Chapter 25: Courage and Love

(Galia)

In the royal castle of Galia. A Noble woman bowed before a man with light blue hair this was his highness, king Joseph de Gallia. "Your Majesty, Joseph." The woman greeted the king. "I've found the item that you've been looking for." She said holding a small box.

"Thank you madam. I couldn't be more grateful. Let's see…" The king opened the and was thrilled "I don't believe it. A magic knight, the details seem to date back pre-capet. Thank you so much!" The king's face radiated even.

She found his highness childish amusement to be rather humorous.

"Please miss. If you would come with me! There is something I wish for you to see." Joseph said pulling on the woman's arm and starting to drag her along he eventually brought her to an empty room with a model garden.

"Behold, my Halkeginia!"

"Oh my, such a lovely mold." The noble woman said in shock. "Have you grown tired of playing chess, and started creating models, then?"

"Oh no. I haven't, the game doesn't bore me but I thought of a way to make it a little more entertaining. A sort of new game if you will." King Joseph explains picking up knight pieces and placing it on the model of Halkeginia. "In this game. We have created a real battlefield experience for our pawns to fight over. The game is similar to chess but instead of just the regular fundamentals we have made it all a geographical scale of reality. The decision of victory or defeat is all dependent on a dice roll. As a result the outcome gives you a feeling like you are in an actual war."

The noble woman was starting to feel interested in this game. A geographic type of chess where you command like it's real combat. His highness may not have a talent for magic as do other nobles. But his love and skill for the game of chess was indeed marvelous.

"Have you played with others?"

The king shook his head "No. I've been playing as both friend and foe. You see the position of my pieces." Joseph pointed at his model. "Right now, the red army is currently taking positions in this city along with the blue army. Each is watching each other's moments, but here's where the fun starts. As the blue army is intoxicated to their victory. The red will use a secret weapon and make a comeback." The blue haired king said as he began to literally talk with one of the figures in his hand.

The noblewoman began to wipe the tears from her eyes. Seeing her king in such a sad state.

Just as the minister quietly approached. "Now that we've seen enough. I believe it's time to announce the winner and the loser." Joseph rolled the dice. "Hmm. A seven. In that case, by order of the king; You are to send out forces to Albion and eradicate them. This matter should be settled in the next three days."

The woman was shocked and turned toward the door. Where she saw his minister bowing. She began to tremble, this game was no game at all. He was just giving orders to battle.

"Is something the matter? Are you cold?" The king said with a concerned voice.

"Your Majesty…"

Meanwhile back in Albion, The entire population of people fled from South Gotha and were on their way to Rosyth.

Siesta and her family were among the croqwd of people. She was a little boy who fell to the ground as people were passing him by. The short haired girl stopped and helped him get up. He thanked her as he walked in line with everything else.

Sadness filled the air and honestly who could really blame them.

Flashback

Everyone was enjoying the silver pentecost through the night. That is until someone heard the sounds of screaming they went to investigate but were caught by the sight of monsters.

That person began to scream, which drew the attention of everyone else. They wondered what was going on, and they got their answer. They almost immediately started running when they saw the sight of black and white monsters chasing after them.

The knights who were on the job tried to fend them off but the knights had no effort in defeating them, every time they attacked their weapon would pass them. They never encountered demons such as these. They tried to draw the others' attention but strangle enough some of the other knights' eyes were white and were just staggering along.

As they tried to get their attention, they suddenly drew their swords and attacked their own.

Meanwhile up on the roof, Xigbar and Vanitas watched the chaos unfold.

"Gotta give credit to miss forehead, a plan like this is a solid one. Though if you want originality eight out of ten."

Vanitas didn't seem to care "Does it matter, the plan doesn't have to be crafty or not. All she and that king want are the powers of those void mages after all, and they will burn this whole world to get it."

"Ain't that the truth. And speaking of Void mages, pinkey is down there right now." Vanitas looked down and saw Louise, the eye-patch wearing partner in crime was right

Louise was looking for Sora, she watched knights fighting with each other and civilians be chased by the heartless and nobodies.

"You know what I find so amusing about her, despite having a real messy heart. Once this girl sets her mind to something no one will persuade her. Sora is the same in that regard." Xigbar said

"Except he is more open and honest with his feelings, they may have some similarities, but they still couldn't be anymore apart." Vanitas replied as Louise was being chased by a small squad of heartless.

She ran into the alley but was cornered by swarms of heartless that were really to attack. She raised her wand, ready to counter but was stopped when a soldier suddenly burst from the wall. He raised his sword height and came down to strike.

Clink*

The blade and the heartless stopped right in front of her as a barrier protected her and the ones who stopped the attack was Siesta and Sora.

"Sora!" Louise cried out in excitement.

"Hey, Louise! Looks like you could use a hand." He said now focusing on Siesta.

"Ready!"

"Ready!"

Sora and Siesta push their hands together and force back the soldier and heartless.

"Thunder!" They said at the same time lightning strikes rain down. Sora looked to see the cost was clear.

"Okay, I think we're good." Sora said as Louise rushed into his arms, crying.

"Sora, you idiot! Where have you been?" She cried in his chest.

"Sorry." He said, letting her continue her crying. Despite Siesta's presence she was also relieved to see Miss Vallière unharm, but that still does change how she feels towards her.

Louise looked up as she stopped crying to see dragon knights flying over them. "Come on, we have to get to Scarron and Jessica."

Leaving no time to talk, the trio of Louise, Siesta and Sora made their way to the tent. As they made it to the tent they saw Jessica and her father. The both of them looked unharmed.

"Hey!" Sora called out, getting their attention.

"Papa!" Jessica called out to her father.

"Tres bien! You are all okay!" Scarron said relieved to see everyone was safe.

"Yeah I'm glad to see you two are alright."

"How are you doing?" Jessica said to Siesta

"I'm fine, thanks for asking." Siesta replied back "What in the founders name is happening?"

"I don't know. The soldiers just started to go all crazy and then these monsters just showed up out of nowhere." Jessica explained.

Sora spoke "We were dealing with some of those soldiers too. But here's the creepy thing, it's what they were saying."

"Well what did they say?"

"They said…kill Henrietta." Siesta said, sending chills through Louise.

"K-Kill Henrietta…Why do they want her dead?" Louise said. As she felt dread.

"I don't know, that was all they were saying. But the way they were saying it, it was like they were all possessed."

"Possessed by what?"

