So I'm going to write some Legend of Zelda stories, but with a twist: some will be set in the modern era, and they'll be parodies of some SpongeBob episodes and other TV shows. The stories will feature characters from Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom, Wind Waker, Majora's Mask, and Twilight Princess. They'll also include my Legend of Zelda OCs. Without further ado, on to the story!

It was a peaceful day in Hyrule Kingdom, at the residence of Hyrulean village, Odel, a black-haired, blue-eyed Hylian in a green tunic, was practicing his sword skills indoors until he heard a knock on the door of his house. He went to it, opened it, and he saw a Hylian doctor.

Hylian Doctor: "Uh, yes, we're with the Hylian Medical Team down the road, and I understand you have a dying animal on the premises..."

Odel slams the door in the doctor's face. He was going to practice more of his sword skills, until he hears a poof sound from the other side of the door.

Odel: "You've reached the house of unrecognized talent, please start after the *hits sword with a butter knife*

The door opens and it reveals to be Master Koga of the Yiga Clan.

Master Koga: "Sounds like you've got a dying animal to attend to, eh, ol' chum?"

Odel: *gasps* "Master Koga of the Yiga Clan?"

Master Koga: "I hear you're playing the swords now."

Odel: "Sometimes, how's your clan?"

Master Koga: " They're stealth and valuable. I'm the leader of a big fancy band now, and we're supposed to play the hyrule bowl next week.

Odel: *eyes widened* The hy-hy-hy... The hy-hy-hy... The hy-hy-hy..."

Master Koga: "That's right. I'm living your dreams, Odel. The problem is, I'm very busy next week and I can't make it. So I was hoping you and your band could cover for us."

Odel: "Ohh, uhh, I...I, Uh..."

Master Koga: "I knew it. You don't even have a band. Well, I'll just let you get back to your sword play now."

Odel: Hold it! It just so happens that I don't fight with swords, I do have a band, and we're going to play that hyrule bowl. How do you like that, Leader of the Yiga clan?"

Master Koga: "Good luck, next Tuesday. I hope the audience brings lots of...ibuprofen."

Then Master Koga poofs away with Odel thinking what he has said.

Odel: "I've got to drum up a marching band fast. Drum...heh heh...band humor."

The next day, Odel put posters all over the land of hyrule in order to get a band to play for the hyrule bowl. Riju was the first the read them when she saw one hanging on the walls of gerudo town.

Riju: "Looking to add fulfillment to your dull dull life?"

Somewhere in hyrule fields, Ganondorf happens to be reading the same poster he had found on the ground.

Ganondorf: "Then become part of the greatest musical sensation ever to hit hyrule kingdom."

Princess zelda of hyrule also reads the same poster on the side of a pole of Kakariko village.

Zelda: "And forever be adored by thousands of people you don't know."

Hestu, one of the koroks was also reading the poster in the lost woods.

Hestu: "Not to mention...free refreshments!"

In Zora's domain, King Sidon is too reading the same poster as he's swimming.

Sidon: "Practice begins tonight. 8:30 sharp."

Later that evening...

Odel was walking to a building where the classes are going to take place. In the cart that was being pulled by a horse was filled with musical instruments. He took a glance at his pocket watch, he noticed he was 5 minutes late.

Odel: "That stupid music rental clerk made me late. That idiot didn't know an oboe from an elbow. Heh, elbow, heh. More band humor."

When odel got inside the building as soon as he arrived, he saw lots of Hylians, Zoras, Gorons, Rito, Gerudo women, sheikah,and some Koraks. He also saw some faces he was familiar with such as Zelda, Tulin, Riju, Sidon, Yunobo, Purah, link, Hestu, Rauru, Sonia,Mineru,Teba, Robbie,Mipha, Urbossa, Revali, Daruk,Ganondorf, Paya, Tauro,and Impa. They were all talking amongst themselves.

Odel: "People! People! Settle down. Okay now, how many of you have played a musical instrument before?"

Ganondorf: "Do swords and spears count?"

Odel: "No."

Yunobo: "Is rock sirloins an instrument, goro?"

Odel: "No Yunobo, rock sirloins are not an instrument."

Yunobo raised his hand again but Odel spoke.

Odel: "Cobble Crushers are not an instrument either."

Yunobo puts his hand down. After that no one spoke up.

Odel: "That's fine, no one has any experience. Fortunately, I have enough talent for all of you!" *laughs*

No one was laughing and Odel was met with an awkward silence.

Hestu: "When do we get the free food?"

Odel: "Okay, Try to repeat after me."

Odel pulls out his clarinet and played several musical notes on it.

Odel: "Brass section, go!"

The Brass section which had paya, a goron, and a zora played their instruments in the same tone Odel did.

Odel: "Good! Now the wind!"

The wind section which has yona, a rito, and a gerudo, played their instruments in the same matter as well.

Odel: " And the drums!"

