Abilities - Master of Silent Killing and proficient in torture and interrogation. Expert in Water Style Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Kenjutsu. Wielder of the Executioner Blade and has strong physical abilities.
5. Haku Momochi
Associations - Seigi no Kage (Joined along with adoptive father Zabuza)
Abilities - Ice Release, Expert in water and wind style ninjutsu and medical ninjutsu. Possesses very high speed and agility. Skilled in senbon usage as well.
6. Katsuro Takeda
Associations - Yugakure (Former), Seigi no Kage (Recruited by Jiraiya)
Abilities - Expert in taijutsu and kenjutsu, as well as very well versed in water style and fire style ninjutsu. Possesses good strength and physicality.
7. Yumiko Arai
Associations - Takigakure (Former), Seigi no Kage (Recruited by Jiraiya after Taki banished her and her brother for refusing to go on a suicide mission)
Abilities - Expert in assassination and stealth. Expert in Water and Wind style Ninjutsu, kenjutsu, and Iryo Ninjutsu.

About
The Seigi no Kage is formed by Jiraiya and Naruto, who came to a mutual understanding on their common ground to help poor people, people who are oppressed, prevent harmony among villages, and establish peace between them.
This group was also created with means to stop evil like Akatsuki. They follow the motto of "Lightning the path to peace and shielding the weak." The symbol of Seigi no Kage is a swirl surrounded by a dragon, which can be seen on their headband.
This group was formed when Naruto turned 10 and was able to hold out against Izumi and Itachi. First, they recruited Katsuro Takeda, a nin from Yugakure, which disbanded its ninja village, and Katsuro left the village and joined Seigi no Kage when Jiraiya and he encountered a common missing-nin.
Months later, Itachi, Izumi, and Naruto were on a mission towards Takigakure to deal with Aoi Rakusho, but instead saved Yumiko Arai and Hiroki Arai, who were battling root ninja after their banishment from Takigakure, and recruited them for their cause.
Last to get recruited was Zabuza Momochi and Haku Momochi as they wanted to help bloodline rebels in Kirigakure civil war against Mizukage.

• Storm Release will be Namikaze Clans Kekkai Genkai
• Rinnegan can be awakened in two ways - 1. By mixing chakra of Indra and Ashura (That's what Madara did) and 2. It awakened Naturally in Royal Family of Uzumaki Clan but it's rare and can skip a number of generations.
• Kekkai Genkai from Uzumaki Clan will be Adamantine Chains, Regeneration and Healing Ability, Ability to sense people, chakra, chakra nature, and emotions (called Kagura Shingan).
• Pairing will be 1. Naruto Uzumaki and Yumiko Arai, 2. Itachi Uchiha and Izumi Uchiha, 3. Hiroki Arai and Haku Momochi
• Sasuke Uchiha will be batshit insane and will be bashed along with Sakura Haruno, Kiba Inuzuka, Civilian Council and Three Elders.
• Akatsuki Member replacing Itachi will be Hiruko (who will not have any kekkai genkai, like in the Naruto Movie) but will be adept in Fire Style, Lightning Style, and Earth Style Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu.