"I don't know. But whatever it is, it's powerful." Sora assumed with how many soldiers there were under the influence of this spell.

Just as they were discussing a small fleet of Dusk and Flood showing up, Sora stood in front of everyone and quickly dispatched the nobodies and unverse.

"This whole place is going up in flames. We need to get out of here!" Jessica suggested.

"I agree!"

"Me too." Siesta and Louise said, agreeing with Siesta's cousin.

As they were running, trying to get out of the city. Sora stood in place seeing the burning burning and monsters running wild.

Louise looked behind and grabbed his hand "Come on, we gotta go!"

"I'm sorry but I'm staying behind. I can't abandon these people." Sora said.

"Now is not the time to play hero! We need to leave."

"Look around you, these people don't have any means to protect. The soldiers that aren't possessed might but they don't have the kinda power I do."

"But what about her highness!?"

"What about these people? I thought you nobles would follow the queen's orders and she cares for the people doesn't she? If her orders were to go and protect the people would your pride say otherwise?"

She went silent when Sora talked about a nobleman's pride. "You and I view things differently. But that really shouldn't matter, I know you really wanted to help Henry back in the mountains and I know you do want to stay and try to help these people too. So just this once, can't you just admit you want to help."

Louise looked deep into his eyes, her face reflected back. She turned around with her hands placed onto her waist. "Alright. We'll try and get as many people out of the city as we can." She replied.

"Thank you." Sora said.

"Do misunderstand, as a noble it's only the right thing to do when citizens can't defend themselves."

"You can act tough all you want, I know you care." Sora teased making Louise mad.

"Shut up!" She yelled. Making Sora chuckle.

Flashback end.

After that Louise decided to stay and try and help evacuate some of the residents of South Gotha. Siesta and Jessica also decided on helping those that were in danger. Even though Sora said it would be dangerous they were not so easily persuaded.

The dark haired girls were not about to leave or abandon the residents. Sora scratched the back of his head. They might have some knowledge of how to fight with magic but not like this, especially with Siesta who was still a novice to wielding a keyblade. But with this situation desperate time calls for desperate measures.

So the keyblade's chosen one accepted their help. But only on the condition that they all stay together and no one goes on their own.

With their help get as many out of the city as for the souls that weren't so lucky… They even looked for Guiche and Julio everywhere but had no luck in searching. Sora had to believe that they got away safely.

Sora and Louise walked among the crowd as they reached Rosyth. Sora was thinking how bad that was; it actually reminded him about what happened to thebes, only much worse. All that talk about fighting for honor and pride. When those things exist only with a person. Is this really what she and everyone were fighting for?

"...This is humiliating…" Louise replied as she looked up into the sky.

(Rosyth)

Knights were directing the evacuees onto air ships. With the state of what Albion is now they had no choice but to fly the civilians from South Gotha to Tristain.

"I feel as foolish as you are, we should have known better than to trust Albion to honor their part in the cease-fire." As the nobles were discussing this treachery a knight entered the tent.

"Commander, sir! A message from the homeland!" The knight salute giving him a piece of paper.

The commander open the letter and started reading the contents.

"So soon." The other general said as he turned to the knight "We recently sent a scouting party to investigate how long until they arrive."

"By dawn tomorrow. That's when the enemy will march into Rosyth. But, although this is a military port its defenses are lacking. It's imperative that we find a way to stall them."

"Stall them?! If you count our own men who have defected to the other side that would put Albion forces over 70,000."

"But what about those monsters from the city?"

The knight explains that they saw hundreds, maybe thousands of those mysterious creatures, not as many as the Albion soldiers but in impressive numbers. "This is bad. We won't be able to leave until tomorrow. How are we supposed to hold back an entire force for a day?"

They had no means of manpower to hold back an entire army for a day. So what, what do they have that could buy them at least a little time. That was when the commander had an idea.

"...Wait, that's it. We could use 'that'."

"That?"

"We have a trump card. Now would be the perfect time to use it..."

Meanwhile, in another section of the port, Agnès and Henrietta were looking out the window seeing the civilians boarding the airship. After the revolt in South Gotha, the queen had questions about the mysterious abilities that were displayed by her bodyguard.

Agnès was hesitant at first but gradually explained the nature of her powers to Henrietta. About those men in black robes and how they were trying to have her join and about Lishman, she practically explained everything to her that she kept hidden.

Amd Henrietta was just flabbergasted.

"That is…quite a lot. So you awakened these powers just before you killed Lishman?"

Henrietta asked as she waited for Agnès' confirmation "That's right. Ever since that night, I've been in possession of this power."

"Why didn't you tell me?" Asked Henrietta.

But how was she supposed to explain this to her?

"I just couldn't, especially after what happened to Menvil…The one Sora called Xemnas said that I don't have full control, and without that…"

"What?" Asked the queen.

"Apparently, I will become a heartless." Agnes said to Henrietta which made her bolt off of her seat.

"W-What? What do you mean you'll become a heartless!?"

"I mean what I said, Xemnas did something, and Menvil became a heartless . I saw it with my own two eyes. He also said that since I don't have that much control over these powers, eventually I'll become something like what Menvil became. I am honestly scared of becoming something like that. "

"S-Surely there's a way to remove this from you."

Agnès remains silent before speaking "There isn't. I alright confirmed this with Sora…He said that I can't, and I don't think he's lying either."

"You talked about this with Sora before talking to me?"

"He seems to have a better understanding of this than anyone would. Even if his abilities differ, I had to talk to him. Though to be honest it felt like a waste of time, I would rather be dead now then later."

"Agnès don't speak like that!" Said the queen with worry.

Agnès raised her voice loudly "Well what am I supposed to do, just stand around and wait to become a monster! I swore an oath the day you made me into a chevalier to lay down my life to protect and serve you. But I'm afraid of what I might do to you down the line. And don't even get me started if the other nobles find out."

Henrietta turned to the side, right she and all other nobles are followers of Brimir, they believe in the pentagon. But Agnès does not possess any of the elements, not fire, earth, nor water or wind. If they were to learn about what she could do or how her powers do not stem from any of the elements …

"Honestly it would be better if I was released from your service. I don't want to be responsible for causing you harm down the road."

Though suggested, Henrietta shook her head. "I don't want you to resign. And I don't believe that you would cause me harm either."

"You can't be sure of that. You don't understand how intoxicating this power is, how it makes you feel good, and yet I was letting it get to my head. I could have killed Colbert, and when I was fighting with Sora, the only thing I was thinking about was my revenge." She said looking at her hand "I was ready to cut him down for getting in my way. I was prepared for it."

