Treasure Hunter Masira, The Bond between Luffy and his Friends
"HOW DID A SHIP FALL OF THE SKY!?" Usopp scream.
"Beats me," said Zick as pieces of the ship landed in front of them
"Can't any of you guys do something!" Teddy said to the pirates.
"Just one problem," said Nami
"Which is?" the older boy question
"WE CAN'T," screamed Nami, Usopp and Chopper
"Gumm-Gumm Gatling!" Luffy shouted as he used his stretching ability to repeatedly bring his fists forward in a blurry, rapid barrage of strong punches that created the illusion of having multiple arms hitting the falling ship.
"COOL," shouted Zick as he looked at Luffy in amazement
"Don't count me out, captain!" Zoro said as he drew his swords.
He sliced up the falling debris so fast, they went tiny
"And I won't let you outshine me Mosshead!" Sanji said.
The debris was sent flying due to Sanji and his powerful kicks
"Whoa!" the tamers said as they saw half the Straw Hats in action.
"INCOMING," shouted Terrence as he pointed at more debris falling towards the tamers
"Once Fleur! Twist!" a voice next to them said.
Hands appeared and caught the falling debris and tossed it.
"Hey thanks," said Terrence
"No problem," Robin said
"Where did that debris come from," asked Bobby
"I don't know but I'm sure there's treasure aboard that ship!" Nami said as her eyes turned into berry signs.
"That looks dangerous," said Zick
"Shipwrecks are normally dangerous no matter their location," Robin said
"How exactly do you mean," asked Elena
"A wreck like this is in pieces and as each piece enters the sea it causes other pieces that are already in the water to move in different directions and we don't know how deep this part of the Grand Line's waters are," Nami answered.
"What's the Grand line," asked Terence
Nami went on to explain everything on what is the Grand Line.
"Wow," Said Terence
"As if things couldn't get worse for us!" Teddy said
"Don't say that Teddy," said Zick
Then another ship drew near the area.
"See what I mean," asked Zick
Usopp uses his goggles to check out the ship.
He saw a symbol on the ship
"Don't seem to be a pirate ship," he said
"Let me see," said Elena
"Doesn't they couldn't be trouble," Nami said.
Elena saw the sails from borrowing Usopp's goggles
She then looked at the flag
"That's a funny flag," she said.
"Shapes like a monkey," she added
Usopp took his goggles back.
"That guy looked like a monkey," said Elena
"WHO ARE YOU CALLING A MONKEY!?" a voice shouted.
She hid behind Usopp as she heard the voice
"He has good hearing," the gunner Straw Hat said.
"But who said that," she asked
Usopp gives her a look.
"What," she asked
"It was the guy who you say looks like a monkey," he said.
"Where, I don't see that person," said Elena unaware that a shadow was behind her
"Huh?" she said noticing the shadow
There was a scream after that as Zick turned towards his friend
So did everyone.
Luffy turns sharply in the direction of the scream, his gaze locking onto an imposing figure resembling an ape, standing exactly where Usopp and Elena are.
"Who's the monkey? and how did he get onboard?" The captain asks
"I AM NOT A MONKEY!" the guy shouted
"Are you sure? You look like one?" Luffy asks as he looks over the man
"Excuse me, who are you sir," asked Elena
"I'm Masira the Salvage King, and you're the one who calls me a monkey!?" Masira asks
"Leave her alone," said Zick as he got in front of Elena, shielding her
"Whatever I'm here for the salvage," Masira said
"HEY, THEY ARE THE PROPERTY OF THE STRAW HATS, YOU GIANT APE MAN," shouted Elena from behind Zick
"The Straw Hats? who are they some rookie pirate crew?" Masira said
"Elena, calm down," whispered Zick
"Hey! You dumb ape! She right that salvage is ours!" Nami said
Elena got a stick next to her and whacked the monkey man as Zick watched in horror
"Wasn't mean to hunt?" Masira asks as he doesn't feel any pain from the blow.
"How did he do that," asked Elena
"With what we just saw a few seconds ago you should have known that most people living in this world would be stronger than a normal human Potato!" Teddy said
"But you leave the straw hats alone," said Elena kicking Masira
"If they are so tough, why do they need a brat like you to fight their battles?" Masira said as he lightly pushed the girl, sending her flying toward the cabin.
"ELENA, YOUR GONNA PAY FOR HURTING MY FRIEND" screamed Zick
Luffy then launches a punch at Masira.
"HOW DARE YOU HURT MY FRIENDS!" screamed Luffy as Zob and Terence went to go check on Elena for any injuries
"Let's me check her I'm the ship's doctor!" Chopper said as he started to go over Elena's injuries.
