Chapter 14

AN: I'M REALLY SURPRISED THAT NO ONE REVIEWED THE PREVIOUS CHAPTER

Previously:

After harry put his zanpakuto away, he just had one thing to say: "if THIS was what my instincts were warning me about, i'd HATE to do anything similar."

And so, year one has ended.

Now:

Harry was in diagon alley, getting his supplies for his 2nd year, including new robes, since he had one HELL of a growth spurt, putting him around 5'6, instead of the 4'8 he was last year. He saw, on the list, that there were a LOT of books written by someone named 'gilderoy lockhart'. Hell, the books written by him were overtaking almost the entire list. "I'll check out one of the books. See if it's worth it. If not, i will IGNORE the ENTIRE series written by him," harry said.

After harry went into flourish and blotts, he was grabbed by the photographer, and put with lockhart. As soon as gilderoy put his arm around harry, harry punched him in the stomach. While lockhart was groaning on the ground, harry said this: "i do NOT appreciate being manhandled, or touched by people that i do NOT trust. You, sir, fit BOTH categories."

After that, he grabbed a book written by him, read it, then put it back where it got it. "If ANY of that series is forced upon me, i will BURN the series, to the point where not even MAGIC will be able to put it back together," he said.

Unknown to him, he was being watched by a little girl with red hair. She was looking at him in lust and desire.

The hogwarts express

Harry was relaxing, when his compartment door burst open. "Potter!" the person who opened it said. Harry looked over to see just WHO was causing an interruption for his relaxation.

"What do you want now, malfoy?" harry asked in a rather bored tone.

Draco snarled at the tone. "You WILL LISTEN TO YOUR SUPERIOR!" draco snarled.

"Draco, you are NOT my superior, you will NEVER be my superior, and you will NEVER have my respect," harry retorted.

Draco turned puce at that. "My father will hear about this!" draco said, before he left.

"Why does he always do that, trying to get others to obey him, and when it doesn't go his way, he goes WHINING to daddy?" harry wondered to himself.

(timeskip to the first DADA class)

Lockhart was rambling on about his greatness for over 20 minutes. However, when he tried to get harry to reenact scenes from his books, harry straight up REFUSED to partake in the charlatan's acts, and he said as much, before he left the classroom.

So, to calm down (so he doesn't get in trouble for ATTACKING a teacher, oven one as USELESS as lockhart), he went to visit hagrid. Naturally he tried to lecture harry about skipping classes, but then harry had explained that the teacher was useless, and the books he wrote were JUST as useless as he is.

"Well, then, how abou' yeh help me wit a job?" hagrid asked.

"Sure thing, hagrid. I need something to do, to get rid of this boredom," harry said.

"Follow me, then," hagrid said.

On the way to the job, hagrid asked, "have yeh visited rose, yet?"

"Not yet," harry sadly said. "I don't know where the sanctuary is," harry said.

"Jus' write to charlie weasley, he should be able to tell you, and maybe even send a portkey to it," hagrid said.

Harry looked dumbfounded. "I NEVER THOUGHT TO TRY THAT, ARGH" harry yelled out, while gripping his hair. "Thanks for the help with that, hagrid," harry said.

"Yeh'r welcome, harry," hagrid said.

And so, they reached the area for the job.

Area inside the forbidden forest

"Hagrid, why are we here?" harry asked.

"Because, harry, something's wrong in this forest," hagrid explained. "Dark creatures and dark wizards have joined forces, and abducted some innocents," hagrid said.

"So, why am i here?" harry asked.

"Because this area is too big for me to do on me own," hagrid explained.

"Alright, let's do this," harry said.

With that, hagrid and harry split up, with hagrid going one way, while harry went the other.

The direction that hagrid went would take him to the dark creatures, mostly werewolves, and the innocents over with them gone, bleeding on the ground.

In the direction that harry chose

Harry stumbled upon the dark witches and wizards that abducted their fair share of innocents. Manifesting his zanpakuto to put on his waist to be on the safe side, he decided to watch and listen. Who knows? Maybe he'll learn something important.

"Man, this was a pretty successful job," one said.

"I agree," another agreed.

"Who knew that little girl would be able to put up a vicious fight, with that little blade of hers?"

"I know what you mean. Still, black hair with pink eyes is a REALLY odd combination,"

That last sentence got harry's attention. Shion? Harry wondered to himself.

With that, harry drew his zanpakuto, and charged at them.

The noise drew the attention of the people in front of him.

Harry slaughtered most of the group before they could react. However, before the last person could try ANYTHING, whether it be running for their life or attempting to attack, we won't know. Because harry grabbed them by the neck.

"Where is the little girl, and her weapon?" harry snarled.

"Wha-?" was as far as they got, before harry squeezed their throat a bit.

"The little girl with the black hair and pink eyes. Where is she, and where is her weapon?" harry snarled.

"They're over in that direction. The girl is in a cage, while the weapon is in a chest of loot," the person cried out.

"Thanks for the info," harry said, before crushing their neck, killing them.

Harry ran in the direction the person indicated, searching for reiryoku with his senses, just in case. There, harry thought. He then burst into the area. The people around the cage, jeering and insulting the girl in the cage, turned to harry and started to retaliate. Harry killed them all in less than five minutes.

With the girl, shortly before harry arrived

"*sigh*, i REALLY wish daddy were here to save me," the girl said in a rather sad tone.

"Shut up, brat, NO ONE is coming to save you," one said.

"Yeah, we killed your mommy and daddy," another one sneered at her.

"You are wrong," the girl said. "Daddy has monstrous strength, so it would take a LITERAL army to kill him. Mommy has stealth and combat skills so great, she could kill you all by herself," the little retorted.

"HAHAHAHA," the group laughed.

Just then, someone with three claw-like scars on the side of their face burst into the area, sword drawn, heterochromatic eyes blazing and the aura of an angry dragon surging around them, racing towards them.

"Kill him, now!" one called out, before lethal spells started flying towards them.

The crowd cheered, thinking that their spells worked. But then, they noticed that per person was STILL running towards them.

Oh shit, were the general thoughts of every dark witch/wizard in the area, before the guy started to massacre them all.

That was when the girl noticed the similarities this stranger had with her father, so she decided to take a chance.

"Daddy?"

With harry

After harry finished slaughtering them, he heard the little girl sat something.

"Daddy?" she asked.

Harry turned to look at her, taking in her features.

"Shion?" he asked.

When he asked that, the little girl began to cry tears of joy, "daddy!" she called out, reaching her hand through the bars of the cage.

With that, harry went to the cage, said "but your hand back inside, i don't want to accidentally break it," then LITERALLY ripped the door of the cage off and threw it away, before grabbing the girl in a hug.

"Daddy, thank you for coming for me," shion said.

"My little flower, i will ALWAYS come for you," harry said, while returning the hug.