"You had a chance to do those things, so why didn't you."

Asked Henrietta as Agnès was looking to the side facing her head down. "I-I don't know. I just didn't."

"That's not an answer." Said the queen.

"Why is this so important to you?" Argued Agnès.

"Because I want to know what really made you decide not to go through with it. I want to hear what was in your soul."

Agnès let out a frustrated sigh "I was a coward. I was weak. I couldn't go through with it."

"You said 'couldn't' this time."

"It doesn't matter, I spent twenty years longing for the justice of D'Angleterre…But when I finally confronted him, I couldn't do it, I couldn't kill him! Even though I had the perfect chance." Agnès huffed

"I see…So…"

Henrietta pressed for an answer as the blonde hair knight. "Despite how angry I was, I couldn't do it because I was actually starting to trust Colbert. He destroyed my village on a lie believing that an epidemic broke out, but he was also the one that saved me as a child. And again at the academy. Even if I was trying to kill him, he expressed concern feelings towards me. He was prepared to face my wrath."

"But now that he's gone, I don't know what I'm supposed to do with this hate, it's not as easy as it sounds to let it go."

"Then don't." Said Henrietta "If it's that hard for you to let go of those emotions, then focus on changing them. Even if you still have a part that may never forgive Mr.Colbert, you can change those feelings bit by bit."

"Change my feelings." Agnès repeated.

"You don't have to be bound to just one emotion. Start by working out your feelings and try something that will help you deal with your past, and maybe someday you'll truly find a way to move forward."

"Your Majesty." Agnès began to think about what she was saying. After a moment of processing what she said Agnès nodded to her queen. "Very well then. It might not be easy, but I will try and begin to sort out my feelings a little more."

"Thank you. I couldn't ask for a better knight to stand by me." Henrietta hugged Agnès though Agnès felt a little awkward as she was released from the queen. "And I promise, we'll figure out a way to deal with your powers. I'm sure Sora had a suggestion on how to deal with this."

Agnès cupped her chin "Well…He said he has a friend, um Riku I think he said. He told me that he has the same abilities as me and he was able to control it."

"Sora has a friend with power's like yours?" Henrietta replied.

"That's right. You think if Sora could contact this person he could help?" Agnès assumed.

"If he's someone Sora trusts, then I say he is someone I trust."

Said Henrietta with a smile. But somehow Agnès picked up on something different. "Your Highness. We don't know this Riku character at all and you say you'll be trusting him because he's Sora's friend."

"He's never given me a reason to doubt him, so I won't start now."

Agnès was lost in thought, she and her highness both do respect Sora. But for Henrietta this was just a bit different. She seemed to have a bit more trust in Sora, she started to notice this a few times Sora was in her presence she was even acting differently than usual. And it started after Sora saved her life…

Agnès began to wonder. "Your highness, there is just one question I have to ask." She said to her queen. "Do you have feelings for Sora?"

Agnès bluntly said as Henrietta was flustered "No-no, I just- I mean. When did you get that idea?"

Agnès backed off "I'm Sorry. I was just making an assumption and I might be out of line. I'm going to help with the evacuation." Agnès took her leave. Henrietta brought her hands toward her face. Her face was burning red with both shyness and embarrassment, was it actually that obvious? She thought she was hiding it well

'I am Henrietta de Tristain. Queen of Tristain. I can't be letting my personal feelings get the better of me. Besides…I don't want to do anything that will come between me and Louise.' Henrietta valued the friendship that she and Louise had. Not to mention she knows how important Sora is to her childhood friend.

Even if she too loved Sora, her position should come first. She shouldn't do anything that would jeopardize that.

Meanwhile Sora and Louise were sitting in a tent, watching everyone else board the airships. Sora was starting to worry about Guiche and Juilo, he hadn't seen them since that whole revolt that happened in Albion. "I really hope that Juilo and Guiche are okay."

"I'm sure they made it out of the city. They must've." Louise said, trying to ease his worries. "I can't believe this is happening, Albion has amassed a great number of soldiers and those monsters from the other night."

"I know, heartless, nobodies and unverse on top of seventy thousand soldiers. That is way too much for anyone."

"But not you, right? You've fought huge armies before?" Said Louise

Sora looked troubled "I did, But combining that number of creatures from the dark, and all those soldiers that Albion has would be tricky. Even I couldn't do it."

That was a surprise to hear from him, too much even for him. Sora pulled out his trying to reach out to his friends who were more than likely still looking for him. With an army as big as the one from the keyblade graveyard, maybe even more than that it would take all hands on deck to handle these numbers.

However he still could not get a signal, all he could get from the other line was static. "No good. I still can't call anybody." Sora put his phone away and was thinking of how to deal with this situation that was on the rise. He didn't like the idea of running away, but now what other choice does he have.

Just then there was a sudden knock at their tent. A single knight entered. "Louise de la Vallière, I have a message from the commander." He handed Louise a rolled up piece of paper.

"For me." The knight seems to be in a hurry as he quickly exits the tent. As Louise began reading the piece of paper her entire body became as white as a sheet.

"What's wrong? What do they want?" Even though Sora asked, there was no response. And without a single word, Louise made haste and left the tent. "Hey, where are you going?" Sora said, chasing after her.

But the time he reached her they were already on the other side or rosyth. Sora grabbed her hand and asked her to slow down. "Hey it's dangerous to leave the city! What are you doing?"

"Let me go!" Louise cried pushing Sora away. He noticed that she was crying. This letter must be the cause, what exactly is on that piece of parchment anywho.

"That order that they gave you, what exactly did they order you to do?" Sora asked aging but she retained her silence. Sora quickly snatched the paper from her and began reading it.

"'Wait three miles southwest of Rosyth. Hold position on the hill with 'void' at the ready. Do not surrender, nor withdraw, defend until the end.' What is this supposed to mean?" The keyblade wielder said not understanding what this letter was but somewhere in the pit of his stomach he wasn't liking it.

[Well it basically means that she has to take the rearguard position.] Said Delf.

"Rearguard position?"

[Buying time for the main forces to escape while taking on the enemy army…alone. Well isn't that just fun.]

Sora turned ghostly pale. "Wha…Is…Is this a joke!?"

"It's not a joke." Louise said, lowering her head. "I don't think that it's from Henrietta either. Most likely from the generals. Their ordering me to buy time while everyone escapes…

"But that's not fair! You can't seriously consider doing this?" Sora said

"I have to do this." Louise said.

