In the Nurse's Office...

Midoriya was starting to feel a little over heated as the Nurse made sure to keep his fever down. The face cloths didn't seem to do anything, but she had to do something to help. Even the medicine hadn't kicked in yet. Ladybug and Cat Noir walked in to check on him to see how he was doing.

"How is Izuku doing, Nurse?" Cat Noir asked her.

"Not so good. He's overheating," The Nurse explained, "I need to find a way to bring it down or he won't get any better."

Ladybug and Cat Noir looked at their friend and felt so bad for him. She noticed the Miraculous hadn't move from the end table since she'd left it there.

"Maybe our friend, Shouto can help," Ladybug said to her, "He can create ice. Would an ice bath help him?"

"No, that would just make it worse. I'd rather give him one once the fever goes away. It's just the safest bet," The Nurse explained, "But yes, grab your friend please."

Ladybug asked Cat Noir to go get him and stayed with Midoriya. She sat on the seat beside his bed and watched him sleep. She touched his forehead and could tell that his temperature wasn't going down at all. This reminded her of when he didn't feel good after going up against Queen Wasp, only this time it was own Miraculous.

Not only that, it was One for All.

Ladybug really wished she could use Lucky Charm to reverse it like she did last time, but this was different. She had already used Lucky Charm back there, so using it now wouldn't change anything. She reached over for the bucket of water and drenched the face cloth in it. She rung it out and placed it on top of his forehead.

Ladybug could swear that he smiled when she placed it on him. She smiled back.

"Here's Shouto," Cat Noir said to the Nurse, "Sorry, Ladybug but Ochaco really wanted to check on him."

Ladybug saw Todoroki and Uraraka enter the Nurse's Office, looking really worried about their friend. Once Uraraka saw him, she ran over by his side and held his hand.

"Is he going to be okay, Ladybug?" Uraraka asked her.

"Yes. We just need to get rid of this fever," Ladybug explained to her, "That's why we asked for Shouto's help."

Todoroki stepped up as Ladybug gave him a bucket of water. He grabbed it and used his ice side to fill it with ice.

"Is that all you wanted me to do?" He asked her.

"Actually, can you stay by his side and try to keep him cool. We're trying to get rid of this fever, but we can't give him an ice bath," Ladybug explained.

Todoroki looked over at Uraraka holding Midoriya's hand and felt the same way. Midoriya was his friend, and he wanted to do whatever he could to help him. He walked up to Midoriya and raised his right arm towards him. Then he began to let ice flakes rain down onto Midoriya.

Uraraka watched him take care of her boyfriend as she held his hand for support.

Ladybug and Cat Noir were happy to stay and make sure Midoriya was feeling better. After a few minutes of silence, they all noticed it start to get cold in the Nurse's Office. Ladybug even noticed Midoriya started to sweat less and settle down onto the bed. She smiled as she watched Todoroki keep it up.

"It looks like he's starting to settle down finally," Ladybug said to Uraraka, "Maybe he can finally get some rest."

Uraraka nodded at her and gave Midoriya's hand a gentle kiss.

In the corner of Ladybug's eye, she thought she saw something start to move. It looked like the Miraculous moved a little. She froze in place, waiting for something to happen.

"Ladybug?" Cat Noir asked her.

Ladybug didn't say a thing as she never left her eyes on the Miraculous. It felt like it was testing her and didn't dare move when she was looking. Then, she saw a slight shimmer come over it. Without waking up Midoriya, she quickly grabbed the Miraculous and felt it burn her. She accidentally dropped it, still feeling the burning sensation through her suit.

"What just happened?" Uraraka asked her.

"Izuku's Miraculous... I-It burned me," Ladybug said to them with a shocked expression, "I'm the Guardian of the Miraculous. It shouldn't be doing that."

Cat Noir went to grab it and felt a very subtle burning feeling coming from it. He was able to grab it, shocking Ladybug. Then there was a sudden tug from the Miraculous. Cat Noir held onto it very tightly and realized that it was trying to get to Midoriya. Todoroki kept making ice flakes over him as Uraraka got up to protect him.

"Why would it be doing this? You and I got the akuma out of it," Cat Noir said to her through clenched teeth.

"It shouldn't be acting like this. Unless..." Ladybug trailed off thinking that this might be One for All's doing.

Ladybug grabbed another face cloth as she folded it in a half. She grabbed the Miraculous, still trying to get to Midoriya. Cat Noir let her have it as she held it with the face cloth. She could still feel the burning sensation going through it, but she was able to hold it. The tugging wouldn't let up however and wondered what she could do to stop it from happening.

"Something's bothering Deku," Uraraka said to her.

Ladybug looked up at him and noticed that he was stirring in his sleep. He began to sweat again, and she realized that his Miraculous was causing this. Then she noticed that Dekku was no where to be found.

"Wait a minute, has anyone seen Dekku?" Ladybug asked them, "His Kwami isn't here."

They all looked around and didn't see him anywhere. No one had seen the Kwami for a long time.

"Something's wrong with Izuku's quirk, and his Miraculous is burning me," Ladybug said to mostly herself, "This has to do with One for All. I just know it."

