"This is so cool, only we have to be discreet, uncle Rockie brought an new friend home for the weekend, I guess we can tell mom and dad." Casey replied scratching behind hisear which Shocket found adorable, and a thought wason her mind about Raccoon Girl.
"I promised my parents that I wouldn't do Raccoon Girl stuff on the weekends, plus we have to help Rokai learn to control hispowers like uncle Spidey taught us." Casey said high-fouring Shocket along with Rokai giggling, hearing footsteps, telling Rokai to shrink back to his normal size for now, seeing him in hishouse, seeing Rocket there with Flora, makimg Shocket confused.
" I thought we were gonna hang out, have fun, climb the climbing walls, maybe train Rokai, why do we have to include this Groot clone?" she whispered to Casey, making Rocket sigh, explaining that Casey was becomimg friends with Flora and that she should giveFlora a chance, makimg her sigh.
"We can still do all the things we want, just with an new friend." Casey replied.
"Fine, as long asshe stays out of my fur." Shocket replied to her makimg Flora frown.
"You think that Flora is havijg fun, with Casey and Shocket?" Riley asked.
"Shocket was not happy to have Flora be part o their group, but with Casey, yes." Rocket told her.
It was later that night and Rocket was hanging out with Ranger and Riley like Casey and Shocket were hanging out with Flora guessing that Shocket was being like Howard wanting him to just be his friend, seeing Flora running in, hugging his furry leg makimghim realise, his train of thought was true calming her down, seeing Casey there, tellimg him what had been happening.
"At least you have been welcoming to Flora, but I'll talk to Shocket ater." he told her.
Casey was relieved by that, as Shocket had been acting strange, even when they had been playing with web-shooters, makijg Rangerand Riley get it, Shocket was jealous of Flora being around Casey seeing Rocket agreeing, which stunnedCasey as she wanted them to be friends, which Rocket understood, saying he would handle it, making them a snack.