Sora gasped "Are you crazy?! Those generals are telling you to die. So what? Are you supposed to just use void magic until you run out of steam? They're treating you like you're a pawn."

"What other choice do I have, Tristain doesn't have the means to handle the seventy thousand troops. And you said it yourself, you might not be able to handle all of the hordes all on your own."

"That shouldn't mean you have to take this responsibility all on your own."

"I have my void magic. If I can use it properly, if I can help her highness, then that's fine, there is no better honor for a noble."

"But remember what Delf said. Void magic isn't magic that can be wielded so easy. Louise, this isn't about honor. Don't you get it, they're treating you like you're just some tool!" Sora yelled "And I'm not going to let them get away with this, I'm gonna find those generals and give them a piece of my mind!"

"Don't you dare!" Louise stopped Sora from storming off

"Louise…"

Louise raised her head "This is something that I have to do…" Sora saw that glint in her eyes. So she still wants to prove herself. While he admired her courage, this just wasn't right.

"Louise. Just stop, please. Is it because of our fight? Okay I get it, honor is important to you. I'm sorry that I said all those things, so just please, we can head back home and figure out a plan." Sora pleaded with her to rethink this though.

A sad smile dawned on Louise's face. "Where exactly can we run too? We're in enemy territory. I have to do this if I don't, what do you think will happen to everyone if I don't do this? Even if I die in the process I have to try and protect everyone. This is something I must do." She said

Sora desperately begged her to think this thoroughly, but he knows how stubborn she is. Nothing in this world would change her mind, "Then…If you're staying. I am too. With the two of us together I'm sure we can do this. After all, I am your familiar, right?"

Louise shook, which made Sora shocked "You idiot, you said it yourself I'm a tool to them. But that doesn't mean you should be one tool, you're not a tool Sora. You were the first person that ever accepted me, flaws and the like, you helped me find the courage to move forward and if it wasn't for you I would have given up a long time ago." Louise said as she flashed a smug look.

"And besides you can only call something a tool if it is useful!" She said pointing at Sora.

"Are we really doing this?" He somehow took offense to that.

"You're my familiar but that doesn't mean you're a tool. You're just a boy from another world. So please Sora, I want you to leave me and look for a way home. That's an order." She said,

Sora hit his fist against a wall. He could see she was just forcing herself to do this when all she really wanted was to be recognized by those who made fun of her. But once she awakened her magic at last she changed. She wanted to be seen more and there wasn't a problem with that, it was just he was afraid that she would take it too far.

And his fears were right, plus add her stubbornness to the mix and she wouldn't take no for an answer nor would she listen to anything he would say.

Sora was frustrated with how she would dismiss him so much, and to tell him to leave just like that. 'I get that she wants to keep everyone safe, I know that. But why should she die for everyone's sake…I don't want to live a life without her…'

He cared for all his friends and loved ones and that also included Louise, Sora began reflecting on when he first came to Halkeginia. At first he and Louise didn't get along at first but she gradually started to accept and trust him. But now this, why should she get to sacrifice herself while everyone else gets to live. Where is her say in any of this…?

Tears trickled his face as he felt something against his back he turned away to see Louise hugging him from behind. Crying as well.

He turned around and hugged her back. After a few minutes they parted. "So.. is this really what you want?"

"It is. My mind is made up." Louise replied to Sora. Sora then flashed a grin.

"Alright then. I won't try to stop you. If this is what you decide, then I accept." Sora said "Hey, you still have some time before you leave and it's going to be a while before the ships leave. So let's do something special. Is there anything you want me to do? Just name it, and it's done." Sora said. If this would be their last time together then he should honor her last request.

Louise couldn't think of anything to say as she caught a look at a church that was nearby. Then, she turned to Sora. Her cheeks suddenly turned a crimson shade

"Sora…You said anything, right?"

"Yeah, as long as it's something you're okay with."

"Well, I do have just one request. I want to…ried." Louise trailed off too embarrassed to finish her sentence.

"What was that?" Sora asked.

"I…I want to get married!" Louise blurted out with her face as red as Sora's clothes. Sora was caught off guard when she said that she wants to get married!?

"What!? Married!?" Sora was equally red as her.

"Don't get the wrong idea! It's just that…I want a ceremony, dying before getting married is just an unpleasant feeling!"

"O-Oh oh. So that's what you mean." Sora said as he was thinking that she actually wanted to get married.

Louise scurried away before turning back to Sora, she said for him to wait up top the church that was on the hill while she got a few things.

(Sunset)

Sora went up to the church and waited for Louise to show up. The sun was already going down and it was getting late. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small bottle that Siesta gave him.

"It's a sleeping potion, have Miss Vallière drink this if she tries something dangerous, use this on her and take her away when she's asleep!"

[I know what your thinking partner, and I have to say, this is pretty selfish.]

"I know it is. But this is the only way she can be safe. Her and everyone else."

[Why not just casted that sleep spell you used on her before?]

"If it's as many as they say then I can't waste a single spell." Sora tucked the sleeping potion back into his clothes. "Still I can't believe she asked me to do this."

[I'm not. There is a good reason why she's doing this.]

"Oh yeah. She said she doesn't want to let this be unpleasant."

[That's not what I'm talking about. Oh boy, you're so dense when it comes to a girl's feelings.]

"What does that mean?"

[I could tell you but you wouldn't believe it. Probably better to hear it from Louise.] Delf said, as Sora was confused about what he was talking about now.

[And speak of the devil. Here comes the blushing bride.]

Sora looked forward to seeing Louise approaching him, she was holding a bottle of wine and two flowers that seemed to be in a bottle. "What took you so long? And what are those." Sora said.

"These are Éclair D'amour."

"What?" What do they do?" Sora asked as she handed him one of the flowers, the one that she gave him had a red glow to it. Sora opens the door to the church. There seemed to be no one around, you would think there would be at least one priest or somebody.

"You know I never thought you would want a wedding here after what happened the last time." Sora said.

Louise turned bitter "Ugh, You just had to remind me." She had bitter memories of when she was almost forced to marry Wardes. But she never said her vows to him.

Louise turned to the altar where an image of the founder stood. She kneeled and started to pray. As she told Sora to find some glasses to pour the wine.

'I wonder why I wanted to do this. Is it because I want a stronger bond between us or is it because I want to be more honest with my feelings…Every time I try and confess how I feel it always ends up falling apart.' She finished her prayers as she looked up. The void mage then heard the sound of glass clinking together.

