After the party was over, the school had quieted down quite a bit. Class 1-A had gone back to the classroom where they were staying. Marinette, Alya and Zoe stayed for a little longer to help them move around some stuff. She kept an eye on Jirou as Ashido pushed some boxes out of the classroom and down the stairs. Luckily, they weren't too heavy.

Cat Noir had detransformed into Adrien and wanted to stay to help them out as well. He was talking to Jirou and her friends as they rolled out some sleeping bags. It was getting late, so they were all going to have a movie night.

Mr. Aizawa actually allowed this since he thought they deserved a night that wasn't revolved around hero training.

Marinette was happy for them, she really was. But watching Jirou and Adrien interacting seemed much worse than Cat Noir for some reason. His soft, green eyes sparkled when he looked at her, and she noticed Jirou had a slight blemish across her face whenever she looked at him.

Once her and Ashido left the room, she let out a long sigh.

"Ooh, I know that sigh," Ashido said as they brought boxes downstairs, "That's a falling in love sigh."

Marinette almost lost her footing once she took her last step down the stairs, but Ashido caught the box just in time. They both held the box and put it down gently.

"Come on, I know you like Cat Noir," Ashido said to her, "I can see it in your eyes."

Marinette tried avoiding this type of conversation with Ashido. She could tell she'd want to help her out, just like Alya always does. But somehow, Ashido seemed like someone that might take things a little too far.

"Well, I mean... I sort of... like him..."

"I knew it!" Ashido cried out, but was immediately shushed by Marinette.

"Shh! Please, Mina. I don't want everyone to know."

"Oh, please. It's so obvious you two like each other," Ashido said to her, "Everyone knows."

Marinette lightened a bit when she told her that.

"Everyone knows? Even... Jirou?" Marinette asked her.

Ashido tilted her head, a little confused by what she meant by that.

"Jirou? Why her?"

Ashido looked up at the classroom, and it seemed to click in an instant. She almost squealed with excitement, but then realized what was going on here.

"Uh... never mind, Mina. Please, let just leave it at that. Okay?" Marinette asked her as she quickly headed up the stairs.

"Marinette, hold on!"

Ashido ran up the stairs after her, and they both walked in the classroom. Their friends were still setting up the TV put on a desk and a bunch of sleeping bags all over the floor.

Bakugo was popping popcorn in the back while Kirishima and Zoe got all of the snacks and drinks together. Todoroki added some ice in a cooler for the drinks. Sato had made a cake for all of the heroes that helped out on the mission, and Alya helped set it up. Aoyama and Iida were setting up the TV, but it looked like Iida was doing most of the work while Aoyama just stood by watching him hook it up. Midoriya and Uraraka set up some lights high up on the ceiling.

Marinette couldn't find Adrien and Jirou anywhere.

"Hey guys, where's Adrien and Kyouka?" Ashido asked them.

They all looked up and had just realized they were no where to be found.

"I have no idea," Kirishima said back, "Maybe they went to go see Natalie before the movie starts."

"You know, they've been hanging out a lot lately," Uraraka pointed out, "They could just be going for a walk."

"A walk?!" Marinette cried out loud, freaking everyone out.

Suddenly, images of the two of them walking along the streets of Paris popped into her head. It was all sparkly and romantic, especially since Jirou had never been to Paris before. She knew what might happen, so she took off down the stairs.

"What's up with her?" Bakugo grumbled.

Ashido raised her shoulders as she followed after her.

Outside the school...

It was very quiet outside. It was a nice, starry night as JIrou and Adrien were walking along side the school walls. They were pretty quiet for awhile, so they both looked up at the stars. Jirou was so mesmerized by how beautiful the night sky looked tonight. She looked over at Adrien and could tell he had something was bothering him.

Jirou wanted to ask him what was wrong, but wasn't sure if she should.

"Kyouka, don't you miss your friends back home?" Adrien asked her out of no where.

The question through her off a bit, but she was able to regain her composure.

"Well, yeah. Of course I miss my friends," Jirou told him, "I mean, I'm sure they want us to come home."

"Anyone in mind at the moment?" Adrien asked her as they continued their walk.

Jirou thought about it for a moment and could think of a couple of them.

"Well, I've mentioned her before. Yaoyorozu, we're pretty good friends. We've actually been through a lot together. And Asui is pretty amazing as well. She can do anything a frog can, that's her quirk. They're both great friends that I can rely on."

Adrien watched her reminisce on her friends back home. He really wanted to help Jirou and her friends find a way back home. Something about the way she looked at the stars made his green eyes sparkle. She was so different from Ladybug, even from Marinette. She was more carefree and shy around others.

Ever since he'd found out about Marinette being Ladybug, he thought about the fact that she didn't have feelings for him anymore. They were just friends it seemed. At least, that's all she really cared about between them.

Adrien looked down at the ground as he kicked a rock ever so subtly.