The drum section which has Tulin, a korok, and link put the drumsticks in the mouths and blow on them, then the sticks flew out of their mouths and flew fast towards Odel, pinning him to the wall. Luckily he wasn't harmed at all.

Odel: "Too bad that didn't kill me."

A little while later in class odel decided to try something different, and hopefully nothing will go wrong.

Odel:" Let's just try, stepping in rhythm. Now I want everyone to stand in straight rows of five!"

Tulin: "Is this the part where we start kicking?"

Odel: No, Tulin, that's a chorus line."

Yunobo: Kicking?! Oh, I wanted to do some kicking!"

Yunobo imitated a kick, but he accidentally kicked Riju instead.

Riju: "Why You..."

Riju then stated to beat up Yunobo out of the room, moments later he let out a loud scream before everything went quiet. There was nothing but silence for the next few moments before Yunobo poked his head into the room.

Yunobo:" whoever's the owner of the white mine cart, you left your lights on, goro."

Then Yunobo entered the Room and was revealed that Riju had stuffed him into a trombone, no one knew how this was possible. Then he sat down and made a trombone noise.

Odel knew that the next days are going to be long.

(Day Two)

The class started early in the morning, Odel wanted to test everyone's marching skills. Everyone was marching in hyrule fields. So far everyone made better progress.

Odel: Ok, that's perfect, everybody! Hyrule bowl here we come! Flag twirlerss really spin those things!"

Suddenly, Odel noticed a turn coming up along the way.

Odel: "Okay...turn!"

Everyone turned. As they continued to play, Odel noticed that the flag twirlers that are being done two hylians were twirling very slowly.

Odel: "Flag twirlers! Let's go! I want to see some spinning!"

The two hylians twirled their flags a bit faster, but odel wasn't satisfied.

Odel: "Flag twirlers! Let's move! Come on! Move!"

The flag twirlers then spin the flags super fast, it was to fast that the two hylians flew in the air, dinraal the dragon was flying nearby and then burned the flag twirlers into crisps of ash .Afterwards, everyone looked up into the sky, then a hylian in a brown shirt begin to play 'Taps' on the trumpet. Everyone mourned as odel laid down on the ground with disappointment.

(Day 3)

Today's class ended a bit early, odel had hired new flag twirlers after what had happened yesterday, odel decided to let everyone practice on their own instruments and the checks up on everyone, and so far everyone made some progress. Odel approached ganondorf.

Odel: How's that harmonica solo coming, ganondorf?"

ganondorf: "It's tremendous! Want to see for yourself?"

then ganondorf runs over to a big harmonica and played notes as he ran to each hole of the harmonica, but got tired as he played the last note before collapsing of exhaustion.

(Day 4)

Today was the final class before the performance of the hyrule bowl, Odel knew that everyone barely made any progress, but he hopes for the better.

Odel: Well, this is our last night together before the show! And I know you haven't improved since we've started."

yunobo was seen looking at his reflection in a trumpet.

Odel: "But I have a theory! People talk loud when they want to act smart, right?"

Ganondorf: "Correct!"

Odel: "So if we played loud, people might think we're good. Everybody ready?"

Everyone ready their instruments as they are eagerly ready to play them.

Odel: " And a one, and a two. And a one, two, three, four!

Everyone played their instruments so loud that the windows in the room broke. As soon as it died down Odel stood frozen, shocked by how loud the sound was, it was so loud it snapped his baton.

Odel: "Okay, new theory. Maybe we should play so quietly, no one can hear us."

But Linebeck who was standing next to Hestu didn't take it too well.

Linebeck: "Well, maybe we wouldn't sound so bad if some people didn't play with big stubby hands!"

Hestu: "What did you say,Punk?"

Linebeck: " Big. Stubby, Hands!"

Hestu: "Well these hands ain't for shaking maracas."

Linebeck: "Bring in on wood man! Bring it on!"

Before Linebeck and hestu could fight Tulin stepped in between them to settle them down.

Tulin: "No you two, let's be smart and bring it off."

Midna: "Oh! So now the bird brain is going to preach to us!"

Everyone in the room began to argue amongst themselves. Odel knew he needs to settle things down before they get worst.

Odel: "Wait, wait! I know tensions are high..."

Before Odel could finish his sentence everyone in the room began to fight each other. Sidon and a rito were arguing intensely just then link slammed a drum on the rito.

Odel: "There's a deposit on the equipment people!"

Hestu and Linebeck were running at each other with oboes like they were jousting, but came to a halt when Zelda slammed cymbals on both of them.

Odel: "Settle down! Please!"

Riju holding drum sticks approached a zora holding a xylophone board like a shield. But Riju twirled the drumsticks and managed to break it apart, which makes the zora ran away. Before Riju could chase the zora, Yunobo came up from behind and kicked her. Riju was so upset she pulled out a trumpet and chased Yunobo which made him scream in fear.

The Brawl continued until they heard the clock make a ding sound. Everyone suddenly stopped and saw it was 9:00pm.

Daruk: "Hey, class is over!"