"Sorry, these almost fell out of my hand." Sora said, holding two glasses. "I found these on that altar over there, sure nobody will mind, right?"

Louise smiled at him. "No, I'm sure Brimir wouldn't mind."

"Still thought why did you buy liquor, aren't we still minors."

"I don't see why the problem is, drinking wine at our age is fine."

"It is?" Sora thought 'Oh right. Different world, different rules.' Guess that's why Siesta was drinking; she practically is of age. "Well I guess I'll start pouring."

Louise looked back at the image of Brimir and decided, this time, she would finally work up the courage and face the truth and tell Sora how she really feels.

Sora finished pouring the wine in the glasses Louise stood beside him and placed the two Éclair D'amour on the altar next to each other; the red one next to Louise and the pink one next to Sora.

They picked up their glasses and drank it down. They both finish and Sora stuck out his tongue Louise exploded with laughter "What's with that face!" She laughed holding her side.

"Just, I don't think I'll ever get used to drinking." He said as he watched Louise laughing which made him laugh too.

"So what do we do now?" Asked Sora.

"I don't know, we should say something at least." Louise replied as Sora decied to go first.

"You know Louise, I'm really glad I met you." Sora replied.

"What do you mean?" Asked Louise.

"When I disappeared from my world, I was just floating in an empty void, I couldn't see anything and I couldn't feel either. I don't remember anything about what happened, all I know is that I woke up here. So in a way you saved me from that loneliness."

"Though I was not expecting everything that came after that."

"I know, I…wasn't that nice to you, I'm sorry. And I'm also sorry for not helping you find a way to get you back home."

"It's okay." Even though it's been half a year since he first arrived he has made many new friends "It hasn't been all that bad. Despite everything that's happened I'm happy to have met you. And thank you for being my friend."

Sora smiled at her as she started to blush, it's now or never "Sora…There's something you should know. I am also glad to have met you too. When I did my summoning ritual, I hated the idea of having a human as my familiar. I wanted something that nobody else had and I got you, at first you weren't at all what I was expecting, but to learn you were a plebeian with magic. I was just so jealous, I thought to myself, what did I do to have this world hate me so much."

"But then I got a chance to know and understand you. You were the first person that never judged me for talentless skills in magic and even though I treated you poorly, you stood by my side and I am forever grateful to you. You treated me as a person and called me a friend." Louise casted her eyes down a bit as she worked up the courage and began holding Sora's hand.

"Our bond as master and familiar is a strong one that is to last a lifetime…but…"

"But?"

"But it's not enough. There's something I want to tell you, something I've been wanting to say for a while." She brought her other hand up to her breast and clenched her fist. "I want to be more than just a friend and more than just your master." She turned her head towards Sora with a strong gaze in her eyes. "Sora…I…I…" A strong sense of drowsiness began to take over Louise as her vision went dark. Sora quickly caught her as she with the last bit of consciousness faded away.

"...ove you…" Her body went limp as he looked at her. Did she just say…no, no she couldn't have.

Sora carried Louise out of the church as he looked at her sleeping face 'Was she trying to say…' It almost sounded like she said 'love you' Did he hear that right.

"You seem lost in thought." Sora turned to the side and noticed a familiar face with mixed match eyes.

"Julio!" Sora said, relieved to see him "Thank goodness, you're okay."

"I'm also glad to see you are looking well." The platinum blonde said.

"Good to see you made it out of the city. And Guice, is he alright?" Sora asked. Julio explained that he was okay as well. He already took a ship to Tristain and was well, though they narrowly escaped in the aftermath of the revolt.

"Well as long as you guys are safe that's all that matters. But what are you doing here?" Sora asked

"I am a priest, so I thought I would come offer my prayers. Though if you told me that you two were getting engaged, I would have helped you both with your ceremony." Julio said not losing his smile.

Sora turned away. "I-It wasn't like that…" He hid the fact that he was blushing. "Actually this is good, can I ask you a favor? If you don't mind, can you take Louise for me?"

"Don't worry, I'll make sure that she is on the ship." Sora carefully handed Louise over to Julio. "Let me guess, you plan to take Louise's place and face the enemy head on aren't you?"

"Yeah."

Juilo adopted a serious expression "I'll be blunt. You're going to die if you do this. Didn't you say dying for honor was dumb." The young priest remembered the argument that he and Louise had over a nobleman's pride and honor.

"I'm not doing this because of honor. I'm doing this because I have friends I want to protect." Sora said "But more than that, I guess you could say that I'm doing this for myself. I that that, honor was just something that you flaunted, but I forgot that Louise is different, honor means an entirely different thing to her, and I didn't understood where she was coming from."

"You means in regard to her previous talent with magic. I already know how much she desires to be recognized. And she will do everything she can to have the people who outcast her look at her."

"Yeah. I should've seen that coming."

"But you know, out of everyone she wanted you to recognize her the most." Julio said as Sora looked at him "To her, you are the only person in the whole world that accepted her, you've saved her life more than once. Out of everyone's approval. Louise wanted you to see her growth the most."

Sora was surprised to hear that, she wanted him to see her growth, out of everybody else. Sora gently patted her head. "Never would have guessed…"

"Are you sure you want to go through with this?"

"If I don't, then everything I said to her would mean nothing. I was happy to have met her. Her, Kirche and the others, I want to protect them all even if it costs me my life."

Julio could see how serious he was and how determined he was. "Neither you nor I are nobles. But the way you said all that sounded incredibly noble to me."

Sora rubbed the back of his head out of embarrassment. He wasn't trying to sound so sappy. "Come on, I'm trying to sound serious here."

The priest and the keyblade wielder nodded slightly, as Sora reached into his pocket and planted the red Éclair D'amour on Louise. "I promise, I'm gonna be right back." He said to Louise as she was still asleep.

"Take care of her for me, won't you?"

"I will."

With that Sora parted ways to face the enemy all alone. Watching his back Julio muttered to himself "You are just something else. I wonder, Gandálfr, are you like this in every world that you visit…" He walked to a horse that he had prepared earlier; he carefully climbed up on top the steed and rode off with Louise to the port.

(Night)

The last of the ships were preparing to leave Rosyth. "Don't struggle!" Knights were trying to calm the last of the citizens.

"No Belongings! We need as much room as possible!"

Agnes also was outside leading the people on board the airship. "The enemy's forces will break through Rosyth any minute now, we're leaving now!"

