"Be careful, the Phoenix has powerful magic but it's awesome you're helping get that thorn out of her fiery wing." Rocket cautioned Casey who had led the Phoenix to Avengers Campus after Tivon had tried to put it in his collection and noticed it needed help.
"I am, owww, I got a little burnt but the thorn has to come out, Phoenix, trust me." Casey told it yanking the thorn out using her super-strength power feeling the tail touch her gently makijg Rocket nervous, he knew what the Phoenix did.
"I'm okay, I think hehehe, let's get some chocolate puddin." she said, worrying Rocket because Casey ate that a lot as a toddler, seeing Crystal place a magenta-furred hand on his armoured shoulder gently reassuring him, if that happened they could handle it.
"Yeah you've got a point kid, I care about her a lot like Shocket." he replied goijg inside.
Casey was heating up chocolate pudding in the microwave, getting excited hearing the microwave ping taking the big bowl out gently making Rocket guess, she hadthe munchies bad after superheroics had worked up her appetite seeing her nodding chowing down making Crystal guess, Rocket'shunch might be right that the Phoenix's flames might be ageing her down guessing Casey was unaware, of what was happening.
"We shouldn't say anything, unless it happens, we don't wanna scare her." Rocket said seeing Casey sleepily smirking feeling her belly happier rubbing her eyes with a paw seeing it was late despite being nocturnal.
"Awww just get some sleep, you deserve it, after tonight's adventure." Rocket heard Crystal tell her seeing the female-kit nodding going to her room taking off her armour getting into bed cuddling her stuffed tenuki, Bento yawning falling asleep.
The next morning however, she woke up feeling strange getting up patting her furry belly going over to her mirror realising something crazy, seeing a toddler in the mirror gasping realising it was her feeling anxious just as Rocket called her and Shocket for breakfast, seeing her uncle wide-eyed and Shocket smirk, seeing her as a toddler that was a little chubby yet made her cute.
"H-How did this happen, maybe I'm asleep." Casey said seeing Rocket shake his head.
"The Phoenix burns others to life not death, she turned you into a very cute toddler and you still have your powers, oh vey somebody needs tail-armour as she just answered the call of nature." he told her making Shocket laugh hysterically.
"How do you know this uncle, has this happened before." Casey asked seeing him nod.
"Yep, she did it to me during the Secret Wars, and the others had to raise me, don't worry, I'm goijg to help." he said while putting tail-armour on her which she appreciated after digging her old booster seat out of storage seeing her get onto it.
"Ohhh that's cool, but Groot probably helped too." she replied to him.
She was digging into pancakes which had smiley-Groot faces on them in Nutella making her grin, eating messily making Shocket chuckle because she was getting used to being this little again, seeing Rocket agreeing
