Chapter 11
A/N: Sorry I'm late guys. I had to get up early on Friday and basically slept through the whole rest of the day. Yesterday was just wacky. Anyway, it's here now, enjoy!
Scott looked at Artemis for a second before saying, "We have to at least try. We can't just go in fighting without having at least tried it peacefully."
"Wow," Artemis said, with sarcastic shock on her face, "All of the stories of you back East never mentioned you being such a hippie."
Scott looked bewildered before replying, "I'm not a hippie."
"Then why haven't you killed anyone yet?"
"Because I haven't had to. See my eyes?" His eyes glowed red, "I'm a True Alpha. My eyes have never been blue. I haven't killed anyone and I won't start now just because some stray werewolf can't deal with the problems within her pack!"
"I'm only 15. I know you started fighting the supernatural when you were my age, but I didn't choose for someone to kill my family and leave me an orphan with no one to trust but my two brothers."
"We didn't have a choice either."
"You did. You could have walked away, ignored it like most do, but you chose to defend your town and other people, so please, choose to help me."
Artemis stood there with determination in her eyes, during her and Scott's argument Matthew and Marcus had stepped forward and had each taken one of her hands in support. She looked at them now and gave them both a hug, whispering thank you. She looked back at Scott for a second before saying,
"Fine. We'll try your plan. But don't come crying to me when it backfires and someone dies, 'cause you can sure-as-hell believe I will make sure it's not me or my brothers."
Scott exchanged a glance with each of his pack members, he nodded and said, "Okay it's decided. We're going with the plan, Artemis you're bait. And I will make sure no one dies today."

Artemis stood in the center of the empty warehouse, looking at the locked door nervously, she knew it wasn't going to keep her ex-pack out. In fact, the plan depended on it being easy to break. She heard a metallic clang and her heart rate skyrocketed as she whipped her head around to see what it was. The wind from one of the open air shafts had merely blown something over that fell to the ground. Artemis concentrated on her breathing, tried to slow it down. She was afraid of the wolves she was about to confront, but she wouldn't give them the satisfaction of knowing that. She looked down at her watch and saw that it was midnight, she hoped Scott was ready with his part.
Earlier that day, after coming up with a plan with Scott's pack, Artemis went looking for her pack with the help of her brothers. She found them in the woods and managed to pull one of the members off to the side and gave them a message, to meet her at that warehouse at midnight alone. She knew that it wouldn't happen like that, but she counted on it. So now, here she was, waiting, for a pack of loyal, scared wolves following a vicious, unstoppable leader.
A/N: Sorry about the cliffhanger but I don't actually know what I want to happen next. If you guys have any ideas, let me know in the reviews. I know it's short, I apologise, the next one will be longer. Thanks for reading! I will have the next one out on time.