Meanwhile a safe distance from the port. Wardes, Wales and Matilda watched the evacuees of South Gotha scurrying like rats, desperately trying to flee. "Look at them, like animals desperately trying to live." Matilda said as she was amused.

"I can not believe that I'm responsible for all this. As prince I was too protect my nation but instead, I feel responsible for this madness."

"I don't." Replied the green haired woman "I could care less about what happens to South Gotha."

"Even though this is your home." Said the blonde.

"Even if my father was a noble here, we are no longer our nobles here. So this city can burn to ash."

Wales could believe it, her home was being ravish and she didn't seemed bothered by it. This argument between them went on until Wardes had enough and told them both to cut out this bickering.

"This is getting old, remember, we are her to acquire Louise after she has exhausted herself."

"I'm surprised that you would be following orders from them, Wardes."

Wales said to his killer. Wardes frowned "I'm not particularly fond of having to follow orders from Xigbar and everyone else. But the sooner we finish this. The sooner we go back to our lives."

Wardes said as Young Xehanort, Xemnas, Ansem, Xigbar and Vanitas stood next to the new recruits.

"Oh great. What are you all doing here?" Wardes said rather impatiently.

"We came to tell you the plans are a no-go." Xigbar said.

"What are you talking about?"

Xemnas pointed over at the pier "See with your own eyes at what we mean." The three new recruits looked over at the ships but that was when Wardes spotted Louise, sleeping in the arms of the Romalian priest.

"What? Why is Louise-"

"Most likely the effects of a potion that Sora slipped her when she was distracted." Xehanort said.

That got the attention of the others. "A potion?"

"Yep, and knowing Sora, he took her place and is fighting both armies on his own." Vanitas said.

"He's what?" Wales gasped "That wasn't the plan, he is going to die!"

"That he is, but not before taking care of the two armies." Ansem said.

Wardes immediately began to laugh, "You fool! You really think he can defeat an entire army of seventy thousand soldiers and hordes of monsters all on his own!"

"That we do." Xehanort replied.

Wardes continue to laugh, "You can't be serious."

"Sorry goatee, but we are. That kid has beaten the odds more times than you can. We know not to underestimate him and when someone does, they're always in for a rude awakening."

"Despite what you think, you continue to undermine Sora's capabilities and you continue to make a fool of yourself, Wardes." Xehanort said as Wardes laughter started to die down.

"Excuse me."

"You constantly believe that he is someone you can easily defeat. But your previous encounters with him should say otherwise."

Wardes was getting irritated with how they were talking down to him.

"I admit, I have lost against Sora in our previous duels, but this is nothing compared to before. He is practically coming a suicide assault all on his own, there is no chance for him to come out of this unscaved."

"As if. The kid had taken on hundreds to close to a thousand heartless on his own. And he still had the strength to keep going. Even if there is a chance that he is going to be killed, fate herself won't let it, she had other plans for him. There are reasons why the keyblade chose him as its wielder."

"The power is only gifted to a selected few. The young priest is one such example."

"What. You mean he has the same powers as that boy." Matilda said.

"No. While he may have done the inheritance ceremony, the keyblade rejected the priest."

"Inheritance ceremony?"

Xehanort explained "It's a process where a keyblade master or someone with the power equal to a master can pass on the power to an individual. Of course it's still up to the weapon itself to decide whether or not that person is worthy to possess great power."

"But there are other methods for individuals to acquire a keyblade of their own, they have to earn their rights to become keyblade wielders themselves. Either being taken on as an apprentice, or being at the right place at the right time, even training to become one. A mark of inherent destiny for someone without the proper traits." Young Xehanort finished explaining

"I see. So that's how it works." Wales understood.

"Yep. And I think it would be better for you if you come with us." Xigbar said to Wardes and the others.

"But wait. Shouldn't we get the void mage?"

"As if. One of you knows not to underestimate Sora but the other two keep doing the same thing. So it's high time you see what you guys are actually dealing with." The eye-patch wearing organization members led them through the portal.

They were reluctant to go but decided to follow him. They kept belittling Sora's capabilities, well it's time they see what he was really made of.

Sora walked all the way to where the enemies were stationed. "We drag our butts all the way out here…and this is the welcoming we get." Sora stood alone on the cliff, seeing over tens of thousands of soldiers as well as heartless mixed in as well. Mages and swordsmen ready to arms. But that wasn't all, there were also hordes of heartless, nobodies and unverse in the mix.

He let out a tired sigh shaking his head "Boy oh boy. How'd I get myself into this one."

[Don't start complaining. You're the one that took that girl's place.] Said the sword on his back.

Sora let out a sigh. Delf was right about that. He did take Louise's place to act as a diversion. He wasn't about to let her or anyone else down…Not this time. "Yeah. You're right about that. "But how are we supposed to deal with this?"

[For one we try to aim for the commander of Albion, cut the head off the snake and the body will fall.] Sora understood as he glanced at the armies.

[Hey, don't tell me you're scared?]

"Just a little, but you know what I'm really scared of. Failing my friends. I'm not gonna let that happen again." He said as he reached in his jacket and pulled something out. It was the other flower that Louise had, the pink one. He didn't know why this was important, but it seemed special, so he took the other one while giving the red one to Louise.

Sora called forth his kingdom key keyblade and held it in front of him he lowered his head and closed his eyes.

He let out a sigh "...Never waver from your path…And when all else fails…May your heart be your guiding key…"

(Play Sacrifice)

With that prayer, he charged forward and drew the sword from his back. Prepared to fight with everything on the line "Come and get it!"

"Enemy!" A captain notified his subordinates as they began casting magic. Sora cut through spells as the heartless began to march forward.

Sora raised his weapons over his head and crossed them together "Storm!" He casted Aeroza creating a huge vortex that sent tons of heartless in the air. The soldiers couldn't believe the power that this youth possessed as the keyblade wielder passed the soldiers and blasted them away with a firaza spell.

Sora began to swing his weapons and cast magic, switching from offense and defense repeatedly. But Delf noticed a nobody sneaking up from behind him and launching him into the air as a pair of mages and a pair of red nocturne along with a crimson jazz conjure fire ball that were aimed at Sora. They made contact with the young brunette as he fell to the ground.

[Are you okay?] Delf said worried about his partner.