"How is she, doc," asked Zob worried
"No broken bones or any damage to anything else, she'll be sore otherwise Elena will be fine," Chopper answered.
"Thank you so much Doctor," said Terence shaking Chopper's hoof
"No problem, but Elena you should be more mindful of who you pick a fight with, or else it could have been worse," Chopper told the orange-haired girl.
"I wanted to help return the favor when you saved us from the water, helping others like you," she said hugging Chopper
"I know but, THAT DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO THROW AWAY YOUR LIFE LIKE THAT!" Chopper told her while taking on his human form.
"Chopper," she said sadly
"Do you have parents?" Chopper asks as he calms down.
"Yes back where we live," said Elena
"How do you think they would feel when you don't return? And your friends have to live with the guilt of knowing the truth about what happened to you but they can't tell anyone?" The reindeer asks
"Sorry Mr. Chopper, I didn't know about that," she said sadly
"It's fine just think about your actions before you do them and it's Dr. Chopper to you," Chopper said.
"Thank you, Dr. Chopper," she said as she hugged Chopper
"You're right," Chopper said as the hug went on.
"We mean it, Thank you," said Terence
"I know," Chopper said.
"But Dad, we can't just stand here and do nothing, we got to help them," said Teddy
The older pointed to the straw hats and saw that they could beat Masira and his crew.
"Just how strong are you guys?" asked Bobby in amazement
"Training," was Zoro's reply.
"Cool," said Zick
"Eating balanced meals," was Sanji's replied.
"That's how you guys are strong?" asked Bobby
"All those who hadn't eaten a devil fruit," Nami said.
"Awesome," said Bobby
"At the cost of the eater's ability to swim," Zob pointed out
"Right," said Terence
"Where do those fruits come from anyway?" Zick asks.
Nami explained that the fruits can either be found on lands or seas or any place
"No one knows even for sure where the Devil Fruits came from," she finishes.
"How long have you all known Luffy," asked Zick
Nami went on to explain how the Straw Hat Pirates were formed.
Zick and the others are amazed by the stories
Elena realized how lucky she was if any one of the Straw Hats' past enemies were the ones she had attacked she would be in worse shape than the one she was in now.
"You guys saved an entire kingdom called Alabasta, " asked Teddy
"Yeah, but we couldn't stay there long," Zoro answered
"How come, you guys did save the kingdom, why leave all that behind," asked Elena as she looked at Luffy ready to dive and she pointed at him to Nami
"Because we're pirates the World Government doesn't carry if we were doing the right thing our captain is a member of the Seven Warlords of the Sea which are Pirates who work for the World Government along with our crew pass crimes we couldn't the Navy would still would want to arrest us which would only cause more problems for our friend Princess Vivi," Nami answered
"She's from Alabasta and AH, Luffy is about to jump," said Elena
The captain of the Straw Hats was about to jump but was stopped by Usopp and Chopper.
"Why did you guys stop me," he asked
"YOU CAN'T SWIM!" both shouted
"Oops sorry," he smiled and laughed
"How often does he forget that?" Teddy asks
"You don't wanna know," said Nami
Soon Zoro and Sanji were in diving gear.
They got up on the railing and were ready to dive into the shipwreck
Two hours later
"What did they find," asked Teddy
"A few things but I don't think Nami will be happy with," Zoro answered.
"Why," asked Bobby
Then a giant sea turtle pops out of the sea.
"That's why," Sanji answered while pointing to the turtle.
"A GIANT TURTLE, IT'S GONNA EAT US!" screamed Elena
"And look at what we have found," Zoro added as he and Sanji got back onboard the ship.
The others looked at what Zoro and Sanji brought from the sunken ship in wonder
Then the sky went dark.
"I'm sorry to interrupt all of this, but are the clouds up in the sky supposed to do that?" asked Zob pointing up at the clouds
They look to where Zob was pointed at.
"NO!" Nami and Usopp screamed
They saw giant shadows in the sky.
"YIKES!" they all minus Robin screamed
"There's only one thing to do!" Nami said.
"What's that Nami," asked Elena
"RUN AWAY!" She shouted as almost everyone grabbed one of the ship's oars and started rowing as fast as they can
"But Turtles don't eat Humans," she said
"WE'RE OARING AWAY FROM WHATEVER IS MAKING THOSE SHADOWS!" Nami, Usopp, and Chopper shouted.
"Oh," said Elena
Within a matter of seconds, the Going Merry was far away from both the giant turtle and the shadows.
"That was close," said Chopper
"We can't barely move," the monster group said
"MONKEY ON BOARD!" shouted Zick and Elena
"Huh? But it's my ship," Luffy said.
