"Casey got overtaken by Venom, I need your help, she's been acting out lately." Rose said stunning Rocket and Pupia, Casey's mom.

Recently, Casey had been feeling insecure because seeing that Pledge Day was coming up and Shocket bragging to her about the cool things including her new armour, it had made her upset but she'd concealed it because she was happy for Shocket until she started bragging making her an easy target for Venom, who'd oozed on her making Rose, her sweet symbiote friend mad and protective of Casey but had needed help.

"Shocket, where're you, come out and play," Casey growled making Linda gulp.

"Hey, get your venomised paws off my Ducky." Shocket said.

Rocket and Pupia were watching this play out, before stopping Casey before she hurt anybody in this state hearing her telling Shocket that she got lucky passing the Avengers test making tears sting Shocket's eyes shaking it off.

"This ain't the Casey I know who helped me out, who loves being bubbly and her friends including Rose, you wanna be a heroine, fight Venom." she said sounding like her dad impressing Rocket knowing Casey could hear Shocket from inside Venom.

"She's right, I'm Raccoon Girl even if I'm not in the program, I can be a hero my own way." Casey said taking a deep breath screaming knowing Venom hated that, Rose too hoping she was alright, hearing Venom whimpering pleading for her to stop impressing Rocket stopping Shocket or Rose.

"Ahhh, I'm getting off." Venom screeched getting off Casey.

"Is my Casey alright." Rose asked.

"She just needs to rest, but yeah only Shockie, you bragging caused this but hope you learnt something from this." Rocket told her and Shocket.

"Yeah dad sorry, I forget sometimes." Shocket replied seeing Casey was being taken to the medical wing….l

Casey began to stir a few days later in her room, unaware she'd been attacked by Venom along with fighting insecurity even though Shocket had activated it realising today was a big day, Pledge Day where the new recruits in the Avengers Elementary program were revealed to the world, along with a party and a secret one later seeing special armour for her which confused her.

"I failed the test so how come I got special armour, like Shockie and her friends." she wondered seeing Pupia enter grinning seeing her lil kit was awake, she'd been worried about her after the Venom attacking her thing.

"Rockie wanted you to feel as special as everybody else today regardless if you passed the test or not." she told her kissing her nose making Casey giggle which relieved her letting Rocket tell her the other surprise which was related to her armour seeing Casey putting it on looking awesome as she looked at herself in the mirror.

"Raccoon Girl shoots, she so scores hehe." she proclaimed snorting and laughijg.

"I think somebody needs breakfast, before things get really fun." Pupia told her.

"Ooh what do you mean by that, did uncle Rockie tell you something cool." she asked.

"You're just gonna have to wait and see, sweetie." she replied leaving her room.

Now Casey was more curious, getting new armour and now there was another surprise tied into Pledge Day so wondered what was going on