Sora got up and casted His healing spell "Never better." He charged forward as vermilion sambas and marine rumba began firing elemental attacks at Sora who was about to block them all as they were cut down by the keyblade in Sora's hand. He looked up and saw a multitude of arrows falling from the sky towards him; he quickly summoned A barrier to protect him from the shower of arrows. As the arrows began falling, Sora began to reflect on his life and how it started from simple to extraordinary

Sora and Riku playing together. That day when Kairi washed up on the beach. All three of them becoming the best of friends. The Destiny Islands falling into darkness. Meeting Yuffie, Leon, Aerith, Cid, Donald and Goofy for the first time, Donald and Goofy taking him to go see more worlds for the first time.

The time he spent in wonderland, and traversing the jungle with Tarzan. His battles in the Olympus coliseum and meeting Cloud for the first time. Sora and his companion traveling the hot deserts sands of Agrabah. Their underwater adventures from Atlantica. That one time they were swallowed by Monstro. Their scary adventure in Halloween Town. His moment in Neverland, and meeting Peter Pan. Sora and the beast, traversing the halls of Hollow Bastion and later on and defeating Ansem.

The memories continue as he recalled the day he Donald and Goofy awakened from their year long hibernation in Twilight Town as the Trio went to search for their missing king and Riku. Back then they got to experience new worlds and meet new and familiar faces. Like then Leon and the others moved from Traverse Town to Hollow Bastion which later on had its old name restored as Radiant Garden. It was also where they met with Organization XIII.

He, Donald and Goofy went off to the new world's first to visit And that was the land of dragons and they fought with Mulan against Shan Yu.

They reunited with The Beast and Belle at the castle and the fight they had with Xaldin. Traveling Back to the Coliseum and there meet up with Meg. They later ventured into the underworld to meet with Hades and met with Auron. Then there was that emergency in DisneyCastle and the hero's Actually had to go back in time back in time to save the castle from Maleficent and Pete. The cruise along the Caribbean sea with a pirate named Jack and having a run in with another Organization member Luxord.

Then his memories of went to the time when Sora, Donald and Goofy were sent into cyberspace to deal with a dangerous program. Oh yeah and the time where they went to find Simba in the pride lands, to help him take back his kingdom from scar. Later on her returned to Twilight Town in search for Kairi, there he met up with Axel and he told him that she was taken to the Organization stronghold.

That was then the heroes and king Mickey decided to march on ahead to the base. There they battled with the remaining members of the Organization and rescuing Kairi and reuniting with Riku in the process and together they put a stop to

Xemnas once and for all, and reunited with everyone back on the Destiny Islands.

Sora Finished reminiscing and got back into the fight. As he began to call down lightning That was when a berserker took advantage of the moment and began striking its claymore at the blue eyed teen. Before it sent him flying and rolling across the ground as unverse began to dogpile on him. He struggled trying to move as his vision was going dark. That was when more memories flooded his mind.

From when he and Riku traveled throughout the sleeping worlds for their mark of master, to his adventures to find Terra, Ven and Aqua and stop Xehanort once and for all. He looked back on all the adventures he had as well as reminiscing his adventures he's had here in Halkeginia.

As soon as he finished recalling everything he had seen and done Sora's eyes shot open "Get off!" He yelled. A burst of light blasted the unverse off of him and he jumped back onto his feet.

Sora took a few deep breaths and placed Delf into the sheath. [Hey, what's the deal?] The sword spoke as his words fell on deaf ears. A blue light shined off the tip of his keyblade. He jumped into the air.

"Sorry your majesty, but I'm borrowing something. Here…Ultima!" Sora fired a small orb into the army as it exploded creating a massive dome, blowing away hundreds, if not thousands of soldiers and creatures of the darkness.

As the blast ended the soldiers could see the destructive power this child poses. And they were quite afraid. Sora landed on the ground, his keyblade disappearing as he fell to his hands and feet.

Sora began taking deep breaths in and out. Just using that spell took a lot out of him. Meanwhile while he was trying to catch his breath. Neoshadow came from out of nowhere and slashed at Sora; he barely avoided the attack as he was caught by a rock troll that sent boulders flying at him. Knocking him down and onto the ground. That was when a second rock troll readied its ax to attack.

Sora quickly rolled off his back and did a series of backflips. Sora summoned his kingdom key once again and entered his second form, and drew Delf. He faced the crowd of enemies with a fierce glare.

'That spell took a lot out of me, I'm gonna need a minute to recharge.' He thought as magic began firing magic at him as he dodged out of the way and threw his keyblade forward, using his strike ride to mow down the soldiers. As Sora was distracted, a sniper nobody began firing projectiles, one such arrow shot Sora in the leg, making him fall on one knee.

Sora quickly got back up and once more used his strike raid to destroy the nobody, he then followed up using his Ragnarök technique, sending a valley of light projectiles at both sides as he landed to the ground.

"I don't understand. We are an army. How is one child singling us out?!"

"Don't mind the details. It's only one person, we are an army! Surely we can take him"

Sora stood in the middle with everyone circling around him at all sides. Not showing an inch of fear "You're not going to the pier…If you think I'm gonna let any of you hurt my friends…You got another thing coming!"

"Kill him!"

As they began to advance Sora let out a war cry, racing forward. No matter what…He was going to protect everyone!

Meanwhile Back on the airship, Louise started to move. She woke up and saw people on the ship. "Where am I? How did I get here?" She spoke these questions out loud as she remembered something important. "Albion! I need to get off this ship." She said as she was trying to leave, but as she was looking for a way off she heard two guards talking.

"You're saying one guy is going to stop Albion's army of seventy thousand troops?"

"Yeah I'm serious. A friend of mine said that he saw a young swordsman heading southwest all by himself."

"That's crazy. Plus they have monsters. What can one person do anyway?"

Louise overheard the conversation 'Wait a swordsman?' she thought to herself as Siesta and her family came up to Louise.

"Miss Vallière, you're awake!" She said excitedly.

"Siesta! Have you seen Sora anywhere!?" Louise asked

"N-No I haven't seen him anywhere." Siesta explained.

Louise walked over to The two guards and asked them what that swordsman looked like. They said that he was around her age, with blue eyes and brown hair, and that he was wearing a crown-like necklace around his neck. They said yes. That basically describes Sora to a T. "Sora. What are you doing."

"...What he is doing is taking your place." Louise, Siesta, Jessica and Scarron turned to the mast of the ship to see Julio.

"What are you saying?!" Louise demanded an explanation.

