It was three in the afternoon when the emergency council meeting was being held.

"Hey Shikaku, do you have any idea why this emergency meeting is being held? " asked the Akimichi clan head Choza.

"What a drag! I am sure Sandaime will tell us in a few minutes. " said a bored Nara leader.

"Maybe Sandaime sama is killing that brat finally" a civilian council member said, emphasizing the brat as if to show how much more he has to say for that brat.

While the shinobi council ignored him, the civilian council only agreed when one of them asked the elders.

"Danzo sama, Koharu sama, and Homura sama do you have any idea about what this meeting is about. "

"No, Sarutobi just summoned everyone on an abrupt notice " Said Koharu.

The same councilman opened his mouth again when the Sandaime Hokage of Konoha along with a hooded man entered the chambers.

"Finally you are here Sarutobi just what is this about? " asked Homura "and who is this man"

Hiruzen Sarutobi sat on his Hokage chair before introducing " This is Asahi Namikaze who arrived in our village just today and after seeing all evidence I have determined that he is our Yondaime's younger brother, right now representing his clan"

Everyone was shocked, even Shikaku forgot about his sleep.

"Namikaze….. The Namikaze clan is alive. "shouted several members of the council.

" No, most of us are not right now. Only three of our clan members are alive including our 12 year old heir that you have hidden from us. " said Asahi straight to the point.

" 12 year old Namikaze, how is that possible? The only Namikaze that has been in our village has been our Yondaime. " said the Inuzuka clan leader Tsume.

"Yes and I am talking about his son" replied Asahi while noticing the abrupt change in the elders' posture who were starting to sweat since they are the reason nobody knew about Naruto's heritage.

"His son… Yondaime has a son. Why were we not told? " demanded many of the councilmen both shinobi and civilians.

" Why did you want to know his identity so that you do not treat him more of a trash than you already do. " asked Asahi while narrowing his eyes.

" Trash, what are you talking about? We cannot treat Yondaime's son that badly, " said a civilian council member.

"Ohh do I need to specify whom I am talking about? Is there more than one child that you treat so badly? Just what kind of place my brother died for" asked a disgusted Asahi while noticing the understanding dawning on the faces of various shinobi council members.

"What are you talking about? " demanded some of the oblivious fools.

"Perhaps you should ask your Hokage and elders that question"

At this time various members turn towards their Hokage and the elders.

Hiruzen sighed and announced " He is talking about Yondaime's only son that was born on 10th of October 1986 along with his wife in secret Kushina Uzumaki - Naruto Namikaze Or you know him as Uzumaki Naruto ,his mother's maiden name"

This caused a major uproar in the chambers - the civilian council in denial while shinobis demanding to know why they were not told before Lord third took charge " Silence! "

" Naruto is Yondaime's son and I don't need any proof for that since it was my wife who was acting as Kushina Namikaze's medic at the time. " glaring at the fools in the chambers. This caused the civilian council to shut up before " And the reason why his identity was hidden was to protect him from his parent's enemies among other things. " here he spared a glance towards the elders which was enough for some people to understand what must have happened.

" Well now that is determined I would like to take Naruto today itself. "said Asahi.

" Take, what do you mean by take he belongs to Konoha. He is after all our Yondaime's son. " said Danzo but everyone knew what he really meant.

"Ohh" Asahi laughed.

"What's funny? " demanded Koharu.

" What's funny is that you people are such a chameleon. One moment he is a demon that should be killed and the next he is the Yondaime's son" Insulted Asahi before narrowing his eyes " What you truly meant is he is the Jinchuriki of the nine tails, Konoha's ultimate weapon Shimura Danzo"

This caused many of them to panic. How does this man know about the village's well guarded secret.

"Naruto kun is not only our clan member but the heir since my brother was the oldest and it's our family , who rules and navigates everyone in the clan. And I hope you are not considering using violence here since I could assure you that even my clan head would not need to involve himself. I alone am very capable of destroying your so-called village while taking Naruto with me. But I think you already know that? shrugged Asahi after casually threatening the whole council.

But even the civilian council did not do anything foolish as to shout something. They knew what was spoken was true even if the Namikaze clan had not been seen frequently, everyone knew of their strength. Their Yondaime being one example. Even on his deathbed no one knew of his true strength.

Everyone was sweating bullets when Lord Third said " Naruto is your nephew and you have full right on him but please consider your brother wanted him to grow up in Konoha"

This is what I was waiting for old man

"My nii-san wanted him to grow up in Konoha " admitted the Namikaze " But he also wanted him to be happy. " glared.

" There must be some way," Said one of the shinobi councilmen.

Asahi pinched the bridge of his nose before " Fine then. It was my brother's dream to revive our clan and we were about to go to Kumo Or Iwa after this to start our new lives there"

This caused various of the members to panic. To even think of any of those two villages holding the power of the Namikaze clan along with Kyubi and immediately offered " So you could settle down here. Please think this is the village your brother loved so much."

"Fine but I have few conditions"

"Yes yes whatever you want… you could have the east side to make your compound" offered the village elders.

But Asahi told them " There is no need, my brother already made a great compound here for the Namikaze clan. "

Everyone was confused now as they didn't know of any Namikaze compound in their village. But before anyone could ask.

" My brother used our secret techniques so that only those of Namikaze blood could see or enter it. Of course you could be keyed in as my sister in law. All I could tell you about it is that it is in the center of the village but that's not what I was talking about. "

"Then what -"

Before the Hokage completed his sentence Asahi continued " My nephew is the heir of the Namikaze clan and would be treated as such. Even a slightest hint of mistreatment… .. " Drawled Asahi leaving the sentence hanging but everybody got the hint.

Time went on with the discussion and negotiations in order to determine what rests in the future.

Asahi set some conditions including continuing hiding Naruto's heritage from the general public till his clan head gives his express permission he would be known as he has been in order to protect him until he is ready…

At the end only one thought goes through everyone's mind Naruto is not alone anymore.