"We meant stowaway," said Zick
"Oh," Luffy said.
"GET HIM!" shouted Elena
Didn't take long to get Masira off the Merry.
"DON'T COME BACK OR YOUR MONKEY MEAT, APE BOY," shouted Elena
Chopper gives the girl a flat look while she and her group still lay on the deck.
"Was that too much," she asked sheepishly
"Yeah," the reindeer said.
"The monsters you guys have to deal with must be not that strong," Zoro said.
"How strong of the ones you fought?" asked Zick
Zoro then removed his shirt to show the scar on his chest.
"Whoa," said the boys
"I got this scar from a duel with Dracule Mihawk, our world's best swordsman he won it with a small knife," Zoro said.
"Whoa, that's why you came with Luffy, to get stronger and defeat Mihawk," asked Teddy
"That's partly it," Zoro said
"That's pretty cool," said Zick
"Thanks," Zoro said
"You're welcome," said Zick
Zoro put this shirt back on.
"I have a question for all of the crew, what does Luffy mean to you besides being your captain," asked Elena
"A good friend," Zoro answered
"Miss Nami," asked Elena
"A brother," the orange-haired straw-hat pirate answered.
"Mr Usopp," said Bobby
"The same as Zoro," Usopp said
"What about you Sanji, Chopper, and Robin, what do you see in Luffy besides him being a captain," asked Zob
"A bottomless stomach," was Sanji's replied
"Can he eat that much," asked Terence
"You have no idea," the Straw Hats minus Robin said.
"What about you two, why did you two join the Straw Hats," asked Zick
"A funny friend, but Robin had been with us for that long," the Reindeer answered.
"Is that true Miss Robin," asked Elena
"Yes, it is I joined the crew after they had left Alabasta," Robin said
"Wow," said Elena
"She was once our enemy," Zoro added
"What prompted her to switch sides and join the crew?" Zob was very confused when Zoro said that.
"She was a part of Baroque Works the ones who tried to take Alabasta," Zoro said
"And here I thought only rats jump ships," Bobby said
"Teddy, don't be rude," said Terence
"But that does leave a good question," Zick said
"Like what," asked Elena
"If the block in the palace was a big deal why didn't none of Vivi's family members ever try to find the ship and destroy it themselves? and after what Dr. Chopper and Luffy said they found another one in some ruins, why is Miss Robin after these blocks?" Zick pointed
"Good point," said Zob
"Hmm?" the straw hats minus Robin said as they never thought about Robin's reason to seek out the Poneglyphs or how Crocodile knew about the Poneglyph and which one he was looking for.
"Maybe for the adventure," said Elena
"Close but it's for the search 'lost history' of our world," Robin said.
"whoa," said the Kids
"The Lost History of the World?" Luffy said confused.
"Sounds mysterious," said Elena
Nothing of the straw hats added something.
Zick looked out at the sea thinking of how they must find a way to get home
'Hopeful no one hadn't eaten the devil fruit we need,' he thought.
"Hey Zick, Come take a look at what Sanji and Zoro found," said Elena
The blue-haired boy did that.
Everyone looked at the debris and the stuff that Sanji and Zoro brought back
"What is this junk!?" Nami said.
"Uh-oh," thought the kids as they started backing away from Nami quietly
"YOU BONEHEADS COULDN'T FIND NOTHING A SINGLE PIECE OF GOLD!" Nami shouted.
"Calm down Miss Nami, I am sure that they were trying their best and they did manage to Salvage some of the cargo of the ship like this glass one here," said Zob as he picked up a glass ball with two compasses needles in it
"A Eternal Pose?" She asks
"Ms. Robin took it from that monkey's ship, also some of this stuff might be worth some money because they are antiques," Zon answered.
"Dad, What's an eternal pose," asked Zick
Nami explains everything to Zick and the tamers how they navigate the Grand Line and the only way to navigate back to a certain island is with an Eternal Post.
"Whoa, so this one little piece of glass here can be a map to different places and islands," asked Terence looking at the eternal post in Nami's hand
"No that would be the Log Post the Eternal Post only shows the way to a certain island and to that island alone," Nami said
"Hey there's something written on the top," said Bobby as he pointed at the top of the post because it contains a name that reads Jaya.
"It's mostly the monkey's home island," Nami said.
"How about we go there Miss Nami?" asked Elena in the hope that there might be an answer or a clue to getting back home
"We might as well since the Merry doesn't have a flight mode," Nami said.
"SET THE SAIL," shouted a happy Luffy
The Straw Hats get their ship's sails in the right position.
"Sweet, this will be like an adventure," said Zick as he looked over at the blue seas wondering what kind of adventures awaited them on the Grand Line