Cat Noir, Uraraka and Todoroki looked at each other, not knowing what they might all have to do. Ladybug stood tall, remembering something Master Fu being a somewhat of a healer as well as a Guardian. She wondered if there was some way that she could do something similar for Midoriya.

Ladybug held the Miraculous tight as she looked at Midoriya. He looked like he was having trouble sleeping, but Todoroki's ice seemed to be helping get rid of his fever. She didn't know exactly how Master Fu did it. She thought that maybe if she just let herself guide her way around him to heal, then it wouldn't be too bad.

Besides, something about One for All was calling her over to help him. To heal him.

"I think I need to help heal him," Ladybug said to them.

They all looked at her with a confused look, but Cat Noir looked more worried about her.

"What are you going on about this time, milady?" Cat Noir asked her.

"Master Fu. He knew how to heal Kwamis and Miraculous. Maybe I can do the same and help Izuku through this," Ladybug explained.

Cat Noir was the only one that understood any of that and stepped up to put his hand on her shoulder.

"Ladybug, are you sure about this? You've never done anything like this before. I really doubt Master Fu told you anything about this," Cat Noir said to her.

"Only a couple tips here and there, but nothing special. I need to do something, especially since the Miraculous just burnt me," She said to him.

Cat Noir hesitated, but let her go with whatever she was planning and took the Miraculous from her. Ladybug stood tall and walked up to Midoriya. Todoroki still did what he was told as Ladybug gently placed her hand on his forehead. She stood like that for a long minute just feeling his forehead.

Everyone in the room just watched her, wondering what was about to happen next.

Then she opened her eyes, feeling something strong and pulling her towards him.

"Whoa..." Ladybug said quietly.

"Ladybug, what did you see?" Uraraka asked her.

All she could do was stare at Midoriya as if she had spoken to him or One for All.

"...I think it would be best to move Izuku into the classroom..." Ladybug said to them, "He needs more space so I can take care of him."

Everyone shared a look with each other and went along with it. The nurse seemed okay with it since he was starting to settle down. Todoroki helped carry him up to the classroom.

Class 1-A all saw them passing by the gym and up the stairs with Midoriya still asleep. They all looked concerned and followed Ladybug.

Ladybug had already run ahead and placed a bunch of blankets onto the floor for Todoroki to place him down on.

Class 1-A and Ladybug's teammates started following them inside, really confused as to what was going on. Uraraka had come up with the bucket of water and face cloths. The nurse allowed them to bring up some of his medicine just in case his fever came back.

"Umm, Ladybug. What's going on?" Iida asked her, "What's Midoriya doing up here? I thought he had a fever."

"His fever is starting to go away, which is why I had him moved up here," Ladybug explained to them.

Class 1-A was still confused when they saw Ladybug get things moved out of the way. Even her own team was a little confused. Bakugo noticed Cat Noir holding Midoriya's Miraculous in a face cloth. Not only that, but it looked like it was trying to get away from him.

"Please don't tell me the akuma is back," Bakugo growled at them.

"No, it's not. Something's wrong with Izuku's quirk, and Ladybug's trying to heal him," Cat Noir explained to them.

Class 1-A was shocked to hear this, but didn't want to wake up Midoriya. He looked like he was out cold and wasn't waking up anytime soon.

"Wait Ladybug, you're a healer? Since when?" Kirishima asked her.

"Since now. There was a guardian before me that knew how to heal Miraculous and Kwamis so I figured I might as well give it a shot."

Rena Rouge felt like stepping in to help her out, but it looked like she could handle this.

"Look. I can't explain everything right now, but I need to concentrate here," Ladybug said to them, "Either take turns coming in and out or just stay quiet."

Class 1-A and her teammates understood and some of them cleared out. A couple of them stayed just in case she needed help with something.

Bakugo couldn't just leave them like this, not when Midoriya was still not doing so good. Kirishima felt so bad for Midoriya, so he decided to stay. Iida felt he needed to stay since he was Class Rep., and his friend so he helped out Uraraka.

Rena Rouge sat by Ladybug's side, knowing full well that she might need her for help. Queen Bee really wanted to stay, but she felt awkward just standing there so she stayed by Bakugo's side.

Ladybug sat down right by Midoriya, already feeling something coming from One for All.

"Cat Noir, I want you to keep the Miraculous away from Izuku for now," Ladybug said to him, "Clearly something's wrong with it, and I need to figure out what that is."

"You've got it, Ladybug," Cat Noir said to her as he stayed far away from him.

Ladybug took a deep breath in and out as she felt herself start to relax. She reached out to Midoriya's forehead and placed her hand over it.

Everyone that stayed watched Ladybug heal him. She was so quiet and didn't really do anything. Midoriya laid down on the blankets, not moving an inch. Todoroki kept up with the ice flakes to keep his fever down.

Then Bakugo noticed something about Ladybug's hero costume. It was starting to glow around the black polka dots. It was very subtle, but he could definitely see it.

Even more of his classmates noticed when her wings began to move as if there were a subtle breeze in the classroom. The classroom was repaired from the magical ladybugs, so the window was closed.

