"Mmmm, oh man, pizza's smelling bso good, can't we just eat, and save Casey some." a female raccoon kit asked seeing another shake her furry head makingCasey's mom, Pupia chuckle at her little kit's best pals, Peach and Raya.
"Relax you two, Casey will be here-" she told them hearing somebody entering the compound and in Casey's room making both female raccoon youngsters exchange an excited look, guessing Casey was back from patrolling as Raccoon Girl which Peach and Raya knew about and guarded with their lives.
"Sorry guys as I got side-tracked, oh my Groot the pizza smells good and so hungry after kicking tail, hope uncle Rockie doesn't know Peach and Raya are here but sleeping over." she said to Pupia, seeing a frown on Casey's furry face at her last sentence.
"Isn't your uncle one of us, you know." Peach asked.
"Yes, but that's touchy, being raccoons is awesome, plus him being a bad-ass inspires other kids of our species, if he only knew what his precious Shockie is up to." Casey replied making Peach and Raya curious, they knew of Shocket from seeing her, when they hung out with Casey here.
"I'll tell you later, alright in my room." Casey whispered making them giggle.
Pupia smirked loving seeing her daughter so happy, just being a kit having friends and not being a super heroine but she hiped Rocket was cool with this, if he found out or saw how happy Casey was around Peach and Raya sighing patting her furry bump where Casey's new sister was but asleep.
"Wait, where's uncle Rockie, you didn't send him on a wild goose chase." Casey asked her.
"He's tracking your cousin, as Shocket's been sneaky, so his dad instincts are goijg wild, you wanted to introduce Peach and Raya to him, huh." Pupia told her seeing her nod.
"I think we should wait, but you guys have fun." Pupia told her kissing her nose.
"Awww that's so sweet." Peach said softly seeing Raya nodding making Casey feel bad, she knew moms were a touchy subject for them, which like them keeping her secret that she was Raccoon Girl, Casey kept their reason why moms were touchy a guarded subject, it was okay.
"S-sorry if I made you guys sad." Casey said stuttering a little.
"It's cool Raccoon Girl, you should be happy, come on let's go." Raya replied.
"Go where guys." Casey asked curiously seeing grins on their furry faces.
"To the tree fort where we live, it's in the forest area, we need supplies." Peach told.
Casey was excited to see where her friends lived guessing this was another friend thing to keep secret which was alright, packing snacks and stuff into her backpack, deciding to leave Bento here, it was just for one night kissing the stuffed tenuki's nose before leaving but taking her pyjamas off, so she could be like Peach and Raya.
"Ohhh yeah, this is going to be awesome, you know." Raya said.
They were on Avenger Campus grounds but using the fire-pit to roast smores which they were loving giggling and being dorks, hoping the adults would not be mad, if they fouhd out seeing Casey roll her eyes knowing she or her mom would explai.
Later that morning, Casey began to stir remembering how crazy and fun last night had been snuggled between Peach and Raya in their tree-fort home which made her feel good hearing Peach and Raya asleep on either side of her, hoping her uncle would not flip knowing her mom would help her, rubbing her eyes with a paw, she didn't have to go lying back down, enjoying this.
Around noon, she awoke but left the tree-fort but whispered goodbye to a gery sleepy Peach and Raya using her super-speed power to hustle it back before her uncle noticed not caring if she was not wearing armour or pyjamas sleepily entering the kitchens making Pupia grin, she loved seeing her like this, embracing her inner raccoon even if Rocket might not agree, making her brunch asking how Peach and Raya were.
"They're sleeping right now, but we had a blast, is uncle Rockie okay." Casey asked.
"He's a bit frazzled as Shocket was hustling humans, with her friends." Pupia told her.
"I guess it's not a good time to introduce Peach and Raya." she mumbled.