"When you two were at the church, he slipped a sleeping potion into your drink. After that he left to deal with Albion as well as the hordes of monsters with them." Julio explained as calmly as he could. But Louise and Siesta were trembling to hear what the young priest said. Sora went off by himself to save her and everyone else.

"No…It can't be true….it's not…" Louise struggled to process this information.

Suddenly a huge light flashed brightened up the night sky. Surprising everyone on the ship.

"Louise, wait!" Scarron called out her name. She was stupid, why did she tell him to leave. Why…did she tell him to leave.

She reached the edge of the ship and was prepared to jump off but Scarron stopped her from doing so. "Let go of me! Let me go!"

"Louise stop! There's nothing you can do!" Louise struggled to break free.

"Please, I have to go! I can't let Sora die! Please!" She pleaded with him trying to break free from his hold. Siesta was still trembling at what she had done.

"So...he actually used it... I gave him that potion…I was trying to get him to live…So…:. I sent Sora to his…" She fainted, but not before Jessica caught her.

"I have to go! I can't let him die in my place! Sora!" She desperately cried out but it was already too late the ship was airborne and there were no allies left on the ground either. It was too late.

(Stop playing-Sacrifice)

Back to Sora. He planted Derf into the ground for support. He began taking deep breaths, trying to find a moment of rest from all this mayhem. To say he was put through it all would be a stretch. He was both physically and mentally tired from fighting and his mana was used up, his clothes were torn up and ripped with a few spots that were also burned, his body was covered in dirt and blood, and his hair was a mess.

Given that he had to battles hordes of heartless, nobodies and unverse as well as an entire army of seventy thousand troops. He's fought huge arms before but it was nothing compared to this.

Helmets were lying on the ground, swords and wands either planted into the ground or lying face down, almost the whole battlefield was turning into wasteland.

Meanwhile the members of the new organization were standing in both awe and fear as well. While those who already knew the power Sora possessed was nothing to trifle with.

For Wardes, he believed that his motivation for fighting was a childish one and wanted to expose his real character.

Matilda saw him as weak, and questioned his strength.

Wales was just speechless. Even though he had seen his power before when he was fighting that heartless sometime ago but this…this was beyond words.

"Unbelievable..." Wardes was speechless.

Back to Sora he looked forward to seeing there were three Albion mages left and also one swordsman included. This one swordsman had to be the general given that he was dressed differently than everyone else. Sora

Sora pulled his sword out of the dirt and with his other hand summoned his keyblade one last time.

The general ran towards Sora but Sora prepared to block with his keyblade. Sparks started to fly off the weapons and the young keyblade wielder did his best to keep up despite being completely drained…However it was pointless. With how worn out Sora was right now his weapons were flung into the air as the knight did a diagonal slash down his left shoulder to his right abdomen.

[Partner!] Delf cried out as Sora nearly fell to his knees but stood up straight and flipped the general on his back.

Both his sword and his keyblade were stabbed into the ground. Delf watched his partner, but he could see clearly that Sora was on his last legs. After using spell upon spell and fighting a near endless wave of soldiers and creatures from the dark there was no way he could keep going, it's an honest miracle that he made it this face.

Sora had his fist balled up [Move, now!] Sora looked forward but it was too late a barrage of icicles came flying towards him he gasped as they made contact with him he fell to the dirt as he was impaled. Icicles were stabbed into his lower leg and upper thigh, as well as into his stomach and chest.

Sora was having a difficult time trying to breathe and he was lying on his backs, coughing up blood. In the moment he had a sudden memory popping into his head, where he, Donald and Goofy found themselves in an all white castle. In the castle they met and battled with Axel, Larxene, Marluxia, and Vexen. Where they meet up with Riku or rather his Replica and where they finally were introduced to Naminé.

"Oh…So that was our promise…" Sora, who was in pain right now, gave one last laugh. How silly of him to forget a promise like that.

The other two mages crossed their staffs and began reciting a spell. As they chanted Sora could feel his consciousness slipping away. as he was looking up into the sky. 'Sorry…Everyone…Guess I couldn't keep my promise' He said that thinking of all the friends he's made and the bonds he created with them.

Riku, Donald, Goofy, Aqua, Terra, Ventus, King Mickey, Roxas, Xion, Axel, Saïx, Naminé, Hayner, Pence, Olette, Leon, Cloud, Tifa, Aerith, Cid, Yuffie, Mulan, Shang, Mushu, Hercules, Phil, Meg, Auron, Ariel, Beast, Belle, Tarzan, Pinocchio, Jiminy Cricket, Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, Aladdin, Jasmine, Genie, Simba, Jack Sparrow, Will, Elizabeth, Jack Skellington, Tron, Quorra, Quasimodo, Neku, Shiki, Joshua, Rhyme, Woody, Buzz, Rex, Ham, the Aliens, Flynn Rapunzel, Mike, Sully, Boo, Anna, Else, Christoff, Olaf, Hiro, Baymax, Fred, GoGo, Honeylemon, Wasabi. Guiche, Montmorency, Kirche, Tabitha, Sylphid, Julio, Agnès, Henrietta, Siesta, Jessica, Scarron, Cattleya, Colbert and all of his dream eater friends back in the sleeping worlds.

His life may have been a short one. But a memorable experience nonetheless and he lived it with no regrets.

(Airship)

As Louise shook off Scarron something fell out of her pocket she rushed to pick it up but gasped. The flower that she bought had begun to wilt.

"An Éclair D'amour…a magic flower that reflects the condition of their partner no matter how far away they are." Julio said to Louise.

"No…" Louise looked at the flowers. Its red color slowly faded away before it completely wilted. Tears running down Louise's face she clutched the glass bottle that the flower was still in.

She cried holding the Éclair D'amour. "Sora…SORA!"

The mages finished chanting as a huge fireball went flying through the air. As it was hurling towards Sora he had one last flash. From the church where he and Louise held hands…to the moment Sora and Kairi shared a paopu fruit. He smiled looking at those fond memories as his body was covered in a bright warm light

'Kairi…Louise…Everyone…Take care…' He Shut his eyes as the fireball flew at him. Making an explosion at where he was.

(Radiant Garden)

Meanwhile in the castle in the city of light, Ansem and everyone else were working on the computer when Kairi suddenly woke up and nearly gave Even a heart attack.

"Gah!" Even said. Taking a deep breath. Clutching his chest.

"Kairi, what's wrong!?" Asnem asked. The young redhead touched her chest. There was a tightness that made her uncomfortable. Something had to have happened. Something really bad.

"...Sora…"

End.