"I think it's working," Kirishima said quietly.

Then Midoriya began to stir from her touch. Uraraka didn't want Ladybug to lose concentration, so she gently grabbed his hand and caressed it to calm him down.

"It's okay, Deku," Uraraka whispered to him, "Just let Ladybug help you. We've got you."

After holding his hand for a little while, Midoriya relaxed. She let out a sigh and looked at how flushed his face looked. He still looked like he might have a fever, so she let Ladybug help him out.

"Come on, Ladybug," Uraraka thought, "We're counting on you."

Midoriya found himself in the middle of a place that looked awfully familiar to him. It took him a while to realize that he was back in the dormitory. He was shocked to even be there at all. The last thing he remembered was being akumatized...

No, that's not it. Something about that didn't feel right.

He slowly walked around the dorm rooms, wondering if there was anyone else around. It seemed rather empty for Class 1-A's dormitory. Usually it was full of his classmates and friends running around and having fun.

Something about it felt a bit off.

Once he got closer to the common room, he thought he heard some of his classmates talking. He followed the voices and found only Bakugo and... himself?

They looked like they were discussing something. Based on what Midoriya was holding, he could tell that he was seeing the moment he had finally gotten his hero license.

It was the night Bakugo had found out about One for All.

They just kept going about the day as if Midoriya wasn't around watching it all unfold.

Then in the corner of the room, Midoriya's eyes widened in shock to see someone he wasn't expecting.

It was Chrysalis.

She was just sitting there, watching Bakugo walk away from Midoriya in that moment. He didn't understand why she was even here or how she even got here in the first place.

Then he spotted an akuma in her cane. She let the akuma go and it headed towards Bakugo.

Midoriya couldn't let Chrysalis do this. Not while she was in Japan.

He ran over to Bakugo, realizing in that moment that he didn't have a Miraculous anymore. He had his quirk back.

"Kacchan! Watch out!"

As soon as he reached his childhood friend, he faded away right in front of him and stumbled on the floor. He slowly got up as Bakugo's voice echoed through his head.

"You got that quirk from AllMight, didn't you?"

Then Midoriya noticed that he wasn't in the dormitory anymore.

He was in the middle of the road where him and Bakugo fought that night. They were just standing there, but Bakugo looked like he was getting ready to fight the other Midoriya.

Midoriya felt like something wasn't right as Bakugo went in for the first attack. He knew what was going to happen next, but something didn't seem quite right. They started fighting with some pretty crazy punches and kicks.

"Come on, Deku! One for All isn't your quirk and you know it! It's AllMight's, you hear me?!" Bakugo cried out, ringing through Midoriya's ears.

Midoriya watched in shock to hear him say that. He knew that Bakugo never said any like that to him during the fight. At least, he didn't think so.

Then he spotted another akuma flying towards them.

Midoriya launched towards Bakugo once more and tried to push him out of the way.

"Watch out!"

He went through him and was suddenly falling. Using his quirk, he landed on the ground and found himself in a completely different place.

He was now watching himself and Bakugo get ready to fight AllMight during the final exams. Midoriya remembered that day very well. That was the day him and Bakugo finally started to work together.

They were both hiding from AllMight, figuring out what to do next.

"You're just a useless nerd, Deku. You'll never be number one hero, not with a broken quirk like One for All," Bakugo said to him.

"What? He never said that!" Midoriya thought, "He didn't even know about One for All at that point."

Right when they were just starting to figure out a plan, an akuma showed up. Midoriya tried to use his quirk to launch towards Bakugo, but he couldn't. He looked down to see that he wasn't even wearing the Miraculous.

He looked up to see the akuma be absorbed into Bakugo's gauntlet.

"No!" Midoriya cried out.

A purplish cloud began to form around Bakugo and Midoriya couldn't do anything about it.

"You really thought you could save me? A quirkless loser like you?" Bakugo said through the purplish cloud.

Midoriya froze in place as his eyes widened in horror. Bakugo stomped out of the cloud, showing off his akumatized villain costume. He felt his knees begin to give out in front of him, but tried to stand up to him.

"You're shaking in your boots, you're so scared. That's why I hate you!"

It was Ground Zero.

Midoriya couldn't move his feet. All he could do was stare at his childhood friend as an akumatized villain. Not only that, but things still didn't seem right. He was here in Japan, and yet nothing had changed.

Chrysalis was still around trying to akumatize his friends.

Ground Zero got ready to let out an explosion, but something wrapped around his gauntlet and redirected the blast. Then he spotted the familiar yo-yo around him.

He looked up to find Ladybug landing in front of him. Midoriya felt a smile form on his face, so happy to see her.

"Ladybug? Is that really you?" Midoriya asked her.

"Yes, it's me. I've come to save you."

Another amazing chapter!

This one is a weird one, but interesting. I just thought of doing something that I still think is important since Class 1-A is almost heading back home. It just kind of works somehow with Midoriya and his quirk being akumatized that it would throw something off.

I like the thought of Ladybug being a healer since Master Fu was one as well. So why not?

Ladybug's here to heal Midoriya!