"Any boyfriends back home?" Adrien asked, watching her reaction in the corner of his eye.

Jirou jumped back a bit, feeling heat rise up from her head. She could barely look up at him without noticing how soft his green eyes were.

"Um, uh... well... not exactly," Jirou said to him.

A certain blond guy back at U.A. High School Academy popped into her head, and she tried to shake it off. Kaminari was similar to Adrien, but in a lot of ways he wasn't anything like him. They were both kind of flirty maybe dumb at times, but that was just mostly Cat Noir. Something about him without the mask, Jirou thought he was much more gentle and loyal. Someone that was just as shy as her at times.

"It's okay if you do. I was just wondering is all..." Adrien said as he placed his hands in his pockets.

"Well, I don't..." Jirou said to him, staying quiet for awhile.

Silence fell over them for awhile as Adrien and Jirou didn't look at each other. A gust of wind blew passed them, making Jirou shiver. She had forgotten her jacket back at the school, so she didn't have anything to bundle up in. Adrien noticed right away and gave her his white jacket.

"Ad-Adrien, you must be freezing," Jirou said to him, "Maybe we should head back in."

"No, it's okay. I don't mind."

Jirou held his jacket close to her, making her blush. It kind of smelled like cheese for some reason, but she didn't mind. All she think could about was how romantic this was. Walking under a starry night sky in the City of Paris.

City of Love as Ashido called it.

If she caught by one of her classmates with a Parisian hero, she'd never hear the end of it. Especially from Ashido.

Adrien thought about turning back around since everyone was probably wondering where they were. Then he spotted at a couple walking along the streets of Paris.

They were holding hands.

Adrien felt a blush come over him once he'd noticed them and turned to look at Jirou. She had done the same thing, and they were suddenly face to face. This time, Jirou didn't look away or stumble over her feet. And neither did Adrien.

Something came over Jirou the moment she looked into his green, mesmerizing eyes. She could feel his breath on her face as she moved closer to him.

Adrien remembered the moment she sang her inspiring song, and how it felt to listen to her sing. Her beautiful voice got everyone to dance and sing along. And he didn't want it to end.

They kissed under the starry night sky.

Jirou held onto Adrien's jacket as he moved in closer. She felt so good in that moment.

Like nothing could ruin it.

In the school...

Marinette ran around the school building, looking everywhere for Adrien. And Jirou. She pretty much looked in every classroom, but no one was there.

She even looked in the Nurse's Office real quick, but only found Natalie asleep.

Then, she started thinking about how Uraraka might be right. They might actually be walking around outside, under the starry night sky.

"That's so romantic," Marinette thought as she ran faster.

Ever since the mission, there's been something between Adrien and Jirou. Something drew them closer to each other. Marinette was happy that everyone was becoming close friends, but she never thought that this might happen. Especially Adrien.

Marinette liked Jirou, but she didn't know her that well.

She ran straight for the front doors to the school, when she almost bumped into Mr. Aizawa. He was bringing up some supplies for his students.

"Marinette, what're you doing down here? Shouldn't you be helping out my students?" He asked her, a little annoyed.

He knew this was Ladybug he was talking to, but she just seemed so different when was out of her hero costume. Less confident, and more clumsy.

"Sorry, Mr. Aizawa! I just saw Ad-Adrien and Jirou go for a movie and I was just going to let them know the walks about to start!" Marinette stumbled, and so did her words as she left the school building.

Mr. Aizawa let out a long sigh and headed towards the classroom.

"Teenagers..."

Marinette checked around the first corner of the school wall.

Nothing.

She kept going, not knowing what to expect when she turned the corner.

When she turned the next corner, she stopped in her tracks. Everything felt like it froze in place the moment spotted something she wished she didn't see. Again.

Only this time, it was Adrien and Jirou kissing. Jirou was wearing Adrien's jacket over her shoulders.

And Adrien wouldn't let go.

Marinette fell to the ground, but backed away into the wall so they wouldn't spot her. Her eyes widened from the shock of seeing her crush kissing one of her new friends. Not only that, he was her partner. They always had each other's back.

But now, she didn't know how to feel about him.

Hot tears flowed down her face as she hugged her knees close to her. After a good minute of crying, she could hear them heading her way. Marinette quickly stood up and ran inside the school as quick as could.

She just hoped they didn't see her crying. That was the last thing she wanted.

Marinette felt she'd just lost her chances with Cat Noir and Adrien. And now that she finally knew they were the same person, that just made things even worse.

Another amazing chapter!

I'm actually really proud of this chapter! I like Jirou and Adrien kind of being a thing, especially what happened during the mission. I just thought it'd be an interesting way to go about this story at this point. I just like that they're both kind of shy, but still know when to step up and take charge. It seems like they were going to have a movie night, but something's come up!

What's going to happen next??

More to come soon!