Everyone got up from the ground, and started to walk towards the exit, but when they approached it, the doors suddenly open to reveal a sad Odel.

Odel: " Well...you did it. You took my one chance of happiness...and crushed it. Crushed it into little tiny bite sized pieces! I really had expected better of you people. I guess I'm a loser for that too. Don't bother showing up tomorrow. I'll just tell them you all...died in a marching accident. So, thanks, thanks for nothing."

everyone stood and watched odel leave in silence.

Yunobo: "You're welcome."

Tulin: "What kind of monsters are we? That poor hylian came to us in his time of need, and we failed him. Odel was always there for us when we needed him. Zelda when Ganondorf kidnapped you, who rescued you?"

Zelda: "It was link."

Tulin: "And Sidon, when you and Yona got married and became king and queen of the zoras, who supported you two?"

Sidon: "I believed it was link."

Tulin: "Right, but if we just pretend that Odel was link in those times, then I'm sure that we can all pull together and discover what it truly means, to be in a marching band."

Linebeck: "Yeah! For the hero of hyrule!"

everyone cheered for their hylian friend, Odel and got together some instruments. Everyone got into position, as Tulin raised a baton.

Tulin: "Now let's make Odel proud...A one, a two a skiddly Diddly doo."

(At the Hyrule Bowl)

Odel walked shamefully towards the band entrance of the Hyrule stadium.

Odel: "I knew this was going to happen. They're just going to have to find another band to play. I just hope that... *Sees Master Koga* Master Koga doesn't find out!! Ah! What are you doing here!"

Master Koga: "*laughs* I just wanted to watch you blow it. So, where's your band?"

Odel: "Uh, they didn't come. They...died."

Master Koga: "Then who are they?"

Odel turns around and to his surprise, it was the members of his band all decked out in marching band gear.

Odel: "AH! That would be my band!"

Tulin: "We're ready to preform Odel."

Master Koga: "Well, Oddy, this is exactly how I pictured your band would look.

Tulin begans to dance around.

Odel: "That's his eager face."

Odel proceeds to walk downed the entrance as Master Koga and the members of his band followed him. They all arrived in a dome like area and walked into it.

Odel: Well, I guess this will be the last time I can show my face in hyrule."

Tulin: "That's the spirit, Odel!"

Once everyone was inside the dome structure, it begins to rise up. As it was rising they heard the voice of the announcer of the Hyrule bowl.

Announcer: "Okay, football fans. Put your hands together for the Hyrule kingdom Super Band!"

As the dome reached the destination, everyone saw that the cheering audience didn't look like the typical residents of Hyrule Kingdom.

Yunobo: "Those are some weird looking hylians."

Tulin: " Maybe we're in one of those weird looking kingdoms?"

Hestu: " I think I'm going to be sick."

Everyone got into their positions,and they ready to put on a fantastic performance.

Odel: "Okay everybody, *looks back at master Koga who was grinning mischievously* Let's get this over with. One, two, three...four.

Odel looked away hoping that it would go terribly wrong. But instead the band members played the sound of introduction being played very well without any mishaps. After it was done Odel turned to face the band in shock.

Ganondorf played on a keyboard very good. As he continued playing it, the members who played to introduction music moved to form a path and the lights started to go dim. Then a spotlight shined on Tulin holding a microphone and started to sing.

'The winner takes all..'

'It's thrill of one more kill.'

'The last one to fall...'

Odel couldn't help but stare in shock as Tulin continued to sing, as for master Koga, it was hard to tell from underneath his mask, he cocked one of his eyebrows. They both watch Tulin continued to sing his song.

'Will never sacrifice their will.'

All of the sudden the stage began to light up it revealed that Yunobo was on electric drums, Riju and Zelda were playing the electric guitars, Hestu was playing on a keytar, and Sidon was playing they saxophone. Everyone else was playing their part as tulin continued singing.

'Don't ever look back on the world closing in'

'Be on the attack with your wings on the wind.'

'Oh, the games will begin.'

Master Koga couldn't believe his eyes. Odell's band was playing very well. Odel couldn't believe it either. He turned and faced a shocked master Koga and gave him a smug look. Odel turned to his band again, discarding his baton and danced with joy

And it's sweet, sweet, sweet victory, yeah.'

'And it's ours for the taking, it's ours for the fight.'

Master Koga realized that he couldn't take it too much. He fainted from the shock. Some nearby paramedics carried him away on a stretcher. As they did, Odel waved goodbye in a smug way. Odel ran toward the stage and continued to savor the moment.

'And it's sweet, sweet, sweet victory, yeah.'

'And the one who's last to fall.'

Zelda glides across the stage playing an epic guitar solo at that very moment.

We will have sweet, sweet victory!'

Odel was very happy to hear the cheers of the audience, he couldn't believe he come so far. It was so long but he finally did it. He then jumped to the air as everyone kept cheering on the hylian.

Well this is my very first fanfic parody.
